13.01.2024 Sat restarting,revolving n readjusting.

new day,new me:) i’ll start talking about last night first. after i logged in here with my journal update, i left my course place n got home. while i was walking though, i witnessed the first snow falling in my city for this winter!

the snow was incredibly pretty and delicately falling with a slight cold breeze. the breeze moved my hair quite romantically, i was blushing from the cold so with my cute red cheeks n red nose, delicate snowflakes in my hair n outfit, i looked and felt like i was in a movie. people were passing by with literal awes and someone even offered to carry my bag for me! people are so nice <33

after i got home i ate my dinner,got some sweets and as i sat down to relax,i fell asleep😭 i woke up to a call from my sister, facetiming me to ask what to wear for her bday celebration. she just turned 30 this year! i still cant believe she is 30 now,she has that young aura n energy which makes everyone feel like she’d be in her 20s forever. crazy that shes stepping into her 30s now. im excited for this new chapter in her life, feel like its going to be her best one yet:)

after talking to my sister, i got up,changed from my outdoor clothes to my comfy sweatpants n thin,soft long sleeve,grabbed water n cleaned up my room a bit. after that i shopped online for a while and danced for at least 2 hours.

it was soo much fun!!! i hadnt danced in a quite long while n totally forgot how in touch with my femininity n grounded it makes me feel! while i was dancing ag’s new song played, titled ‘yes and’ which i quite liked!! then i saw that time flew by n it was nearly 12 am, which i was waiting for in order to celebrate my sister’s bday:) we facetimed at 12 exactly n i even blew candles for her! she got so happy n told me all about the presents she got n how her bday celebration went. we talked a bit but i needed to study so i had to hang up :(

then, since i had not studied at all ever since i got home,i sat down n studied for a good 2 hours, brushed my teeth n my hair n had a nice night sleep😴

woke up in a good mood, drank my morning water n had a filling, delicious breakfast with a good load of veggies, a whole lot of protein n some carbs. it was soo yummyy^^

then i got ready, decided to postpone the glamming for my little tc thing, since i didnt want a crush to get in the way of how my exam goes, knowing i wouldnt be as comfortable in all glam.

so i took the exam! it went quite nice at first but as time went by, nearing the end of the 3 hrs, my focus got harder to maintain n i didnt even realize i had a headache from constrating so hard! even though i didnt feel like i did as good as i was capable of, it still wasnt horrible n i know the result will be decent. so im pleased yet eager to do more!

after the exam, i had a class with my teacher:) the one whom i have a little crush on:) he was exceptionally smiley today! he asked me how my exam went, kiinda checked me out(i mightve even made it up honestly😭but lowkey felt it though!) chatted with us for a while. then his class starts, as usual hes very interactive with with everyone n me, jokes around n stuff.

one thing i really like about him is that he always looks at me while he’s telling a story about himself or anything personal really. its as if like hes telling that to me only as he is only making eye contact with me. it makes me feel super special!

it was quite hot in the classroom so i wanted to open the windows yet he was cold so he didnt want me to,and joked about that the whole class.

and he even came rlly close n sat beside me.specifically right beside me. just to talk to me.

this man literally tried to sit on the heater to talk😭hes also absurd sometimes.

HE TALKED ABOUT HOW HE IS TRYING TO NOT BREAK STUDENTS HEARTS NOW. WHILE LOOKING AT ME. HE WAS LIKE ‘IM WATCHING MY WORDS NOW SINCE I DONT WANT TO BREAK ANYONES HEART’. WHILE LOOKING AT ME. CUZ I TOLD HIM HE HURT ME THE OTHER DAY??

n that was all for my little crush talk.

after his class i stayed on the place where i took my courses to study a bit more. while i was there, one of the founders of that place, offered me fruits n even cut them up for me🥹 hes usually an unusually cold man so i was quite suprised! but it made me very happy nonetheless!

after i was done, while i was leaving the course i came by the owner of the course place n chatted with him for a while, he’s the bestest! hes very intelligent and sweet!

that’s all i have for today! i texted with one of my best friends as well, we promised to meet this monday to visit our national library. we’ll see how everything goes!

theres a lot of stuff that kyle doesn't get. he doesn't understand why sometimes he just can't hug you, or why the soft noises of the ceiling fan is enough to overwhelm you, or why you have to buy toys to fidget with for when you can't sit still, but he really tries to listen and learn!

he tries to be empathetic towards you when you're struggling, but he really sucks at it,,, i mean it's not that he doesn't care!! he really does!! he's just so overly logical about everything that when you do things that he just doesn't understand, he just can't find it relatable at all 😭

kenny, on the other hand, is really patient when it comes to listening to you! he's usually pretty chill and carefree, so when small things make you upset or even really happy, he wants to know all about it!! he'd let you rant on and on about your special interest or a hyperfixation!

like this dude is so supportive of you no matter what you're fixated on! he's down to watch the same show for hours or beat a video game in one sitting with you if that's what would make you happy!!!

he's just there to support you in any way that he can!! except he's kinda dumb and you have to tell him how to help you... hi!!! mind if i ask for some advice >-<, i'm in high school and i think my best friend likes me more than platonically. i've kinda had an inkling since we both kinda tested the waters at homecoming (barely, we only almost kissed) but that was the only instance i've ever done anything, bc i've never seen her in that light ever :( (multiple parts bc this is long im sorry 😭)

like that and i dont want to hurt her feelings. i'm also confused bc she ALMOST never says anything about it sober, and even talks about liking someone else. another iffy thing is when i talk about the guy i have feelings for she kinda shuts down almost? and just does not entertain that part of me, going as far as to "revoking my bisexual card" bc i talk too much about him, and i think shes only halfjoking. to be fair, i barely talk about him anymore, hes just such a cutie patootie >-<i think things got particularly bad when i was at her's last night for a sleepover, with our other best friend (H). we took a few edibles and when they started to kick in my friend legit jumped into my lap and got pretty cuddly, until my legs went numb haha. i got up and sat next to H for a while bc we were doing slideshows (mine was getting them to rate my kpop biases lol)and when we were done H and I were both greening out, like bad, i was getting anxious, legit thought i was in another dimension and like lucid dreaming or some shit, and H and i ended up just going out cold clinging to eachother (i went home and slept 26 hours straight, no exxageration 😭) and when we finally woke up bsf1 seemed kinda off :(idk what to do or if i should really say anything bc she's an emotional person and i really don't want to ruin our friendship or hurt her :/// any advice? if not its okay bc i also just needed to vent so tysm for hearing me out <33 hows life going for you? anything bringing a more than normal amount of happiness?

It definitely does seem like she might have feelings for you. And I think talking it out would be the best bet but more so go about in just asking how she's feeling in general because there could also be another factor in her behavior toward you and really try to listen to and understand her feelings and go from there. I myself I had a crush on a friend in highschool and I'm super dismissive and wishy washy about my crushes and she knew that and just said it'll pass and hugged me which is true it did pass. So try to remember how she handles crushes and use that as a guide to navigate how you go about talking about it. That's the best advice I have I just noticed with friends it's always tricky but it's always the best to have a conversation I really hope that was of some help. And I'm doing fine, I've been talking to a boy, he's very cute and very sweet and I'm trying to not get my hopes up but I might be seeing him soon I hope.

shipping and tax prices are my biggest enemy 🥺, sometimes it literally costs 3x the price of the album! South Korean fans are very lucky they don't have to pay ridiculous shipping costs lol. ive seen some people do those group orders which is suppose to lower the shipping costs for you but it takes longer for the album to be delievered to you... i don't have that kind of patience 😅

I feel you on that! And sometimes I have to pay additional duties in Canada depending on where I order from. It’s also hard to predict how much it’ll cost in some stores (there’s some KPOP stores in my city). 

aah your Canada recs sound amazing! 🫶🏻 i'm adding them all to a list so i dont forget them when i plan a trip there!! i have been researching a plan to fly from London to Toronto and then take a high-speed train all the way to Vancover, apparently it takes 3 days and 20 hours but it is supposed to be really picturesque.

I never took the train from Toronto to Vancouver (it's very pricey) but I heard it’s beautiful as well. If you do get to go, I hope you enjoy it!!!

i definetly want to go to British Columbia, have you ever been to Stanley Park? I’ve seen it pop up on alot of ‘must-do things in BC’ and it looks pretty. 

Yep! I’ve been to Stanley Park a few times. When it's nice out, you can bike around the sea wall (there's bike rentals) or you can take a 4 to 5 hour stroll (that’s what I did LMAO). I think they also do horse carriages. 

do you think autumn/fall would be a good time to visit? or is it better in the summer months? i'm sure it depends on where abouts in Canada you are as it is so large. autumn is my favourite season and i really like seeing all the folliage, i can image the trees in canada turn really pretty.

Honestly, it’s probably better to visit in the Fall but I’m biased because I hateee the summer heat. It does rain quite a bit in British Columbia during October or November depending on the year and if you’re in Alberta, you might get hit with snow, hail, idkkk (honestly, I don’t know why people live there. The weather is sooo extreme there but everyone I met there was nice) depending on how Mother Nature is feeling. 

OMG how was South Korea??? i'm very jealous i want to go so bad but noone i know wants to go with me and i'm a little scared to travel so far on my own at the momenet but in a few years i'm sure i'll be brave enough lol. i hope you have an amazing time when you go back as well, do you have any plans or things you want to do when you go back? March/May time sounds so perfect to be there, the cherry blossoms are supposed to be so pretty at that time!! 🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻

I was there for 19 days but there was a typhoon on the day of my birthday (thank you for the present, South Korea 🥰) so unfortunately we (as in my bf and I) lost two to three full days. We also had to rebook a couple of things because we were suppose to fly from Busan to Jeju Island while the typhoon hit. Though regardless, it was still lots of fun fun!! 

Most of the time, we were hiding indoors in cute cafes or cute stores because it was sooo freaking hot while we were there (over 30 degree celsius 😭). The weather was a lot better after the typhoon though. There’s sooo much I could talk about but my my favourite areas I visited were the Bukchon Hanok Village (Seoul), Ikseondong Hanok Village (Seoul), Gamcheon Culture Village (Busan), and Aewol Cafe Street (Jeju Island). Here's some Seoul cafe recommendation. If you want to know more, let me know!!! I can literally write an essay about my trip.
