i don’t think kleya is kerri necessarily but i DO think she’s one of cassian’s closer thematic parallels in the story in terms of the purposefully placed ticking “ordinary” overlooked day-to-day kinds of workers and spymasters... already a fulcrum seeming to work a similar role as the one he will end up in.... many thoughts hhmmmph hmmmph

I honestly wanna learn more about Kleya. Season 2 of Andor is a perfect place to give her some backstory and character development because she’s not like Luthen where the beauty is in her mystery, I want to know her fears and motivations and background because I think it would make her a very compelling Rebel character. Also because I think women should be given more character autonomy in this show. Don’t get me wrong, this is SO much better than other shows that treat their female characters like garbage, but I feel like Kleya should not be just “Luthen’s Sidekick”

The dean of my vet school issued a statement. When called on his bullshit by the student body, he told us to refer to the principles of community. I find it interesting how telling us about "the horrific events in Israel" and that the actions of Palestine "warrants our strongest condemnation" while ignoring what the UN is literally declaring war crimes against an oppressed people is to "acknowledge that our society carries within it historical and deep-rooted injustices and biases." in my headcanon kleya is a former naboo handmaiden (like right at the end of the republic/beginning of the empire) and ugh i want something about them talking about tradition and how it’s really fucked up that their girlhood was stolen from them. (yes i’m a leida apologist she’s THIRTEEN she doesn’t know anything other than i think i know everything and i h8 my mom and didn’t we all think like that at 13)
