See You Again Chapter 4: A Bitter Aftermath

After Rupert has murdered Henry, he has to face the consequences of his actions. Everyone hates him now, especially Charles and Ellie. Calvin admitted a deep hatred for Rupert after he confessed something about Henry, and Rupert feels remorse and guilt. Now what's next for Rupert?

Warning: Blood and cussing and angst.

Rupert was staring at the wall of his tent in despair and numbness.

After everyone got home from the mission, things took a dark turn.

The General was told by Charles and Ellie that Rupert murdered Henry in cold blood. Charles brought Henry's corpse to the morgue where the General and the coroner were waiting for them.  The coroner examined Henry's cause of death and as Rupert said before, Henry was accidentally killed by a rock. However, Charles and Ellie refused to believe that Henry's death was accidental.

Rupert murdered Henry in cold blood.

Rupert stared down at the floor when his coms went off, Rupert reluctantly answered it.

"Hello?" Rupert said quietly.

"Rupert, the General wants to see you," Victoria said firmly but her tone was ice cold.

"Now?" Rupert asked as he put a hand to his face.

"Now,"

Rupert sighed as Victoria hung up before he could respond to her. He stood up and took deep breaths then he went outside.

Rupert avoided meeting everyone's eyes as he went to the General's office, most of the soldiers either glared at him or just avoided him. To Rupert, the walk to the General's office was slow but in reality, it was fast pace. Rupert was standing in front of the office and his heart was beating faster. He took a deep breath and went inside.

Rupert saw the General was looking down at a piece of paper, the General looked up to see Rupert. The General shook his head as he stood up and he paced for a little bit. He stopped and gave Rupert a hard glare.

"Mr. Price," Galeforce said lowly, "Do you know why you are here?"

Rupert didn't want to answer him.

"It's because you murder Henry Stickmin in cold blood," Galeforce responded without waiting for Rupert to respond.

"It was an accident," Rupert said under his breath, however, the General heard him.

"What was that?" Galeforce said.

"It was an accident!" Rupert exclaimed, he was now trembling.

"Rupert, you of all people should know that there is no such thing as an "accident" murder," Galeforce replied, tone filled with disgust.

Rupert blinked as he looked away, he crossed his arms. Galeforce was right. There is no such thing as an accidental murder. "I have told you and Henry a hundred or maybe a thousand times to stop fighting before you kill each other and guess what happened?"

Rupert stayed quiet.

"You and Henry were doing so well before this happened," Galeforce continued, "You let your anger get the better of you and you killed Henry in cold blood,"

Rupert glanced at the General, and he stopped trembling. The General shook his head, and Rupert raised a hand to try to defend himself.

"Uh, sir...I-"

"I'm the one talking, Price. You're not talking now,"

Rupert flinched, he didn't like the General's tone.

"Did you know I have to make a phone call to Henry's parents and they were not happy," Galeforce said sadly.

Rupert felt a twinge of guilt, he didn't know Henry had parents. All through his life, he thought no one cared about Henry saved for Charles and Ellie. He thought no will miss Henry but he was proven wrong.

"Sir, I-"

"You are fired!" Galeforce bellowed.

Rupert blinked in confusion, he hoped he didn't hear what he didn't want to hear.

"Um, sir?" Rupert asked.

"YOU ARE FIRED!" Galeforce roared, making Rupert jump from the yelling and he started trembling again, "YOU ARE FIRED! YOU WILL BE DISCHARGED and SENT HOME!" Galeforce continued, "UNDERSTAND!?"

Rupert looked away as he nodded, Galeforce calm down as he panted. Galeforce sat down at his desk and pushed a document in front of Rupert, "You will stay here for a few days and then you will leave,"

Rupert looked at the General, his eyes were shimmering. He went to get the document and was about to head when he heard the General cleared his throat. He reluctantly looked at the General who was glaring at him, "You're a disgrace to the Government and to other soldiers everywhere," the General stated coldly.

Rupert felt numb as he left the General's office, he headed back to his tent. His head was down, his bangs were covering his face, and he slowly walked past several soldiers. Some of the soldiers snickered while others shook their heads in disappointment. Rupert went inside the tent and sat down on his bed.

Rupert felt numb, almost catatonic.

His dream to help people, to do better than the police, and to protect innocent people... now broken by his biggest mistake. He couldn't believe it...

Rupert's heart started beating faster as he heard ringing in his head, he felt his chest tighten, and he started gasping for air. He was having a panic attack. He took deep breaths to try to calm himself down. His breathing became normal after a few moments, he sighed heavily as his head started hurting. His mind was on plans on what's he going to do when his tent flap opened and two figures came in.

"Rupert,"

Rupert looked up to see the Bukowski twins and neither of them didn't look happy.

Konrad looked nervous while Calvin looked angry, Calvin's fists were clenched and he was trembling. Rupert didn't know what the annoying duo was doing here and he doesn't have time to deal with them.

"What are you doing here, carrot tops?" Rupert asked, annoyed, "I don't-"

"Rupert," Konrad interrupted, ignoring Rupert's glare, "Calvin has something to tell you,"

Konrad looked at his brother, he gestured to Calvin. Calvin took in a deep breath as he closed his eyes and he opened his eyes as he exhaled. "Rupert... You... You..."

Calvin was having trouble speaking, and Rupert saw tears streaming down his face. He was confused about why Calvin was crying unless...

Rupert then felt a fist to his face and he felt his nose was in pain. Rupert blinked as blood started dripping down from his nose, Rupert glanced at Calvin who was holding his fist up, and his fits were covered with Rupert's blood. He also saw Konrad was trying to hold back his brother, however, Calvin was not holding back.

"You bastard!" Calvin shouted, voice cracking, "You fucking bastard!"

Rupert held his nose while it was still bleeding, "YOU MURDER HIM!! YOU FRICKING  MURDER HIM!!"

Calvin kept shouting, and Konrad was trying to calm him down. Rupert was confused about who's he talking about then he heard Calvin say something that would stunned him.

"I WAS GOING TO CONFESS MY FEELINGS FOR HIM, YOU DUMBASS!" Calvin bellowed, "YOU KILLED HENRY!!!

"I-I was goi- going to con-confess my feel- feelings for H-Henry!" Calvin exclaimed after he calm down but he was still sobbing, Rupert blinked in shock at Calvin's confession.

"Now... because of you... HE'S FUCKING DEAD!" Calvin continued, Rupert stood up and Calvin stepped back, making Konrad almost fall in the process.

Calvin shook his head as he laughed coldly, he stepped right into Rupert's space and jabbed a finger at him. "If you ever come near me or my brother, I will fucking kill you,"

Calvin turned to head out of Rupert's tent and Konrad followed him but Calvin stopped as Konrad opened the flap, Rupert saw Calvin's cold glare and he felt a little frightened.

"Go to Hell where you belong," Calvin left with his brother, leaving Rupert alone with his thoughts.

His nose kept bleeding as he trembled, Rupert sat back down as he felt a bitter realization hit him.

He has to face the consequences of his actions.

It takes place in a slightly alternate version of that one bad end villian au writing I did ages ago. V is a good actor :) It takes place kind of before V goes completely villain running the wall to the ground. It’s more still during his pretending phase before and in the month after becoming warden.

Dmitri dies in this so have fun with that.

Day one of febuwhump: touchstarved

Summary: Henry and Ellie are rescued after being captured by the wall, but not without severe psychological damage and a massive case of touch starvation. Can Charles help them feel safe or will he make it worse in the end?

Word count: 1,085

It's been weeks since they had been rescued and Charles could tell that Henry and Ellie weren't handling the aftermath of The Wall well, which wasn't a surprise considering how The Wall is. After they were rescued, the general had them stay with Charles since the three had grown so close. Charles honestly wasn't sure how to help them recover, especially since he can't exactly relate to what they went through.

He did what he could to be there for him as much as they needed, supporting them even when they didn't believe they needed the help. He cooked foods that were easy on the stomach, he kept the temperature in their house warm, just small things that could make a world of a difference.

Honestly Charles probably should have noticed that they were touchstarved sooner. It was pretty obvious if you knew the signs, which Charles did as he was trained to recognize many trauma responses since he works in the military. And look, despite what people think he's not stupid, he knows how to handle helping others through their trauma.

It only takes a few tries, however, to realize that he definitely needs a plan. Maybe this will be his greatest plan. He figures that he should start off small rather than immediately overwhelm them with big shows of physical affection, the last thing he wants to do is cause them distress.

Charles starts off by giving them elbow bumps, small stuff to get them used to the contact. It takes a while, but eventually they get used to it. And so, Charles slowly adds more and more affectionate gestures to their everyday routine. A nudge or a poke here or there, a fistbump or a high five after a win in a game.

Eventually, Charles offered for them to sleep in his bed, to help dissuade nightmares. Ellie had immediately stated that she doesn't have nightmares, whereas Henry was a lot more hesitant. 'I wouldn't want to overstep or make you uncomfortable' he'd signed to Charles after a moment. Both of them retired to their rooms before he could convince Henry that he wouldn't be overstepping.

No one got any sleep that night. After a week of this happening, Charles decides that enough is enough and sets up a movie night on the couch. He makes hot cocoa, popcorn, gets blankets, and finds a movie that they'd all enjoy watching. He goes to get Henry and Ellie, easily convincing them to watch the movie with him.

After everyone gets comfortable, Charles starts the movie and they all slowly wind down. Around halfway through the movie, he looks over at Henry and Ellie and finds the two fast asleep against each other. He smiles softly and pulls the blankets around them to keep them warm and then slowly falls asleep himself.

Over the course of a few nights, Henry and Ellie's nightmares get worse, much to Charles' concern. Logically he knew that recovery wasn't linear and they would struggle, but it was hard to watch them suffer. It was hard to watch them stumble around in the morning due to exhaustion. It was hard to watch them jump and flinch at the quietest noises and the lightest touches.

He knew, of course, that it was far harder for them than it was him. Still, he knows that he needs to do something to help, and he may need someone to help him come up with a plan, because he sure doesn't have one. He decides to call General Galeforce. He's the only person he knows would be able to help, other than Rupert. But, Rupert was helping Dave recover from those long months in the Toppat airship, and he doesn't want to intrude on the two. So, the general it is.

Charles snags his phone off the counter and dials the general's number. There's no need for him to use his headphones, those are for government related situations after all. As the phone rings, he paces in the kitchen anxiously. He doesn't know why he's so anxious about the call, maybe he's worried the general won't know how to help? The general picks up and Charles breaths out a relieved sigh.

"Charlie, is something wrong?" The general's groggy voice, along with the fond nickname, calms Charles almost frantic pacing. "Yeah, I need some advice. It's about Henry and Ellie." He puts the phone between his ear and his shoulder as he explains the situation, making coffee and starting on breakfast so he has something to do with his hands. As he's preparing for eggs and toast, the general is quiet.

He's setting up the coffee machine by the time the general responds. "Hm, you have quite the dilemma don't you, my boy? Don't worry, I know just the thing." He pauses as the general explains what to do and how to help. He thanks the general and they say their goodbyes.

After hanging up and finishing in the kitchen, Charles sets the plan in motion. He gets all of the biggest, softest, blankets and pillows that they have and takes them to his room, since it's the largest. After piling them on the bed, he sets up a pillow fort, childish to some, but it's effective in creating a safe environment. Satisfied with his work, he brings the food and drinks into the room and sets each plate on an easily accessible tray nearby.

Beaming with pride, he sets off to wake Ellie and Henry. It takes quite a lot of convincing, but he gets the two into the pillow fort. He turns his TV on and puts it on a classic Disney movie then hands out each plate of food. They finish before the movie is over, and Charles beams when he sees that Henry and Ellie finished their plates.

Charles carefully puts an arm around Henry and then Ellie, ensuring they could pull away if they wanted to or got overwhelmed. Both of them tense before relaxing, practically melting against him. Charles lays down, pulling the two slowly down to lay on top of him. He cards a hand through their hair, causing them to melt further.

As the classic movie drones on in the background, Charles watches his two best friends slowly drift off to sleep. Soft breathing and quiet snores fill the room as Charles feels himself start to drift off too. As he falls asleep, he thinks to himself that maybe the triple threat would be alright, someday.

Birds and the Bees! (Henry and co.)

A/N: I had this idea for a while now and I thought this would be funny.

The General and Dr. V stared at the baby in front of them.

The baby was cooing at them like they were trying to talk to them, and the baby was smiling at them.

"So..." Galeforce started, "What's going on exactly?"

"When I went to my lab this morning, I found this baby on one of the lab tables," Dr. V responded.

Galeforce nodded as he took a closer look at the baby. The baby was a male by the looks of it, he has messy black hair that looks familiar to him and his eyes were a sapphire blue. He kept staring at the baby until it hit him.

He glanced at Dr. V, "Do tests on him. I want to know who his parents are,"

Dr. V nodded, "Yes, General," she replied.

"Good. Let me know the test results as soon as possible,"

The General left the room, leaving Dr. V alone with the baby. Dr. V looked at the baby, who was trying to eat his foot. She sighed as she prepared the tests for the baby. She went over to the baby who was in a car seat and was drooling over his blue onesie.

"Okay, little one," she said firmly but gently, "You're not going to like this,"

To her surprise, the baby took the needles like a champ. He was just wondering what Dr. V was doing to him, he wasn't scared or anything, and he cooed at her.

After the tests were done, she waited for the results while she was taking care of the baby.

Dr. V was singing in Russian to calm the baby down when she heard her computer ping. She went over to the computer to look at the results, she read over the results, and her eyes widened.

She slowly picked up a phone with her remaining hand to call the General.

"General?" she said, stunned, "I think you need to come to see this."

The General stared at Dr. V in confusion as the baby started clapping happily, Dr. V had a blank look on his face.

"What?" Galeforce said.

"Yes, I was surprised too," Dr. V responded," I had to check the results again but they all have given me the same results,"

The general shook his head and looked at the baby. Yup. No mistake about it. He knew he recognized that hair from anywhere. He glanced at Dr. V, "How?"

Dr. V smirked, "Well, Hubert, when a man and woman love each other very mu-"

"I know about that! It's how my late wife gave me my children!" Galeforce exclaimed, scaring the baby in the process. Galeforce calm down a bit, "I mean, how is he here in the first place?"

Dr. V chuckled and she smiled, "That I'm not sure of," she responded.

"All I know is that it is possible," Dr. V held up the baby while the baby was still clapping.

Galeforce smiled at the baby and took his tiny hand to hold his finger. The baby cooed as he babbled, Galeforce smiled some more.

"Looks like I got to tell the parents about their new son they didn't plan," Galeforce said.

Dr. V snorted as the baby laughed.

Rupert was grumbling at the sight of Henry talking to Charles. Rupert always hated Henry and he doesn't understand why Charles was friends with him. Henry was a criminal or former criminal but that doesn't matter to Rupert. To him, once a thief always a thief. Henry helped the Government and joined them after his pardon from the president. Rupert was not happy about this. He vocally stated his opinion that Henry should not be here, but the General ignored or dismissed him.

Rupert went to the shooting range to practice.

Henry giggled at a joke Charles just said when Captain Victoria Grit came over to the duo. Charles saw her and smiled.

"Hi, Tori," Charles said happily, Tori was Victoria's nickname for her.

"Hello, Charles," Victoria replied, she glanced at Henry who waved at her. She waved back and smiled. But her smile dropped, face serious.

"Henry," Victoria said, "The General wants you in his office,"

"For what?" Henry responded in confusion.

"I don't know but he said he needs you right away,"

"Alright, I'll go now,"

Henry thanked Victoria and said goodbye to Charles. Charles said goodbye back and Henry went to the General's office. He stood in front of the tent, he wasn't so sure if he should go in or not. Henry was about to speak when he heard a sound of a baby giggling, he arched an eyebrow in confusion and went inside. He stepped inside and found the General playing with a baby. The General was smiling as the baby clapped. Henry saw the baby was a male wearing a light purple shirt with blue airplanes and a navy blue onesie.

Henry saw the baby had a lot of hair for his age, however, he noticed his hair was similar to a certain black hair captain. And the baby's eyes were like his, a sapphire blue. The General stopped laughing when he saw Henry looking at him, he cleared his throat and stood up. He went over to Henry, still holding the baby in his arms. The baby turned to look at Henry and his eyes lit up with happiness. He was holding his hands out, wanting Henry to hold him.

Galeforce smiled, the baby knew Henry was his dad and he wanted Henry to hold him.

"Uh, General?" Henry asked in confusion, "Who's the baby? Is he one of your grandchildren?"

Galeforce shook his head, "No,"

"Then where are his parents? Why is he here? Shouldn't he be with his parents?"

Galeforce stared at him for a moment, he wanted to reveal the baby's heritage but he needed both parents present. Galeforce got out his mic while still holding the baby, he tapped into the signal. "Captain Grit?" he said.

"Yes, General," Victoria responded.

"Tell Rupert Price to come to my office, tell him it's important,"

"Okay, on it sir,"

Henry blinked in confusion as he went up to the baby and held out his finger, the baby grabbed his finger and started sucking on it. Henry smiled at him, feeling a warm fuzzy feeling.

Rupert headed to the General's office in a hurry, he wonder why the General has called him for. He hopes it isn't anything bad or regarding a certain pain of an ass. He was now in front of the General's tent. He went inside as he heard a sound of a baby cooing, he saw the General and Henry huddled close together. First, his mood dampened upon the sight of Henry, and second, why is the General and Henry cuddled close together? Are they going over a strategy? Is that why the General called him here?

However, before he went inside, he heard a baby.

The General saw Rupert and he gestured for Henry to focus, Henry did as he was told. Rupert saw the General was holding the baby and he had questions now. The General went behind his desk and got out a car seat and put the baby in it. The General sat down at his desk while staring at Henry and Rupert. "Uh, sir?" Rupert started, "Why do you have a baby?"

"And why I am here?" Henry added, Rupert glared at him but also had the same question.

The General cleared his throat, he didn't know how to tell them that they are dads. Telling someone that they are a dad will be awkward and weird. He closed his eyes as he inhaled and open them as he exhaled.

"Rupert, Henry... how do you feel about children?" Galeforce asked slowly.

Rupert and Henry blinked in confusion as they glanced at each other and then at the General.

"Um...sir?" Rupert said in concern, "What?"

"How do you feel about children?" Galeforce repeated

The boys were silent, they didn't have an answer to that. They also were bewildered about why the General asked them that question.

"I don't know how to tell you this, boys," Galeforce said, without waiting for the boys' response, "But..."

The baby was watching everyone with a curious look on his face but he wanted Rupert and Henry. He started fussing, getting everyone's attention. The General gave the baby a bottle and looked at the confused men in front of them.

"But the baby is yours," Galeforce stated bluntly.

Rupert and Henry blinked for a moment, following in on an awkward silence then both boys started bursting out laughing. Galeforce stared at them in confusion, the baby was also staring at them in confusion. They stopped laughing as they saw The General's blank stare, they dropped the laughing as dread came over them.

"Wait... you can't be serious," Henry said, face filled with nervousness.

Galeforce pulled out two photos and set them in front of them. It was photos of Rupert and Henry, "I am serious," Galeforce said firmly.

Rupert raised his hand and the General nodded at him, "Uh I'm no scientist when it comes to reproducing but don't you need a man and a woman to make a baby?" Rupert said, face now red.

Henry smirked at seeing Rupert's face, he chuckled. Rupert heard this and growled at him. "Aw, what's the matter, Rupy?" Henry said in a teasing tone. "Can't handle talking about the birds and the bees?"

"No!" Rupert exclaimed angrily, however, that outburst made the baby sad. The baby started welling up in tears and started crying.

"Now look what you did," Henry said, annoyed, "You made our son cry."

Rupert spluttered in rage as Galeforce calmed down the baby, ignoring Rupert's outburst. "Can we please not fight?" he said angrily, "And Rupert, you're right but with him..."

Galeforce gestured to the baby, "He's different,"

"How?"

"That I don't know of, Dr. V first discovered the baby and went over the results. He has both of your DNA and it's possible,"

"Can we stop calling him "the baby?" Henry said, annoyed, "It's getting annoying calling him without a name,"

"You're right," Galeforce said as he stood up, "I'm going to get Dr. V to talk to you boys and I think she knows where he came from. Be right back,"

Galeforce left the boys alone with the baby.

Rupert and Henry stared at the baby, they were coming up with names and studying the baby's features. They concluded the baby has Rupert's hair and Henry's eyes, they also concluded that the baby has Henry's eye shape and Rupert's smile. Rupert hardly ever smiled and when he does, it looks nice.

"Ricky," Henry said after a moment of silence.

"Huh?" Rupert replied in confusion.

"His name will be Ricky, full name Richard but we will call him Ricky," Henry explained.

Rupert thought over the name, "What? Don't like it?" Henry asked.

"No, I do," Rupert responded, "It's better than naming him after a gem,"

Henry started to have seconds on the name, Rupert saw what Henry was thinking.

"Oh no you don't!" Rupert exclaimed, pointing a finger at Henry's chest, "You're not naming him after a gem,"

Henry pouted, "Fine, his name will be Richard but Ricky for short,"

"Good,"

Ricky was watching them as he babbled and cooed. Henry went up to him and bopped his nose. Ricky giggled as Henry patted his hair, Henry glanced at Rupert with a grin. "His hair is softer than yours," he said.

Rupert bristled at that comment, "How can his hair be softer than mine?" he was offended, "He has my hair!"

"I don't know," Henry shrugged, "It just feels softer,"

"You liar!"

"Geez, Thorn, calm down. You're scaring Ricky,"

Rupert stared at Ricky who was watching them argue and Ricky looked upset. Rupert took a deep breath and exhaled, Henry comforted Ricky. The General and Dr. V came in to see the display and they smiled.

"So boys, have you gotten acquainted with the baby?" Dr. V asked in her Russian accent.

"His name is Richard or Ricky for short," Rupert and Henry said in unison.

Galeforce and Dr. V raised an eyebrow, "You guys have named him?" Galeforce asked.

They both nodded, Dr. V smiled as she went over to Ricky. Ricky smiled at her and Dr. V got a couple of reports. The General sat down at his desk, Dr. V handed him the reports and looked over them. Rupert crossed his arms while staring at Ricky, he was trying to figure out why Ricky was here. He also noticed Ricky has his teeth like his, sharp and pointy.

"General?" Henry questioned, "How did he get here using our DNA? And why was he created in the first place?"

Galeforce looked up from the reports as Dr. V went up to Henry, she crossed her arms.

"He was created by a secret facility that is experiencing creating children using DNA from two people," Dr. V explained, "They're experimenting using DNA from the same gender of two people. And the question on how he got here, still need more reports to understand it."

After Dr.V explained the situation, everyone was confused and angry.

"Woah, woah, woah," Rupert said angrily, "You're telling me some sketchy facility is making children using our DNA without permission!"

Dr. V nodded as Galeforce put a hand to his face, he felt a migraine coming on. "What the hell?!" Rupert exclaimed, "How is that legal? And why us? Couldn't they use someone's else DNA? Also, how did they manage to get our DNA in the first place?"

"I don't know but we will investigate it," Dr. V stated, "For now, you guys have to figure out what to do with Ricky,"

The boys nodded as Dr. V went out and the General followed her. Rupert and Henry were now alone with Ricky who started yawning, he closed his eyes and fell asleep. Henry went up to him with a smile, he petted his hair gently.

"Awww, he's so cute when sleeping," Henry said in a whisper.

Rupert went up to Ricky and smiled slightly, "Ya, he does," he responded.

"What do we do?" Henry glanced at Rupert, Rupert thought for a moment, "We need to get him out of here and get supplies for him,"

Rupert went to the entrance and looked outside, there was nobody out there. Rupert glanced at Henry who was waiting for him to answer, he went over to Henry. "No one's out there, we will just sneak him into one of the apartments and go from there, got it?" he explained.

Henry nodded, he went to the car seat Ricky was in and gently picked it up. Ricky was still sleeping. Henry was about to head out first when Rupert stopped him, Henry was confused at first but Rupert gestured to Henry's jacket. Henry was puzzled then he got what Rupert was saying, he put down the car seat and took his jacket. He covered Ricky with his jacket and he went out first. Henry was waiting for Rupert who came out, they had a small talk about where they should go and they both chose Henry's apartment.

"Henry!"

Both Rupert and Henry jumped from hearing Charles's booming voice. Henry quickly turned around and hid Ricky behind him. Rupert quickly ran and hid somewhere that Charles can't see him, Henry called him a coward in his mind as Charles came over to him.

"Henry, you look nervous. Did something happen?" Charles asked.

Henry quickly shook his head in response.

"Okay, but if something bad happens," Charles said gently, "You can always tell me."

With that, he left Henry alone.

Henry sighed as he felt light for some reason, he looked at his hands to find Ricky gone. He was about to panic when he spotted Rupert holding Ricky, he sighed in relief and headed over to them.

"How? Why?" Henry questioned in confusion.

"Let's just say I watched you and learned how to be sneaky," Rupert replied with a smirk.

Henry nodded as he led Rupert to his apartment.

They have to figure out what's the plan for Ricky and how they are going to do this.

TVOGXART corporation, what the heck is it (a master post)

TVOGXART (The Vice Overruling Guardian Axis of Alliance Reverant Territories) corp. are globally known as being the best of the best when it comes to world development milestones that uses funds generated from each ministry's operations to make the world a better place. Most notable are its progress towards enviromental/land conservation. Even it's offices within the areas are built to accomodate for the land.

This however, is all a front. TVOG corp is a THE largest underground crime syndicate that currently rules over a majority of the entire world's fair trade market and societal operations.

They control the whole crime world, kind of like a pyramid of shady business chains, it all links back to The TVOG. They are a crime organization that literally organizes crime.

The Ministry of Order, ruled by Captain Bailfalse, is located where the GOVT (in the orignal thsc universe) stationed their army. Only this time, there are huge office buildings and foundations are built around the landscape of the tropical forest. Capt. Bailfalse may be a crime lord but he was very honest about actually conserving the enviroment. Though that virtue isn't shared amongst the other chairmen.

Btw on top of being a politely cold evil man ceo he is also VERY SILLY when being with his personal henchman, Charles Rebelivin... Who wishes his boss would act more serious whenever they're together

🎧Charles Rebelivin - Director in management (Ministry of Order)

"The first thing a new recruit at The Ministry of Order is told by other TVOG employees that they can always ask Mr. Rebelivin for help. The second thing theyre told is that they cannot always ask Mr. Rebelivin for bathroom breaks"

Color Motif: Primarily Red, with bits of The TVOG's turquoise green

To me, an opposite Charles Calvin is someone who just hates their fucking job lmao. This guy is not at all laid back, or enjoys jokes, or buffoonery. He has to be the one who schedules and organizes everything in the Ministry of Order so that operations run smoothly and cleanly as possible. He genuinely WANTS to be a good director for the employees. They know that too. Its just that he's learned to be better at controlling people rather than connecting with them. At the start of the hv au story, he's "content" being alone.

Charles R is 30 years old by the time the hv au takes place. He USED to be the youngest employee at the TVOGXART, but that was a title given to him like. 5+ years ago. He's been working here for a while, he doesn't care for it anymore and finds the title insulting. He expects the best from his employees. And expects the best from himself. Very loyal to his position as The Captain's henchman, and a complete workaholic. Could kill a guy if The Captain told him too, and his only form of questioning is asking how he shall do it. Acts as his guard dog that The Captain smothers, much to his annoyance. Je protects his boss regardless and scares the other chairmen. Is also very formal with titles, usually referring to people by their surname and position of power. Is prone to using terms such as "The Captain, captain, sir" when talking to Bailfalse. Has used words such as "Greatest" sarcastically, and "buddy, pal" passive agressively, usually on Henry V (though eventually, the whole buddy thing becomes genuine as they develop their friendship. Still going to be grump no matter what though but affectionate ok). Also expect to see less of greatest plan inverses, and more just so Charles learning how to be a decent friend within the Trio-V. It's awesome ghrhrg I can't wait to share them :)

👑Captain Hubert Bailfalse (Ministry of Order)

"A smooth talking salesman that has climbed up the social economic ladder to take control over all operations in the whole world. He believes in the value of good work ethic and polite ettiquettes."

Hedonist. Plant motif: venus flytrap

He's a silly guy I love him. He inverses Galeforce being serious but considerate and honest general, with Bailfalse being a relaxed but devious and convicing CEO. Though take note: he is the only chairman amongst the rest to not have come from a well-off or rich family.

He also doesn't carry Galeforce's trope of being a "father to his men." Sees his employees as expendable numbers. But not to the level of mistreatment like with the other charimen. He pays them, hes pateint, offers them dental plans, and makes sure they'll be able to perform efficiently for the whole period they work for him. And that's as much care as he's willing to put for anybody else other than pleassure for himself.

...Except for Charles. He cares alot for Charles. And he's not subtle about it too. As his personal henchman for the longest time, he's prone to using titles such as "My boy, Charlie, sport" when talking to him. Much to Charles' own annoyance. They're literally competent henchman + silly hammy villain (with a dose of terrifying if the situation came down to it). He likes to spoil the director with riches and gifts for all the work he's done for The TVOG, even though Charles doesn't want them.

He is married to Hans Nonayme and they are literalllyyyy evil old man yaoi. augh im obsessed with them. They nuzzle eachothers mustaches and it makes them smile :) Even in public. Which adds to Charles' embarrasment to have them as his bosses. He is also DIVORCED To Dr. Dimitri J. Pavlov. But I'll talk abt that another time.

👁️Chairman Hans Nonayme (Ministry of Privacy)

All-watching. Plant motif: Oriental Bittersweet

He manages the cameras. All of them. Everywhere, and all at once. He's very giddy about it and enjoys the surveliance he has over every part of the world. The Ministry of Privacy was meant to protect people's identities and personal information, and yet Hans knows a little too much about everybody, no matter who you ask about. I'm sure he has employees that also monitor the cameras, but rn I've mainly just been visualizing him doing it lone.

His cameras are meant to look like both flowers and the berries on a Orteinal Bittersweet vine, a type of invasive plant. These things are creeping EVERYWHERE in the hv au universe if you look for them. The Cowwoy Posse take great meassures to destroy the cameras if spotted. They don't make themselves known. However, if any TVOG employee (mainly Charles) sees them, their lenses blink rapidly in sucession. Which is Hans' own cheeky way of giggling at them. He does this in real life too with his own eyes. He's so weird, I love him alot.

He's actually based off this guy from the original THSC legacy edition. I always thought it was creepy how the GOVT had a whole spy camera inside of Stickmin's computer just watching his activity, and then had the guy stationed outside his home. I thought that was kinda interesting and just exaggerated his character from there. And made him gay and evil, cuz I can

💥Chairman Victoria Grin (Ministry of Peace)

Violent. Plant motif: Lily of The Valley

Oh she's messed up in the head. I like to believe that Victoria Grit is, while rough and tempered, is at least not malevolent and going out of her way to cause pure violence like Victoria Grin does. So there's that. Grin is also completely unreasoanble and pretty immature. The chairman also dreses very fancy but isn't afraid to throw herself into a fight if she's bored with all the meeting and agreements and treaties she has to do amongst the other crime syndicates and blah blah blah SHES BOREDD she wants to pull out her Peacemaker (A giant Fucking bazooka) and threaten people to sign their names on the forms already so she can go back to the more action stuff like beating up those pesky goody two-shoes cowboys getting on her nerves.

Hubert can't stand how immpatient and unnessarily blood thirsty she can be, though admires her for at least being able to establish the connections The TVOG has with other factions, both in crime related operations or just regular business stuff. It helps to strengthen the grasp they have over the world. Known as "Vicky" amongst the other chairmen. She likes to kiss Hydia Stash, and are evil little girlfriends together. She makes jokes about swinging with Hershell Proctor's wife Mrs. Proctor to peeve him. And she loves bullying HJ Carterbunny

🐇Chairman H.J Carterbunny (Ministry of Security)

Cowardly. Plant motif: Jumping Cactus

To say he's in charge of the Ministry of Security would be putting his leadership skills too high of a pedestal.

Hj is so pathetic. so very very pathetic. He is scared at the slightest things and his immediate instinct is to run away as far from the danger and wait until its gone. Or barricade himself somewhere. Which is why he's so efficient at the Ministry of Security, he's really just listing all the worst case scenario someone could break in. And his employees, while very tired and skeptical, add it anyways. Most of the time he doesnt trust that they did it well enough and try to add MORE security protocols, which only make them weaker as a whole.

If their defences are breached, Hj just ditches his employees to self-preserve himself, and puts the failure on them before taking responsibility as their chairman. He never considers himself as a a factor for his hubris. And so they all hate Hj in their own little ways <3 because he self sabotages their work and also because he regularly abandons them if they get attacked.

Just to ramble: One time Regal Bronzeage, local superhero, managed to fight all five of the employees all at once. And when he was ready to fight their chairman, he found that the guy had already left. not even in like a vechile he's just hiding in a tiny supply closet hoping nobody finds him

He has a brother who works in the Police Force Enforcement Force, Warden Roland Carterbunny. Roland is probably the one who made Hj so paranoid in the first place, and his psyche just got worse from there. He got bullied alot by him when they were kids, and Hj is the eldest one here. He might not even be that old, it's just that he was stressed so fucking much that all his hair turned grey when he turned 20.

Just to ramble: Dr Dimitri honestly pities the guy, even though he's literally a TVOG chairman. He just wants to sit this guy down and go into detail on how to properly handle his over abundance of anxiety. Cuz all day all the time none of the chairmen or most of his own employees (Aside form Gordon) care enough to actually handle his stress in a healthy sort of way. But he'll never get the chance because they're on opposing sides, and Hj doesn't trust anyone enough to let them do anything to him.

He could have turned out pretty fine, if still riddled with anxiety like everybody else. If it weren't for the literal fact that all his colleages are TERRIBLE and his own brother being absolutely terrible to him, whether enabling or belitting him.

💸Chairman Hydia Stash (Ministry of Wealth)

Greedy. Plant motif: Sun Pitcher Plant

She loves being rich. That's it. That's the whole bio.

Jk, she takes it to the extreme. It doesn't matter what she has in her vaults, whether it be dollars, gold coins, gems even. It's not enough. She needs, MORE valauble things. And I'm talking the most insanely scalped items. Beanie babies, Funko pops, houses, land. She needs EVERYTHING.

The Ministry of Wealth is actually meant to help distribute funds across all operations, both inside The TVOG and to other affilated factions. They also work to account for funds and general ledging of their budget. Her plant motif of a pitcher plant symbolizes how ever consuming she can be.

Hydia is the worst to have as a chairman honestly. Cannot be expected to always pay her employees. She's quick to irritate and quicker to throw a tantrum about it. She also likes kissing Victoria.

In the hv au lore, Reginald Bronzepants is a journalist for the Cowwoy Posse who worked with Lt. HRM to help publish their investigations together, busting various crime syndicates. And well, everything links back to The TVOG. Hydia HATED this drop in revenue she was losing (it was 15 dollars) from her billion dollar generating Ministry. And so, without The Captain's permission, she enacts an unauthorized assassination of Reginald Bronzepants. Just to ease her worries. Surely this won't bite her in the ass later. Surely he won't come back as an electricity-wielding, local superhero, will he?

🧠Chairman Hershell Proctor (Ministry of Education)

Dismissive. Plant motif: Psilocybin mushrooms

Ok to explain real quick, I inversed Hershell Panzer's roll of being a brute so that Hershell Proctor could be the brains. He has thrown himself into every field of study imaginable and has excelled in every course, which in his (super huge) mind, makes him a well respectable genius. He's firm in his belief that his intelligence makes him better than everybody else. He doesn't do anything to share his knowledge or teach them to others, he wants to hoard it for himself. No one else is allowed to be as smart as him

Oh, but don't think that being an iverse for physical strength automatically makes him weaker. What he lacks in any arm and torso muscles, he has an inner working system in his brain full of so many studies and so many wrinkles. I won't explain the full extent of his mental powers, but just know that it does involve psychic abilities :)

The Ministry of Education controls the information that's permitted to be shared across the world. There's some information that The TVOG keep hidden (sometimes their own secrets or an external entity) inside the Ministry of Education's archives, guarded by Dave Pampalooza. They front as an education system that protects the sacrecy of accessible knowledge.

Does not have the best relationship with his family. And has so much seething rage towards what Hubert has and what he doesn't. Caused a certain.....incident, to prove he's the smartest of all.

Chrm. Carterbunny only has 5 employees cuz if he has to maange more than 5 he Gets Scared. They ensure all TVOG owned and affiliated security protocals are working as intended. Coolest fucking guy here. He's so awesome and the best at his job. He helps his fellow colleages in his office and the employees over at Ministry of Order whenever he visits. Everyone cheers and claps when he visits. They all love him and says he has the best name (Not Charles R though, he hates that guy. Totally). He works in accounting

The Pampalooza Incident involving new re-education methods with Hershell Proctor. Johnny has cut off all contact with his father after that. - Will be talked about in seperate post
