Peace out Star Wars Celebration 2019. This con has been so fun and I’m glad it was in Chicago this year. Before the con started I had some reservations on how this would go because I know Star Wars fans are known to be toxic online for cyber bullying specific actors, directors, writers, and all kinds of other creators. This con made me forget all about that, instead I met some of the nicest people ever and everyone was super friendly. The fact that chicagoans have less representation here and there’s attendees from all over the world is so mindblowing. I’m so grateful to be able to be at the premiere of “Rise of Skywalker” trailer with the cast, learn more about Galaxy’s Edge in the Disney Parks, cosplay, meeting some faves and making new friends. Guess that’s what the better half of the Star Wars community is about.
