on saturday I assembled meds, made wheelchair payment(s), checked craigslist for work, worked out details for a belated gift, packed mom’s shawl and masks, wound yarn, and crocheted a tea cozy.

on sunday I wound a bunch more yarn, crocheted flowers and attached them to the tea cozy, packed the tea cozy, potted my snap dragons, dusted, talked to mom, and finished my fanfic.

today I:

watered plants

labeled the tea cozy box

scooped cat litter

fixed angus’s ear

refilled prescriptions

reinforced bunny’s back seam (maybe I should send him out to be washed, lined, and restuffed... :s )

did some research about hormonal IUDs (fun fact: not that effective at stopping periods, the literal only thing I fucking need)

wrote a very terse message (with citations) to the women’s clinic reasserting the need for removal or destruction of my fucking endometrium

rewrote the whole fucking message from memory because the system logged me out instead of sending it :)

had alex double-check it

called planned parenthood (they can’t help)

decided how to pay arin back for the shipping they’ve paid for

called my bank about the transaction that disappeared

called CVS since the bank said it was down to them (got an automated message about a technical issue which answered my question)

wrestled with the printer again

tried to print my name change form (arin still had to print it for me -n- )

filled out name change paperwork

figured out when (and how) to go to the courthouse

noticed the heavily reduced hours on the county court’s website

called to ask if we could still do name changes (we can’t this month)

sent an email about that fucking wheelchair battery (since I’m already neck-deep in customer service)

checked if the concert had been postponed (not yet)

dragged jackie outside for a fire alarm cuz that’s what I really needed :) (we used to leave josie inside with a porch door cracked because it added up to less distress, but jackie gets really freaked out by the noise)

arin did a ton of cleaning on sunday and mailed some packages for me, and our new storage box came in. I really cleared out my to-do list quite a bit, but also I am tired and grumpy -n- I think right now I’m averaging about one truly fully productive day per week (usually mondays) and then my other two “on” days end up being partial, but my “off” days also end up being partial more often than not. in part because I keep taking on crochet projects, I still have 3 blankets queued up (one for mom in return for my allowance, and two for me because I want blankets).

I definitely feel overworked-achey at the end of the day, which is precisely why I can’t be productive all the time XD hey body thanks for reminding me I really am disabled I guess.

Keeping up with the speculations about Mon-El / Karamel / the Legion of Superheroes was a reasonable task until 3x06, but once the first promo for 3x07 was released everything changed. We missed Mon-El that much.

I know exactly what you mean about people following simply for no reason. They follow but never like or reblob from me. The question is why follow? I think they are a bunch of trolls.

I think the same way too. You have no idea how many people I followed since day 1 and only a small percentage followed me back and a huge percentage didn’t. This is one of the major reasons why I stop following. I’m sure some are experiencing the same thing.

I do hate when some people will begin following you without liking any of your stuff. To me these are the people that are looking only for followers. The way I see it (in my situation) they are also spying. Don’t fall into this trap. Especially if you’re a fan from a particular character that they’re trying to make the character seem less important or valuable than they really are. Lorna Dane aka Polaris for example. Trolls are everywhere among the Marvel/DC community.

My advice to you is explore their feed and click on a couple of their pics, just in case if they were in a hurry to grow a following that they forgot to look through your feed. Give them the benefit of the doubt. At this time, unless their feed fits your interest, you don’t have to follow them back. 

This is what I told to a individual who wasfeeling extremely nervous because this individual did not feel he/she can trust others. The person might have been through some suffering from the mental condition of paranoia. Who knows? 

On a side note, if a follower has content that is vulgar, demeaning, or goes against youblock them.It’s what I keep saying. BLOCK BLOCK BLOCK AND KEEP BLOCKING and problem’s solved :)

I was having a really bad brain day, which is unfortunate cuz like. I’m already doing about as much as I can to take care of myself without shedding more responsibilities. arin helped out a lot, putting away and washing dishes, making me food, vacuuming, giving me lots of pats, washing most of the laundry, dusting (until they got too sneezy, at least). on top of doing a bunch of cleaning on sunday that they’d been meaning to do anyway (they end up washing dishes a lot more lately in general, since they’re spending a lot of time in the kitchen).
