TINKER- Twisted Wonderland x Tinkerbell!Yuu/Fem!Reader Part 1 Part 2
Tumblr media
⋆.ೃ࿔*:・Being a fairy like [Name] was definitely not for the faint-hearted. Fortunately, [Name] managed to hold her own. She was always seen as the smallest and weakest in the family, the one who seemed to drag everyone down. Her creative ideas were often brushed off in a family that preferred to stick to tradition. That’s why when Peter, a boy their age, actually showed interest in what she had to say, [Name] couldn’t help but latch onto him. Wherever Peter went, [Name] was usually right there, trailing behind. That is, until Wendy and her little brothers decided to tag along. At first, [Name] didn’t mind too much, but Wendy just had to make it worse by throwing some not-so-subtle flirts Peter's way.
So there they were, sitting by a tree, doing their usual thing. [Name] was tinkering with an old watch, John and Michael were play-fighting with wooden swords, and Peter had just given Wendy a beautiful sapphire pendant he found. “He’s given me a prettier pendant anyway,” [Name] thought, biting her lip as they focused harder on the watch.
“Oh Peter, I’m so happy I think I could give you a kiss!” Wendy exclaimed.
That was it. [Name] shot up from her spot, their wings jingling as they fluttered in a mix of anger and disbelief. A pale glow around them turned fiery red. Peter wouldn’t really go for that, would he?
“What’s a kiss?” he asked, genuinely curious.
“Well... I’ll show you!” Wendy said, leaning in.
Before she could land a peck on Peter’s lips, [Name] swooped in, grabbing Wendy by the hair and yanking her backward. Peter swatted at [Name] like she were just a pesky fly, which would’ve stung if it wasn’t for the fact that they were fighting for their life up in the air.
“What’s the matter with you, [Name]?!” Peter shouted.
With arms crossed defiantly, [Name] replied, “What’s the matter with me?! I’ll tell you what the matter is! It’s her!” She turned their back on Peter, fuming.
“Then leave! I hereby banish you… forever!” Peter announced dramatically.
Whipping their head around, [Name] gritted her teeth, feeling her size shrink as they flew away.
. ݁₊ ⊹ . ݁˖ . ݁. ݁₊ ⊹ . ݁˖ . ݁
That was the last time [Name] saw Peter. Time passed, and she grew older, still has a bit of a loose temper but definitely more mature. If she got accepted into NRC, they would be picked up tonight. Despite her parents' disapproval due to the family’s belief of everyone filling their designated role in the village , [Name] couldn’t bear the thought of being stuck in the village all her life —not after all the work she put in. She stuffed every piece of clothing she might need into their bag, feeling her eyelids growing heavier with each passing moment. Yawning, she trudged over to her flower bed, snuggling into the soft petals and slowly drifting off to sleep.
. ݁₊ ⊹ . ݁˖ . ݁. ݁₊ ⊹ . ݁˖ . ݁
[Name] jolted awake, her wings twitching in what felt like confinement. Wait... why were their wings trapped? She felt around and tumbled out of a coffin onto the cold floor.
“Nyah?!”
Suddenly, a flash of blue fire and a mop of black hair caught her attention. “I better hurry up and find that uniform before someone spots me... Urgh, this lid weighs a ton! Try this on for size! Mya-ha!”
Fire?! What in the Sevens was going on? [Name] turned to see a boy with black hair. Strangely, she sensed no magic from him, which was pretty unusual for a magic school.
“Now to grab the goods... What?! You two aren't supposed to be awake!”
“A talking weasel?! Two?” The boy blinked, noticing the glittering fairy wings and petite stature of the girl behind him. As he reached out to touch the wings, [Name] slapped his hand away with an angry jingle. “Don’t touch,” she reprimanded.
How surreal was this dream? The boy thought, rubbing his hand to ease the sting.
“How... HOW DARE YOU! I’m no WEASEL! I’m Grim, sorcerer extraordinaire!”
“You don’t look so extraordinary,” [Name] shot back, a smirk forming.
“Tch. Whatever. You... Fly! Just give me your uniform, and be quick about it! More specifically, you insect!” Grim pointed at [Name] with his paw. “I bet I can fit your clothes! If you don’t... you’re gonna regret it!”
Insect? Please, [Name] was taller than this little pest by a long shot. Anger and embarrassment flushed their face.
“Getting slapped by a fairy and roasted alive by a weasel? What will I dream of next?”
“Well, keep dreamin', 'cause I ain't no weasel!”
Sure...
“Where am I?” the black-haired boy asked, looking around.
Now that was odd. Either this guy was slow or from another planet. Even in her small village of Fairy Hallow, people knew about prestigious schools like NRC.
"Foolish human! Did you really think you could slip away from ME? Unless you want to get burned to a crisp, take off that—Me-YEOW! That hurt! What gives?”
A whip seemingly from nowhere hit “the extraordinary Grim.” You’d have to be crazy to think [Name] wouldn’t seize this chance to get back at this little weasel for making fun of her height.
“Could the oh-so-powerful Grim not sense that?” [Name] snickered, the jingle of her wings adding salt to the wound.
“NYAH?! You!”
“Consider it tough love. Ah, I’ve found you two at last. Splendid! I trust you’re the new students for this year? My, were you children ever eager to make your debuts. And bringing a poorly trained familiar with you? That’s a clear violation of the school’s rules.”
“It’s not ours,” the duo said in unison.
“As if I’d serve some lowly human and an annoying fairy! Now lemme go!”
An irk mark appeared on [Name]’s forehead. The audacity of this cat was astonishing.
“Once I get my wand, I’ll—” the glow around [Name] began to turn red, but the headmaster cut them off. Maybe that was for the best; what she was about to say was definitely better left unsaid.
“Yes, yes. Rebellious familiars always say that. Do be quiet for a bit, won't you? Dear me. Of all the students I've dealt with, you two are the first with the audacity to open their own gate and step out of it. Does the very notion of patience elude you? No matter.” The older man scolded.
“Your orientation has already begun. Let us return to the Mirror Chamber.” As they walked, a question sparked within the boy.
“What do you mean by student...?”
“You awakened in a room full of gates, did you not? All the students here at the campus arrived by passing through such gates. Although typically—”
“You came through a coffin-shaped portal into Night Raven College, or NRC for short, a school for magic. The one leading us is the headmaster of the school,” [Name] interrupted, eager to explain. Leaning in closer, she whispered to the boy, “But I believe you don’t have any magic to attend, so you might be sent home.” The boy’s eyes widened slightly.
“Well said,” the headmaster praised, “But now is not the time for such prattle. You have a student orientation to attend! Go on, now. Make haste.”
. ݁₊ ⊹ . ݁˖ . ݁. ݁₊ ⊹ . ݁˖ . ݁
“Orientation and dorm assignments are done? All right, new students—let me be clear. At Heartslabyul House, I am the law. Break the rules, and it’s off with your head!” a boy with cherry-red hair proclaimed.
‘He’s probably going to be a dictator,’ [Name] muttered under her breath.
“Well, that ceremony was as boring as ever. I’m going back to the dorm. If you’re in Savanaclaw House, follow me,” yawned a male with lion ears.
‘It’s hardly even the afternoon yet.’
“New students! Allow me to be the first to congratulate you on your achievement. As dorm leader of Octavinelle House, I’m honored to support you in what I hope will be a fulfilling campus experience.”
“He looks shifty,” the black-haired boy remarked, appalled at [Name]’s bluntness. How could she be so casual about it?!
“Hey, does anyone know where the headmage went? He disappeared midway through the ceremony?” a striking boy asked his fellow dorm leaders.
“Some headmage he is,” a voice emitted from a tablet.
“Maybe he had a tummy ache?” one suggested.
“I most certainly did not!” He argued.
The Red-Headed Boy crossed his arms across his chest “Ah, speak of the devil.”
“If you must know, I was searching for the new students who failed to show for orientation. You two are the only ones yet to be assigned a dorm. Step up to the Dark Mirror, and be quick about it. I’ll watch your weasel.” Crowley explained to the House wardens.
[Name] was the first to step up, revealing her face to the mirror.
“State thy name,” commanded the mirror.
She took a deep breath, exhaling slowly, “ [Name] Faye.”
“ Her soul is incredibly strong and unwavering. You hold immense potential, [Name] Faye. You’re perfect for Diasomnia.”
“Wait a minute… You’re a girl?!”
The room erupted into hushed whispers.
“What’s wrong with being a girl?” [Name] asked, her brows knitting together in confusion, placing her hands on her hips.
“The problem is that NRC is a BOYS SCHOOL. It’s completely inappropriate to have a girl surrounded by all these boys... I’ll have you sent home immediately.”
The fairy flinched at the man’s words. Perhaps her small village didn’t know everything about NRC, but it was too late for her to turn back now. She had to figure out a way to convince him to let her stay. [Name] gracefully stepped aside, giving the boy access to the mirror.
“State thy name,” the mirror repeated.
“Yuuken?” he replied, sounding more like a question than an answer. I mean, he had just been tossed into a random magic school without even knowing magic existed. For all he knew, this could be some bizarre fever dream.
“…The nature of your soul IS…….. unclear to me,” the mirror declared, and for a brief moment, silence enveloped the room.
“What did you just say?” the headmaster interjected, breaking the stillness.
“I sense no magical power from this one. Soundless. Colorless. Shapeless. Utterly vacant. Therefore, no dorm would be suitable.”
Yuuken winced at the mirror’s bluntness. Ouch, talk about harsh.
“Are you suggesting that the black carriage came to pick up someone who can’t even use magic? That’s ridiculous! The student selection process has never made a mistake in a century! How could this happen?”
Grim struggled against his restraints. “Mmmph! Nnnrgggh... ME! Let ME take this student’s place!”
“Not so fast, you hyperactive weasel!”
“Unlike that human, I can actually use magic! Let me be a student here! Watch, I’ll show you! My spells are the cat’s meow!” Grim inhaled deeply and let out a massive burst of fire from his mouth.
“I’m starting to think he’s more dragon than cat,” someone quipped.
“Is this really the time for jokes?!” Yuuken shouted in panic as flames engulfed the mirror hall.
“Everyone, get down!” warned the red-haired boy.
The boy with red eyes and white hair flailed his arms like a maniac. “AHHHHH! HELP! I’m on fire over here!”
“Stop, drop, and roll!” *[Name]* laughed, nearly doubling over as she wheezed. Yuuken sweat-dropped, catching the girl in his arms as she struggled to breathe. How could she find this funny? Finally, she gathered herself and flicked her wrist toward the flaming boy, sprinkling some fairy dust on his burning robe, instantly extinguishing the flames. A proud jingle rang out as her wings fluttered. “Fairy dust fixes everything.”
“Someone catch that blasted animal before it sets the entire school on fire!” Crowley ordered.
“Can I leave now, or…?” the lion boy groaned.
“Oh? I thought you fancied yourself a hunter. Go and help yourself to that plump little morsel!” the blonde boy teased.
“Too much effort. You do it,” the beast man shot back.
“Allow me to handle this, Headmage Crowley. If none of you are capable of catching a little creature, I’ll take on the responsibility.” One dorm leader with glasses stepped up to the challenge.
“Check it out! See how strong I am?!” Grim cackled.
“How very bold of you to break the rules in my presence,” Riddle said sternly, glaring at Grim.
“Shall we make this quick, then, Riddle? I’m afraid we don’t have much time,” the boy with glasses smirked, gripping his magic pen.
“Must you take pleasure in playing with your prey, Azul?” Riddle sighed, pulling out his own magic pen.
“And here I thought we both enjoyed this sort of thing,” Azul feigned disappointment.
“Please, I’m not like you, so spare me your nonsense.”
Grim yelped, “Myah! It’s a dead end!”
“Poor thing. Did you run yourself straight into a corner?” Azul taunted, further trapping Grim.
“I suggest you give up. Otherwise…” the redhead threatened.
“NO! I’m getting into this school, and that’s FINAL!”
*[Name]* tilted her head, intrigued. She was enjoying this more than watching the Lost Boys squabble. A part of her felt sorry for the cat; he wanted to join the school just as much as she did.
“Stand aside, Azul!” Riddle commanded, pointing his magic pen at Grim, preparing to deliver the final blow.
“Off With Your Head!”
“What was that?” Yuuken asked, staring in awe at the collar around Grim’s neck.
“It’s a unique magic. A signature spell that only one mage can use. Its name is a bit gruesome, though…”
Yuuken nodded, understanding the girl’s explanation. “What’s your unique magic then?”
*[Name]* shrugged. “I don’t know yet. I only know the simple spells I’ve picked up from books. I’m more of an inventor than a mage.”
“The Queen of Heart's Rule 23: ‘One must never bring a cat to a formal affair.’ Your very presence here violates that order. You need to vacate these premises immediately,” Riddle quoted.
“Glad I’m not in his dorm,” *[Name]* muttered. She’d probably die trying to follow all those rules. She considered herself a free spirit, prone to unpredictable bursts of anger from time to time.
“Until I remove that collar, you won’t be able to use any magic. You’re nothing but a pet cat now,” Riddle taunted, a smug grin spreading across his face.
“M-meoWHAT?! I’m nobody’s pet—NOTHING!” Grim stepped back, raising his paws defensively.
“Oh, you have nothing to worry about there. I have no intention of keeping you as a pet. The collar will disappear once you leave campus.”
“Ha-HA! Good show as always, Riddle. Your signature spell nullifies any magic. It’s quite handy. I just HAVE to respect it—ah, I mean, I just have to have respect for it.”
*[Name]* shot Azul a side-eye. No point in trying to cover up what he just said; everyone heard it.
“*[Name]*! Was I not clear that you’re expected to take responsibility for your familiar? Now discipline your—What’s that? It isn’t yours?” Crowley chastised her.
“It’s not mine?! Why would you assume it’s mine?!” *[Name]*’s temper flared once more.
“Oh... Is that so?” Crowley said, sweat trickling down his face at her outburst. “Then I’ll have it expelled from campus. I’ll even spare it from being served for dinner. My, but I AM kind... Someone take this away, please.”
“Why doesn’t he just do it himself?” the fairy muttered under her breath.
“NOOOOO! Let me gooooo! You fools better remember my name! I’m going down in magic history! Just you wait!” Grim shouted, struggling against the students holding him. *[Name]* felt a twinge of sympathy for him. He must have a reason for wanting to stay here, just like she did.
“I wonder why he’s so desperate to be here?”
“Well, that was quite the unexpected spectacle. I hereby declare that orientation has concluded. Housewardens, please escort your students back to the dorms… Hm? Come to think of it, I don’t see Housewarden Draconia of House Diasomnia anywhere.”
“And that surprises you? The dude’s a total recluse.”
“Wait a sec... Did anyone even invite him?” the boy she saved from the fire asked.
“Ah. Just as I suspected. I thought I’d come down and see for myself if Malleus had shown up. But once again, he was evidently not informed that his presence was required at an official ceremony.” He shook his head in disappointment. Something told *[Name]* this wasn’t the first time something like this had happened.
“You have my sincerest apologies. I assure you, this oversight was not intended as a slight,” Azul said, his tone insincere.
“I mean, you have to admit, he’s not exactly the easiest person to strike up a conversation with,” Riddle tried to justify.
“Never mind. All who were assigned to House Diasomnia, follow me. I just hope he doesn’t sulk about this.”
*[Name]* glanced at Yuuken from the corner of her eye, then tucked her wings behind her and pulled her hood up. She trailed behind the Diasomnia group, putting a finger to her lips in a shushing gesture. Yuuken’s eyes widened in disbelief at her antics. Did she really think she wouldn’t get caught? Especially with her glowing presence and the trail of fairy dust she left behind? He quickly turned his gaze back to the headmage, who had his back to him, facing the mirror.
“Well, Yuuken, *[Name]*. This is quite an unfortunate turn of events. I’m afraid you won’t be attending Night Raven College after all. Surely you realize that I can’t very well admit a student with no magical ability and a girl to my academy. But don’t worry. The Dark Mirror will see you home safely. Now, step into the gate and visualize the place you came from.”
The headmage turned around, only to find Yuuken standing there.
“Where did *[Name]* disappear to?”
Yuuken looked down at his feet, remembering how the girl had signaled him to keep quiet about her whereabouts. She must have had her reasons. “I’m not sure... I just want to go home.”
Crowley sighed. “I’ll deal with it tomorrow. Come along now.”
He actually believed it?!
. ݁₊ ⊹ . ݁˖ . ݁. ݁₊ ⊹ . ݁˖ . ݁
*[Name]* kept her head down to avoid drawing attention. It was dark outside in the Diasomnia dorm, making it easier to blend in, thankfully the ceremonial robe dulled her glow a bit.
The vice housewarden helped the new students settle into the dorm. *[Name]* stopped in front of her dorm’s door, sighing in relief for making it past all the staff and students. She turned the doorknob slowly, peeking inside. It was a four-person room. She was about to—
“Shoot.” *[Name]* cursed her luck and was about to turn around when someone came barreling up from behind her.
“MOVE!”
She jumped in shock. Why was he so loud?!
She stepped aside, allowing the boy to access the door while flicking some dust on his foot, causing him to trip and tumble upside down. Was everyone here like this? An “excuse me” would’ve been nice. She simmered with annoyance at the situation. *[Name]* huffed and walked away from the door.
“Excuse me? Are you going into the dorm?”
[Name] let out a startled scream, jumping at the sound of the voice, her light green wings flaring up in defense. She looked up and nearly fell back at the sight of a boy with dark pink eyes floating above her, staring straight into her soul.
“Looks like you snuck in…” the boy teased.
“I don’t know what you’re talking about—”
The boy began inspecting her wings. “Seems like you’re the girl from earlier… You do know this is an all-boys school, right?”
“You—”
“Lilia Vanrouge,” he introduced himself.
“Lilia… I really need to stay at this school,” [Name] broke character for once, desperation creeping into her voice. “I can’t go back home; I have nowhere…” Her eyes dropped as she fumbled with her fingers. Her wings twitched, lowering as if surrendering.
Lilia’s gaze softened slightly as he listened to her. “I won’t turn you in today, but if you want to stay, you should talk to Headmage Crowley.”
[Name] perked up at Lilia’s words. “Thank you! But where will I stay tonight?”
“Can you shrink?”
. ݁₊ ⊹ . ݁˖ . ݁. ݁₊ ⊹ . ݁˖ . ݁
[Name] nestled comfortably in an antique music box, tucked in with a small scrap of cloth. She watched as Lilia polished his weapon. In a way, it reminded her of the weapons Peter would describe in his stories.
“I wonder how he’s doing,” *[Name]* murmured in her native tongue.
“Who?” Lilia asked, curious.
“You can understand?!” Shock washed over her features.
He pointed to his ears, which resembled hers. They were pointed too!
“What kind of fae are you?”
“Nocturnal Fae. You must be a tinker fairy.”
[Name] zipped over to Lilia, circling around him. “Where are your wings?”
“Fu Fu Fu... Not all fae and fairies have wings,” he chuckled lightly.
“Oh…” [Name] yawned, pinching herself to stay awake. A comfortable silence settled between them, allowing [Name] to plop herself on the crown of Lilia’s head, drifting off to sleep.

TINKER-Twisted Wonderland x Tinkerbell!Yuu/Fem!Reader Part 2
Part 1 Part 3
Tumblr media
⋆.ೃ࿔*:・[Name] was jolted awake by a gentle poke to her side.
“Mrggg…” The girl mumbled, rolling over.
“[Name], you need to talk to Headmage Crowley,” Lilia said, and at those words, the girl shot up, her head darting from side to side.
“Headmage Crowley?! Where is he?!” she exclaimed, confusion written all over her face.
“In his office. You need to see him right now while he’s not busy,” Lilia replied.
With that, [Name] rolled out of her makeshift bed and landed on the dresser. She stretched her wings out, feeling the need to wake up a bit more, and ran her fingers through her hair. To avoid drawing too much attention, she decided to stay in her smaller form. She turned to Lilia, who was busy gathering his supplies in his bag.
“Thanks again, Lilia.”
“Not a problem at all… Good luck!” he said.
With a quick nod, [Name] set off to find Crowley. She zipped through the halls, feeling like the school was a giant maze. Finally, she stopped in front of a door that looked significant enough. Peeking at the gap under the door, a grin spread across her face. She took a few steps back to gain momentum and—oh, she got stuck. Maybe she had overestimated the size of the gap. She could see Crowley right there too! Pushing against the door, she tried to wiggle free. With one last strong shove, she tumbled across the floor, fairy dust sparkling around her with every movement. Comically, birds circled her head as she transformed back to her normal size.
“Mr. Crowley, sir,” she paused to catch her breath, “I wanted to talk to you about staying at this school. Before you say anything, just hear me out. I can’t go back home right now. If I do, I’ll be stuck in a horrible house with older siblings who absolutely despise me in Fairy Hollow, a town that feels completely unfamiliar with a future that seems just as uncertain. Please, please, please let me stay!”
Crowley’s eyes widened at her outburst, and he let out an exhausted sigh. “You can stay under certain conditions. You’ll have an earlier curfew, must keep your grades above a B-, no tardies, and if you ever feel threatened, you’re allowed to use your magic.” [Name] lit up, her glow brighter than ever. “Got it! But what about my dorm and uniform situation?” she asked eagerly.
“That will be sorted out later. For now, get to know the school and your classmates,” Crowley said, pushing a magic pen towards her. With a smile,[Name] enthusiastically took the pen and bolted out the door.
. ݁₊ ⊹ . ݁˖ . ݁. ݁₊ ⊹ . ݁˖ . ݁
“Pfft. All it takes is a little gust to—Hah! Oh no! The Queen of Hearts's statue looks like it’s been flame-broiled!” Ace exclaimed, his cool demeanor crumbling as he took in the damage from the fight.
“Flame-broiled indeed,” [Name] replied with a mischievous grin, enjoying Ace’s misfortune.
“Where did you come from?! Why is there a girl on campus?!” Ace shouted.
“[Name]?” Grim and Yuuken chimed in unison.
“I go to school here, duh,” she said, sticking her tongue out playfully. “So, what’s going on?”
“It’s Ace’s fault for trying to divert my fire! He should’ve just let it burn you to a crisp!” Grim shot back.
“Who in their right mind would ever do that?!” Ace retorted.
“What’s happening here? Cease this at once!” Crowley called out, making his way over.
At the sound of Crowley’s voice, [Name] froze. She really didn’t want to get blamed for anything, so she did what she does best—she shrunk down. But of course, she wasn’t going anywhere; she wanted to see how this played out. It felt like one of those cheesy Tubi movies she used to watch for inspiration on her inventions.
“Oh no! The headmage!” Ace cried, panic creeping into his voice. It was only the first day, and he was already in deep trouble.
“Not more lashings of love! We gotta get outta here!” Grim, Yuuken, and Ace tried to make a run for it, but [Name] had other plans. Whipping out her magic pen, she tripped the boys with a vine, falling over in silent laughter. This school was going to be full of opportunities for mischief! As they stumbled, Crowley approached with a fierce expression.
“OW!” Ace yelped, clutching a bruised spot on his side.
“Myaaaaah! I’m still sore from yesterday too!” Grim complained.
“As if the likes of you could ever escape my wrath! Did I not just warn you about ‘no more incidents’? And now you’ve charred one of my statues?! It’s almost like you WANT to be expelled!” Crowley threatened.
Yikes… So glad I managed to dodge that bullet!
“No! Please forgive me!” Ace pleaded.
“Hahhh… I wish I had my phone on me. This would totally blow up on magicam,” [Name] said, rolling over onto her side and getting comfortable as she watched the chaos unfold.
Crowley shifted his glare to Yuuken. “And you! You were specifically told to keep Grim under control!”
“I tried to stop him, but…” Yuuken began, only to be interrupted by the furious headmaster.
“This is unacceptable. And you! State your name and grade.”
“Ace Trappola… Freshman,” Ace said solemnly, sulking so much that [Name] thought he might just sink into the floor.
“Then listen carefully, Trappola. You, Grim, and Yuuken will be punished for today’s antics. You’re all assigned to wash a hundred windows!”
“Myah?! This is what you get for making fun of me! It’s all your fault! And where’s [Name]?!”
[Name] felt the urge to storm over and help Grim clean those dirty windows, but she had to keep her wings down and play it cool.
“What? I have to do it too?!” Ace whined.
“Of course you do,” Crowley scoffed. “You’ll meet in the cafeteria after class. Are we clear?”
“Yes, sir,” Ace finally relented.
“Ugh, I can’t catch a break!” Grim groaned. “I’m already worn out from a full day of cleaning. I can’t believe we still have to wash a hundred windows.”
Yuuken, clearly annoyed, cut in to silence Grim’s complaints. “We just have to suck it up and do it. You didn’t help at all earlier anyway…”
That’s when it hit [Name]. Yuuken didn’t snitch on her when Crowley asked where she was. In a way, she owed him something, but she just didn’t know what. Then it clicked, and she snapped her fingers.
“I know!”
. ݁₊ ⊹ . ݁˖ . ݁. ݁₊ ⊹ . ݁˖ . ݁
With a sense of urgency, [Namel hurried toward the ramshackle dorm, logs of wood trailing behind her. All she needed now were some metal scraps, screws, and a bit of wood polish to get things rolling. As she turned the corner, her wings twitched—a telltale sign that something was about to happen. Maybe it would be wise to take a different route to the ramshackle. "Hey, hold up there! No fair getting a head start! Wait!" The unmistakable voice made [Name] shake her head in frustration. Of course, it had to be them.
Just as she was about to turn around, something knocked her to the ground along with the logs. "Outta my way!" a boyish voice shouted, fading into the distance. As she tried to get back on her feet, Namel stumbled over the logs in a rather embarrassing fashion. Her previously calm expression morphed into one of pure fury. She whipped around to see who was responsible for this mess—it was none other than Ace Trappola. Taking a moment to gather herself, she stood up, piled the logs together, and tied them securely. With a sprinkle of fairy dust, she made them float again. Taking a deep breath, she reminded herself that she couldn't deal with this chaos right now; she had to get to the mirror hall.
. ݁₊ ⊹ . ݁˖ . ݁. ݁₊ ⊹ . ݁˖ . ݁
"This is not good..." Ace winced, clearly feeling the weight of the situation.
"What am I going to do?! How am I supposed to break this news to my mom...?" One boy was in full panic mode, realizing he couldn't afford to lose his place at NRC.
"Well... there might just be a glimmer of hope," the headmaster chimed in, offering the students a ray of optimism. "There’s a slim chance we can fix this chandelier."
"Wait, really?!" The boys shouted in unison, their hopes lifted.
"The magestone that powered this chandelier was sourced from the Dwarfs' Mine. If you can find a magestone with the same properties, we might be able to make the repairs."
"Then I’ll go look for a magestone! With your permission, sir!" one of them declared, determination shining in his eyes.
"Just a heads up—I can’t guarantee that any magestones are still out there. The mines have been closed for quite a while now, so it’s possible that all the magestones have been mined already."
"I'll do whatever it takes to avoid getting expelled, sir!" the boy insisted, desperation in his voice.
"Hmmm... Alright then. I’ll postpone your expulsion for just one night. But if you don’t bring back a magestone by morning, then all of you are out." Crowley negotiated, setting the stakes high.
"I understand, sir! Thank you so much for this chance!"
"Okay, let’s get moving. We need to find a magestone and wrap this up," Ace said, his shoulders drooping as he let out a heavy breath.
"You can reach the Dwarfs' Mine instantly by using one of the gates in the Mirror Chamber," Crowley informed them.
"Yes, sir!"
"Why do I keep running into you guys...?" [Name] grumbled as she stood at the entrance of the mirror hall, eyeing the chandelier on the floor with a frown. "How do you always manage to get into trouble?!"
Yuuken simply shook his head, muttering, "Grim and Ace..."
"Hmph." [Name] replied, "Who's that, and why is he staring at me like I’m the elephant in the room?" She pointed at the boy who was looking at her with wide eyes.
"Maybe it’s because you’re the only girl in an all-boys school?!" Ace shot back, much to [Name]'s irritation.
"Shut it," she hissed, switching her focus back to the boy who looked completely taken aback. "What’s your name?"
"Deuce... Spade…" he managed to say, still looking a bit overwhelmed.
"Deuce?" she repeated, raising an eyebrow. "Please stop looking at me like that."
"Sorry!" he said quickly, before turning back to the boys.
"We can’t waste any more time. Let’s go! Dark Mirror! Take us to the Dwarfs' Mine!" Deuce urged enthusiastically.
"Huh?! Wait!" [Name] exclaimed, feeling herself being pulled into the portal. She desperately tried to grab onto the smooth floor, but her efforts were in vain.
. ݁₊ ⊹ . ݁˖ . ݁. ݁₊ ⊹ . ݁˖ . ݁
"So, this is the Dwarfs' Mine... A long time ago, it was overflowing with magestones," Deuce remarked, taking in the surroundings.
The girl rubbed the spot on her head where she had landed. "Are you serious right now?!" She quickly dusted off her pants, her wings twitching as they prepared her to take off back to campus.
"Where do you think you're going, insect?!" the cat called out, a hint of annoyance in its voice.
"Back to NRC," she replied flatly, not bothering to look back.
Just as she was about to launch herself into the air, she was suddenly tackled by a ball of fur.
"Get off me! How are you so heavy?!" [Name] struggled to push the cat off her.
"Nyah! You left us behind near those statues!" the cat exclaimed, indignation in its tone.
"That wasn't my fault, was it?!" [Name] crossed her arms defiantly. "But... I guess I can help you find the magestone. I could use a little adventure anyway."
"Look, everyone! I see a house over there. Let's check it out and see what the folks there have to say," Ace suggested, his shoulders slumping in a casual manner.
"Hello? Is anyone home...? It must be empty. This place looks like it’s been abandoned," Deuce said, glancing around.
"Bwah! I just got a spider web on my face! Ptchoo! Ptchoo!"
"Wow, these desks and chairs are tiny! Did kids live here? One, two... seven! It’s like a clown car in here," Ace joked, managing to elicit a giggle from [Name].
"When the mine was thriving, this house must have been a really lively spot," Deuce mused.
"Well, standing around here isn’t going to get us anywhere. If we want to find a magestone, we've got to go inside the mine. Let's head in," Ace declared, stepping out of the house.
"You want to go in THERE? It’s pitch black! Insect! You go first! You’ve got that weird glowing thing around you," the cat retorted, a hint of fear in its voice.
An irked expression crossed her face. "Wuss," she muttered as she stepped into the cave, her glow lighting the way.
"What, scared of the dark? Pathetic," Ace teased Grim.
"Myah?! I’m not scared of anything! I’ll take the lead! You all follow me!" Grim puffed out his chest and moved in front of [Name].
"Whoa, hold on!" Deuce warned the others.
"What now?" Ace asked, clearly annoyed.
"There's something up ahead!"
At that moment, [Name] felt a bone-chilling sensation crawl up her spine. Turning around, she gasped at the sight of a ghost, her wings instinctively spreading out as a defensive measure.
"Do make yourselves at home... You can stay forever!" the ghost rasped, a cold aura enveloping the cave as it spoke. More ghosts emerged from behind the first one.
"More ghosts?! They're floating around here too!" Ace stepped back, ready to defend himself with his magic pen.
"If we stop to fight, we’re never going to get anywhere. Let’s just keep moving," Deuce reasoned, trying to keep the group focused.
"Sure, but don’t act like we voted you as team leader. We’re here because of that ridiculous stunt you pulled," Ace shot back.
"Oh? I’m pretty sure this all started because you tried to dodge your window-cleaning punishment!"
[Name] listened to the boys argue, feeling her blood pressure rise. She just wanted to rip her hair out in frustration.
Yuuken watched [Name]’s face twist in exasperation. From what he had seen during orientation, he didn’t even want to imagine how she would react now. He cautiously covered his ears, bracing for her outburst.
"So, we’re digging up ancient history now? If we're getting into it, this all started when furball here torched that statue!" Ace pointed an accusing finger at Grim.
"Myah?! Maybe you shouldn’t have made fun of me, then!" Grim defended himself.
"SHUT UP!" [Name] snapped, startling the boys into silence. The cave echoed with her voice, and they could have sworn they heard birds fleeing from the nearby trees.
"Everyone, just calm down," Yuuken attempted to diffuse the tension.
[Name] scratched her neck sheepishly. "Sorry..."
"...iiivvv... ...oooouuu..."
"Huh?!" the group gasped in unison, fear creeping into their voices.
"Wh-where's that coming from? [Name], was that you?" Ace asked, his eyes wide.
"No! Why would that be me?” [Name] whispered, hugging herself tightly.
"...neeevvvaaa... ...iiivvv... ...ooouuu..."
Why did [Name] let herself get tangled up in this mess? Would she even make it out alive in time for her first day tomorrow?!
"Sounds like... it's getting closer..."
"Stooonesss... Stooonesss aaare miiiiine!"
"There it is!" Yuuken pointed out the looming monster.
"What is that?!" Deuce’s eyes widened in horror.
"Myaaah! No one said there'd be monsters! Let’s get outta here!" Grim tugged on Yuuken’s pants, panic in his voice.
"That thing is super creepy! But didn’t it just mention something about 'stones'?!" Ace exclaimed.
"Stooonesss... ...nevvva give stooonesss...!" The monster swung at the group, its movements threatening.
"So there ARE still magestones here!" Deuce concluded, his eyes gleaming with determination.
"Myaaah... Even as a master sorcerer, I... I don't think I can take that thing down!" Grim admitted, his bravado fading.
"Are you really a master then?" [Name] couldn’t help but tease the cat, even in such dire circumstances.
"But we need a magestone or we’ll get expelled! I’m going in!" Deuce charged toward the monster, ignoring the warnings.
"Are you out of your mind?!"
"You can't do this alone!"
But Deuce brushed aside their concerns. "I won't be expelled! No matter what!"
"Get lost! Get lost! Get loooost!"
Deuce cried out as the creature lunged at him.
"Oh no! Loosey-Deucey is in trouble! Not on my watch! Heeyah!"
"Oof!" Ace hit the ground hard, wincing in pain as his muscles tensed.
From the sidelines, [Name] struggled to contain a laugh, watching the boys get tossed around like rag dolls.
"Myaaah! Keep away from me!" Grim raised his paws in sheer panic.
"GRRRAAAWWRR!" The monster let out a fearsome roar.
"It's like nothing even phases it!" Grim shouted in disbelief.
"Did you just see that sparkle?!" Yuuken exclaimed, staring past the monster at a glimmering rock.
"Look behind the monster! There's something shining in the mineshaft!" Ace said, pushing himself up from the floor.
"Could that be a magestone?!"
"GWAAAAAAAH! Nooo, I won't let you take the stooooone!" The monster attempted another strike. [Name] flinched, that attack almost hit her.
"Yuuken, we need to get out of here, and fast! That thing's going to turn us into tuna paste!" Grim pulled Yuuken by the sleeve.
"Retreat!Retreat! Retreat" Yuuken called out to the others.
. ݁₊ ⊹ . ݁˖ . ݁. ݁₊ ⊹ . ݁˖ . ݁
"This should be far enough, right?" Grim panted as he rolled onto his back.
"Owww... What was that thing? No one warned us about something like that!"
"That was definitely not your average ghost."
"Let’s just give up and go home. I'd gladly take the expulsion if it means I never have to face that thing again." Ace sighed, resigning himself to the idea of leaving NRC.
"What?! No way, that's not happening! I'd rather face death than get kicked out of Night Raven! How can you give up when the stone is right there?" Deuce shook his head vigorously, refusing to back down.
"Pfft. Easy for you to say, considering you’re not even half the mage I am. If you want that stone so badly, go get it yourself. I'm out." Ace turned to walk away, but Deuce shouted after him.
"Oh YEAH?! Fine, just run back to your little coop, you big chicken!" Deuce taunted, momentarily breaking character.
"Whaaaaat?! Who are you calling a chicken, huh?!" Ace shot back, crossing his arms and stepping closer to Deuce.
"Whoa, Deuce... Did you just, like, totally change personality there for a second?"
"Huh?! Sorry... I lost my temper for a moment." He cleared his throat, clearly embarrassed.
"So, what do we do now?" Yuuken squatted down, looking to the others for guidance.
"Can't you guys just blow that thing up with magic?" Grim directed his question at Ace and Deuce.
"Can't you do something magical yourself?" Yuuken asked Grim, raising an eyebrow.
"The headmage said it himself... magic has its limits. If you can't visualize your magic clearly, it's not going to work." Deuce explained to Yuuken and Grim. "Using magic on a larger scale or trying different kinds of magic requires training."
"Exactly, that's why magic academies exist. It takes a ton of practice before you can just snap your fingers and make your thoughts manifest as magic. And the more flustered you are, the more likely you are to mess things up." Ace added in.
"So that's why Grim can only summon fire," Yuuken said, taking a jab at Grim's ego.
"Hey! Just you wait! I'm gonna learn to use way cooler magic than that! I'm just getting started!" Grim shot back at Yuuken.
"Anyway, we need to come up with a plan to defeat that creature and grab the magestone," Deuce reminded everyone.
"Yeah, just like last time with the chandelier, right? You 'found a way,' and now look where we are. We just fought that thing and it wiped the floor with us. So what's your grand plan, genius? Because I definitely don't trust you to wing it!"
"What?! You're the one who—"
"And here we go again," Grim sighed, realizing this was going nowhere.
"So, I guess we should all just get expelled then," Yuuken shrugged, sounding indifferent.
"What?" Ace and Deuce exchanged bewildered glances, taken aback by Yuuken's sudden defeatist attitude.
"Whoa, that was a bit harsh. Where did that come from?" Grim's eyes widened at Yuuken's unexpected demeanor.
"Why not try working together for a change?" Yuuken suggested earnestly.
"With Loosey-Deucey? No way! He'd get me killed!" Ace shot back at Deuce, dismissing the idea.
"Like I'd enjoy teaming up with you?!" Deuce retorted.
"What if we actually came up with a solid plan first?" Yuuken proposed.
Ace clicked his tongue in annoyance. "A solid plan? Like some buddy system? Are you kidding? You always say the most ridiculous things with a straight face, [MC]."
"Agreed. There's no way I can work with him." The blue-haired boy shook his head defiantly.
"Yeah, but... getting expelled on the first day? That's pretty lame too. Maybe even lamer." Grim pointed out.
Ace stuttered, caught off guard by Grim's comment, "W-well..."
"Yeah, there's nothing cool about that!" the black-haired boy added.
"Ugh... Fine. Let's just get this over with. All right, Yuuken. What's the plan?" The orange-haired boy asked, sounding resigned.
"Yuuken… Is this plan of yours really going to work? I'm scared—I mean, I'm a little... uh, hungry," the cat confessed.
"Then let's brace ourselves for the worst," Yuuken said with a hint of pessimism.
"Heh heh. That's not exactly encouraging! Keep it loose and lively! Let's do this!" Ace declared, pumping his fist in determination and flashing his trademark smile.
"Wait! I feel like we’re forgetting something..." Deuce said, deep in thought.
"That monster really must have done a number on you," Ace chuckled.
"Whatever!" Deuce shot ahead of Ace, ready to take action.

TINKER-Twisted Wonderland x Tinkerbell!Yuu/Fem!Reader Part 3 Part 2 Part 4
Tumblr media
⋆.ೃ࿔*:・You know, it’s easy to say that [Name] was really annoyed. She was clinging tightly to a rock, hovering above this monster, and let me tell you, she had been in this precarious position for what felt like ages. Now, don’t get me wrong—she’s not the type to be impatient, at least not by fairy standards. But honestly, if those guys didn’t get their act together soon, she was ready to kick them so far underground that they’d be greeting Hades himself. Maybe this was just karma for laughing at the very people she should have been helping. You know how it goes; they’d probably forget her the moment they got out of the mines.
“H-Hey, monster! I’m uh… I-I’m over here!” [Name] perked up at the sound of a familiar voice. Never in a million years did she think she’d feel relieved to hear Grim, but hey, tough times call for tough measures.
“Grrraaawrrr! BEGOOOOONE!” The monster’s booming roar made the entire mine tremble, and a startled yelp escaped the girl.
“Insect?!” The cat stared in disbelief at the girl dangling for dear life. The monster growled again, catching Gris’s attention. “He's coming our way! Yuuken!”
Yuuken glanced up at [Name] and exclaimed, “You have wings, remember?! You can fly!”
“Oh right!” [Name]’s wings sprang to life, keeping her aloft. “Watch out!” she called out to the cat and the boy. With a powerful flap of her wings, she dove down, swooping up Grim and Yuuken in one smooth motion.
“Right over here, monster!” the black-haired boy taunted, waving his hand at the creature.
“Grrurgh? Thieeef thiiis waaay tooooo... Neeevvva giiive stooones! Neeevvvaaa!” The monster growled, chasing after the teens as they scrambled to escape the cave.
“Eep! If it lands one of those punches, we’re toast!” Grim squeaked as [Name] skillfully dodged the monster’s attacks.
“Aieee! I’m scared!” Yuuken slapped a hand over his mouth, bashfully glancing at [Name].
“Really, Yuuken?” Was [Name] now the knight in shining armor? She could’ve sworn she was just the damsel in distress a moment ago.
“Begooone! BEGOOOOOOONE!”
“Ugh, this guy’s breath is horrendous,” [Name] muttered. Soon enough, they caught sight of a glimmer of light emerging from outside the cave. Once they had distanced themselves enough from the mine, she unceremoniously dropped Grim and Yuuken on the grass and then landed gracefully beside them.
“We got him a good distance away from the mine!” Grim exclaimed, clearly relieved.
“Now’s our chance!” Yuuken urged as Ace and Deuce took up defensive positions back to back.
“You bet! I’m ready! One extra-large gust of wind, coming right up!” Ace flicked his magic pen at the monster.
“And I’ll add my blazing-hot fire to that! MYAAAH!”
Ace grinned, “How’s that for a combo?! With my winds fanning them, even Grim’s flames can turn into a raging inferno!”
“Whaddaya mean ‘feeble’?! You really don’t know when to keep your mouth shut, do you?” Grim shot back at Ace.
Yuuken’s eyes widened as realization dawned on him. “The monster’s afraid of our flaming tornado!”
“Just stay calm, aim carefully… and pull out the biggest, heaviest thing I can think of… Get ‘em, cauldron!” Deuce shouted, brandishing his cauldron.
“Nailed it! The plan’s working! Look, Yuuken! That monster got smashed flat by a falling cauldron, just like Ace did!” Grim teased, taking a jab at the orange-haired boy.
“Could’ve done without the reminder, thanks! This has been one drag after another,” Ace rolled his eyes, clearly annoyed.
“Quick! While it’s distracted, we need to grab that magestone!”
“Guh?! Waaait! Nooooooo!”
“That’s it! That’s a magestone!”
“Dooon’t tooouch thaaaaat!”
“Uh-oh! Looks like it’s almost wriggled free!” Ace took a step back, clearly on edge.
“I’ll help, I guess,” [Name] said as she took to the air, fairy dust swirling around her like a gentle snowstorm. Reaching into her pocket, she pulled out a small circular device and tossed it at the creature, which expanded into a net that wrapped around its body.
“Wait, you could’ve helped back in the cave?!” Ace exclaimed, a hint of offense in his voice.
“I’m helping now, aren’t I?!” she shot back. “Besides, you guys left me back there,” she said, crossing her arms defiantly.
“I told you we forgot something!” Deuce argued with Ace, who had accused him of being ridiculous.
“Nnngaaaah!”
“We got the magestone! Now let’s get out of here!” Grim and Yuuken rushed up to join the group.
“Roger that!” Ace grabbed [Name]’s wrist and pulled her along with him.
“MYYY STOOOOOOONE!”
“Are you kidding me?! It’s still coming! It broke all the nets?!” Ace tightened his grip on the fairy, causing her to wince and poke him with her other hand.
“Ooooooooogh...! Giiive it baaaaack...!”
“It’s too fast! It’s about to catch us!” Deuce started to panic.
“Then it’s kill or be killed!” Yuuken shouted, a hint of fear creeping into his voice.
“Easy for you to say, Yuuken! You don’t have to fight it!” [Name] exclaimed, pulling out her magic pen with a sigh as she held it close.
“Aw, fine! Let’s just smash the thing. Try not to wet yourself, Deucey!” Ace quipped, using the hand that had been around [Name]’s wrist to retrieve his magic pen.
“Same goes for you, Ace!” Deuce replied, following suit.
“I’m gonna show you why they call me Grim the Great!”
“Shut up and help,” [Name] said, her annoyance evident as her wings jingled.
. ݁₊ ⊹ . ݁˖ . ݁. ݁₊ ⊹ . ݁˖ . ݁
Deuce was panting, leaning against a tree for support.
“Is it... over?” Ace whined, collapsing onto his back in sheer exhaustion.
“Yes, I mean, I guess watching it disappear right in front of your eyes doesn’t mean anything,” [Name] shot back with a playful sass.
“Even after that intense battle, you still find room for attitude?” Ace questioned, raising an eyebrow.
[Name] laughed, “We?”
Yuuken glanced over at the girl, who was still cackling. Even though he had only known her for less than a day, he was already getting used to her quirks.
“I think... we won? I think we really did it!” Grim exclaimed, pumping his fist in the air.
“All right!”
“Woohoo!”
“Give me a victory high-five!”
“I’m not doing that,” [Name] said, turning onto her side. Grim grunted but raised his paw anyway.
“Shared adversity really brings people together, huh?” the black-haired boy said, a satisfied grin spreading across his face.
“Uh... I don’t think that has anything to do with it,” [Name] replied.
“Yeah! Spare us the clichés, Yuuken!” Ace chimed in.
“There’s no ‘together’ here! We won because of me! This is all thanks to my magical genius!” Grim declared proudly.
“Magical genius, my a—” [Name] was cut off mid-sentence.
“You know... I hate to admit it, but we mostly won because of your plan,” Ace said, smiling at Yuuken.
“Right? If you hadn’t kept your cool and directed us, we never would’ve snagged this magestone. I can’t believe it—now I won’t get expelled! What a relief!” Deuce scratched the back of his neck, glancing down at his feet.
“I’m just glad nobody got hurt,” Yuuken shrugged, brushing it off.
“Yeah, yeah, lessons learned and all that. Can we just go home already? I’m wiped,” Ace said, clearly drained.
“Using all that magic made me hungry! Huh? What’s this?” Grim’s eyes widened as he spotted something.
“Is that... a part of the monster we just beat? It looks like... a magestone? But it’s as black as coal! I’ve never seen one like that before,” Deuce pointed out.
Grim sniffed at the black stone, “What IS this? It smells amazing!”
“Are you out of your mind?” Ace stared at the cat, utterly dumbfounded.
“It must be some kind of fancy monster candy that it was hiding from us!”
“Why don’t you just eat it then? I bet it tastes delicious.” The boys looked at [Name] as if she had just sprouted three heads. Did she really just suggest that? Before they knew it, Grim plopped the stone into his mouth and started munching on it.
“Wait!” A look of horror washed over [Name]. “I didn’t actually think you’d eat it?!”
“Did you seriously just eat that?!” Yuuken rushed over to Grim in disbelief.
“MYAAAH!”
“Are you okay?!” Deuce asked, panic creeping into his voice.
“That’s what you get for eating trash!” Ace laughed, unable to contain himself.
“Oooooogh... Urrrgggh... That... was AMAZING!”
“What?!” the group exclaimed in unison.
“Rich in flavor and full-bodied... It’s like sweet, fragrant flowers bursting into bloom on my tongue. A whole field of them! Right in my mouth!”
“What are you? Are you even real?” [Name] looked at the cat, a mix of confusion and disgust on her face.
“Gross. Monsters must have some seriously weird tastes,” Ace recoiled, grimacing.
“You might be onto something there... Most humans don’t just pick up random stuff off the ground and pop it into their mouths,” the dark blue-haired boy added.
“Monsters really will eat anything, I guess.”
They turned to [Name], waiting expectantly for her to explain. “Wha—oh, I dunno,” she shrugged, tapping her foot against the ground, clearly uninterested.
“Myah ha ha ha! Man, that was fantastic! Don’t worry about me. I don’t have a weak stomach like you humans do,” Grim boasted with pride.
“Hmph. We’ll see if you’re still so smug when you’re sick later tonight,” Ace retorted, ever the snark.
“Okay, let’s get it together. We need to deliver this magestone to the headmage!”
[Name] dramatically fell to the ground. “Deuceeee,” she dragged out, “Carry me there, I’m exhausted,” she curled up into a small ball. Deuce blushed, flustered by the request from a pretty (albeit sassy) girl. Slowly, he picked her up and settled her on his shoulder. Ace scoffed at the boy’s red cheeks while Yuuken sweat-dropped at the girl’s antics.
“Come on!” Grim beckoned, and off they went.
. ݁₊ ⊹ . ݁˖ . ݁. ݁₊ ⊹ . ݁˖ . ݁
[Name] was peacefully snoozing away, her soft snoring confirming she was in dreamland. Meanwhile, Deuce was on edge, tensing up every time she shifted in her sleep. Suddenly, a wave of ugly sobs filled the air, pulling her from her slumber. She lifted her head, squinting through her blurry vision, and was stunned to see none other than Headmage Crowley in tears. Seriously? What’s up with him crying like a baby at his age?
“What’s this guy’s problem? Crying in public like that? At his age?!” Grim exclaimed, his jaw dropping in disbelief.
“In all my years at this school, today marks a monumental moment! The students of Night Raven College have finally united to confront a common enemy!” Crowley dabbed at his tears with a handkerchief, clearly overwhelmed.
“Whoa! No way am I joining hands with that guy!” Deuce protested.
“First off, there was no hand-holding involved. Gross. And second, just how old are you, Headmage?” Ace chimed in, echoing [Name]’s thoughts.
“Right now, I’m just too moved to express myself. This moment has validated my hopes. Yuuken, my doubts have vanished! You hold the talents of a beastmaster!” Crowley declared dramatically.
“What talents are those?” Yuuken asked, tilting his head in confusion.
“My students have been chosen by the Dark Mirror for their exceptional abilities. But with great talent comes great pride and huge egos. Most of them are so self-reliant, they wouldn’t even think of working with others,” Crowley admitted, looking down in shame.
“You make it sound like that’s a bad thing,” Yuuken replied.
“But you, Yuuken, you have no magic. Yet, in spite of that—or maybe because of it—you managed to rally those who do have magic to work together for a shared goal. Your ordinary, everyday vibe might just be what Night Raven College needs!” Crowley continued passionately.
“But... none of that sounds good?” Ace responded, unimpressed.
“Yuuken, I genuinely believe that people like you are essential for the future of this school. My instincts as an educator tell me so. Trappola, Spade—I’m revoking your expulsions! And you, Yuuken, I’m granting you the qualifications you need to officially attend Night Raven College!”
[Name] shot upright, eyes wide. “WHAT?!”
“You remember I can’t use magic, right?” Yuuken said, confusion evident on his face.
“Of course, and this is incredibly generous of me. However, there’s one condition. Your lack of magic is unacceptable for a mage. You wouldn’t be able to keep up with the curriculum! And Grim... your actions today show you have enough talent to become a mage. Considering everything, you and Yuuken will share a single enrollment at Night Raven College.”
“Ughhh,” [Name] sunk deeper into Deuce’s shoulder, “Does Grim really have to go to school?”
“Silence, insect! I... I get to be a student? Not a janitor?!” Grim exclaimed, excitement bubbling over.
“Exactly. But! There can’t be any more incidents like today. Clear?”
[Name] couldn’t help but chuckle; she knew Grim wouldn’t last a day without causing chaos.
“It’ll be a pleasure working with you,” Yuuken said, smiling down at the cat.
“Don’t lie,” Grim retorted.
“MYAAAAAH! I FINALLY DID IT!” he shouted, jumping in joy.
“Now, I’ll present Grim with the magestone issued to every student here,” Crowley announced.
“Heh! A magestone, huh?!” Grim said, eyes gleaming.
“Just don’t eat it…” [Name] cautioned, watching Grim slump at her words.
“It usually attaches to the ‘magic pen’ each student uses, but I doubt your paws can handle that. So, I’ve got a custom solution for you. Am I too kind or what?”
“Ah, sweet! A magestone collar, fit only for the legendary archmage, Grim!” Grim beamed.
“Are you even listening? Yuuken. As you can see, Grim is completely clueless about human customs. You need to keep him in check and make sure there are no more incidents! And you, [Name], will be placed in the ramshackle dorm until a room in Diasomnia opens up. I’ve already put your uniform by the door,” Crowley explained.
“Wow, that’s quite the upgrade. From janitor to student to prefect—all in one day,” Ace said, clapping playfully.
“Oh, I see. So if your dorm is just you three, and the headmage himself is putting you, Yuuken, in charge of Grim, that makes you... Yuuken the dorm prefect and [Name] the vice-prefect.”
[Name]’s jaw dropped. She had magic, so why wasn’t she the Prefect? She shot an angry eyebrow at Crowley but eventually lowered it in defeat.
“Well, that’s gotta be a Night Raven first! A magic-less prefect and a girl in one dorm? Sure, why not? Whatever works!” she said, rolling her eyes.
“I’ll do my best!” Yuuken declared, determination shining in his eyes.
“Heh heh heh. Good luck, Magic-less Prefect!” Ace chuckled.
“Ah, yes. I suppose that makes you a prefect. And I just so happen to have a job for you, which will make it much easier to... uh, I mean, congratulations! I have something for you. Behold, the ghost camera!” Crowley showcased the camera proudly.
“Camera?” [Name] and Yuuken echoed, intrigued.
“Ooh, my grandma mentioned those! They’re like, super old magic items, right?” Ace snapped his fingers in recognition.
“I wouldn’t say ‘super old’… ahem. But it might have been invented when your great or great-great-grandmother was a child. It’s a camera enchanted with a special kind of magic that allows the user to photograph not just the subject’s physical form but parts of their soul too,” Crowley explained.
“Wait, that sounds... sketchy,” Deuce said, narrowing his eyes skeptically.
“Right…” [Name] agreed.
“They’re called Memories. Here’s the catch: when the soul bond between the photographer and subject grows stronger, the Memories captured in the photos can come to life!” Crowley continued.
“Soul bond? Jumping out?” [Name] and Yuuken exclaimed in unison.
“When the photographer and subject get closer, their photos become animated like videos... and sometimes the photographs even take on a physical form and leap out. Isn’t that what you kids would call ‘wicked cool’?”
“That sounds like ghost photography!” Deuce commented.
“Very observant. That’s why it’s called a ‘ghost camera’. It was created as a more vivid way to capture moments before video existed. As Spade noted, back in Back in the day, people would freak out when they saw their memories literally jumping out of photos, yelling things like, "Ghost!" I’ve heard so many stories about folks who were absolutely terrified of being snapped by those kinds of cameras.”
“Honestly, this whole tech situation seems like it could cause more headaches than it’s worth.” Ace stretched.
“Luckily,it’s not you handling the camera,”[Name] said as blunt as ever.
“Yuuken, I need you to grab this camera and take some pictures of Grim and the other students, documenting your campus life,”Crowley said.
Grim chuckled, puffing out his chest, “Myah ha haaa! That sounds like the perfect way to capture all my greatest moments!”
“Ahem... Just make sure to focus especially on the little antics of certain students who might have a hard time controlling their impulses. Trust me, keeping a photo journal is way less of a hassle than writing me those long reports, don’t you think? As a prefect, it’s your responsibility to keep an eye on things and document them. Plus, just look at how generous I’m being by letting you use this rare magical item that even someone like you can handle. Isn’t my kindness just off the charts?”
“I’ll give it my all,” Yuuken replied, determination shining in his eyes.
“Alright, it’s getting late, so we’ll have to dive into the details tomorrow. You’re all dismissed, so head back to your dorms!”
. ݁₊ ⊹ . ݁˖ . ݁. ݁₊ ⊹ . ݁˖ . ݁
“Wow, Yuuken,” [Name] wrinkled her nose as she looked around the inside of Ramshackle, “Let’s tackle this mess tomorrow. Oh, and remind me to grab a mop and duster too. Got it, Prefect?”
Yuuken and Grim exchanged shocked glances. Was she really going to lend them a hand?
“Thank y—” But before he could finish, a fairy wing swooped in and covered his mouth.
“Don’t thank me,” she said, lifting the wing away and watching as he coughed up a cloud of fairy dust. “I’m just doing this because I want a clean space.”
“At least we’re making some progress around here,” the black-haired boy chimed in, brushing off her comments.
“Yeah, yeah. And just so you know, I’m calling dibs on the bed!”

⋆.ೃ࿔*:・The fairy stirred in her sleep, tossing and turning because of the relentless knocking echoing through the night.
“Who’s knocking at this hour?” The girl rubbed her eyes, feeling a bit frantic.
She rolled off her bed and landed on the cold floor with a thud. [Name] groaned as she hit the ground. “Whoever’s out there is gonna get it,” she muttered, dusting off her nightgown and slipping on her fuzzy slippers before quietly making her way down the stairs. Suddenly, she spotted sparks of blue fire and a tuft of black hair.
“Who the heck is here at this hour?” Yuuken grumbled, clearly annoyed.
“That's what I was thinking,” [Name] said, crossing her arms and narrowing her eyes.
“It’s me, Ace! Just let me in, okay?” Ace’s muffled voice called from outside the door. Yuuken and [Name] sighed, and she turned the knob, flinging the rickety door open to reveal the boy sporting an obnoxious collar.
“Ace? It’s the middle of the night! W-what is that collar?!” Grim exclaimed, staring at the boy in disbelief.
“I can’t go back to Heartslabyul House. I’m joining your dorm. For good,” Ace said, leaning against the wall defiantly.
“No way?! I’d recognize that collar anywhere. It’s the same one that psycho put on me at orientation! What did you do to end up with that?” Grim asked, raising an eyebrow at Ace, who simply shook his head.
“I ate a tart.”
“You… ate a tart?” Yuuken echoed, his disbelief evident.
“Seriously?” [Name] blinked, struggling to wrap her head around the idea that someone would get collared for a tart. She burst into laughter, falling back and clutching her stomach. Ace looked annoyed; he was hoping for at least a little sympathy.
“Could you maybe stop laughing?” Ace mumbled, looking down in embarrassment. “I was a bit hungry, so I went to the dorm kitchen and found some tarts in the fridge. Three whole tarts! And they were huge!”
[Name] finally calmed down from her laughter.
“And... now here I am.”
“So... you’re both terrible? The dorm leader sounds worse than [Name]!” Grim chimed in.
[Name] shot Grim a look that clearly said, ‘You better watch it.’
“You don’t think it’s crazy for my magic to be sealed away just for eating ONE slice of tart?! For a mage, that’s like being tied up and unable to move! And there were three whole tarts! THREE! It’s not like he could eat them all by himself! Come on, you know this is messed up!” Ace fumed.
“I guess...?” Yuuken hesitated, unsure.
“I’d be just as mad if someone had taken my food,” [Name] shrugged.
“What kind of wishy-washy answer is that?! And seriously, [Name], you’re supposed to be on my side!” Ace protested.
“Yeah, but… I mean, if there were three of them, they were probably meant for a party. Maybe it was someone’s birthday or something? Look at me, I’m like a master detective!” Grim puffed out his chest proudly.
“A birthday party, huh…?” Ace mused.
“That would make sense,” Yuuken added quietly.
“Man… I thought you guys would be more sympathetic! I’m a victim of the housewarden’s tyranny here!” Ace lamented.
“Glad I didn’t end up in that dorm! I’d hate to be in your shoes,” [Name] teased the orange-haired boy.
“But you stole food! That’s not cool!”
“For once, I’m with the furball on this one!” [Name] agreed, her wings jingling in excitement.
“Stealing food is a serious offense,” Yuuken chimed in.
“Aw, you’ve gotta be kidding me!”
“Tomorrow, you need to go apologize,” Yuuken suggested, finally straightening up and returning to his serious demeanor.
“You don’t mess with another guy’s meal… Hey, wait a minute! I just realized I never got those cans of tuna the headmage promised me!”
“Yeah, I don’t think you’re getting that… You didn’t need it anyway.” The fairy poked at Grim’s furry belly with her foot.
“Okay, okay! I get that I should apologize. But you’re coming with me, [Name] and Yuuken. This was your idea, after all.”
“Fair enough,” Yuuken nodded. [Name] was taken aback. Why was she being dragged into this mess?!
“Huh?! I didn’t even—”
“Anyway, do you have a place for me to crash tonight?” Ace interrupted.
“You were serious about that? Outside of my bedroom, this whole dump is covered in dust. So if you want to crash, you better start cleaning!” [Name] said.
“Dude, no way! I hate cleaning! Just let me stay with you, [Name]. I’m really slim. I won’t take up much space.” He nudged her, but she just stared back, causing him to pout.
“You wish.” [Name] turned her back to the boys and marched back to her room.
“Well, fine. The sofa it is. Night!”
. ݁₊ ⊹ . ݁˖ . ݁. ݁₊ ⊹ . ݁˖ . ݁
[Name] was totally in love with her uniform. She fiddled with the cute bow tie before adjusting her socks, admiring her reflection and giving herself a little spin. Then she paused, blinking as she pressed her skirt down in embarrassment, slowly turning around to check herself out.
“[Name], are you—” Yuuken stood at the door, his jaw hanging open. The girl’s usual glow turned a deep shade of red, a mix of anger and embarrassment.
“GET OUT! WHY DIDN’T YOU KNOCK?!” she screeched.
“Yes, ma’am!” Yuuken quickly slammed the door shut, leaving [Name] to calm her nerves.
“Oh my sevens,” she groaned, patting her face with her hands. “I just want to jump off a bridge right now.”
. ݁₊ ⊹ . ݁˖ . ݁. ݁₊ ⊹ . ݁˖ . ݁
“Move it! Out of the way! Night Raven College student coming through! Oh? Did my collar catch your eye? It’s way better than the one you’re stuck with! You know, the one that keeps you from using magic? But hey, the school could always use another janitor! Bwahahaha!”
“You’re so humble, Grim!” [Name] shot back sarcastically.
“I think he’s suffered enough, Grim,” Yuuken added.
“Grrrr! Trust me, Grim, once I get my magic back, you’re the first one I’m coming for!” Ace shot back, glaring at the cat.
“Didn’t the headmage JUST tell you yesterday to cut out the incidents? Besides, you won’t be able to participate in class if you can’t use magic. So why not just apologize to the housewarden? It’s a small price to pay to get that collar off,” Deuce advised.
“Aaaaargh! I hate this so! SO! Much!” Ace growled, yanking at the collar around his neck in frustration.
“I hate your whining more than you hate that collar,” [Name] said, casting an irritated glance at him.
“Hmm. You know, we still have some time to kill before class starts. I’m kinda curious about the other dorms. Guess I’ll go check them out while you do the whole groveling thing,” Grim said, tapping his chin with his paw.
“Since when did this turn into a field trip?!” Ace groaned.
“Field trip? More like a break! The boys have been staring at me like I have three heads.”
“Maybe it’s because you’re the only girl in the school?! Plus, you’re like the size of a magic pen!” Grim teased, poking her leg.
“I may be the only girl in the school, but I’m not the only girl in the world! And, for the record, I’m considered tall by tinker fairy standards!” The fairy’s wings flared up bright red as she turned around and flicked fairy dust at Ace and Grim.
. ݁₊ ⊹ . ݁˖ . ݁. ݁₊ ⊹ . ݁˖ . ݁
“Wow, this place is seriously nice! It’s like a whole different world compared to our cramped little dorm,” Grim said, taking in the surroundings with wide eyes.
“Hey, our dorm’s just a little rough around the edges, okay?” Yuuken chimed in, almost trying to convince himself more than anyone else.
“Yeah, ‘a little rough’ is putting it lightly,” [Name] added with a smirk as she trailed behind Ace and Deuce towards the garden.
“Yesss! Time to get my paint on!” a voice suddenly called out from the garden.
“Looks like we’ve got company,” Grim said, surprised.
“They’ve got to be all red, or it’s ‘off with my head!’” the mystery boy shouted back.
“Wait, I feel like I’ve heard this somewhere…” Yuuken murmured to himself as he processed the boy’s words.
[Name] shot Yuuken a confused glance. “Did you take something while I was napping?”
“Huh...? You guys need something?” The orange-haired boy paused his painting to look over at the group.
“What exactly are you doing?”
[Name] facepalmed at the obviousness of the question. I mean, come on, with the red splatters everywhere and a paintbrush in hand, it was pretty clear.
“Are you serious? I'm painting these roses red, obviously.”
“Why on earth would you do that?!”
Deuce had a point; why change something that already existed? This dorm was definitely quirky.
The orange-haired boy just chuckled. “Ah ha ha! So clueless, you really put the ‘n’ in newbie! Hold up, I know you guys! You’re the ones who shattered that billion-thaumark chandelier and almost got kicked out! And you—” he pointed at [Name], “—you’re the cute girl everyone’s been talking about!”
[Name] couldn’t help but feel a little flattered. Maybe she was kinda cute after all. She smiled at him, making her fellow first years stare in disbelief.
“Wow, you are cute. Especially when you smile,” Ace said with a snicker, only for [Name] to grab him by the collar and push him back, her expression turning neutral again.
“Oh, knock it off,” [Name] rolled her eyes.
“And you! You’re the one who scarfed down the housewarden’s tart that night! You guys are like, the hottest topic on campus! I need to get in on this fame train. Mind if I grab a quick selfie? I’ll tag you all on Magicam!”
“I’m Deuce Spade.”
“Ace.”
“I'm Grim, and that’s my sidekick, Yuuken.”
“[Name],”
“Uploaded! Awesome! Oh, I’m Cater Diamond, by the way. I’m a junior here at Heartslabyul. Just call me Cater or Cay-Cay if you’re feeling wild! So nice to meet ya!” Cater flashed a peace sign.
“Nice to meet you too,” Yuuken said, trying to keep it together.
“Wait, you’re the prefect of that so-called Ramshackle House dorm, right? I can’t believe you live there! It looks like a total wreck on Magicam. No filter could save that place!”
“Hey, all you’ve done is throw shade at us!”
“Whoops, my bad! I’m losing track of time! The party’s tomorrow, and if we’re not ready, it’s ‘off with my head!’ So, you kids wanna help me paint some roses?” Cater called out, referring to the first years as “kids,” which made [Name] fidget a bit, her wings twitching defensively.
“Uh, why exactly are you doing that?” Ace asked, puzzled.
“Because red roses are way more Instagrammable! Or... something like that? Then I have to get everything ready for the big croquet tournament, which means I need to paint all the flamingos too.” Cater sighed dramatically.
“Wait, why are you painting flamingos?!” [Name] exclaimed, fairy dust fluttering around from her outburst.
“Now it’s all coming together, Ace! That tart you munched on must’ve been for the housewarden’s birthday, which is why he flipped out!” Deuce said, as if a light bulb had gone off in his head.
“Hm? Oh, no, it’s not Riddle's birthday,” Cater replied, leaving everyone even more confused.
“It’s not? Then whose birthday is it?” Ace asked, scratching his head.
“It’s no one’s birthday. Tomorrow is our dorm’s traditional unbirthday party! It’s this special tea party we throw when nobody has a birthday—if the housewarden feels like it,” Cater explained.
“And why do you even do that?” Ace pressed on.
“More questions! Listen, I need these roses to be red, like, yesterday! Can’t you guys help out with some magic or something? Oh wait, Ace is on magical house arrest and Yuuken’s just a regular guy, so you three will have to stick to paint.”
“Recolor the roses with magic,” Deuce repeated, trying to wrap his head around it.
“Never done that before, can’t say it sounds easy.”
“Same here,” [Name] added.
“Chill, it’ll be fine! You got this! Just try to do it before I lose my head, okay? Thanks!” And with that, Cater dashed off, leaving the first years in a whirlwind of confusion.

TINKER-Twisted Wonderland x Tinkerbell!Yuu/Fem!Reader Part 5 Part 4. Part 6
Tumblr media
⋆.ೃ࿔*:・ "Red... Red... BAM! Whoa! It turned blue?!?" Deuce took a step back, totally shocked. How did he mess that up so badly?!
"Change, you awful color! Change! AHA! BWAH! The rose is on fire!" Grim was frantically trying to put out the flames on the bush.
[Name] just sighed as she watched the boys struggle with painting the roses. She pushed them aside and flicked her magic pen at the bush, instantly changing all the roses' colors.
"See how easy that was? I’m just way too good at this!" [Name] tossed her hair back with a smirk, reveling in her own talent.
The boys exchanged glances before looking back at her.
"What? Why are you staring like that?" [Name] raised an eyebrow, confused.
"[Name]... the roses are... um... pink," Deuce stammered, clearly nervous about how she would react. Ace, on the other hand, burst out laughing.
"Don't tell me you're color blind?!" Ace teased the fairy.
"Wow. You’re even worse at this than I thought," Cater scratched his head, trying to figure out what to do with the first-years.
"Hey, maybe you should just leave the roses white! They look perfectly pretty to me," Ace suggested, but Cater wasn't having it.
"It’s all about tradition. You can’t have an unbirthday party without the roses being red. And you can’t play croquet without seven-colored flamingos as mallets and a hedgehog for a ball. Oh, and don't forget, the roses have to be white when the garden flowers have their spring concert. That's non-negotiable!" As Cater rambled, [Name] was left speechless. What kind of animal cruelty were these guys into?!
"What did those animals ever do to you?!" [Name] exclaimed, horrified by how the dorm treated them.
"All your rules are totally insane!"
"They say the Queen of Hearts made these rules herself—she was one of the Great Seven, you know. And Riddle is really into tradition, probably more than any previous housewarden. I’ll admit, he’s a bit... much," Ace huffed, clearly annoyed. 'A bit' was a serious understatement.
"Yeah, no kidding. I don’t have time for this nonsense. Is Riddle around? I need to talk to him," Ace said, cutting straight to the chase.
"Yeah, probably. But are you sure that’s a good idea? Did you even bring an apology tart to replace the one you ate?" Cater interrogated Ace.
"Uh, no...? I came here first thing in the morning!" Ace clarified defensively.
"Ah ah ah... That could be a problem. Have you forgotten rule 53? 'Stolen items must be replaced.' If you’re not in compliance, I can’t let you in," Cater said, sticking out his hand to usher Ace out.
"Are you serious?!" Ace looked at the upperclassman in disbelief. Was he joking?
"Are you telling me I came all this way for nothing?!" [Name] nearly lost it. Of course, the one time she got dragged along, she ended up painting roses, getting teased for messing up the color, and now getting kicked out. Seriously?!
"You know you didn’t have to come, right?" Deuce piped up.
"Deuce." The fairy shot him a warning glance.
"Yes ma’am!" Deuce quickly zipped his mouth shut.
"All dorm residents must follow the rules. If I let you slide, it’ll be off with my head next! Sorry, Ace, but I need you to leave before Riddle spots you. Thanks," Cater began pushing Ace out, who was digging his heels in.
"I... think this guy is serious. You guys, do something!" Ace cried for help.
[Name] glanced at her nails, bored. "I don’t really feel like fighting right now."
"Why should WE do anything?" the blue-haired boy crossed his arms, unimpressed.
"Come on, please! I can’t use magic! Hurry, he’s—" Ace begged before Cater blasted him with a light spell, sending him flopping to the ground. [Name]'s wings twitched slightly as she watched him crash. A determined look crossed her face as she pulled out her magic wand and pointed it at Cater.
"Fine, today’s your lucky day, Ace," [Name] said, glancing back at the boy behind her. Deuce looked at her with admiration as he grabbed his magic pen, ready to back her up.
"I’ve got your back, [Name]!" Deuce declared, filled with determination.
. ݁₊ ⊹ . ݁˖ . ݁. ݁₊ ⊹ . ݁˖ . ݁
[Name], Deuce, and Grim were panting in exhaustion outside the dorm. Just how elite was this guy?!
"Make sure you bring that tart next time, okay? Bye now!" Cater waved his fingers at the first years. [Name] was the first to break the silence.
"Ace, I am never helping you again."
"What?! Why?!" Ace exclaimed, shocked by her statement.
"We hit him over and over, but he just kept coming. Maybe he was using some kind of illusion magic?" Deuce said, clearly frustrated.
"So let me get this straight: we walked in there completely tartless, and this dude still made us go through that whole rigmarole before tossing us out? He just wanted us to paint his stupid roses!" Ace facepalmed at the realization.
"We really look like a bunch of chumps," Grim said glumly.
"No, Grim," [Name] corrected him, "ACE DOES!" Her voice rose in volume, emphasizing her point.
"I get it, okay?!" Ace sulked, feeling defeated.
"I guess we’ll just have to grab an apology tart and come back. Maybe after class, we can— Oh no!" Pure panic crossed Deuce’s face.
"What’s wrong?" Yuuken asked, looking at the blue-haired boy with concern.
"We already missed the first bell! We’re going to be late for class!"
"Myah! I can't afford to get a blemish on my first day of glorious Night Raven education! Let’s move, everyone! To the classroom, pronto!"
"I’m out!" [Name] said, her words coming out in a jingle as she flapped her wings and zoomed off.
"[Name]?!" Yuuken called after her, bewildered.
. ݁₊ ⊹ . ݁˖ . ݁. ݁₊ ⊹ . ݁˖ . ݁
[Name] was sitting quietly at the back of the class, trying her best to ignore the curious stares from the other students. Even though she promised herself she wouldn’t let it bother her, those insecurities were eating away at her. Sure, she could be tough, but deep down, she was still just a teenage girl.
“Ah, you must be my new homeroom students!” The teacher redirected everyone’s attention to the latecomers at the door. A grateful smile spread across her face as Yuuken and the others glanced up at her. “Hmm, that’s quite the unique coat of fur you’ve got there. Just make sure you come to class looking presentable. My name is Divus Crewel, but you can call me Master Crewel. Now, take your seats because class is about to kick off. We’ll start with the basics, which means cramming the names and key traits of a hundred herbs and poisons into your tiny brains. We’ll tackle mycelia later. But hey, I’m hoping you’ll eventually figure out how to stroll around without munching on anything poisonous. I know you all have the self-control of ravenous hounds right now, but I will not tolerate a single student failing this class. Get ready to be drilled!”
Deuce looked at the worksheet in front of him, confused. “Huh, so… does anyone know what a mycelia is?”
“I’m not really into memorizing stuff like that, ya know?” Ace chimed in.
“Good thing I’m a quick learner,” bragged the fairy with a smug grin.
“All I care about is figuring out which plants are tasty and which ones are gross.”
Yuuken groaned, “Seriously, Grim?”
. ݁₊ ⊹ . ݁˖ . ݁. ݁₊ ⊹ . ݁˖ . ݁
“I’m your History of Magic teacher, Mozus Trein, and this is my familiar, Lucius. You’re here to dive into the rich history of magic and see how it’s shaped the world you take for granted.”
“Mrrrrooowww…”
[Name] glanced over at the grey cat, which was staring at her like she was out of place. She grimaced and quickly looked away. What’s with cats and her?!
“I grade based on how you behave in class as well as the quality of your work. Don’t even think about sleeping on my watch. Now, let’s open our books to page fifteen. This section dives into the magestones discovered in the Dwarfs' Mine…” The teacher droned on.
“Mrrrrooowww…” The cat rolled over.
“As knowledge and awareness of magical energy spread across the globe from this point, this year is considered Year One of the Magic Era.”
The fairy could feel her eyelids getting heavy. “Oh my Sevens, this lecture is a snooze-fest…” she muttered to herself. Even the cat looked like it was about to doze off! She rubbed her face in agony, wishing she could escape this boring lecture.
. ݁₊ ⊹ . ݁˖ . ݁. ݁₊ ⊹ . ݁˖ . ݁
“I’m Coach Vargas, and it’s my job to whip your weak little bodies into shape. Great sorcery starts with great physical fitness! Just look at the muscles you can build with a diet of raw eggs! A great mage needs a solid physique! So, let’s do twenty laps and a hundred push-ups!”
“Sevens,” the fairy muttered, her feet dragging as she flew close to the ground, shoulders slumped. “Why do I have to run when I can just fly?”
“Ugh. This forced exercise is bad enough, but meatheads like this guy drive me up the wall,” Ace complained, already dreading the class.
“Finally! A subject I’m actually good at!” Deuce exclaimed, pumping his fist in excitement.
“Seriously, what’s the appeal of running around in circles? Do I look like a hamster?” Grim complained, the flames near his ears dimming as he trudged along beside [Name].
“Well, Grim, you’re not too far off from a ham—”
“Henchman!”
. ݁₊ ⊹ . ݁˖ . ݁. ݁₊ ⊹ . ݁˖ . ݁
“Let’s see, our next class is…” Deuce mused as the group walked through the crowded hallway. By now, [Name] had gotten somewhat used to the annoying stares. She tucked her wings close and squeezed through the crowd with ease.
“This so-called magic academy feels a lot like a boring, regular school. Not exactly what I was expecting, but at least this collar isn’t too much of a hassle after all. You feel me on that, Grim? ...Huh?” Ace paused, looking around for the cat.
“Wait, where’d Grim go?” Yuuken joined Ace in searching for the missing cat. This made [Name] perk up her pointed ears.
“Oh! Look out the window! I just saw a ball of fur darting across the yard!” Deuce exclaimed, and the rest of the group followed him, leaving [Name] crossing her arms, glancing back at the mob of students near the classroom door. She scowled, contemplating the consequences of skipping class before ultimately deciding to follow the rest of the group out to the courtyard.
. ݁₊ ⊹ . ݁˖ . ݁. ݁₊ ⊹ . ݁˖ . ݁
“I am NOT putting up with this boring routine every single day. I’m Grim, Sorcerer Prodigy, and I don’t need anyone teaching me how to blow stuff up!” Grim stomped across the courtyard.
“The Headmage is going to be furious…” Yuuken sighed, eyeing the cat.
“Wow, that guy really isn’t a fast learner.”
“Tell me about it,” the fairy said, watching with amusement.
“Not a good look to lose your only student on your first day as prefect. Want some help catching him?” the orange-haired boy offered.
“Yes, please!” Yuuken practically pleaded with the rest of the group.
“I do love those chocolate croissants at the co-op,” Ace nudged Yuuken.
“I’d do it for an iced latte at the cafeteria,” Deuce chimed in.
“I think I could go for a donut or two…” [Name] mused, tapping her chin in thought.
Yuuken groaned at the idea of buying all three of them something, calculating the cost in his head.
“Look! Grim’s getting away, Yuuken!” [Name] pointed.
Finally, the boy relented. “Fine, fine! Done, done, and done!”
“Pleasure doing business! Now, [Name] and Deuce, let’s clean up the mess made by the worst prefect to ever set foot on campus!” Ace got ready to chase after the cat.
“I can already taste that latte, Ace, [Name],” Deuce said, pulling out his magic pen from his pocket. The fairy unfurled her wings and stretched, signaling that the chase was on.
“Deuce, go left!” [Name] shouted, flapping her wings faster to pick up speed. The blue-haired boy shifted to the side, allowing [Name] to gracefully maneuver around the cat, fairy dust sprinkling onto Grim’s soft fur.
“Nyah?!” The cat lifted into the air as the fairy dust took effect, clearly distressed.
“Mrrah! I’m done with these boring classes!” Grim whined as he spun around, “Get me down!”
“Wait… you could’ve used that fairy dust floating trick the whole time?” Ace muttered in disbelief.
“Oops!” [Name] batted her eyelashes playfully, “I’ve been a little too tired lately!” She glanced down at her platform Mary Janes, checking for any scratches from landing.
“Can someone get me down?!”
. ݁₊ ⊹ . ݁˖ . ݁. ݁₊ ⊹ . ݁˖ . ݁
“Woohoo! Lunchtime finally! Whoa! This food looks amazing!” Grim’s eyes darted around the cafeteria, drool pooling at the corners of his mouth.
“Ooh, a buffet! That’s fancy,” [Name] said as she grabbed a plate and tongs, opting for a tender slab of smoked salmon with a side salad, though that cheeseburger with fries was definitely calling her name.
“Look at how fluffy those omelets are! Ooh, grilled chicken! And a bacon-and-egg tart!” Grim was swooning.
“Shhhh! Dude, inside voices! Where was all this energy earlier today?” Ace hushed him.
“Yuuken, grab me the grilled chicken! There’s only one left! And an omelet too! And that jelly-filled bread. Just fill your whole tray, will ya? Ow!”
“Hey! Watch where you’re going! My carbonara! You broke the yolk!”
“Whoa, that’s messed up! Poking the egg is the best part! You better make this right, dude!” a boy yelled, grabbing the attention of some passersby.
“I’m gonna need that grilled chicken of yours as compensation,” the delinquent said, reaching for the chicken.
“Myah?! No way! Hands off the bird, dude! I need my protein because I am HANGRY!” Grim pulled his tray away from prying hands.
“Hey! That’s no way to talk to an upperclassman! Meet me outside, and I’ll teach you some respect!” an older boy with magenta hair threatened.
[Name] stepped in front of Grim, intervening. “Are you seriously about to fight a freshman over an egg mishap?! I’m pretty sure you’ll be fine eating it like that.”
The delinquent sized her up, a smirk creeping onto his face. “Are you his owner? You should take responsibility for your little friend. Y’know,I’ve always liked my girls with a bit of an attitude.” He placed a hand on her shoulder while his friend snickered. “How’d a girl like you manage to sneak in here anyway?”
[Name] felt her blood boil, her eyebrows twitching in irritation.
“Uh oh…” Yuuken grabbed Grim and stepped back, knowing what was about to go down. He glanced at [Name], noticing her glow shifting from pale yellow to a fierce blood red. Deuce, sensing the tension, gripped the delinquent’s wrist and yanked it away from [Name].
"Excuse me, sir, but the handbook clearly states that fighting with magic is prohibited. I suggest you remove your hand from her shoulder,” Deuce said, narrowing his eyes, nervousness flickering in his stance.
“Fighting?” the white-haired student glared, “You’ve got it all wrong. I’m just helping this ignorant freshman understand his place.”
The magenta-haired friend grinned wickedly, “Now, let’s see just how many ways there are to skin a cat, heh!”

TINKER-Twisted Wonderland x Tinkerbell!Yuu/Fem!Reader Part 6
Part 5
Tumblr media
⋆.ೃ࿔*:・“Whoa, I didn’t realize you had that in you…” The delinquent looked down, clearly embarrassed, while [Name] shot them an angry glare.
“Listen, I’m gonna let you slide this time, but that’s only because I don’t want my pasta getting cold,” the delinquent said as they backed away, trying to save face.
“Pffft! I knew you were all talk! You better hope I never see you again!” Grim chuckled as he watched the boys scurry off.
“Well, I guess this is my life now,” Yuuken groaned, rubbing his face in frustration.
“Can we just grab some lunch already? I missed breakfast and I’m about to pass out here,” Ace whined.
Deuce let out a sigh, “I can’t believe this. Textbook bullies at a school that’s supposed to be known for training top-notch mages…”
“Oh, come on! Get over it already. It’s time to eat like there’s no tomorrow! This omelet is as fluffy as a cloud and bursting with cheese!” Grim said, obnoxiously chewing and smacking his food. “So, I checked out your guys’ dorm, but what’s the deal with the others?”
“Are you familiar with the statues of the Great Seven? Night Raven College has a dorm themed after each of them,” an orange-haired upperclassman chimed in, addressing the lowerclassmen.
“Bwah! You’re that guy from this morning!” Ace exclaimed, his face painted with shock.
“You totally tricked us into painting those silly roses!” Grim pointed an accusatory finger at Cater.
Cater grimaced, glancing at [Name] as he tried to defend himself. “Tricked? That’s such a harsh word. Do you think I wanted to spend MY morning painting roses? It’s dorm policy! I was just following orders.”
“And grinning like a maniac the whole time,” Deuce added, backing up Grim.
“Now, now, Deucey. Outside of the dorm, I don’t care what rules you follow. Here, I’m just your friendly mentor!” Cater waved off the first year’s comment.
“Please, do NOT call me Deucey,” Deuce replied, shaking his head in disapproval.
“Ah ha ha! That’s just how Cater shows he cares,” a mysterious voice chimed in, causing [Name] to look up from her meal.
Ace narrowed his eyes at the newcomer, “And who are you?”
“Right, I should introduce myself. I’m Trey. Trey Clover. I’m a junior at Heartslabyul, just like Cater here. And you must be Yuuken and [Name], the new prefects from that, uh, rustic dorm. I heard all about what went down from Cater. Thanks for having our boys' backs yesterday.”
“The dorm is a work in progress, Trey,” [Name] corrected him.
“I don’t remember inviting you to sit with us…” Ace shot him an unimpressed glare.
“Hey now, we’re all from the same dorm, right? Let’s try to get along. Here, give me your digits,” Trey said cheerfully.
“I don’t have a smartphone,” Yuuken replied, looking disgruntled.
“For real? I’ve read about people like you, but I never thought I’d meet one in real life! I know a place that sells the latest models for cheap. How about you, [Name], and I go on a phone-shopping date?” Trey suggested with a grin.
“Wait, what...?!”
“Whoa, okay. Coming on a bit strong there,” Grim said, looking a bit taken aback.
“What’s up with you guys? You all look so tense! Chill out, baby! Relax! I bet you’re the type who’s super awkward in real life but can text like a pro, huh? Just give me your info already!” Cater pressed on.
“Cater,” Trey interjected, “You’re freaking out the freshmen. Maybe tone it down a bit?”
Cater chuckled, “Ha! Sorry! I can get a little carried away sometimes. So, what were we talking about... Ah yes, the dorms! What a blast it is to mentor new students! Go ahead, A-M-A.”
“Before we dive into the other dorms, I’d love to know more about ours. Like, what’s with all this ‘Queen of Hearts rule number whatever’ nonsense?” Ace leaned in, eager for answers from the upperclassman.
“You know about the legendary Queen of Hearts, right? She had to rule over a kingdom of oddballs, and she did it by enforcing order and making strict rules,” Cater explained.
“Our dorm, Heartslabyul, is a tribute to her. By tradition, we wear armbands in the red and black of the Queen's dress and live by the rules she set,” he added.
“Pfft. Can you make this any more boring?” Grim rolled his eyes, clearly uninterested in the topic.
“Now, how strictly we follow those rules really depends on the current housewarden. Past wardens have been a lot more flexible,” Cater continued.
“But Riddle? He doesn’t play around. You could say we’re honoring that tradition to the fullest extent,” Trey chimed in, trying to put a positive spin on the strict rules.
“Ugh. Just my luck…” Ace sank deeper into his cafeteria seat.
“So what are the other dorms like, then?” Grim asked, trying to steer the conversation back.
Trey opened his mouth to explain each dorm one by one. “As Cater mentioned, the dorms here are themed after the Great Seven. We have Heartslabyul, modeled after the Queen of Hearts’ strictness. To summarize the rest, we’ve got... Savanaclaw, inspired by the relentless spirit of the King of Beasts. Octavinelle, reflecting the benevolent heart of the Sea Witch. Scarabia, representing the thoughtful nature of the Sorcerer of the Sands. Pomefiore, showcasing the tenacity of the Fairest Queen. Ignihyde, based on the diligence of the king of the underworld. And finally... Diasomnia, which embodies the noble spirit of the Thorn Fairy.”
“That’s a lot to take in,” Yuuken said, clearly overwhelmed.
“All those names are way too long! How are we supposed to remember them?” Grim crossed his arms, frustrated.
“Any good magician would take the time to learn them,” [Name] chimed in, poking Grim’s forehead with her index finger.
“Ah ha ha! Well, you get the idea. Whether you like it or not, you’ll learn them soon enough,” Cater laughed.
“At orientation, the Dark Mirror chooses a dorm for you based on your essence. Each dorm ends up with its own distinct... flavor, let’s call it,” Trey explained.
“That’s so true. I totally see it,” Cater nodded in agreement with Trey’s quirky metaphor.
“‘Flavor,’ huh...?” Deuce sweat dropped at the unusual choice of words.
“For example, check out that guy.”
Turning around, [Name] whistled at the sight of him, only to get elbowed in the side by Yuuken.
“Muscly dog man, sure, why not?” Yuuken blinked at the tall beast man.
“That rough-and-tumble vibe he’s giving off screams Savanaclaw,” Trey noted.
“No doubt. That dorm is packed with tough guys who are all about working out and fighting. How should I describe the vibe...? Macho dudes? Gruff big brothers? Something like that. The black and gold armband is another giveaway,” he elaborated.
“Huh. Okay, what about that guy with the grey and purple cord wrapped around his arm?” the cat asked.
“He’s definitely from Octavinelle. And the student sitting at the table in front of him has a red and gold armband—Scarabia colors,” Trey continued.
“Those dorms are for the brainiacs. They’re always neck-and-neck in academic rankings. Ah, but the current housewarden of Scarabia doesn’t seem to be the brightest bulb…”
“And here goes Cater again, rambling off on a tangent,” Ace said, rolling his eyes.
“Ha. You catch on quick. Let’s get back on track. You see that flashy one with the purple and red armband? Those are Pomefiore colors,” Trey pointed out.
“Whoa! The girl with the potion books, I really like her!” Grim exclaimed, staring at the boy with light purple hair and striking blue eyes.
“I don’t think—”
“What’s she doing in a boys’ school?!” Deuce asked, confusion written all over his face.
“That’s not—”
Ace almost facepalmed at his dormmate's cluelessness. “You two are such dummies. There aren’t any girls officially enrolled here, except for [Name].”
“WHAAAT?!” Deuce and Grim shouted in unison.
“Speaking of girls, there’s a portrait in the west hall of a real beauty. Her name’s Rosaria. If you want to meet her, I can introduce you. Maybe we could set something up?” Cater suggested, a hopeful look in his eyes. Everyone sat in stunned silence, processing his words.
“A painting? No thanks! I don’t care how cute she is if she’s two-dimensional!” Ace shook his head vigorously.
“Come on, who cares how many dimensions she has! Anyway, they take vanity super seriously at Pomefiore. Its basically a dorm full of models. Their housewarden has 5 million followers on Magicam,” Cater said with admiration.
“Hey now, they’re not just pretty faces. The students at Pomefiore are top-notch when it comes to potions and casting curses,” Trey added.
“Eh heh. True that. Next up, we have Ignihyde... Their armbands are blue and black, but I don’t see any around here. They tend to be a bit antisocial. Even I don’t have any friends from that dorm. They’re kind of the complete opposite of us sunny, fun-loving Heartslabyuls,” Cater sighed.
“So they’re gloomy and miserable?” Grim asked.
“Hey, no need to put it that way! They just have a reputation for being quiet and serious, that’s all. That dorm tends to attract magical-energy engineers and students who are good with tech.”
Good with tech and engineering? Hey… why wasn’t [Name] chosen for that dorm? What was the mirror trying to say?
“And that just leaves... Diahonyalara, right?” Deuce stumbled over the name.
“You were close, but you hit a guardrail there. It’s ‘Diasomnia,’” Ace teased.
“I know that! I just misspoke, okay?” Deuce shot back, his irritation flaring up again.
“Diasomnia House is, hmm...” Cater scanned the cafeteria, “Ah, look over there. Those guys in the special seating area. You can tell by their neon green and black armbands. They’re basically campus celebrities. The vibe they give off makes it super hard for regular folks like us to approach them. And their housewarden? That’s a whole different level of intimidating.”
“There’s a little kid in that group!” Ace exclaimed, his jaw dropping.
Trey shook his head, “Ah, we do have some child prodigies here. But that guy over there is no kid. He’s a junior like us. Name’s—”
Suddenly, the same familiar fae they were just talking about appeared right in front of them, “Lilia. Lilia Vanrouge.”
“BWAH?!”
A bright grin broke across [Name]’s face, “Lilia!”
Lilia smiled playfully, matching the energy of the girl, "Fufufu, look who’s finally here, [Name]. So, my youthful appearance has caught your attention, huh? As our insightful friend here pointed out... Even though I’ve got that fresh-faced, boyish charm, calling me a 'child' would be a bit off the mark."
"‘Fresh-faced,’ huh?” The green-haired guy let out a nervous sweat at the older fae’s words.
"Hey, no need to stare at us from a distance! Feel free to come chat with us. We’re all schoolmates here, right? Everyone in Diasomnia House welcomes you with open arms." Lilia extended a warm invitation, but as their gazes drifted back to Diasomnia's table, a chill ran down their spines. There sat two guys, both muscular and a bit intimidating. One had silky silver hair, while the other sported a pale green that was just a shade darker than [Name]’s wings.
“Wait a minute,” the girl's eyes narrowed, “isn’t that the rude jerk who told me to move at the Diasomnia entrance ceremony?” All of [Name]’s fear seemed to evaporate, replaced by annoyance. Seriously, could she fit any more emotions into that little body of hers?
"And those guys over there? Not exactly the friendliest vibe, huh?" Deuce stammered, clearly uneasy.
The male fae chuckled softly, “Sorry if I seemed a bit above you during your meal. I really hope we can chat again soon.”
“Their table is, like, twenty yards away! And they heard our convo? That’s so creepy!” Ace shivered at the thought.
In response, [Name] pointed to her pointed ears. “Fae have incredible hearing, and honestly, their senses are just off the charts.”
“Yeah, Diasomnia House definitely has a reputation for housing some seriously talented students. A lot of them are magic prodigies. And their housewarden, Malleus Draconia? He’s one of the top five mages in the whole world,” Trey explained, sounding a bit in awe.
“Malleus is definitely not someone to mess with. But hey, you could say the same about our own beloved housewarden,” Cater added casually.
“No kidding! He freaked out on me for snagging just one slice of tart! His obsession with rules is totally over the top!” Ace complained, completely ignoring the stares of everyone around.
“My 'rule obsession' is 'over the top,' is it?”
[Name] couldn’t help but stifle a laugh at the ridiculousness of it all.
“Absolutely! Riddle’s just a little tyrant who uses the whole 'rules' thing as an excuse to keep everyone under his thumb!” Ace continued, oblivious to the grimaces on everyone’s faces. Finally, someone decided to save Ace from his blundering.
“Ace! Behind you!” Deuce warned his dorm mate.
“Wha—?! Housewarden!” Ace froze under the piercing gaze of the strict housewarden of Heartslabyul.
“Hey, Riddle! What’s up, buddy? You’re looking adorable, as always!”
“Hmph. Cater, keep talking like that and you might just lose your head along with that mouth of yours.” Riddle dismissed the compliment with a glare.
“Sorry, sorry! My bad!”
There it was again. [Name] quickly lost interest in the conversation, her gaze wandering around the cafeteria. This place never ceased to amaze her. The Merfolk, the beastmen, and all the different fae were completely new to her. I guess being sheltered as a kid does that to you. Then she started to wonder what would’ve happened if she hadn’t acted out all those years ago. Maybe she’d still be close with Peter and the Lost Boys. Then her mind spiraled even further—what if she could invent a time machine to erase every single mistake she’d ever made and create the perfect future? What if—
“You want me to pay you to make it?! What kind of scam is this?!”
“Nah, I wouldn’t take money from a freshman! But Riddle wants a chestnut tart next, so I’ll need you to gather a whole bunch of chestnuts,” Trey reassured him.
“Like that’s any less of a hassle. But... fine. How many do you need?” Ace replied, acting like he wasn’t the one who got himself into this mess in the first place.
“Well, it’s for the unbirthday party, so... probably two or three hundred?” Trey estimated.
“Did you say HUNDRED?!” [Name] exclaimed, staring wide-eyed at the baker.
“And they all need to be boiled, shelled, and pureed,” Trey added, completely serious.
“Alright, I’m outta here.” Grim finished his food in one last bite before sliding off.
“I’m leaving too.” Deuce followed suit.
“See ya,” [Name] said as she dumped her plate, getting ready to leave.
“You heartless cowards!”
“Wait up!” Cater called out to the first-years walking away, “Haven’t you heard that food tastes better when you make it with friends? This could be a memory to cherish! Plus, it could be your big break as a cooking blogger!”
Trey chimed in, “Don’t tell Riddle, but chestnut tarts are best when eaten fresh out of the oven. Only the ones who make them get to enjoy that luxury.”
“Well, when you put it like that... Alright, humans, let’s do this!”
[Name] shook her head. Seriously, how was Grim so easily swayed?
“Where can we find chestnuts, anyway?” Yuuken asked, cutting right to the chase.
“I heard there are tons of chestnut trees in the woods behind the campus botanical garden,” Trey suggested.
“Sweet. Plan in motion. Let’s meet at the botanical garden after our last period,” Ace declared.
“We’re gonna be swimming in chestnuts!”
“I can’t believe I’m actually helping with this,” [Name] sighed, pushing some loose hair behind her ear.
. ݁₊ ⊹ . ݁˖ . ݁. ݁₊ ⊹ . ݁˖ . ݁
“Whoa! Check it out, there are so many chestnuts just chillin' here! I’m about to feast on some delicious chestnut tarts! Mmm! Let’s start grabbing—YOWCH!” Grim yelped, “Myah! These chestnut spines just pricked my paws!”
[Name] couldn’t help but stifle a giggle at Grim’s little mishap, “I could’ve warned you about that,”
“And you didn’t say anything?!” The cat was frantically trying to get a spine out of his paw.
“Nope! You gotta learn the hard way sometimes!”
“I don’t think we can do this with just our bare hands. Plus, we need something to put them in,” Deuce chimed in.
“Maybe we can find some supplies over in the botanical garden,” Ace suggested.
“Let’s check it out,” Deuce said, leading the way into the garden.
. ݁₊ ⊹ . ݁˖ . ݁. ݁₊ ⊹ . ݁˖ . ݁
“Whoa, I had no idea this place was so massive.” Ace spun around, soaking in the sights of the garden.
“If it’s this big, there’s gotta be a groundskeeper somewhere. Let’s split up and search.”
“Sure thing. I call dibs on the right side.” The orange-haired guy started heading toward that direction.
“Then I’ll take the left, and Grim, you and [Name] can go straight ahead?” Deuce suggested as he headed left, leaving Grim, [Name], and Yuuken to go straight.
. ݁₊ ⊹ . ݁˖ . ݁. ݁₊ ⊹ . ݁˖ . ݁
“Hey, come check this out! There’s a ton of fruit growing here! And it smells ripe too!” The cat tried to grab some berries from the bush but was yanked back by [Name].
“Hey! You can’t just step on my tail and walk away like that!”
[Name] glanced around, her eyes landing on a figure lying on the cement floor.
“Are you the groundskeeper? Not sure you should be talking to students like that, buddy.” Grim shot at the beast man.
“Ain’t nothing worse than trying to catch some Z's and having some jerk step on your tail,” the guy replied, sitting up to meet the freshmen’s gaze.
“Here’s a thought: don’t sleep on the ground in a public space,” the fairy snapped back at the lion.
The guy chuckled, leaning in closer, “You... I know you. You’re that girl from orientation.” Then, shockingly, he started SNIFFING HER?! A yelp escaped from [Name] as she stumbled back, her wings flapping wildly to stay upright.
“Well, it’s true. You’re definitely one of a kind.” The beastman commented, “You’re taller than most fairies around here. What kind are you?”
[Name] and Yuuken stood there, completely shocked and speechless at his boldness. Thankfully, Grim broke the silence.
“I don’t know what’s up with this guy, but he’s giving me serious creeps...”
“No one gets to step on my tail and just stroll away without facing consequences. I’m in a bad mood because of this nap interruption, so you’re gonna owe me a tooth.”
“Sevens, WHY DOES EVERYONE AT THIS SCHOOL WANT TO FIGHT?!” The fairy threw her arms up in exasperation.
“Please! I don’t have dental insurance!” Yuuken cried out, earning some puzzled looks from [Name] and Grim.
“Yuu! Chill out!” Grim yelled at him.
“Leona! There you are!” A voice called out.
In walked another beast man, “I knew I’d find you here! We’ve got after-school classes today, remember?”
“Ugh... And now I’ve got this guy bugging me...” Leona ran a hand down his face in frustration.
“Leona, you’ve already had to repeat a year. If you get held back again, we’ll be in the same grade!” The beastman scolded.
[Name] nudged Yuuken, “He’s like a hobo.”
“Oh, just zip it already. I’m tired of your chatter, Ruggie,” Leona waved off the hyena beast man.
“Look,” Ruggie said, exhaustion evident in his tone, “you think I enjoy always being on your case? C’mon, man. You could coast through life if you just put in a little effort. Let’s get moving!”
“Hrmph... Next time you mess with my turf, there’s gonna be a price to pay, herbivores!” Leona finally relented, giving in to Ruggie’s insistence.
“Myah! I don’t like the sound of that! What is up with this weirdo?” Grim shuddered.
“Yeah, I don’t think he’s the groundskeeper...” Yuuken concluded.
“Seriously? You’re just figuring that out now?!” [Name] mentally facepalmed.
“Yo, guys, we found baskets and tongs!” Ace called out to the group.
“What on earth happened to you three?” Deuce asked, noticing their frazzled expressions.
“Oh right, the chestnuts! We gotta gather those so I can whip up my tart! We’ll fill you in on the crazy groundskeeper while we gather,” Grim said, excitedly.
. ݁₊ ⊹ . ݁˖ . ݁. ݁₊ ⊹ . ݁˖ . ݁
“…and then he just dipped out!”
“Right? No way that dude was the groundskeeper,” Ace chimed in, nodding his head.
“Wait a second, now that I think about it, he was rocking that golden vest from the Pajama-clog dorm,” Grim said, tapping his chin like he was deep in thought.
“Pajama... clog? You mean Savanaclaw? Man, I’m starting to think there are way too many troublemakers hanging around Night Raven…” Deuce looked like he was really getting lost in his thoughts.
“Okay, that’s enough chit-chat. Let’s hustle these baskets over to Trey!” Ace said, striding ahead, clearly eager to wrap things up.
“Myahaha! Now that we’re all pumped up, it’s time to hit Flavortown, baby!” Grim clapped his hands together, clearly ready for action.
. ݁₊ ⊹ . ݁˖ . ݁. ݁₊ ⊹ . ݁˖ . ݁
“Welcome back, folks! Looks like you scored big!” Trey waved them in, looking pleased.
“Now you can whip us up some gigantic tarts!” Ace plopped the bag of chestnuts down on the counter with a thud.
“Well, the bigger the tarts, the tougher it’ll be to peel all these nuts, so... good luck with that!”
[Name] just stood there, jaw dropped at what Trey said.
“We have to peel all of these...? Suddenly, I feel like the room is spinning...” Deuce closed his eyes, bracing himself for the task ahead.
“Preparation is key to good baking,” Trey noted, like a wise sage.
“Yeah, yeah, I know. We’ve come this far. No way we’re giving up now!”
. ݁₊ ⊹ . ݁˖ . ݁. ݁₊ ⊹ . ݁˖ . ݁
“There! Finally got all these pureed!” Ace shook his hands, trying to shake off the ache.
“My arm is killing me...” Deuce stretched out with a big yawn.
“I’m gonna throw up,” [Name] pinched the bridge of her nose, clearly overwhelmed.
“You didn’t even use your hands; you used your fairy dust!” Ace shot back.
“Okay, but who am I really helping here?!” The fairy flicked some dust into Ace’s mouth before he could respond.
“Nice work! It'll taste even sweeter because of your struggle!” The green-haired boy applauded his underclassmen.
“The smell alone is making me drool...” Grim reached for the paste, only to have Yuuken swat his hand away.
“I just need to mix in some butter and sugar with the chestnut paste, plus a splash of oyster sauce—that’s my secret ingredient!”
“Oyster sauce?!” [Name], Ace, and Deuce all looked at Trey with disgust plastered on their faces.
“Yep! The umami from the oysters gives the cream this rich, savory flavor. I use the Walrus-brand Young Oyster Sauce. All the top bakers swear by it in their tarts,” Trey pointed at the label like it was gold.
“Really? But isn’t oyster sauce, like, super salty?”
“Some people throw chocolate into their curry, right? Maybe it’s the same vibe,” Ace suggested.
“Pfft... Ah ha ha ha! I’m totally messing with you! No one in their right mind would put oyster sauce in a pastry!” Trey burst into laughter.
“What?! So you were just pulling our leg?” Ace shot a look at the upperclassman.
“Ah ha ha! I mean, if you’d thought about it for a second, you’d have realized how ridiculous it sounded! Let this be a lesson: don’t believe everything you hear,” Trey laughed at the clueless freshmen, clearly enjoying his little prank.
“Touché,” [Name] replied, giving him a blank stare. Jokes aren’t so funny when you’re on the receiving end, huh?
“Feh. And here I thought that guy was actually kinda decent,” Grim grumbled at Trey.
“Next up, I’ll add in the cream… Oh!” Trey suddenly looked shocked. What now?
“What’s wrong?” [Name] asked, concern creeping into her voice.
“You guys gathered so many chestnuts that we might’ve overdone it with the chestnut paste. I don’t think we have enough cream to mix in.”
“Then I’ll go buy some. Do they sell it at the school store?” Deuce offered, sounding like a scholar.
“They pretty much sell everything, so... probably. Could you grab me a few other things while you’re at it? I need two cartons of milk, two packs of eggs, some muffin cups, five cans of fruit…” Trey scribbled down the list, making it impossible to forget.
“I don’t think I can carry all that back. Yuuken, you wanna come with me?” Deuce said flatly, eyeing the black-haired boy who was lounging in a chair.
[Name] sighed, glancing at the sleeping figure, “I’ll help. I could use some fresh air anyway.”
“I’m coming too! I’m getting dizzy from all this stirring. I need a break!”
. ݁₊ ⊹ . ݁˖ . ݁. ݁₊ ⊹ . ݁˖ . ݁
The bell chimed as they opened the door and stepped into the shop.
“Hello, can I get some he-” Deuce froze, taking in the sights. “Whoa. This shop is wild! They have crystal skulls, grimoires, and... uh, I don’t even know what animal that is!”
“You think they actually sell cream here?”
“Maybe it’s in a different section?” [Name] suggested, pondering the possibilities.
“Greetings, my wandering imps! How do you fare today? Welcome to Mr. Sam's Mystery Shop. What among my humble selection interests you? A charm from a hidden land? The mummified remains of an ancient king? A cursed tarot card?” Sam pulled out each item with flair, presenting it to the students.
“Myah! I wasn’t expecting this kind of selection,” Grim said, scratching his head in disbelief.
“Um, we wanted to buy everything on this list...” Deuce handed over the paper like a true customer.
“Throw in two cans of tuna while you’re at it!” Grim called out as Sam headed to the back.
“Are you going to pay for that, Grim?” [Name] shot him a glare, “I’m pretty sure we’ve talked about this before…”
At her words and glare, Grim sulked like a toddler denied a toy.
Before long, Sam returned with two grocery bags in hand.
“Whoa... He really does have all this stuff, huh?” Deuce muttered to himself.
“Here you go. It’s pretty heavy… Are you sure you can handle this? Luckily for you, our 1/100th size flying saucers are 30% off today. Perfect for carrying groceries!” Sam offered the discount with a grin.
[Name] perked up at the idea. She’d never seen a flying saucer in real life before. “Ooh, let me see! That sounds awesome!”
“We’re good, thanks. Let’s go,” Deuce said, taking the bags from Sam.
“Myah! I didn’t realize today was National No Fun Allowed Day!” Grim pouted, getting dragged out by the back of his neck.
“Very well. Until next time, my little imps. Do come again! Ciao!” Sam called out as they stepped onto the warm patio.
. ݁₊ ⊹ . ݁˖ . ݁. ݁₊ ⊹ . ݁˖ . ݁
“That store was amazing,” Deuce said, clearly impressed.
“Yeah, and you’re impressively cheap,” Grim quipped, eyeing the awestruck Deuce.
A disgruntled cry came from the side. There was [Name], hunched over, desperately clutching a heavy bag filled with cans, trying to hold onto her dignity at the same time.
“Need a hand there?” Grim chuckled at her struggle. “Don’t get squashed now!”
“Shut up,” she hissed through clenched teeth.
“Here, let me take that,” Deuce offered, grabbing the bag and tossing it over his shoulder. “I’ve got a trick for this,” he handed [Name] the eggs, which she clutched tightly.
“A trick?” The fairy raised an eyebrow, intrigued.
“Yeah. My mom always stocked up when things were on sale, and the bags would get ridiculously heavy. Being the only guy in the house, I had to do all the heavy lifting, and—oh, sorry. Didn’t mean to hog the conversation,” Deuce explained.
“Sounds like you took great care of your mom,” [Name] complimented.
“No, it wasn’t like that at all. The truth is, I— Owww!” Deuce winced, feeling a sharp sting on his arm.
“Myah! The eggs!” Grim exclaimed, eyes darting to [Name], who had fallen to the ground, eggs smashed in her arms and splattered on the pavement. A groan escaped [Name] as the sticky mess settled in.
“[Name]?! The carton of eggs is totally wrecked! And now the bag’s leaking egg goo everywhere!” Deuce rushed over to help her up.
“Ouch! Why don’t you watch where you’re— Hey! You’re the jerks who broke the egg yolk on my carbonara!”
“I’ve had it with you punks. You need to learn your place!” The magenta-haired student stepped forward, getting all up in Deuce’s face.
Deuce took a step back, disbelief written all over him. “......You’re the ones who jumped out at us from around a corner! And you picked a fight with us at lunch over an egg that you could’ve still eaten! And now you’ve wrecked six of OUR eggs and knocked over [Name]!”
The white-haired one piped up again, “So what? You saying that was our fault?”
“I am. Please reimburse us for the eggs. And then apologize to the chickens and [Name],” the dark blue-haired boy tried to sound as polite as possible, but his words came off more like a warning.
The delinquents just laughed, clearly not taking Deuce seriously. “Ooh, look who’s got his big boy pants on. You’re making a huge deal over some stupid eggs.”
“What?” Anger bubbled up in Deuce’s voice, his blood starting to boil. The delinquents were still finding amusement in the situation, but for Deuce, this was crossing a line.
“They haven’t even hit the ground, so they’re still good. Quit whining. Plus, the girl could always just take a shower.”
“You should thank us for saving you the trouble of cracking ‘em and cooking them for you!”
Deuce stood there, watching as those punks laughed at the girl who was just sitting there, all sad and covered in egg while baking under the hot sun.
“Seriously, that’s not cool,” he said, feeling a surge of anger.
The delinquents looked at each other, clearly confused by his outburst.
“I mean it! I said, THAT'S NOT COOL! You think it’s okay to call my eggs stupid? No way! Those eggs might not have turned into chicks, but they were destined to make some delicious tarts! And instead of saying sorry, you just trash [Name]’s uniform and throw insults? Do you even get it? DO YOU?!” Deuce’s stare was intense, piercing right through them and making them rethink their choices.
“What’s up with this guy all of a sudden?!” The confusion was clear on the face of the delinquent, totally thrown off by Deuce’s fiery attitude shift.
“You owe me six eggs and [Name] a heartfelt apology. If you’re not down to do that, then you’re in for a world of hurt!” Deuce's fist was clenching tight, ready for whatever came next.
“Are you for real?!” The magenta-haired delinquent stepped back, utterly shocked.
“Buckle up,jerks!” Deuce shot them a fierce glare, standing his ground.

I really like the concept and your writing about Tinkerbell/Yuu👏👏👏
I have some questions about it,
1) will Thinkerbell/Yuu meet Peter and Wendy again?
2) if she will, will they try to talk to each other again?
3) Is Peter a student at RSA?
You don't have to answer my question if you don't want to or if it has anything to do with the spoiler.
Thank youuuu🤍It’s completely ok to ask me questions!! If anything I want to answer more questions😭‼️ I hope this answers your questions! Feel free to ask more
She will eventually run into Peter, Wendy, and the lost boys
I can’t spoil this one for you but when that chapter comes around, expect ALOT (I already have it made)
Peter is currently a student at RSA as briefly mentioned in part one.

Okay, I am loving this idea. Someone with some fire to handle these boys. And think of all she can craft for Ramshackle!
TINKER- Twisted Wonderland x Tinkerbell!Yuu/Fem!Reader Part 1
