[Update] My University’s Robotics and Drone club met yesterday and everyone is super stoked about building their first Whoop! As it turned out we were not able to assemble yesterday, so today I brought in my soldering kit, and was able to teach my friend, Rich, how to correctly solder. After we talked through the whole process I shoed how to do everything, and then I had him clean some solder off of an old AIO FC, re-tin the pads and some wires and solder those wires to the ESC pads. He did a great job, and was super pumped, so I let him solder the battery leads to our Whoop FC! Its turning out to be a great project and everyone at the school is really excited about the whole project!
