More Details on the Legendary Malaysian Doubles Champ!
Did you know badminton runs in Soh Wooi Yik’s family lines? His father and maternal uncle are former badminton players. His dad won the bronze medal at the 1983 SEA Games in the doubles category. His uncle won the 1992 Thomas Cup.
Soh started playing badminton when he was just four years old. At the tender age of six, he became a professional player playing singles games. However, the Badminton Association of Malaysia quickly recognized his potential as a doubles player, and the rest is history.
Soh was the runner-up in the U-15 singles and doubles categories at the 2012 Badminton Asia Youth U-15 & U-17 Championships. In 2015, he partnered with Aaron Chia to play in the final of the Malaysia Junior International.
Soh also partnered with Ooi Zi Heng to win gold at the 2015 ASEAN School Games. His performance earned him a place in the national back-up squad.
In 2016, Soh and Ooi Zi Heng won the bronze medal at the Asian Junior Championships. In November of the same year, he secured the silver medal in the mixed category at the 2016 BWF World Junior Championships. Later, he suffered several injuries that put him out of the badminton court for many months.
In 2017, Soh partnered with Chen Tang Jie to win a silver at the Malaysia International and Waikato International. He later formed a team with his former teammate Aaron Chia to win a silver at India International. In the coming years, they continued to excel at international competitions such as Vietnam International, Malaysia International, BWF World Championships, and SaarLorLux Open.
Their team won the silver at the All-England Open in 2019 and a gold medal at the doubles event at the 2019 SEA Games. He also helped the Malaysian team to win the silver at the 2019 SEA Games and the 2020 Badminton Asia Team Championships.

What is the Playing Style of Soh Wooi Yik?
Soh’s main strength is his speed and agility. As a front-court player, he does the job of setting up the rear court for Aaron Chia perfectly well. His communication in between shots is phenomenal, which makes them formidable. Competitors find him intimidating because of his speed and ability to pressure them into making mistakes. He has a nice touch and can quickly kill off weak net shots to win points.
Soh’s Trusted Badminton Equipment
Soh has been using the latest Nanoflare racket for ultimate speed. His trusted weapon of choice is the Yonex Nanoflare 800 Pro. It promises aggression to his drives and makes his shots faster and more menacing than before. So, instead of waiting for his opponent, Soh can create more smash opportunities and disrupt his competitor’s game with quick shots.

do uu think he also doez extreme stuff like derek 2 the hookerz? (aka, cuttin, hittin, etc..) ii personally can see him doin alot worse than derek 2 em, esp becuz well.. he watchez foxz AND stradez(used 2 lol) stream, ii can see him tryin 2 mimic it on2 the hookerz!! 🐾
Yes actually! That’s like what 90% of the Client From Hell fic is about.
Sal is the definition of extreme. He just hates having to hold himself back because he can’t kill hookers ALL the time. He just kinda sticks to mostly hitting and MAYBE light cutting. If he pays well enough then the hookers will most likely just sweep it under the rug and not mind it because duh, money. The pimps on the other hand might be more pissed that Sal injured their money maker, but as long as it isn’t like a broken bone or something it’s probably forgivable. They won’t give him a taste of his own medicine as long as what he does doesn’t put their hookers out of a job for awhile to heal. Sal is called woundfucker for a reason. He loves fucking wounds! Honestly that’s why he opts for hookers in other countries. They don’t speak the same language, he’s not staying a long time in said country, and if the country is poor enough no one will question the body in a ditch. He does hate having to wear condoms tho, but he’d rather not catch an STD from a hooker in Laos.
Sal used to do football, and in college I imagine he was part of a boxing club (btw He lost his football scholarship cause he injured his knee). That being said, Sals punches HURT. Not only does he know how to properly punch, but he’s got giant gaudy rings on each of his fingers (except thumbs. He thinks thumb rings are kinda stupid looking). I guarantee you some of those are titanium and not just gold or silver. If you give him a chance he will knock your teeth out and break your nose (thank god he knows a good surgeon!) I don’t Sal would do as extreme stuff like Starde or fox (I.e. the drill, the pressurized nail gun). He’s much more of a hands on type of guy. The only sort of equipment he’d use is something sharp, MAYBE a gun if he wants a laugh (trust me he so laughs his ass off and watching people’s head explode. I don’t know why but I know he just does), and at best use miscellaneous items (a baseball bat, his tennis racket, trust me they hurt! His belt. God he gets such a hard on using his Italian leather belt to choke you out. You get the picture.) He loves it when you fight so so he can break you down.
Sal is such a nasty freak. The porn addiction rotted his brain and so he has to watch some extreme stuff to get off. He’s not above exhibition too. Like (especially if you’re his secretary) he’ll bend you over his desk. And depending on who walks in he’ll either tell them to get out or come inside. If it’s one of his friends he ain’t stopping. He likes flexing that at his age he can still get grade A pussy. Unless you’re a guy. If you’re a guy he’s telling whoever’s knocking on the door to wait and then he’s hiding you.

Meet Tippy, one of our three rescue cats. He was found living in a barn and was half feral when he arrived at the rescue centre—think tiny outlaw with trust issues. These days, he’s settled into domestic life, but make no mistake: Tippy is still very much a thug. He struts around like he owns the place, gives hard stares to anyone who questions his authority, and generally behaves like he’s running a feline protection racket.
A few years ago, in a moment of questionable judgment, he launched himself off our balcony and broke a leg. As a result, he now has a titanium plate in his left leg—and we have a fence around the terrace, as you can see in the photo. Tippy now sets off airport security and gives the side-eye to birds from behind his safety barrier.
He adores Jane, my partner—she’s clearly the chosen one. Me? I’m tolerated. At best. I get the occasional half-hearted headbutt, usually around mealtimes, and otherwise, I’m just the guy who refills the food bowl and knows his place.

Construct Your Machines with Hobbing Machines
The manufacturing of gear hobs in India has developed into a prominent industry sector that is renowned for its dedication to quality and cutting-edge technology. Indian manufacturers focus on precision, customization, and competitive pricing to meet the demands of industries like heavy engineering, aerospace, and automotive. India is increasingly being recognized as a trustworthy global supplier of high-quality, precision-engineered gear hobs thanks to its commitment to sustainability, adherence to international standards, and investments in cutting-edge machinery.
The Importance of Hobbing Machines:
Gear shaping might be the ideal choice if the gears have unique geometries that necessitate precise cutting procedures or if they need strict tolerances that cannot be reached in any other way. Furthermore, this process is widely used in industries where longevity and dependability are critical, such as aerospace. Engineering sectors where safety regulations are highly stringent because they can produce solid and durable gears because of their uniformity in size and shape without any stress concentration points on them.
What Are The Advantages Of Gear Cutting?
Gear cutting is a method of producing gears, and the process relies on a special type of milling machine with a tool called a gear-cutting machine.
Speed: In this case, the laser cutting involved in the gear-cutting process can eliminate the need for machinery and the need for additional engineering work. As a result, the gear-cutting machine only requires a little human attention in the manufacturing process. The gear-cutting machines can perform all kinds of cutting tasks promptly and efficiently.
Accuracy: The gear-cutting procedure is performed using a CNC gear-cutting machine. The computer automatically provides odd precision. The gear-cutting method is free from human error, resulting in high-quality gears.
Versatility: Gear cutting permits the exhibition of spur gears and other types of gears, such as worm gears, cycloid gears, and helical gears. There are numerous types of gear, but only one type can meet your needs. In fact, there is a gear for any specific application, providing you with many options to find the gear you require.
Utilization of High-Quality Materials and Coatings:
During cutting operations, gear hobs typically experience significant stress and wear. Indian gear hob manufacturers use high-grade tool steels known for their abrasion resistance and hardness, such as M2 and ASP 2030, to improve performance and durability. TiN (Titanium Nitride) and TiAlN (Titanium Aluminum Nitride) are two additional coating options offered by numerous manufacturers to enhance wear resistance and extend hob life, making them suitable for high-volume production environments.
Gear Cutting Applications:
Gear milling devices can be used to create the following types of concluded gears:
Chain gears
Spur gears
Cycloid gears
Helical gears
Splines
Worm gears
Involution gears
Rackets
Customization Options
Each manufacturing activity has its peculiarities. The best gear-shaving cutter producer should be able to meet your top-end producer with a bonus of special skills in custom cutting. These are different sizes and shapes of the cutter as well as the type of teeth placed on the cutter’s edges. Brief your needs prior to the manufacturing firm and see that it meets them. These benefits can include better cutting and part production as well as better end-product quality when producing goods that are customized to specific clients.

Amethyst - Chapter Twenty-Three
A/N: Whooo! Two chapters in one day! Thank god it's Friday
Pokemon Trainer Mackenzie sent out Gengar!
Go! Lily! I know you can do it!
Gengar used toxic!
Gladimax was badly poisoned!
I decided that I'd try for a one hit KO before giving her an antidote, and to do so, I used a move I had taught to her myself, Titanium Glade. The attack thrashed downwards, and thorns from the move slightly embedded Gengar's body, causing it to lose almost all of its HP. However, Mackenzie had equipped him with a focus sash, enabling him to hang on with a tiny HP left.
Gengar used Hex!
Gladimax avoided the attack! I smirked, her evasiveness was one of her best qualities in battle.
Unfortunately, despite the antidote, Mackenzie's Gengar still managed to take her down. I clenched my fists in frustration, I almost had him.
"Don't give up, Y/N!" Lisa called out from the sidelines as I sent out my beloved and loyal Glaceon, Stalagus.
Stalagus successfully took down Mackenzie's Gengar and fully-evolved Hydroxyl (which had started out as Hydroxa all the way back from Birch's lab).
Mackenzie's head darted in several directions as he realised he was running out of options.
His final Pokemon was Sableye, and by this point, I still had two Pokemon left to fight. I watched my opponent closely as he inserted his ionisation chip into Sableye's Pokeball, and I immediately followed suit with Stalagus.
The blinding light from the two ionised Pokemon was enough to light up the entire cave, as Lisa sat on the sidelines, mesmerised by the intense battle that was occurring in front of her.
Stalagus was ultimately successful, and he whistled in victory, as Mackenzie bent over with his head in his hands.
"Awww, shucks... you did it, Y/N," he grinned awkwardly.
Lisa sat there, mesmerised. "That was... it was..."
"Underwhelming, to say the least." Someone cut her off.
We all looked around, and frowned upon noticing Freya, the Harp Girl, standing cross-armed behind Mack.
"What do you want?!" Lisa spat.
The masked woman only huffed in response. "That racket you were making is upsetting my Pokemon. So I came to see what all the ruckus was about. I figured you miscreants would have something to do with it."
I couldn't help but notice what she was wearing. She had a long, baggy black hoodie that went down to her knees, with a huge white slogan printed on the front. It read: "Fighting Against Corruption."
"Can you stop butting your nose into everything we do?! Don't you have your own life?!" Lisa snapped. "Oh, and by the way, Y/N has told me everything. You're the leader of Team Moon, aren't you?"
"Hahahahhaha, you haven't changed one bit, have you?" Freya laughed in response.
"Actually, she's changed a lot." I corrected.
"Still just as slow-witted as ever, though." Harp girl continued. "If you really think I'd have anything to do with those low-ranking, pseudo-gangster Team Rocket wannabes, you'd be insulting my intelligence."
"Sounds exactly like something you'd say to try and throw us off the scent." Mackenzie chimed in.
Freya looked him up and down. "You fancy yourself a detective or something? You've a hell of a long way to go."
"What are you talking about?" I asked.
"Team Moon doesn't even exist anymore." She said casually.
"Wait... WHAT?!" Lisa exclaimed.
"HUH?!" Mackenzie gasped.
I also opened my mouth, yet no words could come out. It was as if my brain and body had completely frozen. My confusion also skyrocketed. Team Moon did exist... they had been terrorising Taldourse for decades... not to mention those corrupted Pokemon...
Freya groaned in frustration. "Have you three learned NOTHING over your gym journey?! Team Moon has been defunct for over three years now! Flossi and Kossi saw to their demise!"
"The Champions destroyed Team Moon?! That doesn't make sense! You're lying!" Mackenzie interjected.
Freya continued, "Just because Flossi and Kossi didn't shout their good deeds from the rooftops, doesn't mean they didn't lay their lives on the line to save the nation." She then turned on her heel, and walked in the opposite direction, leaving the three of us dumbfounded.
***
It just... didn't make sense.
There was an actual base in Opaquia that we were going to investigate, Team Moon's faces were regularly featured on Rogue Magazine... yet Freya had claimed they didn't exist? What madness? She was clearly one of those spoilt, arrogant princesses who could probably lie her way out of anything. I couldn't trust a word that came from her.
But on the other hand, the more I thought about it... the more likely it seemed that Team Moon were, in fact, a thing of the past. This explained why there hadn't been a single grunt seen around in an extremely long time. It also explained why Opaquia was completely abandoned. Surely it would be infested with criminals if they really had a base there? Yet Jordan and Buzz had found nothing? And the Elite Four were just as confused as us... could it be true?
And then, there was the mystery of Kossi's death, and the unknown person who had fled the scene. Up until this point, I had been convinced that Team Moon were the ones responsible. They were the only ones with a clear motive, after all. Yet if Team Moon were already defunct at the time, they couldn't have been responsible. (Unless it was, perhaps, a former member looking for revenge against him?) I shook my head, trying not to get lost in my thoughts. I had to brace myself for my next destination after all.
Perhaps when I arrived in Opaquia, I would finally unveil Taldourse's truth, which appeared to be shrouded in mystery.

The Evolution of Sporting Equipment: From Vintage Classics to Cutting-Edge
Hey there, fellow sports enthusiasts! Today, we're going on an exciting journey through time to explore the fascinating evolution of Sport Equipment for Sale. From old-school classics to the latest cutting-edge gear, we'll discover how athletes have enhanced their performance and enjoyment in sports.
So, buckle up and get ready for an informative and engaging read!
The Early Days: Simplicity and Grit
Back in the day, sports were all about raw talent and sheer determination. Whether it was the ancient Greeks competing in the Olympics or kids playing pick-up games in their neighbourhood, sporting equipment was as basic as it gets.
Think of handmade leather balls, simple wooden bats, and rough-hewn goals. But you know what? That didn't stop them from having a blast and showcasing their skills.
The Industrial Revolution: A Game Changer
As the world entered the Industrial Revolution, everything changed, including sports. With the advent of mass production, sporting equipment became more accessible to the masses.
Companies started crafting standardised balls, rackets, and other gear, making it easier for people to participate in and enjoy various sports. The playing field was slowly levelling up!
A Revolution on the Court: Tennis Takes Flight
One sport that saw a significant evolution in its equipment was tennis. From the dusty courts of the past to the pristine lawns of Wimbledon, tennis rackets have come a long way. Early rackets were heavy and made of wood, providing players with limited control and power.
Tumblr media
But as technology advanced, lighter materials like graphite and titanium were introduced, transforming the game. Today, professional players wield powerful rackets that allow them to serve and volley with incredible precision.
The Basketball Metamorphosis
Basketball, too, has witnessed a revolution in its equipment. Dr. James Naismith's original basketball, used in the 1890s, was a far cry from what we see today. It was made of leather and had laces, making dribbling quite a challenge.
Fast forward to the present, and we have high-tech synthetic leather balls with a perfect grip, enabling players to perform jaw-dropping slam dunks and three-pointers.
From Heavy Leather to Feather Light Helmets: The NFL Transformation
When American football first took root, players wore minimal protective gear. Leather helmets were considered cutting-edge then but provided little protection against hard hits. Thankfully, player safety became a priority, and the sporting equipment evolved accordingly.
Modern football helmets now feature advanced materials like polycarbonate shells, cushioned interiors, and face masks, reducing the risk of serious head injuries.
The Tech Revolution: Smart Gear Enters the Arena
In the 21st century, sports and technology have become inseparable. Smart equipment has revolutionised how athletes train and perform.
Imagine basketballs with embedded sensors to track shooting accuracy or tennis rackets that analyse your swing technique. These innovations help players improve their skills and add a whole new dimension of excitement for fans.
Future Horizons: The Potential Ahead
As technology advances at lightning speed, the future of sporting equipment looks incredibly promising.
We might soon witness gear with built-in AI coaches, personalised training programs, and biometric feedback to optimise performance. The boundaries of human achievement in sports will keep expanding, fuelled by cutting-edge equipment.
Conclusion
From humble beginnings to high-tech marvels, the journey of sporting equipment has been nothing short of awe-inspiring. As athletes continue to push their limits and break records, we can't help but wonder what incredible innovations await us in the years to come.
So, the next time you step onto the field or court, take a moment to appreciate the evolution that has brought us to this thrilling point in sports history.
