TMayNT Day 26: Favourite series.

Do you guys prefer the version with or without text?

I've accepted I'm just behind at this point lol, but getting through it. Quite happy with this one. I wanted a picture that really shows them rising, in this case literally. Raph being the foundation and helping to support his brothers and they in turn will lift him and each other up when they need it. Couldn't quite figure out how to colour Mikey's hair and make it look good lol.

I have the WIPs bellow if anyone's interested. I put a fair bit of thought into the composition.

It’s so, so hard to choose one cuz there are so many awesome one ones in so many itterations, but I think I’ve gotta go with Donatello. Every itteration of him is fantastic but @cupcakeslushie’s specifically will always hold a special place in my heart.

Day 8: Favorite Ally + Dynamic @tmaynt

I clearly play favorites.

I just love leosagi as a dynamic.

Like in 87, they are these silly culture shock bros and they both miscommunicate so much. Usagi has tried to kill Leonardo a few times too but like it, was over honor and duty so they're cool.

Then with 03 they're basically just dating. They're in love. I mean who gets each other swords for Christmas? Them. And they're adorable for it.

With 12 it's more like Usagi is the only positive adult role model in his life. He's a cool, honor-bound, bodyguard samurai and he gives Leo a break and helps him and is just nice.

Rise they haven't met at all but that's ok. I just imagine it'll be a spectacular disaster. By technicality, Leo of Rise is a yokai and Usagi of the samurai chronicles is a Yokai hunter SOOOO...... Anyways I think they'd be besties (maybe even more 😏) just depends on how they meet.

TMayNT Day 16: Favourite Episode.

So I can't actually think of ONE favourite episode but I think that ep "The Evil League of Mutants" is a really great example of everything I love about the show and a little underrated. It has so much creativity, awesome animation/fight scenes, wholesome family moments and some great laughs. I feel like you can REALLY see where the show was going with this ep.

I tried to encapsulate as many of these aspects of the episode into one picture as I could while having them be clear/distinct (as not to be overwhelming to look at) but also look like they're connected.

Still messing around with some new stuff on my desktop with my itty bitty wacom.

Also just realised I think I maybe should be tagging @tmaynt ? My bad!

Ok, so, I have two favorite turtles… and both of them are Donatello. I did Empyrian Weeping Donnie last time, so this time it obviously has to be @somerandomdudelmao’s Uncle Tello.

This is a redraw of my absolute favorite panel from the entire comic, probably any comic actually. If you’re new to the planet and have somehow not read the Cass Apocalyptic Series yet, go do that now. It will shatter and reform your soul.

TMayNT: Day one and two

I only discovered this post today, so I’m making up for yesterday by posting both today.

While he’s my absolute favourite and I kin him the most in rottmnt, across all iterations my favourite is Mikey.

I’m honestly torn between these three April’s, I rlly love their characters a lot, I honestly love all the April’s.
