Having a lot of fun doing pride art for my characters. Here’s a gender queer Usagi 💜🤍💚

I haven’t really drawn flowers before but I’d been wanting to do something that incorporated flower symbolism, so I chose flowers that felt significant to his character in my itteration.

Rhododendron: elegance and grace

Wax Flower: lasting love and patience

Orchids: beauty and strength

Wild Rose: pleasure and pain

Lily of the Valley: sensitiveness; return of happiness

Dude, butterflies are awesome. And I am saying that as an adult man 💪🦋🤜

Fun fact, I went by Chrysalis my first year out of the closet to represent how I was still figuring out who I wanted to be. So I’m pretty sure that makes us butterfly buddies 😁

I feel so dumb for having a butterfly sona, but it just fits so well. In face to face conversation I’m generally more shy and quiet, mostly doing more listening than talking (which I don’t mind!!). But on here, I feel like I’m constantly flitting around and talking to awesome people and I love it <3 butterflies have also just been kinda popping up in little ways my whole life and I’ve always loved them. Screw sounding childish, butterflies are cool! And that’s not even including all the symbolism
