What’s something you wish you could see more of (or you don’t see at all) in fics for tmf, relationship(s)-wise, certain characters getting more focus than they did in canon, etc—?

Ooooh, there is a lot, but here are some things:

Hailey being more of her GL era self, instead of an annoying bitch or shy girl from the GC era

Wish the Dromies got more focus on their friendship and closeness instead of "These are the Dromies. These are Drew and Jake. They are the only ones who matter here"

I SO wish Daisy got to be matchmaker in a few more Drake fics. Like, cmon, she's perfect! And her friendship with Jake is adorable!

i used to be an ljsm shipper before properly going into the tmf fandom or freakblr in general. now my eyes have been opened and i most definitely prefer platonic jailey/saisy and ive gained an appreciation for hailia, henriam (though ive always shipped those two), jean, and drake, etc. and that's how i became an ljsm shipper into a multishipper 😍😭😭

drew, jake, and lia... jesus christ. i feel the need to clarify that the duos i name are not necessarily romantic but the parallels between them are so insane.

jia parallels in the way that they changed themselves and pretended to be someone theyre not bc they were so tired of being bullied. and also how jake thought good of drew, but couldn't tell him bc how their friendship was; and lia thought good of hailey, but couldn't tell her because the stopped being friends in the first place.

dria parallels in... just SO many ways LMFAO them both getting angry/frustrated once jake spends more time w the club. them both getting screwed over by zoey. them both breaking it off with one of their closest friends, and feeling as if they have to resign themselves to the situation bc they're too scared/unsure how to make the first move in redemption.

its probably not intentional but i love how lia parallels both jake and drew, esp in the context of hailia. bc lia, like drew with jake, was the one to drop hailey in order to change who she was, because she, like jake, just wanted to be liked. but later, she comes to regret her decision, and listen. we don't know about drew's feelings after the drakeup but regret will get his ass i swear. anyway LOL. but also lia blames herself for her and hailey's friendship ending, which i feel like jake would do as well

LMAO yeah idk i love lia, and TBH since we already got jia similarities acknowledgement, the same with dria would be really cool as well in s2
