I'm having lots of fun adding funny / cool stuff on my trackmania car skin. If you have any good ideas of stuff you think would fit right in, please tell me (reblog / ask / comments / dm).

Just a few rules:

Nothing that will obviously get me in trouble. I don't really play online but I upload replay files, which I think contain skin data. So no adult stuff.

No symbols representing specific groups of people that I'm not a part of. This is about pride flags. I have a "TRANS RIGHTS" fire text on my car because it's awesome, but I don't have a trans flag, because I think I'm not trans. Probably.

Nothing too serious. We all have things we want to say, but this is just a silly car skin.

Nothing too corporate. For example I might add an aperture science logo but I won't add a Nintendo logo, Mickey mouse, or creeper (and believe me I love minecraft)

Must be recognisable even when pixelated, because it will be. Here's what they look like close up:

so there’s this game, right? called trackmania nations forever. it’s basically a racing game for speedrunners and it’s all about learning short, fast maps usually under a minute long, and then perfecting your performance. its community is pretty esportsy, and actually, the original version of the game was explicitly developed for the esports world cup in 2006, before they remade it in 2008.

you’d think a game like that wouldn’t have a final boss, right?

well…

there’s a campaign of tracks that get progressively harder in difficulty, through white, green, blue, red, then black flags. to unlock more tracks in a campaign, you need to get a good enough time to get a gold medal on the previous ones. black is completely closed off until you get a gold medal on every other track in the game, and each of the 5 tracks in black needs you to beat the one directly before it.

so, remember how i said the tracks are usually under a minute long?

sometimes there’s endurance tracks that go around in laps (somewhat) like normal racetracks, and those are usually around 3 minutes to 5 if it’s a particularly long one. those ones are more about driving consistently than taking risks and resetting until you get it.

well, the very last track in black is an endurance map.

a difficult to drive endurance map. one that you’ll need to reset many times just to figure out how to handle driving a single lap.

and it’s an hour long.

New Mutant ninja fanaus au info

The main four: Weapons and Animal traits.

Nora Hamato:The Youngest. A red squirrel mutant fanaus. She's has fur that covers her body for her back to back of her ankles, her teeth being that of a human. She has a thick bushy tail like any good squirrel does. Short little ears.

Mercury Hamato:Second youngest.A Jaguar. Like his sister, he has fur that cover his body from his back to his knees. He has fang like a jaguar, and slited eyes. A Tails and ears are on him as well, and he is capable of roaring like an actual jaguar. Has slightly paw like feet.

Cinder Hamato:The oldest. A swan. Feathers don her body all the way down to her legs. A slight long neck and legs, as well as a orange line over her noise. Wings are on her back but they are small cannot be use for flight at the moment. Has slight webbed feet.

Jaune Hamato:Second oldest. Irish wolf hound. Is the tallest of the siblings and often slouch to seem less threatening. Has no fur on his body but his hands and chest but a tail and ears. His has large canines and his nails are long.

Weapons.

Jaune:A taichi:With this weapons Jaune can summon a spectral being that appears him that fight along side him copying his moves and boosting his strength.

Cinder:Iron fans. Using a mix of martial arts and dance Cinder uses her fans to control the elements of Fire,Wind and Water to her wells.

Mercury:Falcon talon(see ninja gaiden) a pair of clawed gauntlets and Greaves that allow mercury to wear through the battle field by slice space and time to open portals.

Nora:Mallet and chain whip. Nora uses these two weapon to the of her ability. A chain whip that can infused it self with lighting, and a Mallet that cans it size. With both Nora makes her own little lighting meteor hammer that dazes and shocks her enemies.

somewhere out there, there is a universe where the tmnt turtles are Frogs and it's called "Tmnf" and the running joke is that they keep getting called turtles. Maybe splinter is a mouse, and the brothers call him a rat and he gets angry "I'M A MOUSE" "Sure Rat-Dad" Gaslights him Idk anymore

As a Keyboard player who got started in TMNF, I hate the snow and rally cars with a passion. To me, Trackmania is synonymous with stadium car. How the stadium car feels is synonymous with how Trackmania feels. It also feels pretty obvious to me that the snow and rally cars were designed when the devs had a lot less design experience under their belts.

4inFeb Complete

I haven't really been updating here with my 4inFeb progress but I just finished. I had changed my 4th game from Laika to getting a specific WR in Tritris and I just accomplished that today.

The WR was the most lines cleared in a single game on NES speeds.

And for the other 3 games:

Pseudoregalia, I've beaten probably like 50 times now. And speedrunning it has been a serious mix of fun and frustrating. The OoB tricks required for a good time are so inconsistent, that it's getting less and less fun to grind for a PB.

Slay the Princess, I haven't gone back to after my initial playthrough but I did beat it so good enough.

And TMNF, I beat all my PBs and after seeing some of the golds and author medals decided against going for them. I did somehow accidentally log out and I don't remember my account info so even though I could go through the process to get that back now, I don't really see the point since I beat my main goal for the game. And after going back to play TMNF, I can def say TM2020 is so much better than TMNF in my opinion so I'll stick to the new one. Especially with the new car coming out in a couple days, and then the new campaign coming out in a little over a month in early April.
