Like, more people want little vaggie but at the same time I want to write angst (and Amity's life can be very angsty) and wanna write about someone who I can kind of relate to with age and stuff. there's also so many more prompts i can do with Little Amity.

Age Regressor!Amity Headcanons

Amity started age regressing shortly after she got into highschool, as that’s when her mom really started being strict(er) on her.

She spends a lot of time at the library so she found out about it in a book she read.

Her regression is mostly voluntary and rarely ever involuntary, and after a couple months she stopped denying herself of her regression.

When it’s involuntary she yells and doesn’t want to be touched for the beginning of it, but shortly after she quietly sobs and asks someone to hold her. She usually sleepy very quickly afterwards.

When it’s voluntary she makes sure to plan out all the little gear she might want, and she prefers to play on the floor rather than on a bed.

She regresses to around 0-4, and usually stays around the younger age. She prefers to use bottles and pacifiers and needs constant attention from whoever is watching her. She doesn’t like to be alone, even if it’s just ten minutes.

Her favorite items are a soft lilac blanket with cat patterns, and a small butterfly plush. She also loves crinkly-toys and anything that makes quiet soft sounds. (She does not like electric toys)

She’s a lot more shy when she’s little and is easily embarrassed, usually only giving mall babbles as a response.

Amity loves watching interactive shows that ask her questions, though she never really answers them.

She also loves face paint when she’s 3-4, and asks Luz to paint on her all the time. Sometimes she asks to be painted like a cat to match her palismen.

Speaking of, Amity’s palismen cuddles with her the entire time she’s little. Sometimes they have staring contests that result in Amity giggling and losing.

Her primary caregivers are Ed and Em, but eventually they stopped being as available and she asked Luz to be her CG.

She loves having play dates with one of her siblings or little Luz.

Agere Amity HCs! ALL ARE SFW. AGE REGRESSION IS A COPING MECHANISM AND NOT SEXUAL OR ASSOCIATED WITH KINKS.

-first found out about the coping mechanism when reading about in a health textbook. She began doing for research about it and decided to try it out.

-regresses 2-5 but mainly 3. Very rarely will she regress to 1 but it can happen.

-uses almost all little gear.

-Luz, Lilith, the twins, Alador, and sometimes Camila are her caregivers. They love to care for her, they are all protective.

-will bite if her pacifier is taken away. Never take it away. Odalia learned that the hard way.

-very clingy no matter what age! Will cuddle up with her cg at any given moment.

-usually regresses from her ED and stress. It can be involuntary sometimes but her ED reason is mostly voluntary.

-slips a lot during school and has a plushy in the counseling office for when she does.

-since she regresses from stress or bad things, she is not very active while in that headspace.

-took her awhile to get comfortable with being little around other people.

-even when she's really young, she is potty trained and doesn't usually need protection, however, she sometimes wears them. She wears them just in case and it just makes her feel extra small. She also almost never uses them. Sometimes uses pads when she's feeling 3.

-cries at the smallest things.

-since she was never "allowed" to have tantrums when she was younger, she feels more free to have them when regressed. However, when she does have them in littlespace, she feels really embarrassed when big.

-Lilith makes sure that Amity gets relaxation/little time at least once a month. She knows that Amity sometimes puts off her little needs in order to work more. Sometimes she even uses their lesson time to let Amity regress.

-surprisingly, her little aesthetic is very androgynous. Sometimes she likes princesses and other times she wants to be a knight.

-loves being held like a toddler or baby.

-she'll maybe have a fit with eating when her big thoughts come back for a second.

-Alador was actually pretty happy when she came out as a regressor because now he could finally give her the dad she never really had when she was younger.

-alador buys her almost everything she asks for and more.

-Even though Luz is one of her carers, Luz sometimes makes sure an adult is also caring with her.

-sensory issues are a big struggle! She wears onesies (both footy pj's and baby) hoodies, and fuzzy socks all the time because they're the only things that don't bother her this young.

-she is semi-verbal when little! Sometimes she'll speak, Sometimes she won't. All her carers have communication cards she uses with them.

Learning to Care

(First time writing Amity, ahhhhhhh I hope this is good <333)

Amity Blight had faced a lot of challenges in her life—dueling in the Bonesborough Brawl, proving herself to the Emperor's Coven (despite later abandoning that dream), and navigating her feelings for Luz. But nothing prepared her for this.

You, her little, sat curled up on the floor of your room, your breaths coming out in ragged gasps. Tears streamed down your face as you hugged your knees tightly to your chest. The world felt too big, too loud, and too overwhelming. Your mind was racing with a thousand thoughts you couldn’t catch or understand. It felt like the walls were closing in, and you didn’t know how to make it stop.

Amity knelt beside you, her heart breaking at the sight. She had seen you upset before, but never like this. You were always so bright and happy when you were with her, regressing to your little self, where the worries of the world couldn't reach you. But today was different. She didn't know how to fix this, and that terrified her.

"Hey, hey, it's okay," Amity whispered, trying to keep her voice calm and steady. She reached out, but stopped herself, unsure if touching you would make things better or worse. "I'm right here, okay? I’m here."

But her words didn’t seem to reach you. You were too lost in your meltdown, the noise in your head drowning out everything else. Amity felt a wave of helplessness wash over her. She hated feeling like this—like she didn’t know what to do, like she couldn’t protect you from whatever was hurting you so much.

Amity’s mind raced as she tried to think of what she could do to help. What would Luz do? What would Willow or Gus say? But none of those thoughts seemed to fit. This was different. This was you, and she was supposed to be your caregiver.

Taking a deep breath, Amity decided to try something simple. She remembered how much you loved your comfort items, especially your favorite blanket. She quickly got up, grabbed the soft, worn fabric from your bed, and brought it over to you. Gently, she draped it over your shoulders.

"It’s your blankie," Amity said softly, hoping the familiar texture would bring you some comfort. "You like this, right?"

At first, you didn’t react, but after a moment, your grip on your knees loosened slightly as you clutched the blanket instead. Amity let out a small sigh of relief, seeing a tiny sign that you were coming back to her.

"That’s it, just hold onto your blanket," Amity encouraged. "I’m here, and I’m not going anywhere."

Amity sat down beside you, her back against the wall, giving you space but making sure you knew she was close. She started to hum softly, a tune she remembered from when she was little—a lullaby her father used to sing to calm her down when she was scared.

The melody filled the room, soft and soothing, and slowly, you started to focus on it. The noise in your head didn’t feel as loud anymore. You blinked through your tears, the sight of Amity sitting there with you, not trying to force you to do anything, just being there, helping you feel a little more grounded.

After what felt like an eternity, your breathing started to even out. The tears slowed, and you loosened your hold on the blanket, looking up at Amity with red, puffy eyes. She gave you a small, encouraging smile.

"Hi," she said gently, as if you were waking up from a long sleep.

"Hi," you whispered back, your voice hoarse.

Amity reached out again, this time more confident, and placed a hand on your shoulder. "Can I give you a hug?"

You hesitated for a moment, then nodded. As soon as Amity’s arms wrapped around you, you felt a wave of relief wash over you. You buried your face in her shoulder, letting out a shuddering breath as she held you close.

"It’s okay," Amity whispered into your hair. "You’re safe. I’ve got you."

You clung to her, letting the last of your fears and worries melt away in her embrace. Amity didn’t say anything more, just held you until you were ready to pull back.

When you finally did, Amity looked into your eyes, her expression soft and caring. "Feeling a little better?"

You nodded, wiping at your eyes with the corner of the blanket. "Ya… I sorry, Ammie."

Amity shook her head, brushing a strand of hair behind your ear. "You don’t have to be sorry. It’s okay to feel overwhelmed sometimes. I’m just glad I could help."

You gave her a small smile, feeling a warmth spread through your chest. Amity had been unsure, but she had still been there for you, and that meant the world to you.

"Tank you," you whispered, leaning in to rest your head on her shoulder again.

"Always," Amity replied, hugging you close once more. "I’ll always be here for you."

•He has a collection of plush toys and a particular blanket that he holds onto tightly when regressed. His favorite plush is a small panda, which he named Panda-chan

•Even in his regressed state, L's love for sweets persists. He gravitates towards candies, cakes, and fruit-flavored snacks. Watari ensures he has healthier alternatives too, like fruit slices and yogurt, but L always tries to reach for the sweets first

•L struggles with basic self-care both in and out of regression. As a regressor, he often forgets to wash his face, or change his clothes. Watari has to step in to help him with these tasks, gently guiding him through

•L enjoys simple, childlike activities such as coloring, watching cartoons, and building with blocks. These activities help him relax and disconnect from his usual intense analytical thinking
