The only useful information I have seen about #COVID19 is an image that said: WHERE do I want to be in, whilst COVID19 is here: 1. #fearzone - I stockpile food, toiletries & #medicine - I am filled with #anger and #wrath - I #complain often - I resend all messages I've been sent - I get #irritated easily 2. #learningzone - I #stop consuming what is #hurting me (food & news) - I #letgo of what I can't control - I identify my #emotions - I take #consciousness and #think how I can act - I verify the information before resending it - I recognise we try to give our best 3. #growingzone - I find a #purpose - I think of others and look HOW I can help them - I offer my talents and services available to those who need it - (check the link on bio, for a 1h FREE support session, also experienced in sales if you want advice in how to increase sales) - I live in the present, and focus in the future - I am empathetic with myself, and others - I am grateful and I value people - I hold a happy emotional state, and I project hope - I look for ways to adapt to the changes - I practise calmness, patience, relationships and creativity I was neutral, not resending any messages claiming to have helpful information, as I had no way of knowing it they were accurate. I am not scared, nor angry, just grateful. I #stockpile all year, but on this occasion I stopped it. All I ever needed was an onion, a pepper and tomatoes, to cook lentils. This morning I spent 2 hours queueing up in #Tesco's carpark 🤭 as the #toiletpaper situation was escalating. It was quite windy, thankfully I was well covered. I have never seen so much staff. I was dumb not to get a trolley, standing for so long, but then I was made to jump the queue 3 positions, as I only had a basket 😁 When I was a #kid in the 90s, #mum was worried about #GulfWar and started #stockpiling #tomatotins and #coffee packets. She thought it would somehow affect us. A friend joked, you don't ever need to read the #news, simply open your #mother's #cupboard and you'd be like 'OMG A #WAR IS COMING!'
