I was dumb not to get a trolley, standing for so long, but then I was made to jump the queue 3 positions, as I only had a basket 😁 When I was a #kid in the 90s, #mum was worried about #GulfWar and started #stockpiling #tomatotins and #coffee packets. She thought it would somehow affect us. A friend joked, you don't ever need to read the #news, simply open your #mother's #cupboard and you'd be like 'OMG A #WAR IS COMING!' Hatiku Bukanlah Milikku

Sebuah konflik batin muncul setelah mengalami suatu kejadian. Ini hanyalah pandangan saya yang terbentuk dari sebuah pengalaman dan masa lalu yang pernah saya lewati.

Waktu itu, rasa tak tahu harus bagaimana, rasa kesulitan untuk mengatur perasaan sendiri, rasa khawatir tentang apa yang akan dipilih di masa depan dan lain sebagainya muncul dan menjadi sebuah stress yang menghambat diri dalam menjalani kehidupan sehari - hari.

Tapi kali ini, saya bersyukur karena dengan konflik batin tersebut, saya menjadi lebih mengenal siapa diri saya yang sebenarnya, saya mengenal apa yang menjadi tujuan dan target utama dalam hidup, saya mengenal apa yang saya sukai dan apa yang saya tidak sukai, saya mengenal apa yang membuat saya nyaman dan apa yang membuat saya tak nyaman, dan lain sebagainya.

Tak selamanya fearzone itu buruk, salah satu hikmah ketika hidup berada di dalam fearzone adalah kita jadi lebih mengenal diri, mengenal sisi terburuk dan mengenal sisi terbaik kita.

Sayapun juga belajar bahwa apa yang saya rasakan semuanya valid. Tak perlu memaksa diri terlalu keras terlebih dalam persoalan hati. Let it flow dengan terus memperbanyak berdo'a dan berikhtiar dengan cara yang baik yang sekiranya memungkinkan. Dan saya menyadari bahwa saya bukanlah sebenar - benarnya pemilik hati ini, pemilik hati ini adalah Rabb yang menciptakan saya dan posisi saya adalah sebagai seorang yang diberikan amanah tanggungjawab untuk terus menjaga dan merawat hati ini agar selalu sehat, tidak sakit, apalagi mati.

Dan pada akhirnya saya menyadari lagi bahwa semua hal sudah ada dzat pengaturnya. Kita hanya ditugaskan untuk terus memperbanyak do'a dan memaksimalkan ikhtiar untuk menjemput rizqi - rizqi yang sudah Allah takdirkan kepada kita. Pun dengan hati yang diamanahkan kepada kita berperan untuk membuat pilihan dalam hidup yang membawa kita kepada apapun yang sudah Allah takdirkan dan membawa kepada semua rizqi yang Allah sudah berikan.
