Top 6 loại kem đánh răng không chứa Fluoride cho bé

Một nghiên cứu được thực hiện bởi Viện Nghiên cứu Nha khoa Quốc Gia (NIDR) và Dịch vụ Y tế Công cộng Hoa Kỳ (USPHS) phân tích dữ liệu của trên 39,000 học sinh ở 84 vùng địa lý tại Hoa Kỳ chia làm 3 nhóm: nhóm đã sử dụng kem đánh răng fluoride trên 17 năm, nhóm chưa sử dụng kem đánh răng fluoride bao giờ, và nhóm sử dụng kem đánh răng dưới 17 năm). Nghiên cứu chỉ ra rằng không có mối liên hệ giữa tỉ lệ trẻ bị sâu răng và việc có sử dụng kem đánh răng chứa fluoride hay không (thậm chí, nhóm trẻ chưa bao giờ sử dụng kem đánh răng fluoride có tỉ lệ sâu răng thấp nhất trong nghiên cứu này).

Thế mà, fluoride, chất đã bị chứng minh là nguyên nhân gây ra bệnh ung thư và nhiều bệnh mãn tính khác, trong một thời gian dài được coi như một bước tiến nhảy vọt trong thị trường kem đánh răng, được dùng làm dược chất căn bản cho kem đánh răng, và được quảng cáo sẽ giúp răng chắc, trắng, khỏe…

Chính vì thế, việc chọn loại kem đánh răng không chứa fluoride trở thành một nhu cầu thiết yếu không những là cho trẻ em, mà cho cả người lớn.

Hầu hết những loại kem đánh răng thông dụng hiện nay trên thị trường đều có chứa fluoride. Vì thế, để giúp chúng ta có những lựa chọn tốt hơn cho gia đình mình, chúng tôi xin giới thiệu 10 loại kem đánh răng không chứa fluoride, có chứng nhận hữu cơ, hoặc có 100% thành phần từ thiên nhiên.

1. Kem đánh răng Radius:

Radius là dòng kem đánh răng đạt chứng nhận USDA đầu tiên của Hoa Kỳ. USDA có thể coi là chứng nhận hữu cơ uy tín nhất hiện nay, 100% thành phần thiên nhiên với tỉ lệ thành phần được chứng nhận hữu cơ cao nhất – 95% (xem thêm Chứng nhận hữu cơ và ý nghĩa của chúng). Thành phần của kem đánh răng Radius không chứa chất hóa học, không chất bảo quản, không glutens, không chất tạo bọt, không phụ gia, không chất tẩy rửa, không đường hóa học, và đương nhiên là cũng không chứa Fluoride. Tuy nhiên, trước khi quyết định mua kem đánh răng hữu cơ Radius, bạn cũng nên lưu ý rằng loại kem đánh răng hữu cơ này không có bọt giống như nhiều loại kem đánh răng thông thường khác. Giá của kem đánh răng Radius trên thị trường Việt Nam hiện đang khoảng 190k/tuýp 50g:

- Kem đánh răng hữu cơ cho trẻ em từ 6 tháng tuổi trở lên (hiện có các vị Chuối Dừa, vị Thanh Long).

- Kem đánh răng hữu cơ cho người lớn/trẻ từ 6 tuổi trở lên (vị cam gừng, vị bạc hà trà xanh, vị đinh hương bạc hà).

2. Blisque

Kem đánh răng Blisque cũng là một trong số ít những loại kem đánh răng đạt ược chứng nhận hữu cơ USDA khắt khe trên thị trường (100% thành phần thiên nhiên với tỉ lệ thành phần được chứng nhận hữu cơ cao nhất – 95%). Thành phần kem đánh răng không chứa chất tạo màu nhân tạo, chất bảo quản nhân tạo, đường hóa học, fluoride, gluten, phthalates, propylene glycol, đậu nành, và sulfate. Giá thành cũng khá đắt: 250-270k/tuýp 85g.

Hiện kem đánh răng Blisque có 2 vị: Vị Bạc hà Bạc hà Ngọt, vị Bạc hà Ngọt được đánh giá là ít cay hơn, phù hợp với trẻ nhỏ. Tuy nhiên, không có thông tin cụ thể về độ tuổi khuyến cáo sử dụng kem đánh răng Blisque, cũng như việc kem đánh răng có an toàn nếu lỡ nuốt phải hay không. Do đó, theo ý kiến cá nhân của tôi, tốt nhất nên sử dụng kem đánh răng hữu cơ Blisque cho trẻ nếu trẻ đã có thể đánh răng thành thạo và chủ động được việc nuốt cũng như xúc miệng một cách thành thục.

3. Dr. Bronner

Kem đánh răng Dr. Bronner đạt chứng nhận OTCO, Non-GMO, Vegan. Thành phần thiên nhiên, trong đó 70% thành phần từ các nguyên liệu hữu cơ. Không chứa Fluoride, SLS, chất tạo màu và mùi vị nhân tạo, chất bảo quản, chất tạo ngọt, chất ổn định, chất tạo bọt. Dr. Bronner sử dụng các tinh thể bạc hà hữu cơ giúp hơi thở tươi mới một cách tự nhiên, bột dừa và dầu dừa hữu cơ giúp nhẹ nhàng loại bỏ mảng bám và làm trắng răng, trong khi lô hội hữu cơ làm dịu nướu và lợi. Dr. Bronner có 3 vị: Bạc hà, Quế, Hồi. Cả 3 vị này đều hơi cay một chút và cũng không có thông tin cụ thể về độ tuổi khuyến cáo sử dụng kem đánh răng. Dr. Bronner khuyến cáo không nên nuốt kem đánh răng. Có thể coi kem đánh răng Dr Bronner phù hợp cho người lớn, hoặc trẻ từ 6 tuổi trở lên (đã đánh răng thành thạo). Giá thành của kem đánh răng Dr. Bronner trên thị trường khoảng 190k-220k/tuýp 140g.

4. Jack N Jill

Kem đánh răng cho bé Jack N Jill: Nhiều người nhầm tưởng rằng kem đánh răng Jack N Jill được chứng nhận hữu cơ do có chữ “organic” trên bao bì. Thật ra, chữ “organic” này chỉ có nghĩa rằng loại kem đánh răng này sử dụng mùi vị dâu/việt quất/chuối/phúc bồn tử/nho hữu cơ mà thôi. Kem đánh răng cho bé Jack N Jill mặc dù không có chứng nhận hữu cơ nhưng được EWG (tổ chức phi chính phủ đánh giá độ an toàn của các loại hóa mỹ phẩm tại Hoa Kỳ) đánh giá rất tốt với thang điểm 1 (điểm 0 là an toàn nhất và điểm 10 là độc hại nhất), xem tham khảo phía cuối bài.

Loại kem đánh răng này phù hợp với trẻ từ 6 tháng trở lên, an toàn nếu bé lỡ nuốt phải, không chứa fluoride, không chứa chất bảo quản, không thêm màu, và có vị khá ngon. Cũng như nhiều loại kem đánh răng có thành phần tự nhiên khác, kem đánh răng Jack N Jill cũng không hề có bọt.

5. Tom's of Maine (dòng Fluoride-free)

Kem đánh răng Tom’s of Maine (dòng Fluoride-free) là kem đánh răng có thành phần tự nhiên, không chứa chất tạo màu, hương liệu, chất bảo quản. Tom’s of Maine sử dụng canxi và silica để làm sạch nhẹ nhàng loại bỏ các mảng bám trên răng và nướu, bảo vệ răng và nướu chắc khỏe. Bạn cần chú ý, Tom’s of Maine có dòng kem đánh răng cho trẻ, nhưng chỉ có 1 loại không chứa Flouride, là vị dâu và có chữ Fluoride-Free như ảnh sau. Tom’s of Maine không có chứng nhận hữu cơ, chỉ là loại kem đánh răng tự nhiên nên giá thành cũng rẻ hơn so với những loại kem đánh răng có chứng nhận hữu cơ trên thị trường, khoảng 140k/tuýp 144g.

Tom’s of Maine được EWG (tổ chức phi chính phủ đánh giá độ an toàn của các loại hóa mỹ phẩm tại Hoa Kỳ) đánh giá rất tốt với thang điểm 2 (điểm 0 là an toàn nhất và điểm 10 là độc hại nhất). Xem link tham khảo phía cuối bài.

Bản thân mình sau khi đã thử qua vài loại kem đánh răng hữu cơ thì đã tạm dừng chân với lựa chọn Tom’s of Maine (mặc dù kem đánh răng này không được đánh giá là tốt nhất thị trường), nhưng với trải nghiệm của cá nhân con mình với Tom’s of Maine khá tốt, những mảng bám trên răng con dần biến mất (răng con xuất hiện nhiều mảng bám đen khi dùng một số loại kem đánh răng có chứng nhân hữu cơ), mùi vị dâu khá hấp dẫn, độ an toàn với cá nhân gia đình mình thì điểm 2 của EWG cũng có thể chấp nhận được, và cuối cùng, giá thành cho 1 tuýp Tom’s of Maine cũng khá vừa phải.

6. Desert Essence

Kem đánh răng Desert Essence: tất cả các loại kem đánh răng của hãng Desert Essence đều không chưa Fluoride và là loại kem đánh răng tự nhiên. Tuy vậy, Kem đánh răng Desert Essence không có chứng nhận hữu cơ mà chỉ có chứng nhận Non-GMO mà thôi. Desert Essence có cả loại kem đánh răng dành cho người lớn và loại dành riêng cho trẻ nhỏ (dùng được cho trẻ từ 6 tháng tuổi và an toàn cho bé nếu bé lỡ nuốt phải).

- Kem đánh răng Desert Essence cho trẻ nhỏ có 2 vị: Hoa quả, và Táo Dưa hấu.

- Loại dành cho người lớn khá phong phú gồm: Kem đánh răng than hoạt tính, kem đánh răng làm trắng răng, kem đánh răng tinh dầu tràm trà bạc hà, kem đánh răng tinh dầu tràm trà neem, kem đánh răng muối Himalaya, kem đánh răng tinh dầu neem, kem đánh răng dầu dừa, kem đánh răng tinh chất lô hội, …

Giá của kem đánh răng Desert essence cho người lớn khoảng 200k-240k/tuýp 176g.

In the past, during random conversations, I often find myself staring at people’s teeth and shocked at how white their teeth are. Then I think: if I’m staring at their mouth and thinking this, are they staring at my mouth and thinking, “dang her teeth are yellow!” This thought cycle always unnerves me and my words are slightly more mumbled as I do the opposite of baring my teeth. I will be the first to admit I’ve had a pretty mediocre oral care regime.  I am also working to reverse years of staining with a non-abrasive home whitening regime. Since I’m very conscious about what I put in my body and very dedicated to living green and minimizing me and my family’s exposure harsh ingredients and products, I opted to whiten naturally. I started stocking up on these @toms_of_maine deodorants from @amazon because they’re kind of expensive at the store; so I bought a three pack on #Amazon and rebuy as i need to. All in all this Tom’s of Maine deodorant has been treating me well, since I switched away from my Dove. I had to switch to Aluminum free because if they tell breast cancer patients not to use deodorant with aluminum in it; then I think they should tell everybody not to use the deodorant it with aluminum in it. I’m not going to wait to have breast cancer to be told that, so I just stopped using it. • • I had a couple problems with some, but this one is by far the most effective one i have found, aside from the @native one that I just tried from #PinchMe I like that one better because it’s a solid. I just prefer solid more this one; because when your pits are not in completely dry and the water touches it, the formula instantly melts or something and it’s not as effective through the day. You have to be 100% dry after the shower when using this. Like be extra dry and don’t sweat before getting it on lol.
