Artificial plants are not only better for your budget.
All artificial trees are made of fire-resistant materials and are not prone to spontaneous combustion like real trees that quickly start to dry out. Branches on real trees lose strength and begin to fall off. You can opt for the silk plants for sale option in the market.

ALT VERONAVILLE V2 [DOWNLOAD]
An unprecedented deal with the afterlife gave the “lost generation” of Capps and Montys a second chance at changing the course. Will the two families ever repair their rift? Or will it uncover even more differences?
At last, after maybe a month’s worth of work (on and off), Alt Veronaville V2 is finally here.
More info under the cut.
What are Alt Hoods? These are renditions of premade neighborhoods with my own personal spin on things. The initial running question for this project is: What if the premade hoods used all the features of all available EPs and SPs?
For Alt Veronaville, I added another twist to the neighborhood: Most of the neighborhood’s second generation have been brought back (but at what cost?)
Requirements:
Life Stories Build Bundle (REQUIRED): I’ve used quite a lot of walls in the collection, so you may end up with some bare walls if you don’t download this
Pinegultcher "Recolorable" Modular Stairs
MaxoidMonkey Topiaries (reduced texture versions)
Slot Mods: Slots have also been used extensively so you will need to download the following mods
by Hafisazale
by Gwenke
the CC bundle in the SFS folder
KNOWN ISSUES:
The graves may disappear upon first loading the lot. If this happens, just run the lot through HoodChecker and the graves should be back
INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
for main hood (ALVV):  Put directly in your Documents\EA Games\The Sims 2\Neighborhoods folder.
for shopping district (SDVV): Put in your -INSTALL LOCATION-\The Sims 2 Open For Business\TSData\Res\NeighborhoodTemplate folder.
FOR ULTIMATE COLLECTION USERS: follow the same instructions, except your base game folder is under Origin Games\The Sims 2 Ultimate Collection\Double Deluxe\Base, and your OFB folder is under Origin Games\The Sims 2 Ultimate Collection\Best for Business\EP3
Notable Changes:
All occupied residential lots have been made over. I didn’t touch any of the community lots or the unoccupied lots, (but you can find some really nice makeovers for those like what @katatty has done here).
Goneril’s spouse is now a trans woman named Rosalind. While she still uses the AMAB frame, she should be recognized in the game as a female sim and is treated as such. Her entire wardrobe is also included in the CC bundle.
Renamed Antonio’s twins from Beatrice and Benedick to Viola and Sebastian.
Basic makeovers for all premades. Most of the clothing and hairstyles should come from the game, but I used some CC (especially for Goneril and Rosalind, who needed CC to make their “alt canon” selves look right)
There are various changes to sims’ memories, especially the ones who are adults and older. You may need to resurrect some of them to get the full picture, but that’s for you to find out.
Other Changes
Goneril’s kids are now all in private school.
All Capp girls have jobs in the Business career.
Added talent badges to some sims.
Cordelia Capp: Restocking, Cash Register (both Bronze)
Juliette Capp: Restocking (Bronze)
Goneril Capp: Sales (Silver)
Miranda Capp: Sewing, Cosmetology (both Bronze)
Cornwall Capp: Sales (Bronze)
Regan Capp: Cash Register (Bronze)
Claudio Monty: Gardening, Sales (both Silver)
Antonio Monty: Pottery (Bronze)
Bianca Monty: Sewing (Silver), Pottery (Bronze)
Mercutio Monty: Gardening (Bronze)
Summerdream Family: Gardening (Gold)
Some family tree changes (one that should be familiar to those who played the first Alt VV iteration)
Unlike in V1, I didn’t change most of the sims’ aspirations, with the exception of the following sims:
Hermia Capp (Family to Knowledge)
Mercutio Monty (Popularity to Pleasure)
Bianca Monty (Family to Pleasure primary w/ Family secondary)
New faces for the following sims:
Goneril Capp’s entire branch (except Miranda), Cordelia Capp, Regan Capp, Hermia Capp, Bianca Monty
Pets for all households
LTWs that aren’t straight out of a randomizer.
Gave Regan and Cornwall new jobs and some other sims have skill adjustments.
Credits
@meetmetotheriver for the clean template I used as a base
The following for my inspirations for the lot makeovers:
@katatty, who was the one who inspired me to learn how to build/makeover CC-free in the first place
@jodeliejodelie
@meliesims
@hugelunatic, for the starter lots which I used as the pattern for Bianca’s lot)
@bunnybananasims
@didilysims
Everyone in @sims2-electricboogaloo’s Discord server who helped playtest this hood.

Announcing the Winners of the 2019 McGingerbread Hell Competition
Wow! It was another great year for the McGingerbread Hell Gingerbread House Competition! The judges had their work cut out for them selecting between so many fine selections. Congratulations and great job to everyone who submitted an entry in this year’s contest. However, only six houses could make the cut.
Let’s start out with announcing the winners for Honorable Mention.
Honorable Mention: Priced to Sell! by Tina B.
The judges were wowed by the impressive nub, the tumorous turret, and the fantastically mismatched windows.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Quote from the Project Description: A true GEM of a house! 6,738 SF beautifully set on .23 parklike acres. Mediterranian villa in front, stately Federal in the back; it's the mullet of houses!...Entertain in your beautiful backyard featuring a real StoneTek(TM) patio! The heavily pruned weeping cherry tree will be a real showstopper in 30-40 years! The largest roof in the neighborhood has Chex shingle roof in molasses brown. 4 BR / 5.5 BA / $899,000 / Days on market - 923
Honorable Mention: Festive Roofline Soup by Jessica C.
The judges LOVED the complexity of the roofline, the absurd gabling, and the 3 car garage.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Quote from the Project Description: Features include: • Flaked almond shingles covering a roofline so complex that it required trigonometrical expertise from my math teacher father to work out measurements...[and] A low maintenance yard as the house takes up almost the entire block! Now accepting offers; the sellers are motivated as the couple are in the middle of divorce proceedings.
Honorable Mention: Vinyl Vanity by Joseph & Kayla S.
The judges were impressed by the impressive garage to roof ratio, the roof detailings, the candy-cane columns, and excellent lawyer foyer.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Quote from the Project Description: This 2 square foot, two and a half story Craftsmen Tudor Post Classical Revival estate is the luxurious home that your friends and neighbors never wanted...The car is truly the heart of Tudor England, so we put the garage proudly up front, where the yawning chasm of the door greets the outside world with disdain...Be sure to schedule your private tour soon, this edifice is sure to not last long. On the market. If you're curious about the price, you're probably too economically responsible for this property.
And now, our top 3:
Third Place: A Jersey Thing by Nùria O.
Judges were impressed by the size, shape, and meticulous detailing of the project, which is reminiscent of a truly terrible McModern. Anjulie, seeing the size of the huge roof said “this is some sustainable sh*t.” This project captures the true McMansion ethos in truly making us say “what the hell is going on here?”
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Project Description: Inspired by a beatiful RealLife™ McMansion™ in Beach Haven, NJ, this year’s featured McGingerbread mansion is a modern 5-bedroom, 16-bathroom home made entirely in construction-grade gingerbread and held together with royal icing made from free-range egg whites. The nonpareil- and sugar-crystal-covered walls provide both isolation from stormy weather and give a vintage air to counterbalance the futuristic lines of the design...On the back of the house, you can walk out to a large deck (perfect for entertainment) boasting a valuable one-piece handrail. From there you can access the beautiful mediterranean garden, set in candy charcoal and stones, environmentally friendly as it’s practically maintenance free. Don’t miss your chance to visit this unique home—feel the sugar rush!
Second Place: Victorian Opulence by Beth & Tina C.
Reigning McGingerbread champs Beth & Tina C. returned to the scene this year with yet another gorgeous gingerbread. Judges were wowed by the complexity and scale of the project. Sarah was impressed by the intricate piping and lots of frilly details, and the homage to the traditional Victorian gingerbread form. Anjulie described it as “unbearably neat” - she loved the uncantilevered bay window, the detached garage that makes entryway irrelevant, and the hilarious-front balcoiny with half-wall (not code compliant). Kate was impressed by the detailing and the extensive cantilevers which too serious structural engineering to pull off.
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
Project description: New from the creators that brought you a true monstrosity last year: The Victorian Opulence! Featuring a lovely wrap around porch, adorable detached garage, and a truly magnificent waterfall in the backyard, this monolith of a house features thee decks overlooking somewhat patchy but still rescueable landscaping. Other features include an outdoor patio, a tower for all your princess capturing needs, and a truly cursed facade featuring a curved roof of all things! With several nubbins featuring windows, there is no angle on this house you can't see out of! Standing at nearly 2 feet tall and with an approximate total floor area of 550 square inches-excluding outdoor seating area-this Victorian style home will surely be the envy of all the gingerbread men in your country club. (Snow removal not included as part of HOA membership fees.)
And finally...
First Prize: Simply Having a Wonderful Building Crime by Erin E.
The judges all agreed: this house was outrageous - its execution was fantastic, and its design was full of so many delightful, humorous details. Sarah remarked: “This one is perfectly McMasion-scaled, with weirdly placed windows and gratuitous features to boot.” Anjulie couldn’t sing the praises enough: “I was particularly taken with the garage that is so far detached it makes the front door totally irrelevant...it's a castle of grand sadness. The Pete Buttigieg sign is the literal icing on top.” Kate loved the details: the Pete sign, the ridiculously diverse selection of windows, the piped on invasive plants and basketball hoop, and the glass and siding effects. Part of the competition lies in its absurdity and humor, and in that particular category, this house took the cake.
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
Project description: This home Defies the Ordinary. Located on a 2.3 acre lot, you'll be the envy of all your neighbors--and can watch from the top of the turret to be sure they're suitably jealous! Enjoy sitting al fresco under the portico above the garage, or on the hand-laid M&M stone patio! The two-story entryway accounts for just a few of the more than 60 sugar glass windows! All of the walls join up exactly where the architect expected them to, and no windows were covered up on accident!!!
Constructed over two weeks, out of ten pounds of flour, four pounds of powdered sugar, and more than half a gallon of corn syrup, this modest four-story house will surely stand the test of time. It’s been meticulously decorated with royal icing vines, wreaths, and Christmas lights, and landscaped with gingerbread boulders, definitely-naturally-this-green icing grass, and coconut macaroon topiary. The roof stands at 17 inches high, and is crafted from waffle cookie shingles over gingerbread rafters. For sale for just $1,895,000, this house is just perfect for new families or young professionals just starting out!
Special thanks to everyone who entered this year and to our judges Sarah Archer and Anjulie Rao for their contributions in pulling off yet another successful entry our search for the Gingerbread McMansion Hall of Fame!

The Filler Bush is a landscapers dream! I've used them here more to mask the background of the scene and create a denser terrain, but I will be using these on many of my cliff fronts to blend terrain to rock. Im in a really good mood right now. My allergies are bothering me a little but I feel really positive. Which is nice. I havent felt that easy all day, but for the most part today was pretty positive.
I slept alright but  I had very weird dreams. Getting up was a little easier today. James told me he was going to leave to do errands. Something I asked to do together last night. So then I was upset and I went to started getting dressed and I heard him in the other room putting his shoes and coat on and I was like hey what the heck I just said I wanted to go. And it hurt my feelings. But he waited and seemed to get why it upset me. I just dont want to be left out and I hadnt gone anywhere for days and I just want to spend time together. He is afraid of annoying me and wanted to like. Take care of the chores without making me do it. He wasnt trying to make me sad.
It was nice going out though. We went to the pet store first. The store we get sweetP's food from is going out of business so we loaded up on the discounted food. It probably would have been weird being in a store that had whole shelves empty if 2020 wasnt what it was. But we got good deals and lots of food and then we headed out.
We went to the grocery store next. I knew I wanted to make a cheese plate so I was pretty focused on that goal. It was nice just walking around. I felt real cute today and I was just having a nice time being out. We got basically everything we needed and headed out.
The next thing was our plan to get a christmas tree! Not a big one. Just a little buy. Tucker suggested we get a bush or a topiary. And I liked that idea. James took me to the fancy garden store I had requested visiting someday. And it was fun walking around and checking out the different plants. I want to go back and buy more plants sometime but for now we were focused on small tree. We decided on a legit dwarf tree. Its so cute. I asked James to find the fatest one and I think he did a good job. I have never had a real tree before. I dont think we ever did a real one when I was a kid. I did go to a tree farm a few times with friends' families but I had no concept of price. James said that his family usually went for a tree around $100. Seems wild but alright. So that was our budget.
And we fell under that budget so I was pretty pumped. I also just like that we got a living tree and not a cut one. I am hoping we can keep it alive for a good amount of time and maybe plant it someday.
James buckled our tree in the backseat and we headed home.
We brought everything inside and while James unpacked the food I got the tree set up on one of our small tables. I cut some green plaid fabric to make a base and we just need a pot or something to put the tree inside. But I am pretty pleased.
I played animal crossing for a bit. It was Peach's birthday And I kept working on the big changes. But I didnt play for to long. Instead after me and James had lunch, I painted his toes in red and green for christmas and then we worked on the next part of our lego train. We did part 3 of the 4 parts. But I didnt want to finish it today. So once we got the top of the engine car complete I tapped out and went and laid in our room and watched videos for a while. I was very tired but I couldnt sleep.
James was playing video games in the other room. But eventually he came and cuddled me before he had to leave for work. I hope he comes home early again, I have been enjoying that a lot.
Once he left I sort of mopped for a bit but I decided I would go out and go for a drive. And I ended up going to a few thrift stores. Mostly to look for a pot for the tree. At savers I did not have luck with that but I did find some christmas gift things. Some fabric. And then I headed to the 2nd avenue. Where I had luck finding a very cool pot but the line was literally around the store so I was like. Hah! Nevermind! And bounced.
Finally I went to the big goodwill. I found a big metal bucket there that I thought I could paint to look more christmasy. And I also found pants with a frog print all over them??? I thought they might be too big but when I got them home and tried them on they fit me great and are hilarious.
I headed home after that. The sun was almost down by the time I got home. But it wasnt even 5. I put away my stuff and put together a cheese board for myself. Which while it would have been nice to have some more berries or something for color, it tasted great and I ate the entire thing.
I have had a nice night though. I did a bunch of cleaning. I started painting the bucket I bought but its dark outside so I dont know if it will need a second coat. Im just assuming it will tomorrow. I changed the sheets and cleaned the fridge. Its just been a really nice night. And now I am going to go take a bubble bath and wait for James to come home.
Tomorrow I hope to have a good studio day. My store has not been having a very good sale weekend. But I will keep trying. I hope to workshop my new patterns too. I hope you all have a great night though. Sleep well yall. Goodnight.

A fine Grade II listed Regency House set in magnificent parkland and woodland
About this property
* Wood House is a fine Grade II listed country house of notable importance built in the Regency Gothic style. The house has a white stuccoed brick façade beneath a hipped slate roof and distinctive arched windows. There are Gothic glazing bar sash windows and hood moulds to the ground floor windows. Internally many of the original period features have been retained including ornate cornicing, central ceiling roses, fireplaces, original working shutters and a distinctive principal stairs. Wood House provides versatile living accommodation with well proportioned rooms and high ceilings. All the rooms have large window openings providing beautiful views across the gardens and parklands whilst allowing light to flood in.
* The accommodation briefly comprises an elegant and welcoming hall with doors to the principal reception rooms. The dining room is an intimate yet dramatic room with windows to the front and side and a wonderful fireplace. The drawing room and sitting room are equally impressive with wonderful proportions, handsome fireplaces and gothic sash windows framing views across the gardens and parkland.
* The kitchen/breakfast room is fitted with a comprehensive range of base and wall units and a large island unit with oven, induction hob, sink and butcher's block. A particular feature is the magnificent four oven Aga. Scope exists to extend into the adjoining laundry to create a spectacular kitchen/breakfast/family room. A boot room, which is essential for rural family life, adjoins the laundry.
* An elegant staircase leads to the first floor bedroom accommodation. The principal bedroom suite comprises a superb bedroom leading to a well fitted dressing room and beautifully appointed bathroom. There are five excellent bedrooms on the first floor, three en suite, and a family bathroom. The Vernon Room, used as a morning room or reading room and named after a reputable predecessor, is located on the first floor to benefit from the morning sunlight and to escape busy family life! On the second floor are four bedrooms.
* To the east of the property is the former stable yard and coach house, which offer ample storage space for machinery and the general equipment required for the maintenance of the gardens and grounds. There is plenty of scope for additional accommodation of varying types, which of course will be subject to the necessary consents.
* Wood House stands in private gardens mainly laid to lawn and surrounded by white painted iron railings. A pair of elegant white metal gates open to a gravel drive which runs along the front elevation of the house and on to the former stable block/garaging. The formal gardens to the front are principally laid to lawn with beautifully maintained yew hedges, well stocked beds and specimen ornamental trees.
* A formal garden lies to the rear of the property comprising paving, box hedging, topiary shrubs, an ornamental pond with fountain and an elegant gazebo.
* To the east of the property is a large walled, former kitchen garden with espaliered fruit trees, herbaceous borders, lawns and a productive vegetable area. Adjacent to the walled garden, to the north, is an orchard and a range of glasshouses and coldframes.
* Wood House stands within stunning historic parkland interspersed with mature hardwoods and extends to about 45 acres. An avenue of oaks links the house and parkland to the woodland and lakes to the north east with the grove woodland gardens accessed on the south east. The woods and lakes extend to about 100 acres and together with the parkland provide a majestic backdrop to Wood House. The woods, which are of exceptional historical and ecological importance, are designated as a Site of Special Scientific Interest (SSSI) in view of the presence of a rare indigenous small-leaved lime coppice. There are also a number of magnificent oaks, some of which were used for the panelling of the rebuilt House of Commons after the second World War.
In April and May the woodlands are thickly carpeted with bluebells. The woodland is serviced by many estate tracks and is dominated by interconnected spring fed lakes which are stocked with tench, carp and other coarse fish.

🌸🌳🌸 Shall I share three #cheapchic touches that I think can send a garden vignette over the top? (I am a notorious cheapskate who still demands high style, do you know what I mean?) • Hang a good-looking basket that serves a functional purpose. It need not be $$$. On the contrary. It will be exposed to the elements, and will deteriorate over time. Consequently look at thrift stores, @goodwill baskets on sale at @michaelsstores or @hobbylobby or @target for a good deal. You get the idea. Then actually USE it. High style as both #gardenornament AND functional catch all. • Hang a lantern appropriate to the style of your garden from an arbor, gate, or next to an entry point. Then USE it. I am trying to get much better at this myself. It’s one of the things I find so compelling about Scandinavian and German gardens like @victoriaskoglund @gncgarden @79392 @yomargey ...they put their garden accessories to use on a regular basis. True daily-living charm, not just affectation and pretty appointments. Easy but life enhancing graciousness. The one in this picture was a cast off from a client of mine. Cost $0. Value - great. • Take an inexpensive plant with potential and turn it into something glorious. The white blooms of the Chinese Snowball Viburnum pictured here started out as an $11 shrub. Over time I pruned It into a small tree that makes a stunning spring focal point. Did I know I was even going to do that when I planted it? No. Did I know it would even live😂? No. But it costs nothing to be observant, take a small gardening risk, and see something in a new way. (A skill I have been hideously poor at, but one I am trying to hone.) As I learn daily, style need not be pricey nor high maintenance nor high end. Do you concur? . . . #garden_styles #pinkflowers #gardenideas #backyarddesign #cottageliving #springiscoming #instagarden #topiary #cosycottage #cottagedecor #countrycottage #lvgardendesignschool #gardenlife #gardendesign #gardenlife #lindavater #cottages #countryhousestyle #cottagechic #cottagegarden #gardens #gardenofinstagram #gardenphotography #cottagestyle #englishcountryhouse #jardin #hangingbaskets #lindavater (at Oklahoma City, Oklahoma) https://www.instagram.com/p/B839kDAld45/?igshid=l6jxc3bvb0lj

Situations That Call For Scissor Lift Hire
Tumblr media
A scissor lift is a piece of equipment that comprises a platform that can be raised into the air on a set of criss-cross folded supports (known as a pantograph). As this pantograph contracts and releases, the platform is moved up or down. There are a number of situations that might call for scissor lift hire over the purchase of these very useful pieces of equipment.
•Building maintenance
If you need to repaint your house or workplace (especially the ceiling) you might find a lift extremely useful in giving you access to these otherwise unreachable surfaces. The enclosed platform will be much safer than climbing a ladder, especially as you can harness yourself to the barrier and leave your hands free.
•Construction work
There are plenty of construction projects that require workers to be raised above normal ground levels. These lifts are extremely useful in not only raising workers to the areas that they need to work, but also in allowing them to take all of the materials and tools that they will need to complete the project.
•Transferring objects
It can be extremely difficult to lift and move heavy objects around the workplace, not to mention very straining on your back. With click here hire, you can effortlessly move a heavy object from one location to another without placing strain on yourself. Simply place the object on the platform and drive towards the destination.
•Pruning trees
If your garden is full of tall trees, you might find these lifts extremely useful in trimming and pruning their branches. Not only will this keep your garden constantly looking its best, it will ensure that there is no danger of falling limbs. It will also make it much easier for homeowners who enjoy topiary.
•Harvesting fruit
Anyone who grows fruit trees, whether for their own personal use or for sale to greengrocers and the like, will be able to tell you that having two free hands is a must. A scissor lift will allow you to use both your hands to pick the ripe fruit, as well as plenty of room for storing baskets that you can fill before returning to the ground.
As you can see from the above list, there are plenty of situations that could potentially call for scissor lift hire. Whilst you might like to purchase a piece of this equipment so that it is always on hand, it is important to keep in mind that financial restraints don't always make this possible and that storage is often a concern for many buyers.

French Chateau in California
Dec 10, 2021
French Chateau
The French Chateau in California is For Sale and has an asking price of $32 million!
Location: California, USA

Almost Like Paris – Neighbor Is Kourtney Kardashian!
Kourtney Kardashian first came to prominence with her reality show “Filthy Rich: Cattle Drive” in 2005 and has been an influencer powerhouse ever since. In addition to her reality show appearances including Keeping Up With The Kardashians, she has opened clothing boutiques, published books, appeared on the daytime soap One Life to Live, designed fashion lines, and marketed her own line of perfumes.
She recently got engaged to Blink-182 drummer Travis Barker when he proposed to her on the beach in Montecito, California with a diamond ring that made her 152 million Instagram followers swoon. She owns two stunning mansions, one in Palm Springs and another in the Santa Monica Mountains neighborhood of Calabasas.
A unique opportunity to keep up with Kourtney has arrived on the market with the listing of a gorgeous French Chateau down the street from the Instagram star’s own mansion. With an asking price of $32 million, the 16,500 square foot Paris-inspired estate offers seven bedrooms, ten baths and unparalleled luxury. The beautifully landscaped grounds are straight out of a fairy tale castle with topiary mazes, a waterfall pool, two bridges, a BBQ pavilion with steel appliances, a fire pit, multiple patios for entertaining as well as fruit-bearing trees including avocado, figs, plums, orange, and lemon.
Inside, the home is classically styled with hardwood, marble and limestone accents and offered fully furnished. The grand two-story foyer includes a breathtaking double floating staircase with intricate metalwork and hand-built French chandeliers. The chef’s kitchen has a vaulted ceiling, top-of-the-line appliances, and connects to both a breakfast nook and a spectacular formal dining room with a hand-carved fireplace, plus a temperature-controlled wine cellar.
The master suite is massive with a gorgeous four-poster bed, huge walk-in closet, oversized glass-surround steam shower, sauna, and two beautiful patios featuring marble columns and a lovely view of the surrounding mountains. Each of the other six bedrooms features its own en-suite bathroom with some having patios of their own.
The home is perfect for entertaining, with an open floor plan that seamlessly connects the vaulted-ceiling living and dining rooms with the outdoor lounging spaces, and surround sound in all the major rooms. The 10-seat home theater references old-school Hollywood glamour with red velvet and carved mahogany and includes its own wet bar. Additional features include a game room with a mirrored ceiling, a library with a custom fireplace, a beautifully designed office, and a full gym and massage room.
Formerly a sleepy suburb, in recent years Calabasas has become popular with celebrities escaping the Paparazzi-filled neighborhoods of Beverly Hills and the Hollywood Hills.
Gated communities provide these power players with privacy, beautiful mountain views, and easy access to the 101 Freeway that leads back to the hustle and bustle of the city. In addition to Kourtney, the French Chateau’s buyers will count Drake, Jessica Simpson, Justin Bieber, Miley Cyrus, and Will Smith as neighbors. The home is convenient to the Calabasas Country Club plus plenty of shopping and fine dining.
The listing is held by Tomer Fridman & Isidora Fridman of Compass.
