not related to noco at all but what is katie and sadie’s relationship like now?

pretty good all things considered! while they're both married to two sweet guys and have separate families (none of their kids are other td characters, unfortunately...) they're still really close, and still live next to each other at that same beach town they grew up in, now both running that successful 80s themed ice cream business they've been dreaming of! its safe to say they probably suffered the least on Total Drama, only leaving with a couple of minor scars, good god were they lucky..

IOTS AU - Liberation of the Slaughtered Katie

Out of everyone that survived, Katie is probably in the middle of how she took the aftermath.

She initially tried to avoid therapy but highly relied on talking to others for any sort of closure or comfort. She keeps in constant contact with Sadie's family. (Even though it took a long time for her to face them after coming back- seeing as she didn't do anything to save Sadie from being mauled. Which took a long time for her to accept it wasn't her fault.)

She works at the sweets shop with her mother and has an assistant manager role.

She has a girlfriend and an adopted child. (Her girlfriend has an adopted child- so the child just came with her. Knowing her mental status and the fact she is still in therapy- she probably wouldn't be able to adopt a child on her own.)

Out of everyone, she visits the graves of their deceased friends the most (weekly) and always brings fresh flowers from a shop nearby.

She is a bit somber, and usually sad in the face, but she is trying her best to be chipper again.

She dresses more modestly now, as she is an adult, and doens't want as much attention.

She also has a bit of a fear of dogs- even if she wants to deny it. She doesn't want to hate dogs, but big dogs always make her shaky- considering what happened to Sadie on the island.

She is a hard working woman, and does everything she can to keep herself busy.

18 beth trying too hard to be funny acting way more out of it than she is. would annoy me i think

17 katie and 16 sadie would be whispering to each other the whole time and not really mixing with the rest of the group. they’d giggle until they had an incomprehensible falling out. they would still leave together
