Once you’re finally sitting down in the main lodge, a massive wooden cabin nestled in the center of the campground, you feel like you can take your first real breath since you arrived.
The morning was chaos. You made it to check-in just in time and met your cabin-mate Ami, who you learned is also new to the job.
Then, you quickly changed into your new bright orange staff t-shirt, which is so bright orange that it hurts to look at, and chatted with her as you rushed over for orientation.
Now, you’re settled on one of twelve wooden chairs facing the grand fireplace, set in front of floor-to-ceiling windows, which boast a cobalt blue lake under a cloudless sky.
Campers are set to arrive tomorrow morning and today is dedicated to preparation. You’ve already done countless training modules online before arriving, so today will be all about learning what’s left.
You hope you get a chance to explore the place before it starts teeming with preteens, because the photos on the camp website don’t do the grounds justice.
Your interviews were over video call and today is the first time you’re seeing the stunning campground in person. It’s stretched out on a wide expanse of greener-than-green pine trees, rustic buildings, and pristine soccer fields.
This job is your best case scenario for the summer. You can’t wait to spend seven weeks in one of the prettiest places you’ve ever seen and gain confidence in your athletic skills while coaching kids in your favorite sport.
As a center back on your college’s girls’ soccer team, you feel your best when you’re out on the pitch, but the pressure of the past school year was hard to navigate. You hope that teaching kids excited about soccer will remind you of why you like it so much.
As Zach sits in the front row, he notices the smell of this place never changes. It’s woodsy and brisk. It smells like comfort. But he’s pretty sure he’s biased. Camp Summit is sort of a haven to him and has been since he was a kid.
The chatter in the lodge has grown louder as more and more counselors settle into their seats, but once the camp directors walk up to the front, the noise wavers.
Tom and Ruby offer a kind welcome and then, like they do every year, quickly jump into training.
After two hours of going over the how-to’s on welcoming campers, facilitating activities, walkie-talkie etiquitte, and establishing rules, they announce that everyone can head to the dining hall for lunch.
“We won’t force you through any awkward icebreakers,” Tom says to the group, “so, we encourage you to get to know each other over lunch. We have a good mix of vets and newbies this year. We want you to be friends with your coworkers. But before you go…”
He looks over the room.
“We should mention,” the director continues, “that we have a strict policy against anything more. It can get unprofessional and inappropriate when counselors date each other.”
“Is that legal?” Ami whispers to you. “They can’t, like fire us for that, right?”
“You like someone already?” you amusedly ask your new friend.
“I might,” she says with a smile, her eyes on a dark-haired guy sitting ahead of you. You quietly laugh, glad you’re already so comfortable with the girl you’ll be bunking with.
“Aren’t you guys married to each other?” a girl behind you calls out.
The way that Tom and Ruby laugh tells you that they are, and that the counselor who shouted that must be a vet, already familiar enough with them to make comments like that.
“Yeah, but directors can do whatever they want,” Ruby jokes with a lighthearted shrug. You look down at their hands to see wedding rings. “In all seriousness, we hate having to enforce it, but please, no dating.”
Once counselors slowly rise out of their seats to go to lunch, your eyes land on a tall, messy-haired stranger standing at the front, who starts a conversation with the directors.
Maybe you shouldn’t tease your cabin-mate, because when you see his charming smile, you think you might have a crush of your own.
Tables are arranged in a neat grid in the dining hall, with a big buffet table prepared at the far wall.
You line up, noticing Ami a few people ahead, already striking conversation with the guy she pointed out to you.
You slowly inch forward with the line as counselors start to load their plates. You realize just how many people were in front of you when you get to the table and see one fork left.
You pick it up and turn to see only one person behind you. It’s the guy you noticed back at the lodge. His blue eyes sweep over your face. He’s even cuter up close.
“There’s only one left,” you say, holding out the fork with a small frown.
Zach stills when you look at him. You’re so pretty that it’s like he’s buffering. That’s the only way he can think to describe it.
You’re in the same orange shirt every other counselor is wearing and such a harsh color shouldn’t look this good on anyone, but it does on you. He reads your name-tag.
And then he realizes you said something. He completely missed it because he was too busy staring.
“What?” he asks.
Your eyes flit down to his name-tag. Zach, in black marker, punctuated with a smiley face. His tag is worn and scratched up, a hard contrast to how new and shiny yours is.
“There’s only one fork left,” you clarify, a soft laugh in your tone. He looks dazed, a gentle crease between his brows, almost like he wasn’t expecting to see you even though you were standing directly ahead of him.
“Oh,” he says. He looks past you to the table, his lips screwing up. “It’s cool. You can have it.”
Zach gazes at you again, a smile on his face now that he’s feeling a bit more grounded.
“I’ll find one. I…” He crosses his arms, feigning pompousness. “I have connections around here.”
“Yeah?” you play along.
“Oh, yeah. I was a camper until I aged out,” Zach tells you. “And I’ve been working here since I was 16, so I have friends in high places.”
You laugh again. That explains why he seemed so comfortable with the directors back at the lodge. He’s clearly been here for quite a few summers.
“I can tell you’ve been here a while by the state of that name-tag,” you tease. He looks down to tilt up the worn out plastic rectangle pinned to his t-shirt, his bottom lip jutting out.
“Poke fun all you want, but you don’t know how impressive it is that I never lost this,” Zach replies. “Name-tags go missing all the time. I bet you’ll lose yours.”
“I thought staff were supposed to be friends,” you say. “You’re already betting against me?”
“You want some advice?” He leans just a little closer, his tone fake-serious. “It’s actually very cutthroat here.”
“So, the be friends with your coworkers stuff, that was all talk?” you say with a gasp, mirroring his playfulness.
“All talk,” he echoes with a smirk.
“Wow,” you half-whisper. “Thanks for the advice.”
You share another smile with him, already sure your crush on him isn’t going away. He’s friendly and kind of goofy and probably has all the girls after him. You wonder how seriously he takes the no dating rule.
Then, you turn back towards the table, surprised at how quickly your mind is running away from you.
After you load your plate with food, Ami calls you over to a table with a few other counselors. You get to know a decent amount of other staff, including Malcolm, the guy your cabin-mate is openly flirting with. He seems to be just as into her.
It’s a long afternoon of training and once you step out of the lodge, you feel like you can breathe again. It was a lot of information at once and the thought of wrangling nine campers on your own feels a bit overwhelming.
But at least for every activity for the first two weeks, newbies will be paired with vets. That gives you some relief.
The sounds of birds chirping and wind blowing through the trees fill your ears as you walk towards the staff cabins hidden behind the dining hall. Your shoes dig into the dirt and you breathe in the smell of pine and earth, feeling a sense of peace settle into the bones.
Despite the tinges of anxiety, you feel grounded here, like you’re right where you’re supposed to be.
As you finish unpacking with Ami, a coworker comes by to tell you that the counselors are going to have a bonfire after sunset. You set up your room and both head towards the lake once the sky starts darkening.
Zach is arranging logs in the fire-pit, kneeling on the ground while Malcolm leans close by. No other counselors have joined yet, and he’s glad because it’s taking embarrassingly long to set up the fire.
“Just let me know when you need the lighter,” Malcolm says.
”I could use some help on lining the kindling up,” Zach tells him.
“I think you’re doing great on your own.”
Zach snorts a chuckle. His cabin-mate and best friend of two years always tries to get away with doing the least amount of work.
“Is this the party?” Ami calls.
Zach turns to see you walking towards the pit. It gives him a chance to drink you in completely, the sight of your figure making his cheeks burn.
“Just getting it started,” Malcolm says. “This place would fall apart without us.”
You and Ami chuckle, settling on one of the logs.
“Us? It looks like Zach’s the only one doing any work,” you say.
“Thank you!” he says with a sarcastic sigh, looking up to smile at you. Your gazes hold a bit longer than they need to.
“Want any help?” you ask.
“All good,” he says. “I’m used to carrying the team.”
“Cold,” Malcolm says. “Strikers and their egos.”
“You’re a striker?” you ask Zach. It tracks. Strikers tend to be on the taller side, and you practically had to crane your neck to meet his eyes when you spoke to him before lunch.
“Yeah, you?” Zach asks.
“Center back,” you reply.
“Most important position,” Malcolm adds.
“Jeez, I wonder what you are,” Ami says with a laugh. “What was that you said about egos?”
The fire starts to slowly blaze and Zach stands up, exhales tiredly and scratches his forehead. It causes his shirt to ride up and expose an inch of his stomach.
Even under the dark blue sky, the flames only offering dull, flickering light, you can’t help but notice the v lines carved into his skin.
You look away. You feel like you’re practically thirsting over him at this point. You’re convinced that the fact that fraternizing between staff is forbidden is what’s making you even more tempted to stare at him.
The four of you continue to make small-talk as more counselors start to join. You learn that Zach and Malcolm share a cabin and that they play together on their college’s team, a school only an hour away from yours.
You also notice Malcolm jokingly calls Zach a nepo baby at one point, but before you can ask why, the conversation stirs in a different direction.
Soon after, a few counselors rough-house dangerously close to the fire. It’s only for a moment, but Zach perks up.
“Be careful around there, alright?” Zach says.
“Relax, dad,” one of the vets says. “We will.”
This is the only place in the world where people tell Zach to relax. He feels a sense of responsibility here. He’s sort of an unofficial babysitter, keeping everyone in check.
You notice his dimples dip into his cheeks. He’s obviously used to being teased for being the dad of the group.
You find it a good time to privately ask him about his other nickname, the staff chatter and wood crackling loud enough so only he can hear you.
“Why’d Malcolm call you a nepo baby?” you ask.
“Oh,” Zach says with a chuckle. “Ruby and Tom are my aunt and uncle. I’m not really a nepo baby, though. I don’t get any special privileges. The opposite, actually.”
“Opposite?” you ask, amused.
“They feel way more comfortable getting mad at me than any of the other staff,” he admits lightheartedly.
“Who would get mad at you?” you joke.
“I know, right? I’m adorable.”
It’s way too easy to flirt with him. This is going to be hard.
As the night goes on, you notice Ami and Malcolm slowly drift closer towards each other, laughing and talking. Eventually, they rush away into the dark.
Admittedly, the thought of sneaking off in the night with a cute guy is kind of exciting. You look over to see Zach noticed them leave, too.
“I think our cabin-mates are about to hook up,” you say quietly.
“On the first night, too.” He shakes his head, pretending to be disappointed. “It happens every year.”
“Do they actually fire people for dating?”
“I’ve seen them get close,” Zach says. “But people hide it well for the most part. Honestly, I think most do it just because it’s against the rules.”
“That’s exactly what I was thinking,” you say with a laugh. “It’s the whole forbidden part of it. Tell people they’re not allowed to do something, and guess what they want to do?”
“Something,” he says, earning another laugh from you.
You wonder if he ever has broken this particular rule, but it’d be too forward to ask.
“I wouldn’t risk it,” he offers, looking at the fire. You’re pretty sure he’s just giving you advice, but you take it as an opening, the curiosity killing you.
“So, you never have?” you ask.
“Nope.”
Over his many summers working here, Zach’s had crushes on other counselors, and he definitely has one on you, but a fling isn’t worth losing his job and letting down his family.
He owes a lot to his aunt and uncle. He wouldn’t disrespect their rules, no matter how pretty the new girl is.
When he looks over at you again, at the way the flames are casting shadows over your features, he corrects himself. Pretty is an understatement; beautiful is more fitting.
He almost suggests you don’t take the risk of dating either, but it’d be purely selfish. He doesn’t like the idea of seeing you in a summer romance with another guy.
And he feels insane for already feeling hypothetical jealousy, but he’s never clicked with a girl this quickly before. You’re sweet and interesting and you get his humor, and he feels like he couldn’t not like you if he tried.
“So, what brought you here?” he asks.
“Interview answer or real answer?”
“Real answer,” he says with a smile. “Your secret’s safe with me.”
“Playing at the college level is a lot more pressure than I expected,” you admit. “I want the experience and obviously the pay with this job, but mostly, I just want to be reminded of why I like soccer so much. Honestly, I lost my confidence in my skills this past year and I’d like to get it back.”
You’re surprised at how open you’re being, but something about him makes you want to be. He gives you a sense of safety. You can tell he’s kind-hearted.
“One of the best parts of working here is that you get enough downtime to practice,” he tells you. “I’d be happy to help you on your defense if you want.”
Your stomach numbs imagining it. It’s such a sweet gesture, especially because you’d just learned that he’s on a full-ride scholarship. You know he’s good.
“Thank you,” you say. “I’ll take you up on that.”
“If you’re looking for a reminder of why you like soccer, you came to the right camp,” he replies, his smile bright and sincere.
“You really like it here, huh?” you ask, kind of in awe of him.
“I owe a lot to this place,” he says.
You make a note to yourself to ask him to elaborate on that later, as another counselor takes his attention with a question about tomorrow before you can reply.
You look back at the fire and you promise yourself that you’ll just be Zach’s coworker. At most, his friend.
You won’t risk getting even close to dating. You don’t want to lose your job. And you certainly don’t want Zach to lose his, especially because it seems important to him to follow the rules.
Besides, maybe he has a girlfriend already. You can’t imagine a guy like him being single. And maybe he’s not even into you like that. He could just be very friendly.
As the fire dwindles and counselors start to retire to their cabins, Zach leaves and returns with a bucket of water to extinguish the remaining flames.
You’re not sure why, but watching him be so hands-on with no expectations to be thanked for it makes you like him even more.
“Which cabin are you in?” he asks you, looking over his shoulder. You hope he didn’t catch you staring.
“Four,” you answer.
“We’re neighbors,” he says. “I’m in five. I can walk you back, newbie.”
There’s a chance he’s just being nice, but even though it’s against the rules, you hope it’s more.
You check your phone to see it’s just past ten o’clock. The moonlight is bright as you and Zach walk towards the staff cabins.
You’re chatting about how beautiful the campground is and he grins as he looks down at his feet. He loves this place and hearing someone else appreciate it feels nice.
When he looks up, he stops in his tracks. You follow his eye-line. There’s a shirt hanging on his cabin’s doorknob.
“Frick,” he says. You smirk to yourself. He’s so wholesome that he doesn’t even swear.
“Does the shirt on the knob mean what I think it means?” you ask.
“If you think it means walking in there would make me see something I can’t ever unsee and scar me for life, you’re right,” Zach answers.
You chuckle. You’re definitely going to ask Ami about the details of her hook-up with Malcolm later. And you feel an obligation to also remind her that the no-dating rule is serious.
“I’ll give them ten minutes, then I’m knocking,” he says. “You don’t have to wait with me.”
You know you should go to bed and get rested before the craziness of tomorrow. But being around Zach makes you not want to.
“I can keep you company,” you offer. “I’m pretty wired anyway.”
“Thanks,” he says with a sincere smile. It makes your heart flutter that he seems just as happy to spend more time with you.
“So, what’s there to do around here at ten o’clock?” you ask.
Zach rakes his hair back, gazing out at a soccer field in the distance as crickets loudly chirp around you.
“If you’re looking to burn energy, we can do some of that practice we were talking about,” he suggests. “Now’s as good a time as any.”
“You sure you’re not too tired?” you ask.
“Nah. Let’s go,” he says. “But be warned, when I coach, I’m ruthless.”
You laugh, already well aware of how far from the truth that must be.
“Consider me warned,” you joke. “Lead the way.”

Train Yourself (or a partner) to Cum Faster - Coach Sarah' Method for PE

**Introduction**
After posting my first adventure here, I've gotten many, many people asking me to train or coach them one-on-one. Of course, having someone hot, clever, and a little sadistic to train you is the best, but, tragically, the reality is that I am way too busy to coach every person who wants to be coached.
But, these conversations have helped me start to formulate a generic write-up for some of the stuff I would suggest for guys or girls who want to be coached, either to cum faster, to cum helplessly to some specific stimulus, or both. This is my first stab at the former -- coaching to cum faster.
I've never had a "method" before. Every guy or girl I've ever played these sorts of games with I've approached individually, depending on their desires, their past, and what I personally was finding hot when I thought about it.
But I do think there are patterns or defaults that can help, so I've decided to start writing them down and sharing them.
If any of you follow my advice and keep notes, I'd love to hear how it goes! I particularly enjoy public comments, even if they're made with a burner account, because then everyone can benefit from your experience.
**What this guide is and isn't**
This will be an initial attempt at a guide specifically for people (any gender, any genitals) who want to cum faster. This is actually NOT what I do most of the time in my personal life -- most of the time, especially if I'm even occasionally sleeping with the person, I'd much prefer to train them to cum when I want, which might be 30 seconds into making out with them, or not at all. But, since PE Fetish is where I shared my first post, that's what most of your questions have been about, so I figured I'd start there.
So, what are the main goals of making someone cum faster? And what are the things I am not particularly interested in?
Let's get some of the "not interested" things out of the way first.
First, I'm not interested in fantasy, and that's not what this guide is about. I think fantasy captioned images where a guy is cumming in his pants after just seeing a girl in tight pants are great, if that's your thing. More power to ya! But MY thing is doing it in real life, and in real life that sort of thing is both borderline impossible, and also, if it really COULD be achieved, would completely screw up a person's life. Hot in fantasy, but not workable in reality.
Second, for this guide, I'm only interested in "conditioned triggers" in as much as they facilitate cumming faster. The idea of cumming whenever you see pussy or breasts or ass or a fire truck or hear a specific phrase is GREAT, and I LOVE it -- but here it is, at best, of secondary importance.
If you condition yourself to only cum to bare breasts, for example, you're working towards a different goal than strictly "lowering your time" PE. Imagine training to only cum to bare breasts, and it worked perfectly. Does that mean if we were hooking up, and I left my shirt on, you could you go for hours?
Obviously the answer to this is probably "who knows," but the point is that if your goal is just to get faster, a trigger CAN be helpful, but it should be a side dish more than the main course.
(Side note, a variation on this that I applied with Alan in a previous post, and that I have used several times since, is conditioning friends to cum when they see my bare pussy. This is a fun variation on a PE fetish, because it lets you keep a guy hard for as long as you want, but they know they will never be able to fuck you! That's not what I'm covering here, though. Maybe another day!)
So if that's what I DON'T want, what DO I want to achieve with this kind of coaching?
**Goals / What this guide will help you do**
The following three goals, IN ORDER OF IMPORTANCE:
1. the person gets better at the learned skill of cumming quickly. week over week, the number of minutes and seconds it takes for them to cum goes down consistently (if not strictly linearly)
2. the person gets better at cumming from less intense VISUAL & mental stimulation. if in week 1 they are cumming to niche hardcore porn, in week 52 (say) I'd like them to be cumming just as easily to pics of people wearing clothes, or just their imagination.
3. the person gets better at cumming from less intense PHYSICAL stimulation. if in week 1 they are cumming to jerking off with a death-grip at high speed, or by holding a hitachi directly against their clit, by week 52 (say), I'd like them to be cumming from one finger rubbing their frenulum, or a soft paintbrush or make-up brush on their clit.
This is a key concept, so I'll repeat it: for me, and this guide, I am more interested in lowering times FIRST, decreasing intensity of visual stimulation SECOND, and decreasing physical stimulation THIRD. There can be some wiggle room, and not everything is linear, as I'll explain; but in general I think going from 20 minute jerk-offs (or 4+ hour goon sessions) with a tight grip and nonstop hardcore/niche porn on monday, to trying to "OFM" to girls in baggy clothes in 90 seconds on tuesday, is a recipe for not getting anywhere.
**Three Elements**
That said, progress is always non-linear. So, you'll be working through tiers. For each tier, you will:
1. Get your time down, and keep lowering it consistently
2. Then, start to experiment with less intense visual / mental stimulation
3. Then, start to experiment with less intense physical stimulation
When you are hitting all three benchmarks in a given tier, you'll move on to the next.
Ok those are the goals. Now onto the method.
**Method In Broad Strokes**
1. Take stock of where you currently are.
2. Find the highest tier you're in based on the benchmarks
3. Use that tier to set specific, concrete goals
4. Work towards those goals in the following order:A. TimeB. Visual stimulationC. Physical stimulation
5. When you reach a new benchmark, start the steps over
6. When (not if) you hit a plateau, follow the "plateau procedure"
Again, I've never written this down before, but this is basically what I'm typically, generically doing and thinking about when I'm training a friend (or enemy). I'm not always literally following the exact steps in the exact order, but it's pretty close to what I would do in the broadest of strokes.
(Also, for what it's worth, if anyone works on this constantly I'd love your feedback. I'm inventing these tiers right now based on experience, in order to help people broadly; but in my normal life I'd be setting individual goals for each individual. These might end up being a little "off" and if you find yourself stalling or hitting certain benchmarks more easily than others, I'd love to hear that.

**Using the Tiers**
Again, the method / pattern is as follows:
1. Take stock of where you currently are.
2. Find the highest tier you're in based on the benchmarks
3. Use that tier to set specific, concrete goals
4. Work towards those goals in the following order:A. TimeB. Visual stimulationC. Physical stimulation
5. When you reach a new benchmark, start the steps over
6. When (not if) you hit a plateau, follow the "plateau procedure"
For the purposes of this guide, you want to look at the HIGHEST number tier for which you hit ALL the metrics. That is the tier you are "on." One tier below that is the tier you are "working towards."
Note that I say you need to hit ALL the metrics to be ON a given tier. What happens if you hit some metrics for one tier, but not all the metrics? As you'll see, this will often be the case, and that's a good thing. In every case, you are considered to be on the HIGHEST number tier for which you hit ALL the metrics; hitting some metrics for lower tiers is great, but doesn't mean anything in terms of your programing.
For example, lets look at tiers 5 and 6

Lets say you time yourself and are able to cum in 54 seconds while looking at hardcore BDSM porn. You are in Tier 5, working towards tier 6, because while you meet the time metric for tier 6 (good job!), you don't yet meet ALL the metrics.
Let's look at a more extreme example.

Let's say you consistently masturbate to images of a single person wearing some clothing on top and bottom, like underwear or a swimsuit. Great! You have only recently started timing yourself, and you average about 8 1/2 minutes to climax, with a best-ever time of 5:24.
You are doing awesome, but for the purposes of programing, you should consider yourself at Tier 3, working towards Tier 4. This isn't to diminish your work cumming to less intense visual stimulation! But this guide is about learning to cum faster. Following the tier system, you can stop worrying about less intense visual stimulation for a while, and focus on getting your time down for a while.
Again, as a reminder, this guide isn't one-size fits all. If you think this concept is shit, do whatever you want! I'm not your mom (unless I've explicitly told you to call me Mommy) and you can do whatever you want to do. But this is the GENERAL advice and programing I'd give to a person who wants to achieve the specific goals I outlined above. If you want something else, do something else, I won't be offended.
**Moving Up In Tiers**
**Tiers 1 - 3**
Your goal here is to work from masturbating many times a day to once every other day, or 3 days a week on scheduled days each week. (Either is fine in my opinion -- every other day is probably sightly better in general, but every 3 days can make overcoming plateaus easier so it's mostly a wash.)
* for one week, keep track of how many times you masturbate. (Generally this means orgasm, but if you do a lot of edging, count each 30 minute block as one time)
* At the end of the week make a total for the week.
* Multiply the total by .9. That is your new weekly maximum.
* Divide by 7 to get a daily maximum, if you want to
* for each following week, multiply THE WEEKLY MAXIMUM by .9 to get a new weekly maximum
* Do not multiply the number of times you masturbated by .9, I don't care about that number at all. Reduce the amount you masturbate by as much as you like. Drop down to 3x a week on week 2 if you want. But your weekly maximum goes down by 10% each week regardless.
* You are done with this sequence when you consistently masturbate every other day / on 3 scheduled days a week for 3 consecutive weeks.
*Walking, exercise, and hobbies Side-note*
For people that I coach who masturbate A LOT, their masturbation is often a way of numbing difficult emotions. Simply dropping down in frequency without doing anything else tends, in my experience, to fail spectacularly.
If you masturbate more than 7x a week, you should follow the following sequence as you follow the above sequence:
* when you determine the number of times a week you masturbate, also keep track (precisely or loosely, guesstimates are fine) of the number of MINUTES you masturbate
* As you reduce the number of times you masturbate, you are REQUIRED to replace at least 50% of that time (100% is optimal) with specific other activities.
* Walking is the default activity, and might be the best. This generally means going outside and walking, maybe listening to music or a podcast. If you can't decide, just do this.
* Other activities include any form of exercise, or any hobby where you look at your hands (drawing, journaling, sculpting, ship-in-a-bottle are ok; video games and surfing the internet do not count for this requirement)
**Tiers 4 and beyond**
Again, the method / pattern is as follows:
1. Take stock of where you currently are.
2. Find the highest tier you're in based on the benchmarks
3. Use that tier to set specific, concrete goals
4. Work towards those goals in the following order:A. TimeB. Visual stimulationC. Physical stimulation
5. When you reach a new benchmark, start the steps over
6. When (not if) you hit a plateau, follow the "plateau procedure"
We've now covered 1, 2, and 3. Now we'll work on 4, 5 and 6.
**4A. How to lower your time**
This alone is a helpful and simple method, and I bet some of you who think this guide is WAY too complicated can still benefit from this approach. Here's what you do.
Note: should be self-explanatory, but the following is intended for people who are in tier 4 or higher. If you are masturbating 3x a day, godspeed, but this will probably not be super effective.
Solo Method:
Week 1
* each time you masturbate, time yourself with a STOPWATCH
* \- the timer begins when you touch your genitals, even through clothes (this is to prevent cheating by doing a lot of stimulation through your jeans or whatever, which is counterproductive)
* \- You can look at stimulating stuff at other times, but this may cause you to go crazy or fall off the wagon (hard to advise if you don't have a partner)
* at the end of the week, average the times (add them up and divide by 3 or 4 depending)
* Multiply this number by .9 -- This is your new MAXIMUM TIME
For each following week:
* each time you masturbate, set a TIMER (not a stopwatch) for your MAXIMUM TIME.
* If you orgasm within the maximum time, great! (it's not required, but I think it's good to write down how long you took, eg {max time - time remaining on timer = session time\]
* if you do not orgasm within the maximum time, no problem! stop masturbating and wait until your next session.
* Generally, if you are following the structure, you will always cum either in the first session or the second session. This is considered "good progress"
* At the end of each week, multiply the week's MAXIMUM TIME by .9 to get next weeks new Maximum Time
* Generally there's no need to add up your times and find an average anymore, unless you find yourself consistently beating your maximum times by a huge margin (over 25%) FOR MULTIPLE WEEKS RUNNING.
* When your week's maximum time gets = to or lower than the maximum time for the Tier you are WORKING TOWARDS, set your max time at that time and keep it there.
*Partner Method:*
*As above, but with a partner you can generally go faster, especially if the partner is keeping you in a chastity device. Sometimes I will multiply the max time by other numbers, like .85 or .8, or arbitrarily drop down even lower -- and then in following weeks raise the time similarly arbitrarily. I find a more chaotic approach that trends downward is often more effective and makes my partner feel much more controlled and helpless.*
Within 2 weeks, you will either be cumming within the max time for the tier you are working towards, most of the time or all of the time, OR, you will be plateaued, only cumming every other time (and likely really frustrated).
If you are pretty consistently cumming within the max time for the tier you are working towards, keep your max time where it is and move on to decreasing visual stimulation.
If you are plateaued, do the following:
* time yourself with a stopwatch (not a timer)
* masturbate once, with the goal of cumming as fast as you can
* whatever time you get is your temporary max time, which will be consistent as you move on to decreasing visual stimulation.
**4B -** **Decreasing Visual Stimulation**
(This is identical to (but maybe slightly more detailed than) the much-misunderstood "Trigger Method" popular on this subreddit. I hate to even use that term, because people almost always get the wrong idea about what the word "trigger" means. So if you don't know what I'm talking about, just forget the word trigger.)
* keep your maximum time, as above.
* as above, if you don't cum within your maximum time, stop and wait for your next session
* Look at the requirements for visual stimulation for the tier you are working towards
* Before you start masturbating, pull up something along those lines in another window, browser tab, screen, whatever. We'll call this the LESS STIMULATING stuff.
* masturbate as normal to the stuff you normally masturbate to
* when you are close to orgasm, switch to the LESS STIMULATING stuff while you orgasm
* Over time, experiment with switching to the LESS STIMULATING stuff earlier and earlier in the session
* Eventually experiment with starting with the less stimulating stuff and looking at it the whole time.
* There is another more concrete method for this that involves two timers, but that is probably too much for most people's patience.
* DON'T: look at the less stimulating stuff to start with and switch to some other thing later.
* I don't really recommend making the LESS STIMULATING stuff something specific like belly buttons or feet or eye contact or fire hydrants if your goal is to decrease your time. (That can be fun for other games, but outside the scope of this specifci guide.)
* When you are consistently cumming to the less stimulating stuff, move on to decreasing physical stimulation
* If you go for several weeks making no progress -- consistently not cumming, or frequently only cumming on session #2 and not #1, you can move on to physical stimulation OR add time to your max time and start over.
**4C - Decreasing Physical Stimulation**
Much the same as above, but with physical stimulation.
* keep your maximum time, as above.
* as above, if you don't cum within your maximum time, stop and wait for your next session
* Look at the requirements for physical stimulation for the tier you are working towards
* masturbate as normal to the stuff you normally masturbate to
* while you masturbate, experiment with less intense grip/pressure/lower speed on vibrator
* when you are close to orgasm, switch to the LESS STIMULATING type of touching while you orgasm. Do this until you feel you are cumming normally/strongly with the less intense stimulation
* Over time, experiment with switching to the LESS STIMULATING grip/pressure earlier and earlier in the session
* (For people with vaginas, when you are moving from vibrator to fingers, take your time. This tier might be a huge challenge for you! That's fine, be patient, take it slow.)
* Eventually experiment with starting with the less stimulating grip or pressure the whole time.
* When you are consistently cumming to the less stimulating stuff, but are falling short of the tier you are working towards in terms of time or visual stimulation, return to those steps as above. It's okay for progress to be non-linear!
* If you go for several weeks making no progress -- consistently not cumming, or frequently only cumming on session #2 and not #1, you can move back to visual stimulation OR add time to your max time and start over.
Ok, I typed this all out without too much thinking about it or review. I'll probably return to it in a day or two to make refinements and possibly add examples for the last part. And obviously I'll need

Interviewed: Pond (Exec Producer and CEO of BOC, Nat (Director), Mile, Apo, Tong, Bas, and Kru Ning (Script Writer and Acting Coach).
Q. What is Man Suang and how did it start?
Pond: Man = human, Suang = heaven; together heaven x human such as entertainment complex. Man Suang represents an entertainment complex where anyone can be anything. People chosen to be in Man Saung are carefully selected. Within the equality in Man Suang, it also represents the landscape of the real world. The Man Suang production is really brought together by people's love of art and the dream to create great production and quality work that also at times does not match the budget or traditional work culture. But the crew and everyone really have the same the dream and is willing to do what it takes to make Man Suang on the scale, goal, and vision we have.
Q: Why did this project require 3 directors?
Nat: i knew about KPTS and Kru Ning as an academic working on project that is being appreciated by the mass. And knowing Pond, who has the same goal, as a director, my role is to facilitate the process as it should be done on this scale.
Kru Ning: i works with Kru Bua on the script making. We both played a role in chosing the actors and actresses who will be in the film despite the actors' busy schedule. The challenge is bringing out the potential of all actors.
Pond: having three directors i was often told that it would’ve been a problem, but i’ve been through it on KPTS already. The three directors worked because we all respect each other. I represent the newer generation, Nat represents the experienced director, Kru Ning also represents the knowledgeable person. The key to successful work is that the younger is respectful and the seniors are not egotistic.

Q: Why choose this time period (between Rama III and Rama IV) as the setting?
Nat: This is the period where foreign powers start coming into the kingdom and has a rich history.
Q: What do you expect from this film seeing the anticipation?
Nat: i didn't expect this much reception, but also i believe we’ve done our best to meet the expectations. Thai period film is something not everyone would choose to do, but we gave it all.
Kru Ning: i expect that this film will inspire the new generation of film makers to also create period films or pick up pieces of history as their work.
Mile, Apo, Tong and Bas introduce their characters
Mile: I play Chat as a person caring for others. He came to Man Saung because of something that happened in his life. He's the 'leather man' the person who works on leather for drum. Meet different kinds of people, the very good and very bad.
Apo: I play Khem. I believe that in any generation or anywhere there’s who wants to step up and grow in their work, like Khem. He is a peasant that wants to have a better life, so he wants to use the dance that he likes as a stepping stone. Something made him enter Man Suang. For me, with any kind of role, I will believe in the role and the character. What is difficult, is imagining the character within the constraints of the time period. What he can and cannot do in that time period/culture. And the dance was a challenge. I told myself that I can do it since the mental training merges with the physical training to practice and learn the dance.
Tong: I play 'Hong'. The challenge of the role is also imagining the character in the time period and what the character can or cannot express. Even though in Man Suang you can be anything, there's still things you cannot be or tabooed. But we are lucky to have a great team who helps us. The script was redone multiple times.
Bas: I play Wan, who is best buddies with Khem, like we go anywhere together. I'm also a peasant, so the character background is at the lowest social ladder. Even the smallest mistake means death.

Q: How does working on KPTS influenced your work on Man Suang?
Apo: Going to events overseas, in France, in events with A-listers is kinda a private event. So going to closed events, where people live as the elite as their normal life helps me understand how it's like being Man Suang. Imagine myself as a small person going into private world of elites.
Mile: Starting of with KPTS makes me feel this big fulfilling energy when seeing fans or people who just started watching KPTS. Such show opened me up to opportunities of intertwining social culture issues, and Man Suang is doing the same. KPTS is a BL in a small group, but Man Suang will open up to more people.
Q: Let’s talk about the production standard that Man Suang set.
Pond: It's something I'm really proud of where we have set hours, everyone on set is treated equally in things like catering. Sometimes it becomes over budget but everyone on set is treated equally. Equality is something that we can easily talk but difficult make happen, but they tried it on this set, and it works. I want to make it the standard.
Q: Let’s talk about the support from the Ministry of Culture. Pushing Thai soft power.
Pond: i want to start with thanking Srichand because they represent Thai culture as well. Thanks to Srichand for collaborating and supporting us. Man Suang has a distinct culture footprint and Thainess that the ministry should support. So proud to be selected and that tax payers' money are being used to support Thai people work and art.

Interview with Ohm Cocktail
Both Pond and Ohm know the 28 Orchestra Band and they reached out to Ohm saying Pond has a project. Ohm likes historical stuff and was excited about the work. After knowing the overall scope of the project, and seeing the anticipation it was quite challenging, he hoped the idea will come to him, until he got the original script. But the script doesn't have the plot so it's hard to understand the story. He couldn’t understand the emotions until he saw the teaser. The overall theme is about going into a location hiding your identity in order to find something, that is an intriguing plot and good substance for the song writing.

-Evocation of Air-
//Wanted to drop my Zephyr Summoning Lore just for fun and further character exploration for you all! Ghoul relations and summoning fascinates me and is one of my favorites to dwell on, so I hope you enjoy (Full under the cut)
(Cw for minor mention of a dead bird and troubles with breathing)
The summoning of an Air ghoul is one of great concentration. Being the Element of mind and memory, air ghouls cling to the freedom of their souls. The breath of life imbued in the flowing form, free from the binds of humanity- and thus, resistant to occupying a vessel. This was no clearer than the birth of Zephyr. 
With the retirement of the oldest ghoul from the pack, the band desperately needed a replacement. And Air would facilitate the creation of his predecessor. As a man of study and tradition, he was not phased when the flock of worshippers delivered a bleeding dove to the center of the altar. Upon summoning on a basic level, most will opt for a vessel to influence the spirit. Call it a desire for temperament or behavior. Human sacrifice had been frowned upon for some time, and thus the clergy had relied more on animals. A mourning dove was gentle. Loyal. Hopeful. Nothing like the imposing and quiet harpy eagle of Air himself. Birds were traditional for air ghouls, of course. It helped calm their desire for freedom. You could tame a bird, or at least get it to listen. To sing for you and sit politely in their enclosure, so long as you offer what they need. They will be as free as you let them. And what a perfect specimen that is for a manmade demon to be kept on a leash.
The candles were lit. Salt and dust sprinkled. Incense burning. Words recited. It only took the joint effort and calling of a stray spirit to serve them- an incessant prayer.
Zephyr did not crawl from Hell. To most, it was as if he had appeared from thin air just as swift as the dove had vanished to dust. A steady apparition, materializing before them. They floated for just an instant, before gravity took over and they had crashed to the ground, curled up and weeping like a newborn. The smoke of incense wrapped over their soft frame as if it were trying to comfort the poor thing. They hadn’t yet processed what had happened, focused now on the sting of air on their freshly formed lungs. But it did not seem right.
The cloaked crowd could see their troubled heaving, rejecting the new air around it. Though this did not deter the elder Air ghoul from crouching down to comfort the creature. Young feathered ears twitched at the sound of Air’s mask clattering to the stone floors. Finally, they opened their eyes, face to face with the one that resembled them most. Air had turned them onto their back with little resistance, placing his hands upon their bare chest. He closed his eyes to focus his breath before pressing his palms deep to their sternum, eliciting a yelp from the thing’s lips. Their lungs filled deeply, but they only cried louder. The two stayed like this for minutes, coaching through the process of breathing until they had stopped crying, trusted enough to breathe on their own. 
It took weeks for the ghoul to adjust to the earthly realm, where they quickly began their training and studies. It was helped that they had a muscle memory for the keys from a humanoid existence. A love of knowledge and practicality. Though it wasn’t without struggle. It became quickly apparent to the clergy that these weren’t the only remains of their time before. Breathing was always a struggle for them. Taking frequent visits to the infirmary following spills in the hall, it was decided that their lungs were riddled with scarring. It must have caused their death in the first place. But they were determined to do what they were made for. Now equipped with constant oxygen flowing to their nostrils, things seemed a bit easier. They would sit while playing, happily observing and bonding with their new pack. It was a relief on the behalf of Papa Emeritus III. Ghouls were not always an easy task for him, but this group was more than happy to be there. Even as their pain worsened, Zephyr performed with energy, hitting each key with enthusiasm. 
After the removal of Terzo, the ghoul pack faced a struggle. Zephyr’s symptoms worsened,  prompting an early retirement. While much of their pack continued on, they stuck behind, taking things slow at the ministry. You can find them playing organ on occasion for services in between their checkups at the infirmary and time resting. If not, they can be spotted in a quiet corner of the common room, knitting or reading. Soft, quiet hobbies to occupy their time. They are working on branching out once again, facing their fears of letting others close enough to see them fall short (Though it never keeps them from trying their hardest for those they consider their pack). The breeze symbolized a new beginning- Zephyr wasn’t named after the wind for nothing.

An introduction to VR passenger carriages, part 2: Eil commuter carriages
Like the blue carriages, the Eil and Eilf carriages are rare these days, with most of them having been scrapped. They are also close relatives to the blue carriages, and indeed some consider them to be blue carriages. However, as a colour-oriented person I never approved of this, as the Eils were never blue, but rather had a sexy unique look never shared by other carriages.

The Eil carriages were built in 1982 and 1985-87 by our Pasila workshop in Helsinki (the last class of carriages built entirely in-house by us) primarily for use in the commuter services around Helsinki. Their arrival allowed us to retire the last wooden-bodied passenger coaches.

Like all of our passenger carriages at the time, the Eils were designed in-house by our own design department. To facilitate fast loading and unloading, doors were moved from the ends of the carriage (as they were in all blue carriages) to the middle, and widened into double doors to allow double penetration - a construction very similar to the Sm1 and Sm2 electric multiple units already used in the Helsinki commuter services. Seating arrangements were also similar to the first two Sm series, with groups of six and four facing sets. However, the seats were fabric-upholstered individual seats to give better comfort and make the Eil carriages better suited to use in long-distance trains if needed. The carriages were given a unique livery, with similar stripes as on the blue carriages but using red instead of blue.

The Eilf carriages were otherwise identical to plain Eil carriages, but had a space for the conductor. In total, 50 Eil:s and 7 Eilf:s were built. The original top speed of the carriages was 140 km/h, but this was upgraded to 160 km/h in the early 2000s. Starting from 2011, they were repainted in our current corporate image, unfortunately making them less easy to distinguish from long-distance trains.

The U.S. Navy officially declared the initial operational capability (IOC) of Northrop Grumman Corporation's MQ-4C Triton multi-manned unmanned aircraft on September 14.
Since its Early Operational Capability (EOC) milestone in May 2020, the MQ-4C Triton has operated within the U.S. Navy Pacific Fleet, conducting maritime intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance (ISR) missions in the area of responsibility of the U.S. Indo-Pacific Command as the Navy's only unmanned, high-altitude, long-lived aircraft.
The MQ-4C Triton, manufactured for use by the U.S. Navy and the Royal Australian Air Force (RAAF), supports a wide range of missions. These include maritime patrol, signal intelligence, search and rescue operations, as well as communications relay tasks.
According to the producer, these aircraft offer persistent surveillance capabilities, assisting in predicting opposing actions and facilitating more effective joint military efforts and enterprises.

Operating at altitudes above 50,000 feet and boasting a 24-hour resistance, the Triton serves as a continuous communications retransmission center, ensuring connectivity between dispersed Navy units, while allowing commanders to operate with a shared operational overview.
“The Triton proved to be invaluable for the maritime patrol and reconnaissance mission in the Indo-Pacific. Now that the system has reached its initial operational capacity, commanders will be able to take full advantage of Triton's powerful set of sensors to detect and stop potential opponents around the world," said Rho Cauley Bruner, director of the Triton program at Northrop Grumman.
"The persistent global maritime awareness is fundamental to deter, or compete and win, our opponents. Triton ensures that we are making informed decisions and operating effectively anywhere in the world," added Captain Josh Guerre, manager of the U.S. Navy's persistent unmanned aircraft systems program.
Northrop Grumman provided the U.S. Navy with a total of five Triton aircraft equipped with multiple intelligence capabilities, with the most recent delivery occurring in June 2023.

Conibear Shellhouse
Built in 1949 and renovated in 2005, the Conibear Shellhouse is home to the University of Washington’s rowing program as well as the Windermere Dining Hall.

The Coniber Shellhouse also features two different study halls and a student lounge on its main floor.
The lower level is where the rowing team facilities are located. They can be accessed using the Crew entrance or descending a staircase from the main level.

Windermere Dining Hall
The student-athlete dining hall is located on the main floor of the Conibear Shellhouse and has a capacity of 250 students. The wide open space features 18 feet tall, floor to ceiling windows and hanging from above is the famous Husky Clipper, the boat used by the UW 8-man crew to win a Gold Medal at the 1936 Olympics.
Equipped with a state-of-the-art kitchen and employing a full-time nutritionist, Windermere Dining Hall facilitates optimal eating choices for student-athletes in all phases of their training.

I don't really have an issue believing Jamie was a different player under Pep. One, he just had to have been. Man City is not the mess Richmond was, and Pep wouldn't have allowed it. But two, there was a manager BETWEEN Pep and Ted that Jamie had, who allowed and encouraged Jamie to regress. There's a lot of factors going on there - Jamie, a young player, suddenly becoming the best player on the team, which he wasn't mature enough for, so he really lets the "prick" part of his personality out, helped along by his father and the way his father wants him to play and be. Then you also had CARTRICK, who wanted Jamie to be the star and for all the players to get the ball to Jamie. That was their play style. So you've got both him and Jamie's dad feeding all of that.
I think the main question really, since we know Pep would have done a good job training Jamie, and that Jamie is very talented and wouldn't have behaved the way he did in S1 back at Man City, is how did the previous Richmond coach (George?) manage to fuck up and especially fuck up with Jamie so bad that he became an entirely different player.
Putting these asks in conversation because I think second anon is maybe answered by first anon? Like, Cartrick threw Jamie into being the "team star" so that Cartrick didn't have to bother with coming up with a real strategy and then it spiraled out from there (combined with Jamie's dad and Roy totally checked-out as captain, Jamie was not at all in an environment to thrive in s1, I think that much is pretty clear).
After all these asks I am starting to see the vision about how the Pep to Richmond transition makes sense. I am definitely picking up what ya'll are putting down. But I also think what Ted did for Jamie is solidify the line between how he can act and how he should act.
Basically, I think it does go beyond just Ted rolling back Jamie's regression under Cartrick and allowing him to progress back to the "team player" he'd already always been at Man City, if that makes sense? Because there's a difference between being a team player because you are self-aware enough to realize your place as a cog in a much larger machine (which is how I assume Jamie was at Man City), and another thing to be a team player because you realize the intrinsic value in it and want to facilitate that sort of environment for the rest of your teammates, too, while in a position of influence to do so (which is the place I think he gets to, in significant part because of Ted).
