It should be noted the inclusion of HRH The Duke of Rothes created quite the media speculation after the Duke was notable absent for several years following the abdication of his role as heir. Many proposed, the Duke's inclusion was meant to finally put to rest the years of speculation that there was bad blood between the royal household and the former heir. The Press office has stayed silent regarding the matter which continues to be a topic of discussion.

What it must be like going to bed as a seventeen-year-old princess living in palaces on the public's dime, only to wake up the next morning as an eighteen-year-old princess who is now a billionaire in her own right and the second wealthiest land owner in the country. The Princess of Cymru, having reached the age of majority, is now officially in charge of the Duchy of Kernow. A privilege her older brother did not receive on his eighteenth birthday. It seems the King has more faith in his daughter than did in his own son.
