-You CAN'T delete anything on the exterior of the house or extend the actual house (but you can furnish the yard with whatever you want/ put up fencing etc.)

Mystical Cottage

This was my attempt at Lilsimsie's most recent shell challenge. I opted to make it into a magical cottage. With two bedrooms and two bathrooms, and room to grow, this cottage is perfect for a small family of spellcasters!

Rules

You may not alter the walls in any way. The Architecture must remain the original design, however, how you decorate the interior is up to you!

There are no pack restrictions, you may use any packs you like!

You may add whatever you like to the exterior, I.E sheds, pools, ponds, paths etc.

You can not add basements or alter anything beneath the lot.

To take part in the challenge, you first need to download the build from the gallery.

Modern Madness Shell Challenge (March 24)

Apartment Unit 3 (Part 3/3)

Hey guys! For this months shell challenge I decided to make a three unit modern apartment. Each unit is VERY different from each other, but I think they all compliment each other VERY well.

This build has NO CC, but does use most packs (my apologies).

This is Unit 3! This unit is perfect for your bachelor sim who dabbles in playing the guitar and watching movies. This is a small one bedroom one bathroom unit located on the top floor!

This old building used to be a warehouse,now is converted to a cafe and apartment in a modern industrial style,the owner of a cafe lives upstairs,she sels coffe and delicious food,along side her employees, this place quickly became the most popular cafe in san myshuno! the owner-Rose is very well know among the local residents,not only for making delicious coffe and food,but also for being a main vocalist in the rock band!

PS.The "greenhouse" part is "fake" ,you can still access it from inside the bulding,but the windows and the outside door are placed by using bb.moveobjects + alt,so they don't go down,if you want them to do so,draw walls so it becomes a room! I also play test the whole build so everything should be working fine!

Cinderella Home

What is a Cinderella home, you ask? Take one part Swiss ski chalet, one part domesticity fairy tale, and sprinkle it on a midcentury tract home. These storybook ranches were designed with the taste of the woman of the home in mind and built en masse throughout California.

Their distinctive fairy tale style was highly sought after and often imitated by competitors. Cinderella homes can be credited with a lot of what we think of as classic ranch home features. Think: knotty pine, scalloped wood valances over kitchen windows, ornate turned spindles as room dividers. Of course, you can always yank that all out and start over from scratch

This home might be perfect for: the Disney Princess challenge, Not So Berry blue gen, Judith Ward's origin story, anyone's fairy godmother... anyone who likes baby blue!

I made this for my game and thought maybe someone else might like it.

Aspiration: Super Peasant Category: Medieval

Objectives: 1. Achieve level 8 in 6 skills - 1500 pts 2. Complete a collection - 1250 pts 3. Earn $15,000 - 1250 pts 4. Survive childhood (aka be a teen or older) - 1250 pts

Reward: Re-Roll trait

This is purely for gameplay/UDC purposes. The trait doesn't actually do anything besides adding a temporary Confident buff and a social interaction. Just a fun way to potentially save a sim that you really like or don't want to die.

This may conflict with other aspiration mods that add a new category, but I don't actually know (I have been a modder for like 5 days).

Base game compatible.

THE UNEXPECTED HAPPENED. i know ..she is a kline.this shouldnt be unexpected.especially since ive done bcs with her father and brother before lol.BUT it still was unexpected because it was..to me..completely out of nowhere.my wicked whims is set to normal. so its not like CRAZY . butttt..these two snuck off and scarlett initiated it.since she was the one who initiated it ..i let it happen. this did not have any impact on their friendship or romance..surprisingly. but some of the house felt it. some are pretty into scarlett. others really arent after this. the aftermath will be more viewable in the solo dates.BUT anyways. was hot. 10/10 good surprise. it appears elia isnt as shy as he seems ;)
