Soft Boyfriend Tsukasa: Who sits with you on the cave floor simply murmuring low sweet nothings in your ear as you cling onto him as if to make sure he's really alive and well, your head pressed against his chest to hear his heart beating once more.

Extra: Soft Boyfriend Tsukasa: Who could most definitely manhandle you like a little ragdoll but refrains from it since you've never expressed interest in such rough treatment. But after he tosses you over his shoulder to carry you out the cave without asking in the heat of the moment and hears your delighted giggle, he'll be sure to bring that up with you.

I Will Never Let You Go

You were the first person Tsukasa chose to revive once he got access to the cave of nitric acid. He could remember clearly where you should have been when the green light coated the earth. You were supposed to meet him at a cafe down the street from the gym he used to train at. Somehow, like an invisible string was guiding him through the map of the overgrown forest, he found himself to you.

Not being aware yet of the fact that using the nitric acid on petrified people had a healing effect, Tsukasa, having already pulverised multiple statues that weren't to his liking, nearly broke into tears seeing that you were all in one piece. The worst that had happened was that your lower body was submerged in the ground and that you were covered with moss.

Tsukasa carefully dug you up, taking the most precise attention to make sure he didn't accidentally damage you, and then cleaned you up before pouring some of the nitric acid over you. When the stone burying your body cracked and tumbled apart from your bare skin, the first thing you saw was Tsukasa kneeling in front of you. You were not even able to speak his name before you were taken into his arms and embraced as tightly as he could without choking you, wrapping you in his cloak against his bare chest.

"Are you well?" he asked you.

"Yes." You didn't hesitate to lean forward and press your lips to his.

Tsukasa almost gasped as you kissed him, but he quickly fell comfortable and returned the gesture to you. He was an awkward kisser, inexperienced but passionate, and his plush lips held a tender softness you couldn't imagine receiving from anyone else.

He gave you his cloak until he could find more suitable clothing for you, protectively folding and tying it around your naked body as if to shield it from the eyes of any others. The two of your were completely alone. No one else was in sight, however for Tsukasa even the eyes of a stray monkey hanging from a tree was one pair too many to gaze upon what was his.

When Tsukasa brought you to the shelter he had stole from Senku, he explained the situation to you and told you about his plans. As all who were revived from the petrification, you were shocked to hear that you were over three thousand years in the future, living in this primitive, uninhabited (so you thought) world. To Tsukasa's relief, you agreed with his dreams. Having come from a poor family where it was difficult to make ends meet to pay rent and buy food, the thought of a world free from that was like a godsend.

And you knew, no matter what the state of the world, that Tsukasa would protect you. He gave you his word long before the green light froze you in place on your way to the cafe, and his promise still stood valid thousands of year later. He was your best friend and your dearest love, even though Tsukasa's shyness left the two of you not yet having become more intimate than hugs and the occasional kiss. But you felt that it was only a matter of time before your relationship would become even closer than it was before.

"Y/n," Tsukasa said that evening as you were watching the sunset together from a high cliff. "When I build my empire, you and I will rule together to bring mankind to a purer civilisation." Although his face remained stoic, there was a slight upwards twist at the corners of his mouth. "Everything we make together from now on will be a paradise world just for us." His eyes glistened softly with pride. "Will you embark on this journey with me?"

"Of course." The answer was simple and not a single fibre in your body questioned your decision.

Tsukasa seemed to know what your response would be, but he needed to hear it with his own ears. He turned to face you, took your hand into both of his, and gently raised it to his lips. Closing his eyes, he kissed the back of your hand and lowered his forehead to the same place he had touched with his lips.

"No matter what, it will always be you and me together," he said and rose his forehead. His long, thick eyelashes separated from each other as he calmly opened his eyes to look at you. "Even if we somehow live another thousand years, I will never have anyone but you stand by my side."

Okay, imaginw reader in the old world reader is born in a very warm and comforting family, they almost had never seen the wars happening outside, the children abuse and etc.. Like they had never see the cruelty of this world or If they did, they know how to cope with it because their parents taught and raised them right(I feel like reader would feel conflict with Tsukasa' idealistic world where no gov are alive. If I were a person who never witness cruelty of this world and suddenly one random man told me about wars going on out there, I would feel conflict about his idealistic world too.. Like yeah, I hate those gov but I would also feel like it would be heartless to murder them)

So I don’t write Gen because I literally cannot see him in a romantic way no matter What I do but I can do Tsukasa and Hyoga!

-Tsukasa and Hyoga with a very meek reader-

Tsukasa: He revived you because you had actually known each other in the old world, and he valued your kindness and gentle nature.

Yes he considered you on the weaker side, something to be protected, but in his mind that was okay.

He would take care of you. And your kindness was something he knew his empire needed. But you were scared of him when you were revived, after you saw what he was capable of. You disagreed with him, he has to convince you to accept that his way is the right one.

He understands that you’re very soft and vulnerable.

So he promises you’ll never have to witness another death, if you stay by his side. And how could you refuse such a sincere looking man?

He convinces you to return to the Tsukasa Empire, and with time you fall in love with him, even though you still find yourself disagreeing with his violent philosophy.

Hyoga: I think, at first, Hyoga would hate your overly kind, compassionate, meek nature. It drives him crazy to think someone like you could exist, not driven by a desire for strength, but instead driven by compassion, and love and kindness.

It made him sick.

For a while.

Until he was the one on the receiving end of all your kindness and compassion. Seeing the way you were genuinely concerned for him…it changed his view, just a little bit.

You were naive. Innocent. Too kind. So WHY was he finding it hard to hate you?

He doesn’t know.

But he finds himself becoming your shadow. He just…observes you. Sees how you interact with others. You have no idea why, but you try not to mind it.

He’s not the type to confess his love. He doesn’t even believe he’s in love with you. He just thinks he’s…curious about you.

He’ll keep you alive for a while longer, so he can figure you out.

Though impressed by Gen’s betrayal of the Tsukasa Empire, Hyoga wouldn't allow him to get away with it. He needed to be reminded of the might they had, that they were no fools.

And so when he remembers a comment Gen had made about a certain villager when reporting back to the Tsukasa Empire, he immediately knows how he wants to deliver that reminder.

As if the situation couldn’t have gotten any worse with Hyoga’s attack on the Kingdom of Science, he revealed that his ambush was merely a distraction as his right hand Homura set fire to Ishigami Village. To deal the final blow on not only the double crosser himself but the rest of the villagers, Hyoga caught you when you were off guard staring in horror at the sight of your home being burned down and stabbed you with his spear. As the others dealt with fending off Homura, Hyoga and his men, Gen and the other villagers stayed behind to help tend to your massive stab wound. Suika had run off in an effort to lure the group away from the village, giving the villagers the opportunity to take care of you without having to be on guard. Senku called out some instructions to Gen on how to help with your wound until he got back before running off after Suika with Kohaku. Through shaky hands, Gen immediately got to work. 

He was relieved when Senku later did a proper assessment of your condition and assured him that you’d eventually recover. Though horribly wounded, your condition was similar to Gen’s from when he’d been stabbed. 

Gen knew better than anyone the pain you were in, being victim of one of Hyoga’s spear assaults himself. It was tremendous, and you were weak in every sense. Just watching you in your frail state made all those feelings wash over him again, and his guilt was just as immense.  

He watches you throughout your entire recovery. When you manage to feel well enough to talk, he talks your ear off. He tries to take your mind off your inability to move and redirect your focus to more lighthearted matters, whether it be the Kingdom of Science’s progress in creating cell phones or his magic tricks. Gen’s company helped you pass the time instead of spending it basking in your agony. 

When you’re entirely healed, he teaches you some of his own tricks to self defense, such as his fake blood bags, to help keep you even the slightest bit safer in the future. He’s nervous to have you involved in any battles after that, especially against the Tsukasa Empire, but he knows it's unavoidable and that you’ll want to fight. So though he can’t physically protect you himself, he does what he can to keep you safe in the ways he knows how. 

In future conflicts, despite his fear, he still puts a protective arm in front of you and tries at all cost to manipulate the battle away from you, so you could stay clear of danger for as long as he could control it.

The Kingdom of Science was backed into a corner- or so the enemy thought. It just so happened that Senku purposely chose the room Hyoga was being held in on the Perseus, and he just so happened to have the last remainder of revival fluid to use on him. Being in the tricky situation they were in, Senku was left with no other option. 

As Hyoga emerged from his stone stature and took hold of Kinro’s spear, he surveyed his new surroundings. He quickly understood the dilemma the Kingdom of Science faced and searched for you within the panicked group. His eyes landed on yours, shocked and doubtful, with the slightest sliver of guilt. From the very beginning you had sided with Senku, disgusted over your friend’s cruel vision for the new world and what he was willing to do to bring it to fruition. Having to help take down someone you were so close to hurt your heart, but for the sake of others, you did what had to be done. On the surface, it was as if Hyoga had no room in his seemingly miniscule heart for you anymore, but your dedication was true and your means of protecting others impressive. 

Which is why when he was torn between siding with Moz or the Kingdom of Science, his eyes settled on you almost tauntingly, cold steel gaze pinning a sort of blame on you. 

But then his eyes trailed downward.

You were hunched over and holding your shoulder with your opposite hand, blood seeping down your arm and all over your fingers and the palm of your hand. You looked tired, presumably from the excessive loss of blood and the need to keep moving in order to stay safe. Yet you stood with your friends once again, not letting yourself submit to Moz’s wrath. 

And so Hyoga lunged forward with the golden spear toward Moz, and a fierce battle between the two spearsmen ensued. Senku’s risky “wild card” paid off in the end, as Hyoga was eventually able to bring Moz to his knees and force him to surrender.

His strength and skill is just as admirable as ever, was your final thought before the loss of blood caused you to pass out near the end of the battle. 

When you woke, you were met with the sound of incoherent talking and the familiar walls of the Perseus bunker. You slowly blinked as your eyes adjusted to the sight of Senku and Hyoga talking over your body, serious looks etched into their faces and tones as you started to comprehend their words.

“...no longer has any affiliation with me. Even then, your Kingdom of Science wouldn’t resort to such violent means.”

“And we have no way of knowing you won’t do the same.”

“I see aiding you in your battle was a mistake.”

As you shifted in your bed, both pairs of eyes snapped toward you in surprise. Hyoga’s eyes widened at the same time Senku smirked. “Good morning, sleeping beauty. Feeling well rested?” 

You yelped as you attempted to prop yourself up on your injured arm, and Hyoga quickly forced you back to lie down. “Think before you act, you fool.” 

His sharp gaze returned to Senku as he narrowed his eyes. “I will look over Y/N alongside you. Whether I have your permission or not doesn’t matter to me.”

Senku shrugged. “I have no problem with that so long as you’re serious.” 

An agreement was reached. Hyoga would take over Senku’s place in monitoring your recovery in order for Senku to focus on the next steps the Kingdom of Science should take. Like that, Hyoga had joined the Kingdom of Science. 

You did a lot of catching up while under his care. What had you been doing while he was petrified? What was the Kingdom of Science working toward now? What other injuries had you sustained? Why the hell weren’t you more careful? There was a conflicting mix between care and resentment in his questions and comments, the contrast between each putting you on edge. You didn’t know exactly where you stood with Hyoga, and his dual responses made it difficult to deduct where he stood on the matter.

It had to be somewhere neutral, because why else would he be so insistent on looking out for you? Why would he constantly put you down for your mistake if there wasn’t some part of him that still cared about you? Why was he so quick to shield you from the other members of the Kingdom of Science? Why did his eyes hold such strong resentment when you told him of the way Moz hurt you? 

In a strange way, you almost felt the need to thank Moz, because you were able to reunite with an old friend and rekindle feelings of something more.

the plot basically goes as follows:

-the empire & yoisaki kingdom are at war over use of magic (empire disallows, yoisaki kingdom allows)

-toya is the crown prince of said empire, and his (trainee) personal guard is one saki tenma!! she might have gotten lost/j

-kaito, rui & ichika are all soldiers for the empire (ichika is an ex knight of white but we don't need to bring that up). kaito is a weapons expert, rui is good at alchemy & demolitions whilst also being the secret sorcerer, and ichika is just good with a sword

-onto the yoisaki kingdom!!

-prince kanade (he/him kanade :>) wants to put an end to the warfare yet doesn't quite know how. his first assistant (mafuyu, ex empire soldier) seems to know more than they let on.. his second assistant is a baker residing in the castel (honami!!)

-tsukasa, akito, mizuki & shiho are all part of the famous knights of white, known for the valiance in battle, impressive wits, and-- oh. yeah they get distracted mid-mission to the empire by a group of magic-using wanderers (led by ena. includes all of mmj & all vsingers but kaito & also rui sometimes??)

-they end up meeting an & kohane later on (acquaintances of toya's, contacts of akito's) to get info on a mysterious shapeshifting gorgon.. that being miss nene kusanagi and her (probably mermaid) princess, emu otori.

-long story short, the knights of white get sidetracked multiple times whilst attempting to gather info on the empire & imperial soldiers. they do eventually get there and turns out the crown prince is evil.

a/n: this is a repost from my main blog (@/hikari-writes) so yes this writing is old + bad, i just moved them here w/o editing bc im lazy and wants to keep reminding myself how bad my writing used to be <3 also this was a request from my main blog!!

“Tsukasa, remember what I told you before?”

You ask in a monotone voice, looking up at your boyfriend who was hugging you from behind.

“I remember every word you say, love, but you have to specify for me to know which one you’re referring to.”

He holds you closer to him and you could feel his warmth seeping in through you. If this were you from 3000 years ago, you would’ve enjoyed his warmth and think of how lucky you were to have someone like him as your lover.

But now, it all just seems so…suffocating.

Ever since he’s been revived back by Senku and joining the Kingdom of Science, he has become more protective and possessive of you.

No, that’s not it.

He’s already shown that kind of behaviour long ago. Maybe you didn’t realize it 3000 years ago because you two just started going out but even before when Tsukasa still was in charge of his own empire, you could’ve at least noticed the red flags he was giving.

He constantly asked you to stay with him and won’t let go of you almost until the end of the day. Even when you were about to try to do something else, he would grab you and force you to sit on his laps.

His grip on you was gentle, but it was enough to make you stay and not move around too much.

You haven’t told this to anyone yet, not even Mirai, but you were actually…dreading the time when Senku will petrify him and revive him back.

All those times when Tsukasa was still in his cryogenic state, everyone kept encouraging you to stay strong and reassuring you that Senku will revive him back soon.

And you would always just reply to them with a wry smile and a “I’m fine,” so as to not worry them.

You originally had thought you were going to feel depressed about this whole ordeal too. But you never did.

In fact, you felt so…free. Almost as if a big burden had just been lifted from your shoulders. You were happy with that.

You actually even wished Senku never found the Petrification Weapon. You truly enjoyed the freedom that you felt. You wished it would stay.

But in the end, nothing ever stays.  

Tsukasa was revived and you are back in his grip once again.

You hated every moment of it.

“About being too protective of me! I was just going to help Gen with some of his work. I know you’re protective of me because you’re worried, but can you please just let me do something to help others?”

You finally break free from his hug and turn to him. Your eyebrows are crossed, showing how displeased you are with the whole situation.

“But if I let go of you, you’ll definitely run away from me.”

Your eyes widened at what he said. You didn’t expect him to feel that way. All this time, you had thought that the reason Tsukasa was so overprotective of you might’ve been because he was worried…or maybe even because he wanted to have control of you.

You went quiet for a moment. In a sense, he’s not wrong. But to actually know he felt that way…it’s actually making you feel guilty.

“Tsukasa….I won’t run away from you, so don’t worry, alright?”

You wrap your arms around his large frame, successfully convincing him that you won’t do something like that. He returns the hug and pulls you closer.

“…Y/N, if you truly mean what you said, will you forgive me for what I’m about to do?”

You pull away and look up at him, confused.

“Sure?”

Not even a second after that, you felt your consciousness slowly slipping away from you. You could hear the loud throbbing from your neck after Tsukasa just striked it.

“W-wh…”

You mustered up what little strength you have left to let out a “What?” but even that has proven to be difficult. All you managed to hear was Tsukasa’s last words before you completely lost your consciousness.

“Do forgive me for doing this, love. You’re too pure to be tainted by this dirty world.”

You slowly open your eyes to see the darkness greeting you. You tried to get up but your whole body felt so weak and your limbs refused to work for you. You cursed under your breath and tried to adjust your eyes to the darkness. The place sure seemed familiar.

Then it hit you.

It’s the prison.

You tried to scream out loud but your voice only echoed throughout the prison without anyone responding. You could feel your heart beating rapidly like never before as soon as you heard a series of footsteps nearing you.

It’s not as if you recognized the footsteps or anything, but the way the pace is so calm and unrushed even after your scream of help convinced you that the owner of the footsteps knew you’re trapped in there. And they’re not willing to let you out anytime soon.

“Tsukasa…”

You hissed out his name while glaring at his broad figure towering over you over the cell wooden bars.

“I’m sorry you had to go in here, my love. Trust me, I don’t want you to be placed here either, but I have no choice.”

He tried to cup your cheeks in his hands but you quickly moved your face away from him.

“Tsukasa, whatever this madness is, STOP it. Do you think the others won’t know what you’re doing? Soon enough, you will—”

“They won’t. After all, you are considered dead in their hearts.”

He cut you off with those words and your eyes widened in horror at him. Your lips tremble and you try to hide your unease by glaring at him.

Before you could ask him what he meant, he spoke up as if he had just read your mind.

“I told them that you died. An animal attack, precisely. It’s completed with evidence and all. I did also get some helping hand from some people though. Couldn’t have done it without them.”

He stops for a moment to look at you who were frozen in your place and finally cups both your cheeks to bring it closer to him.

“This cell was built especially for you, back when I still ruled over my own empire. It’s located very deep into this cave, and no one would dare to come here.”

“You mean to say you’ve been planning to put me in confinement for a long time now?! What— I-”

Tsukasa looks at you, his eyes turning soft and he looks so melancholic. You almost snapped at him when you saw that expression. If anyone here is supposed to cry, it’s YOU, not him.

“I didn’t think it was necessary…until recently. When other people started looking at you as if you’re some kind of walking meat that they’re about to devour.  It disgusts me so much, and I couldn’t handle it anymore…so I made the decision to keep you safe here….and wipe those people out.”

Your blood runs cold at that statement.

Wipe those people out?

He couldn’t have meant that literally….right?

“W-why–”

You didn’t even realize your tears were running down your cheeks until you felt Tsukasa gently wiped them away. He gives you his soft smile that you used to know so very well, yet it felt so foreign now.

“Because I love you, Y/N. I always have and will continue to forever be in love with you.”

alright boys time to talk about my prosekai fantasy au.

this is all just assorted wordvomit but there's something of a plotline to this so hear me out. (thanks to @egret-orchids for helping me in places!)

i have no idea what i'm doing and i have exams in two weeks. this is how i choose to spend my time.

the plot's as follows:

the yoru empire (imperial soldiers) and the kingdom of azayakana (knights of white) are at war, allegedly over territory.

mafuyu's an imperial soldier and a very good one. kanade's the imperial princess, away to sort something out in senritsu, an island off the main coast.

though that's all a cover story. mafuyu's the real princess. kanade's taken her place. it's not like the people of senritsu have ever met mafuyu before, right?

toya serves as kanade's personal guard. lizards follow him everywhere, something rui's friend torpe really doesn't like. he's a man of many talents, though he doesn't talk much.

ichika's a senritsun commander, alongside honami, who's a general, and saki, who's a new recruit but very enthusiastic.

rui's the court sorcerer who only came with kanade in case she needed some sort of spellwork done. she didn't. he's a bit of a mystery on purpose - he'd rather keep people guessing than admit the truth, no matter what.

torpe is a friend of rui's. definitely foreign but nice enough. he's a great pianist and toya looks up to him a lot. and if the lizards weren't always around that'd be completely fine.

tsukasa tenma was a knight, the best of his generation, perhaps of all time. he and the other 'knights of white', as they were known, were famous for their strength, their wits and their bravery. there's something missing now, with such a star dead.

mizuki akiyama's a knight. they're a commander, and akito can suck it, he's never going to get that promotion. he's too reckless, you know? but with tsukasa dead maybe they should reconsider things. ena's in yoru. ena, who understands them more than most people because she was outcast too.

akito shinonome is a knight. a general, actually, but that doesn't mean that much when mizuki stole all the glory. they're a real pain. so was tsukasa, but akito's not the type to speak ill of the dead.

shiho was a knight. she's not, now, seeing as they technically deserted. tsukasa said he was going to. he wanted to find his sister and tell her all about his victories. they just wanted out of the army and out of the kingdom, and now she's headed for senritsu, or maybe yoru, with no idea where to restart.

minori, haruka and shizuku are all nobility. airi works for minori.

an's an informant for kaito, who heads the empire's spy network. so is 'vivid' (miku).

kohane lives with an in senritsu.

nene's a witch and a refugee fleeing azayakana. emu's a nobleman's youngest daughter pursuing the life of an adventurer. meiko runs the inn they're staying at!

ena's an old friend of mizuki's, an artist and witch. she's a bit of a recluse and spends most of her time painting. luka's the one who keeps an eye on her.

len's the newest knight of white. rin lives in azayakana and keeps their family's business running.

he found tsukasa literally murdering people(???) and was like “oh hey. yeah i agree with your ideology.”

SOOO tsukasa found him useful enough to join his empire !! he faked not being okay with it when he was around taiju and yuzuriha, but when they left, he put a letter in a building detailing where they were gonna go (thus explaining tsukasa being INSANELY smart about where they were gonna go???? like???)

OH BY THE WAY THE LION DID *BIGGG* damage to senku when they were running away from it.

so much that it blinded him !!
