From a young age I grasped in my small palm the suffering you both felt, I let it cut into my pale flesh, indented palms of your hardship. I bared it, even if my fist were closed. It was a heavy thought opaqued by my bright fixer mindset, so light and empty, it shook my head like a baby rattle, and just like one, it never really escaped, only getting louder as my brain grew larger, smarter, heavier, darker, harder to cope. But I love my parents, and I am a sponge who absorbs all and unfiltered, no one to rinse me out so eventually I refused the rinsing. But I tried so hard to fix everything, and for it i became the immortalised Sisyphus, the bolder is a big metaphor for the big environment in which I had little control over. But what pisses me off the most is those little ideas I told, those nuggets of wisdom unnoticed until after a few years where “I told you so” is now an invalid code and no one but me fucking remembers the existence of gift cards. I was the fucking gift card they never bothered to redeem. No wonder only Indian men pay attention to me. This was meant to be a peice about love, but I turned it into hateful victimhood, I grew up ages ago, I am just now learning how to not bite the tit that nursed me.

I love you mama and papa, and I’m sorry I have such low opinions of you, I really can’t shake these thoughts out.

Greetings Survivors, Welcome to Developer Feedback on Friday!Today we would like to share the latest update about the changes we will implement in the near future.

Store of Survival Challenge closes together with the feature. I am not able to redeem items in that store.

Basically, the feature Survival Challenge closes 8 weeks after the TWD feature is triggered in one State. Once Survival Challenge is closed, players are not able to enter the store either.

Recently we received players’ complaints that people didn’t notice the store is closing and didn’t use up all the coins in the store. The Dev team has fully evaluated the feedback and is working to reopen the store. As the task takes some testing and coding work, we plan to reopen the store in update v1.11.70 in early July. Then players will be able to enter the store even if the Survival Challenge has ended in their State.

A brand-new Skin Store is coming soon.

We are thrilled to announce that the Skin Store, which countless players have been expecting for a long time, will be online next week. Players have a chance to get skin coupons that could be used to redeem HQ skins via in-game events. The Skin Store feature will be tested online by a group of States first after update v1.11.60. We will share more details about future plans regarding the new store next week. Please stay tuned!

When can we have bundles for resonating heroes Daryl and Wacko?

We have released the Wacko bundle online again based on players’ feedback. This weekend, Daryl bundle will be online again too. Don’t miss it if you are waiting for that bundle! Dev team is also studying how to make Daryl and Wacko bundles regular in-game.

MIGO Store Fix

Due to a backend issue, 12 states last week had their MIGO Stores closed immediately after the MIGO season ended. We are sincerely sorry for the hassle. Dev team has fixed it online, which means other States won’t encounter the same problem when their MIGO season ends. We have issued compensation to all the players affected by this problem in those 12 States.

GUESS WHAT, FRIENDS? The charity stream is still on schedule! AW YISS.

Many of you never got a chance to meet my mom, since she passed away before I started streaming, but she was (and still is!) a huge inspiration, and I’m grateful to have such a wonderful community to help me celebrate her birthday! I have a lot of fun things in store, so let’s dive in: 

⭐ “What game are you playing, Mizz?”

We’ll be playing the first season of Telltale’s The Walking Dead. While it may seem like an odd choice, I can assure you it was my mom’s favorite game. She was a huge fan of The Walking Dead show and comics. She even had a Walking Dead Monopoly version and cookbook, and she loved all things spooky! (Now you see where I get it from!) This game is for mature audiences, so for those who may be more sensitive to scary/violent games or mature language, I’m really sorry! I just have a lot of awesome memories playing this game with my mom, and I’d rather play something that was special to us than some random game she never knew anything about!

⭐ “Okay, but what’s this talk about FREE GAMES?”

In addition to playing TWD, we’ll also have a giveaway for a Steam Code EVERY HOUR! Every time someone donates, we’ll spin the Ouija Wheel, a new stream feature! ‘Round and ‘round and ‘round it goes--determining whether or not the spirits are angry or pleased! 

At the top of the hour, how they’re feeling will determine which kind of game you can win! If they’re angry, you’ll be able to pick from a pool of spooky/scary games! Alright, friends, it’s time to talk about money! Our overall donation goal is $150, as I know it’s a hard time financially for a lot of people, and I don’t want to ask for too much! However, there are stretch goals planned in the event y’all are feeling particularly generous! Your donations will be going to the Breast Cancer Research Foundation, a non-profit whose proceeds (as much as 90%!) go to support research for the prevention and cure of breast cancer. 

My mother had a rare form that was particularly aggressive, and I truly believe it was because of her participation in several clinical trials--along with her positive attitude and stubbornness--that we were blessed with 14 more years with her after her initial diagnosis. $4 - 4-Chords Cover I’ll stop everything and sing a song for you. That’s right, any song! The catch? I’m just gonna look up the lyrics and serenade you using only four chords on my ukulele! (This will probably be very bad. You’re probably not prepared for this.)
