Yo, this is like way too late,,,, but top 5 Kyoya moments?

wow i really needed to think about this hahaha this was so harddd

1. forfeiting during the survival battle finale in fusion

everyone knows this scene, this scene is iconic. it shows how much kyoya cares about leone, that he has priorities that lie outside of winning every battle, it humanizes him so much, not just to the audience but also to gingka & co. who are just flabbergasted by his actions here. really really good, maybe my favorite one

2. his first meeting with benkei

let's set aside all shipping here, me loving this scene has nothing to do with me shipping kyoben. it's just the fact that even though kyoya defeated benkei with ease from the get-go, he was still impressed maybe even delighted to have found such a tenacious opponent that challenged him again and again. i love how much kyoya loves it lol

3. the damian fight in masters

i love to see my faves get hurt, it's true, i'm not apologizing. the fight against damian is so so good. the way kyoya jumps into hades' gate of his own free will and then endures so much abuse from kerbecs only to stand his ground moments later and taunt him with "that was nothing" DGAGHLSG fucking yes badass as hell

4. kyoya figuring out that hyoma is fucking with the group to keep them from entering koma village

when i first watched that scene i remember thinking that kyoya is super smart which up until that point i hadn't exactly realized. i love watching him get suspicious and then his triumphant smirk when he reveals what he knows. smug little bastard, i adore him.

5. meeting tobio in fusion

the whole episode makes me so happy, the way kyoya immediately has some kind of understanding of tobio's character, then their battle, and then emerging from the experience with that mutual respect. i cant stop grinning whenever i get to that episode in fusion. tobio giving kyoya a lollipop at the end. yESS THEY ARE FRIENDS

honorary mention for kyoya's dramatic ass with his dramatic entrances in literally every season: in fusion before infiltrating the dark nebular castle, in masters swooping in at hades city on top of a bus (he actually makes all of team wildfang have a dramatic entrance here 😭), and then in fury shooting an arrow with a challenge at gingka and then arriving in a boat surrounded by fog

another honorary mention for the ryuga fight in battle bladers. similar reason as the damian fight, i love seeing him get hurt like that but he also has some pretty badass moments in there. amazing fight, so cool to watch, shish-kebab-ed kyoya has a special place in my heart

hi wrecker! :3 i was rewatching one of my fav youtube series and thought it was right up your alley so:

have you ever heard of Sanders Sides?

its a really cool & fun show made by this guy from Vine, Thomas Sanders. its a neat premise because he plays every character and they each represent an aspect of his personality (creativity, logic, morality, etc). through these different characters the episodes discuss all sorts of topics like (INHALE) identity, fitting in, anxiety, motivation, moving on, repression and intrusive thoughts--just to name a few

its a fun, hilarious series, but most importantly it was a very helpful way for me to learn about and better understand mental health in a way that actually clicked. SS helped me through a lot of rough patches and taught me really valuable life lessons, so i really think its something you oughta check out :)

plus its gay! Thomas is a gay man and the characters are him so all the characters are gay!! they all have really distinct personalities and they're all played so well i sometimes forget that they're all the same dude lol. the writing is top notch, every character is color-coded, there's an overarching story and original songs and ACCESSIBLE SUBTITLES AND okay i'm rambling i have to stop now sjksdhkfjfhd

1. what was the first MacGyver (2016) episode you ever watched?

i think it was 1x19 Compass! i caught the second half of that episode on TV one night and i got really invested. i vividly remember getting instantly hooked by mac and jack's dynamic.

2. what’s your favorite episode?

oh the worst question. i have so many. i think i'll have to say 1x10 Pliers because it's one of the episodes i rewatch the most. i absolutely love seeing how good mac is with kids, i love mac bonding with valerie and giving her advice (bc she's so much like him), i love the slight backstory drop we got with bozer and mac's school days + the crazy stuff they got up to (The Incident my beloved. it gets me every time). jack renting a bright green minivan and calling mac bozer and riley nerds on the drive to mission city. bozer learning how to be a spy and being Bad At It (understandably).

the parallels between valerie and mac and also their stark differences (val's father genuinely trying to keep his daughter safe) makes me a little insane any time i think about it too much.

i NEED more mac being good with kids. it's so sweet <3

i answered this one already (but i think i my answer was confusing, thanks to the killer headache i had while answering it), but essentially i don't think so. if i have learned a mac hack, i probably forgot it was a mac hack bc my memory is swiss cheese lmao.

i didn't actually know anything about macgyver until i watched the reboot in 2019, and then i was only aware of the existence of the og series with no interest in watching it

but now that i've returned to the fandom, i've actually been more curious about the 1985 series, and i've started watching a few episodes now and then. honestly it's been fun!

LOVE your wordgirl designs! I love the show and might even rewatch a few episodes for old times’s sake but the art style doesn’t really vibe with what I’ve come to love and while you’ve done a good job revamping the characters themselves, Worldgirl’s COSTUME looks FANTASTIC! Especially love the changes to her helmet, looks sorta similar to Thor with the wing things or to Hiro Hamada with the visor and wing combo. Point is, it’s reminiscent of other superheroes rather than being like. A bike helmet. Little details too that give it a more sort of… like it feels like the way people design comic book characters nowadays with all the cool little added details rather than being just. A leotard like Sunday newspaper Superman wore. Also Tobey looking dapper as ever. And your encanto art rules to soooo I guess I’ll be sticking around?

Also thanks for starting the pull of a wordgirl multipshipping hell from which there is no escape. It’s gonna be a fun one

Yesyes wordgirl actually holds up really well to this day! Aside from maybe the vocabulary learning bits lol, but only because we're older now y'know? So yeah I definitely recommend rewatching some episodes or at least some clips!! It's very nostalgic and fun :>

And tysm for the design compliments for how I draw wordgirl characters haha I really like making simplistic character looks a bit more polished and memorable when I draw them, I'm glad they're being received so well!! Honestly, I really was a bit at a loss with Becky's hero outfit for a while, I was like tf am I gonna do with this dodgeball looking helmet?? It has no distinct features! It looks...fine in the cartoon imo but when making fanart idk it doesn't quite work for me

“Why the FUCK are we doing this again?” Bakugo hissed as the four of you walked towards your old classroom.

Izuku chuckled, “Because Aizawa asked us to, we have to meet 1-B later too.” He scanned through his most recent notebook that he filled with notes on the current class 1-A. “Thanks again for recording the sports festival for me, (Y/N).”

“Of course,” You croon, watching him start to spiral, “And Katsuki, before you start whining more; Aizawa has been through enough because of us. This is literally the least we can do.” You chide. Bakugo simply responded with a huff and a unintelligible grumble.

Shoto hums in response from ahead of the group as you near the room. “Let’s just do what we were asked,” He says glancing back, his hand is on the door waiting for the rest to get in ‘formation’ and Aizawa’s cue for you to enter.

When the cue is heard the door opens and the four of you walk in, the new class 1-A gasps in your presence. You smile softly at the freshmen, excitement and nostalgia running through you. “You may already know them as the Big Four, but-“ He looks over at each of you, “They’ll introduce themselves now.”

Izuku’s face goes beat red as he stammers to introduce himself, “I-I’m Midoriya Izuku, I’m r-really excited to meet you.” He bows violently, earning a handful of chuckles from the class and from you.

Shoto, who seems to be spacing out, continues without a beat: “I’m Todoroki Shoto.” Everyone just stared, starstruck by him, but also surprised at his simple disposition.

“It’s Bakugo Katsuki,” He says pointing at himself. “I have better things to do than deal with a bunch of EXT-“ You slap your hand over his mouth hard enough for it to echo through the room.

Izuku and Shoto both drop their heads and sigh in embarrassment. However, the freshman class looked at you in horror; everyone knew Bakugo had a horrible personality, and they could see pink and purple swelling form under where your hand still sat over his mouth.

His yell was muffled under your hand, but you ignored it. “Sorry about him,” A chuckle escaped you. “Come-on, best behavior—we owe the man.” You whispered and pointed your head at your old teacher, Aizawa rolled his eyes but Bakugo relented. “I’m (L/N) (Y/N), today is gonna be a lot of fun.” You wiggled your eyebrows and the class laughed awkwardly, you could hear them all muttering among themselves.

“These four are here to talk to you about the work study program, they’ll also be in charge of your gym class for today.” Aizawa muttered while stepping into his sleeping bag.

The four of you watch him and snort a bit, “Some things never change.” Izuku laughed out, looking back at the class he started. “Okay, so, work studies. Work studies...” He hummed to himself and pulls out his notebook. You stifle a laugh and shoot Aizawa a knowing glance. “Well, whenwewerestillinclass1-Awemetthebigthree,andtheywerelikeusbutnotus.Wait,ohmanimgettingofftrack.Whatiwantedtotalkaboutwastheworkstudiesyoullbein.Youknowyoullbasicallybedoingtheherostuffwithoutbeingtheproandyoullbeshadowingherostogettheswingofthingsbeforeyourinterships.Honestly,whenwedidourswefoundourselvesinalotoftroublebecauseoftheherokil-waitimnotsupposedtotalkaboutthat.Wellicouldstartwithlearningyourquirks,imeanthebestwaytofigureouthowtohelpaherohopefulistoknowexactlywhattheycanandcantdoplusihavemynoteswhichcouldprobablyhelpifyouwantedtotakealookattrainingideasorusagesuggeationsimeaniveseenalotofdifferentquirksinmylifeandivetakennotesofallofthemforthefutureandyouguysarethefuture.”

“You fucking idiot! That’s not- WHAT ARE YOU EVEN TALKING ABOUT?” Bakugo cuts him off, throwing his hands up.

Shoto put a hand on his shoulder, “We’re friends now, calm down.” Bakugo screeches something along the lines about not being friends and you take the opportunity to scoot over towards your freshman teacher.

Aizawa’s glare froze his class while the three continued to do what they do best.

“Remember when I told you this was a bad idea?” You say leaning over, he just groans in response. “This is the part where I say I told you so.” You snicker and clap your hands loudly, “Well as fun as this is, let’s show you the difference.” You smile towards the class, “Between where you are and where you can be.” Your three classmate make unintelligible noises but oblige as they walk out of the classroom.

“Katsuki doesn’t remember because he was suspended but when we met our seniors while we were still class 1-A, we fought as an entire class against just 1 senior. Can anyone guess how that went?” You ask, as the four of you and the class were now dressed in your gym uniforms. The freshmen share looks between each other and no one answered. “We had our asses handed to us without landing a single blow.” That earned a collective gasp from the class.

Aizawa split the students up among the four of you. Izuku was assigned students who focused on close range attacks, Shoto was assigned long range attackers, and you and Bakugo got a split of those who can do both.

“Don’t expect us to go easy on you.” Katsuki sneers, you and Izuku chuckle and Shoto just nods in agreement.

As much as the freshmen think they have the upper hand, it was quickly evident that they in fact did not. Izuku surprised his group when he send air pressure shots at each of them. Shoto’s attacks, while not surprising, were more intricate than they’ve ever seen. You’ve barely moved an inch dodging all their attacks whilst sending stone slabs and boulders at them. Bakugo’s started by sending AP shots at his before making a loud whistle and the four of you swapped. Shoto takes Izuku’s kids, Izuku takes Katsuki’s, Katsuki takes yours and you take Shoto’s. Whines and complaints are heard but every time any of you hear one you slam the kid who complained twice as hard as the rest.

After swapping 2 more times you stop, while the four of you seemed fine the class looked on the verge of death, “What did we learn?” You ask them.

After incredulous noises are heard, groans and cries, the four of you snort in amusement.

“I told you they were idiots, you really don’t get it do you?” Bakugo hissed, and you waved a hand to let him rant. He points at three students, “You three gave (Y/N) a run for her money! When she ‘escaped’ why didn’t you run after her??” He barked out questions and pseudo complements.

“Well, Aizawa-“ One of them started.

“Do you really think in a real villain attack you can afford to just wait for orders? Or stay in some planned formation?” Shoto asked.

The class got silent and thought, “If we were really villains, you’d all be… well, dead by now.” Izuku commented and rubbed the back of his head. A few chuckles are heard from the four of you and you walk to fix the gym, with simple motions the rubble and debris caused from the training to level out.

“Wait, we could have-“

“Oh yeah! Maybe it would have worked-“

“We should try training like this-“

Conversations erupted from your juniors and the four of you split again to help them train. You forced stone platforms up for each student, and Izuku suggested a sparring match to give them an example.

You stood at a distance while Izuku and Bakugo aimed to shoot their respective bullets at you, as soon as they were about to fire you flicked two beams of stone upright to collide with their wrists. After knocking their shots off target, “Disarming your opponent can buy you time to strategize,” You slide your foot and cause the earth below Shoto to loosen and knock him on his right side. The ice he attempted to send out froze Bakugo and Izuku in place. “And use their strengths against them.”

With a shrug and a groan the lecture continues, you even caught Bakugo with a smirk while helping someone out. Aizawa watched in silence, he wouldn’t say he was surprised but he was glad to see how much the four of you had grown. Being able to see an unashamed smirk on Katsuki’s face and to hear Shoto genuinely laugh was proof enough that they had made great strides towards adulthood.

“Are.. Are you tearing up??” Present Mic asks as he enters the gym.

Aizawa scowls and rubs his face, “I have dry eye.” He hissed, “You’ve known that for years!”

Hizashi grins ear to ear, “You must be really proud of your kids.” He teases, “I always knew you were the dad type, Shota.”

“Oh, for fucks sake..” He groans, palming his face. “I hate it here.”

“We love you too, dad!” You shout jokingly in the distance, Hizashi doubles over laughing while Aizawa’s face started to twitch.

“I didn’t know Aizawa was your dad...” Shoto mutters, earning himself face palms and laughter from you and the other students.

The world isn’t ready for the four of you, and it’s gonna be an interesting place.

...and yes, i have been rewatching supernatural too. i only watch a few episodes every weekend with my mom. i’m trying to let go i swear. maybe one day.

currently reading: nothing, i don’t have the patience for anything that isn’t fics and even those can’t be too long or i’ll lose interest. that being said i am thinking about reading the song of achilles since it’s something i’ve always wanted to read.

How and why you started the show: I saw a few posts on tumblr and thought it looked good so I added it to my to watch list, then Amanda made a post saying that if you liked Andi Mack and Doafp then this was the show for you and I started it the same day

Why you love the show: It’s my comfort show, man. I love the songs, it’s really funny, all of the relationships are crafted so beautifully, there isn’t a single character I dislike, and Julie’s story is so powerful.

swallowing gum, taking all my pills in descending size order, i tend to mimic how a singer sounds when i sing along to the song (ex: if they have a british accent, i’ll subconsciously sing in a british accent; if they stress certain syllables in certain ways, i’ll do it too)

comfortable (stretchy jeans, t-shirts, hoodies) and with a few signature Gay Things (jean jacket, flannels, oversized mens’ button ups, a couple gay/bi pride shirts)

if i have lyrics in front of me to a song i’ve never heard before, i can predict the pattern of the tunes and rhythm and sing along the first time

I’ve decided that in celebration of Stray Kids pre-debut album I needed to create a tag. The ultimate goal for The Stray Kids Tag is to learn about your Tumblr mutuals, and have fun answering the Stray Kids related questions!  Here we go:

1: When did you decide to join the Stray kids fandom?

i saw a thread of information abt the suspected nine members before they were officially announced and was like ‘yes i must stan them and love them with all of my heart.’ so uh,,,,, back in august or september??

2: What is your favorite episode of Stray Kids? uhm, i’m gonna expose myself rn and let y’all know that i’ve never actually seen a full episode of the show; as soon as i heard it was gonna be a survival show, i knew that i couldn’t watch it bc my heart was too weak and i was emotionally incapable of becoming too invested while watching it; but from clips, i quite like the episode with the 3:3:3 mission, and also the last episode when all nine were reunited and told they were going to debut together

3: Who would you say is your bias in Stray kids?

my initial one was chan, and they i got rlly confused, and then slowly came to realize that it was jeongin (anything else after that is a fucking mess)

4: Who would you say is your bias wrecker in Stray kids?

literally kill me all of them bias wreck me so hard bUT hyunjin, jisung, seungmin, and chan have been wrecking me so hard in particular lately

5: What line would you want to be apart of in Stray kids? uHHH not dance line bc swimmers have 0 coordination on land; i quite like singing even tho i’m not good at, so probably that, but i can also hit all of chan’s english rap parts in 3racha songs, and keep up with lafayette’s raps in hamilton, and a lot of the english rappers i like too so uh,,, sign me up for rap line too

6: What is the first song you heard of Stray kids? hellevator

7: What is the first song you heard of 3racha? i think it was either hoodie season or runner’s high

8: What is your favorite song on their pre-debut album?

9: What is a concept you’d like to see Stray Kids try in the future?

i love their current optimistic and slightly rebellious teenager concept rn bc its an Eternal Mood; but i always love myself a soft boyfriend concept 

10: if you could meet with the members of Stray kids for one day what would you say to them?

how proud of them i am, and how proud of themselves they should be; i would tell them about how they’re saying things that resonate deeply for their fans and i love that they’re talking abt real world problems; i would also make sure to tell them (chan and 3racha especially) to make sure to rest more, and eat well, and take care of themselves emotionally as well as physically; and finally i’d like to tell jeongin how wonderful he is and that he’s doing so much at such a young age (lmao he’s actually eight months older than me but that’s no the point) and to never lose his cute little smile

currently watching: shameless (us) bc i’ve seen PARTS of the uk version but simply did not enjoy it however… i’ve heard the us version is good? and it kinda is i’m only a few episodes in however! it’s fun idk maybe i will actually finish it

currently reading: ok ok i am almost finished with all for the game… recently decided to try and actually finish the hunger games trilogy bc i’ve read the first book and then just? stopped. as far as fanfics go, long term fanfics i am Keeping up to date with are: i hit my peak at seven (byler) crimson rivers (jegulus) and the cadence of part-time poets (wolfstar) however. have i read anything in the past week?? no <3 i’ve not

current obsessions: stranger things but SPECIFICALLY just mike wheeler… my hp (which. is pretty much JUST a marauders) special interest is always lurking and i could speak abt them for days. i’ve been rewatching charmed a LOT recently so that’s fun <3 what else. hm. i think that’s it! probably missing smth but oh well
