For those who's seen my other art, yeah, I'm well aware both my art style and coloration just straight up changes every time. I have come to accept the chaos, albeit still stubborn to try to make something stick.

The eyes were a very happy accident though, I was going to make them black and red but man- shading is my best friend, that's all I'm gonna say.

Honestly forgot to put the ruffles in the sketch, thus its not there. I was more than halfway done when I noticed and just accepted this is the design now. I'm not the biggest fan of drawing the ruffles regardless, so I might just make it part of the design I draw regularly. (I should workshop just a general design vs. doodle sheet uoghhh-)

And to those who've seen my rambles- I FIGURED IT OUT. I mean, it's obvious since I'm posting nowww, but I got the photos to transfer after a bunch of trial and error :)

the closer that the album release gets, the more that I look over what we've gotten so far and lean into a feeling that ttpd may be a combo of renegade, clean and happiness lyrically (between the song titles, photoshoot, the poem piece she included with the initial announcement, and the way that she's spoken about writing the album on tour as a lifeline of sorts). I'm so interested to see how she dives into everything from over the past few years, especially with the file evidence-style structure that she's been using for the variants and talking about her "veins of pitch black ink" as her life directly fueling the art resulting in this album - after such a major change in her life I can imagine there's a bit of anger and sadness/grief for what once was, but I also think with songs like "I Can Do It With a Broken Heart" she'll discuss some of the more freeing aspects of making it through to the other side

I don't trust the people who say this card is ugly/boring I really don't. People don't get this card like I do.

Unlike Rui, Emu and Meiko who have artificial sources of light in order to create ambiance, Tsukasa can't rely on it, the lights are too far from the center of the stage, he should need to stand on the spotlight. And yet here and now the spotlight won't focus on him, so instead he is gonna take over the stage tru his pure presence. He looks at the audience like he is ready to pounce and devour it whole at any moment. He gives way tru the shadows and dominates the space he has. The confetti ribbons fall around him in celebration, welcoming him completely. Bc when it comes to the stage, to the theater, both the lights and the dark belong to him and make him shine on his own all the brightest. but people don't get it THEY DON'T GET HER LIKE I DO I'M SO SORRY BBG THEY DON'T GET IT SHE LOOKS SO COOL UGH 😩

The name of the outfit is phantasmagoria btw. This is phantasmagoria Tsukasa (or Shadowkasa for short if you will, for the kasaverse). He went from King, to commoner, to jester, to literally just a shadow. my mans disappearing good god.

On a funnier note I really think they went like:
