So hey there. I just released this shader. You can change hue, saturation and value of your sprite and UI images. All you need to do is adjust the color of the appropriate component.

The RED channel changes hue, GREEN affecting saturation and BLUE doing the same for value. The shader also features two different masking options: 

Either using the alpha of the image to mask the hue-shifted parts or using a hue range. A shader variant with an option for an additional b/w mask image is planned.
