you know what another scenario(s) i always think about in threshold au but never draw cause im Lazy and it requires drawing more characters id have to reference and make palettes for haha is like,,,, janeway’s and tom’s family and friends seeing them for the first time,,, and also meeting their kids hahaw. :3 

like particularly the potential interaction she’d have with Mark and introducing her kids (maybe) to him or at least mentioning them,,,,,, idk if HE has his son at that point in time but heh! 

the autobio claims that janeway got in contact with her mmmmmother at least while they were still in the DQ,,, idk if its mentioned in the show that she talks with her family IDK IDK if its not in canon id be more inclined to believe she’d hold off on having to have that conversation with her mom and sister until she’d get back to Earth. phoebe would absolutely manhandle kathryn’s tail (to her dismay) and inspect her spots given their painterly qualities. (i think we were also talking about kathryn indulging phoebe in having her paint on her tail hehe)

i think her and tom would have a lot of debriefings over the circumstances surrounding their evolution, lots of examinations of which they’d sternly object to the inclusion of their kids, just lots of unfun stuff. i think there’d be a definite pang of sadness for kathryn when they first arrive back on Earth because everyone on Voyager had become accustom to hers and tom’s appearances and now that she’s back home it’s opening some old wounds that had lessened over their years in the delta quadrant.

Frustrates me to no end that people don’t take animal abuse against fish as seriously as animal abuse against dogs or cats. Fish experience pain too ... their suffering is not less important simply because they aren’t soft and cuddly.

These two girls in my dorm own a pet fish and last week I heard them joke about leaving their fish in a red solo cup full of unfiltered tap water for a day and a half. They literally left the fish in a tiny cup of water for over 36 hours!! In a space where it couldn’t swim or move at all really!!! And after they finally put the fish back in a real tank, they just laughed and joked about how “twitchy” and “goofy” it seemed! Poor fish was probably hurt or traumatized from being in a tiny cup where it couldn’t move, so that’s why it was acting goofy — but these two girls couldn’t care less about that.

Urrrrgggg, I hate it. If you think mistreating or abusing a fish is funny, then don’t get one as a pet. Animal abuse isn’t funny.

URRRRGGGG it’s so annoying loving Vanjie and constantly being extremely annoying by her poor performance because I KNOW she’s a fierce queen!!! And silky and Vanjie coming for Yvie because they’re both insecure is just painful to watch
