medic tf2 doodles?!?!?? in this economy!???!?!? (art from yesterday)
most gentle and sweet middle aged german man in the whole entire world smile vs planning to swap all of your organs with a series of interconnected frogs smile
a doodle i did of Medic and Archimedes.... he looks too round in this drawing, not smug and evil enough..... also Mitzi from the RAE appearance :D
i LOVE the voicelines Medic has with Haunted Archimedes, he's not disturbed or even slightly put off by the fact that his zombified dove is 1. talking and 2. has a violent and constant craving for brains. he's just like. being a slightly irritated pet owner about it. he's just like "ugh yes archimedes vants all zhe brains doesn't he. now shut up". also i think this is the most on-model medic drawing i've ever done wtf
A towering manse, dappled with dead ivy, crowned with turrets and a sturdy keep. The castle was built for the Empress and the Consort before London fell. When it did, due to legal entanglements, Balmoral fell with it.
Can't stress enough that characters aren't people, they're tools, and treating real people poorly on the behalf of characters is not a cool thing to do.
i love you bounce light i love you ambient occlusion i love you diffuse reflection i love you translucency i love you highlights i love you backlighting i love you subsurface scattering i lo
Scarlet Witch (2023) #7 preview [source], in stores 8/2
JOURNEY INTO OZ!
Wanda swore to help anyone who walked through her door … but what happens when that person is a villain? When Nelson Gruber, aka Bookworm, comes through the Last Door seeking aid to kill wicked witches in a corner of Oklahoma that’s been transformed into the Emerald City, Wanda must choose between honoring her covenant and going against her own principles. Now the Scarlet Witch has attracted the attention of a dangerous new foe: Introducing NICOLA ZOSIMOS, aka HEXFINDER!
PLUS: A bonus page written by Jonathan Hickman – WHO ARE THE G.O.D.S.?
I'm very intrigued by the Wicked Witch character here. Her design, and the creatures serving her, are actually fairly accurate to the Frank L. Baum novels, which is refreshing. I'm curious if she will be an actual autonomous character, or if she's just a construct of this illusory Oz world. Unfortunately, I wouldn't be surprised if she gets killed off by Hexfinder...
“I’m very, very pleased that Sir Paul McCartney is here today. Because I thought — and it’s not necessarily very well known — that he just behaved impeccably during George’s demise. During the long time George was dying, Paul was there and was just wonderful and supportive in a way that you would just not imag— well, [in a way that] you’d want a friend and an old colleague to be there with you. And it’s not terribly well known, but George actually died in Paul’s house, which is rather an amazing fact. And it’s one of the reasons I won’t go and stay with John Cleese.”

I think I might finally be (kind of) starting to understand some of the finer details of A/V concepts that have been a solid wall between me and troubleshooting tech-related vidding problems historically.
i want to put. a bunch of characters from different things that are really passionate about science in a room together. like... some of them would be just interested by each other's creations and scientific knowledge and progress. others would be attempting to LITERALLY DISSECT EACH OTHER- entrapta
If you want to add another queer couple to your hyperfixactions then look at Henry and Jordan from Big Brother UK. They have announced they are no longer "platonic" and going on an official first date tonight. There's fanfic about Jenry and everything.

young people sure talk a lot of shit about boomers for not doing enough to save the environment or whatever but I'll be honest having spent years doing environmental research that requires engagement from the general public, it is literally ONLY people 60 and older who are willing to participate. When you go door to door asking people to let you use their property for research, it's exclusively the seniors who say yes. When you set up a booth in town and try to get signatures for a petition, all the young adults with pins on their backpack that say "gay anarchist" or whatever will walk right past you without making eye contact, but the old folks will stop and actually listen to your cause and 9 times out of 10 will ask what else they can do to help. The gen z/millennial online posturing against the older generations for not doing "enough" is pretty ironic considering how many young people consider themselves activists because they retweet articles about social justice but can't be bothered to take a few minutes out of their day to support their own local community.
