Today is FOOD WEDNESDAY, but instead of telling you about the benefits of an amazing "superfood" I wanted to show you how you can pimp your #veggiesanddip presentation today. Instead of just serving a veggie platter with a bowl of dip, why not try these super simple, but effective serving ideas? 1. Put your favourite dip in the bottom of a glass container and put veggie sticks on top. Looks great and everyone gets their own. I also love this in a shot glass as a canapé. 2. Slice a zucchini or cucumber lenthwise very finely, smear some dip on it, add some veggie sticks, roll it up. Looks great! 3. Slice bread sticks (baguette), slightly hollow them out, add some tip, put veggie sticks on top.
