and when the clock strucks 8:30 the door opens like always, you stand up from the dining table where you're trying to figure out how to do an origami you saw online, you stand and jog over to the door to greet your boyfriend.

"Welcome home!"

He smiles and immediately and he hugs you, placing half his weight on you as you then whine about how heavy he is.

"Yah, you're too heavy!"

"Work was tiring, let me rest a bit, darling."

"Rest as long as you want but please, take a shower first so we can go to sleep right away. "

and like clockwork, he'll whine but leave nonetheless, the offer of sleeping sounding amazing, and like always, on 8:42 he'll emerge from the bathroom and lay in between your legs, burying his face into your stomach as you let out a chuckle and play with his hair.

"Yatoo, baby you can't sleep like that."

"Yes i can, who'll stop me?"

"Me!! Now come up so we can sleep."

he looks up and he sees you staring right at him with a small pleading smile, he jokingly rolls his eyes as he climbs up, now nuzzling his face into your neck as you press a kiss on his temple.

"Goodnight, even if you're like a big baby."

9:32 am - VENTI

venti knew nothing about cooking, that was clear to anyone who knew him, so to say that diluc and jean were shocked when they got pulled into a video call at the ass crack of morning was no exageration.

"Why'd you call? Is everything okay?"

"Yeah, are you alright?"

"Everything's fine! I just need help."

"Help with?"

"I wanna cook for my s/o, they said the've been missing the food from their homeland soooo."

and with that, the cooking started, though it took her a couple tries, he finally succeeded, he checks the time and its 9:32 am, as he ended the call and started to clean up the mess, you sleepily emerged from your room, you navigated towards him as you wrapped your arms around venti, resting your head on his shoulder.

"Morning ven. You woke up pretty early."

"I cooked for you! Quick give it a taste!"

1:57 am - XIAO

it was 1:46 in the morning and you couldn't sleep, you had a huge event later that day and you couldn't help but be nervous, your chest tightens as you struggle to breathe, tears soak your shirt as you find it difficult to breathe, you couldn't bring herself to call anyone, you hesitate but you call out to him.

"Xiao?"

"Are you okay?"

he appeared in an instant, once he noticed the state you were in he hesitated but he disappeared, you thought he didn't want to deal with you but at 1:57 he appears once again, he finds you near the foot of your bed, just the same as he left you earlier, he sat beside you as he hugged you, nudging you head towards his chest as you stained his shirt with tears.

"I got you some food... and flowers. They tend to calm me down when i'm upset so i hope they comfort you the same way the do to me."

But if for instance, you regress suddenly and he golfed down 2 drinks already: he is actually very affectionate. He cuddles you, calling you his baby and singing to you in a whisper. He is an affectionate drunk, the only difference between him and his sober self is that the rules don't stick as much

(ᴗ ᴗ ♪) ; works amazing with nonverbal littles. He always carries a little instrument with him which you press a key that help him understand what you need. (It took him months to remember the cord code but he got it finally)

(ᴗ ᴗ ♪) ; if not the said instrument, he carries around little sticky notes as well! He's always open for suggests too

(ᴗ ᴗ ♪) ; if you draw/color/etc he will always hang them up on the walls. He loves to see his little artist go to work! It makes him proud

(ᴗ ᴗ ♪) ; the type of caregiver to be like "no traveler, you're too little for that.." or "no, you're too tiny for that, let me help you" orr he holds your hand so you don't accidentally wander off or out of his sight. Doesn't matter the age, he'll always be overprotective at times like this

the sound of the front door opened followed by a bell that rung whenever someone came inside the small cabined house. Venti opened the door gently, making his presence known before he made it fully inside of the house. He closed the door gently behind him; automatically assuming that you were already asleep by now. He made his way through the house while the only noise was heard was his gentle foot creaks and the tv in the background. His hair was messy and he smelled like sweet honey and a splash of dust. "Daddy!" A small voice was heard from the room he just passed by. His eyes widened a bit before he turned to see his little one peeking from the doorway. You held your favorite blanket and stuffed animal tightly in your arms, looking up to see an unreadable expression from his face. His face softened immediately before crouching down to his knees, opening his arms up for his little. You caught the cue and ran with open arms to your caregiver. Wrapping your tiny arms around him, he did the same as he snaked his arms gently around your figure. A moment of silence passed between the two of you, before he pulled away a little to see your face. "Hey, firefly.. why are you up so late..?" He asked quietly. He looked up the clock from across the hallway. You looked up at him with some tears threatening to escape your tear ducts. "...I missed you.." you said simply, buring your face into his shoulder. Another few of seconds pass before venti let out a gentle sigh. Gently kissed the top of your head, rubbing your back in a sense of reassuring you. "..it's okay little one. Do you wanna sleep with daddy?" He asked, looking down at you. Once he saw the nod of confirmation, he picked you up slowly and letting you rest in his arms before he made his way into the bedroom.

He sat you down on the bed, making sure you're as comfortable as possible. After you get covered up, he slipped into the bed next to you, cuddling you to his chest. He rubbed the back of your head, resting his chin on your head. "..I love you papa.." you whispered, burying your head into his chest, hearing his slow.. gentle heartbeats.

"...I love you too. My little star.. sleep well.."

Random Things I Found Fun/Interesting in JPN Kingdom Hearts (Part 2)

In Dark Road, MoM says he could be named “Theodore or Jack” in ENG but in JPN, while Jack is still the same, “Taro” is the other name.

Sora’s voiceline when throwing Goofy in their team attack (Goofy Bombardier) is a very enthusiastic “Yoroshiku!” (I just thought he sounded really cute lol)

Neku is also voiced by Kouki Uchiyama (Roxas and Ventus) 

In the KH4 trailer, “Afterworld” is a pretty fitting translation for 「死の世界」(shi no sekai) as a literal translation would be “world of death/death’s world”

“My friends are my power” is actually “Connecting hearts is my power” in JPN 「繋がる心が俺の力だ！」

Ven says the exact thing too in BBS, though ENG added the “and I’m theirs,” which I found to be such a cute and touching addition

I don’t know why this specifically caught my attention but in the end of BBS, when Ven goes back to Sora’s heart, in ENG he asks “Would you mind if I stayed here, with you?” while in JPN he asks “Is it okay if I become one with your heart again?”, both have a warmth to it that differs from each other, and I just love that lol

In JPN, Roxas is the one with the huge voice drop. If you listen to KH2, Kouki Uchiyama still had a higher pitched voice but it you go watch/play 358/2 Days, BBS, and beyond , you’ll hear his more current pitch 

For the seiyuu enthusiasts (just like me fr lol), young Luxu is played by Kenjiro Tsuda (the KH JPN cast is wild in general but it’d be funny to spread that list out lol). You might know him as Dainsleif from Genshin, Nanami from JJK, Overhaul from BNHA, etc.

If Genshin Impact and Kingdom hearts did a collab, what characters from KH would you want to see on a banner?

They need a representative from each trio. My selfish desires would say Sora, Xion, and Ventus but logically speaking that makes Ven another Anemo swordsman. Me personally, would love that, but I haven’t the foggiest idea how he’d play considering his moves are a lot like Kazuha.

If geo was a good element I’d love Terra to be show up but not the price people having a new release to dunk on him. What’s tragic is sword or bow, cryo or hydro, Aqua has stiff competition.
