I visited the opera last night. I'm already deeply in love with Verdi's work, but this arrangement, the costumes, the scenery was exceptional

I had the luck to watch "A masked ball" for the first time, and other than the fact that it was beautiful, the choreography, especially Oscar's constantly moving character just blow me away. I can't imagine how hard it must be to sing those playful melodies clearly while jumping and running around.

This was probably one of my best experiences in the opera, and wouldn't mind sitting through it again
