“How can I?” Ochaco spat out at him, harsher than she wanted to. Her brows were furrowed in hurt, arms crossed her chest as fingers held onto her shoulders. Brown eyes were pointed away as she curled up more in her corner of the room. There was a table, a bed, amenities that made this place more than what it was, but she refused to use them.

Refusing to forget that she was held captive in this room.

The girl had trusted him, even had developed a crush that everyone had seen—but him. Or, maybe he had and that was why he had chosen to bring her here. Make her stay in this room and pretend as if everything was alright.

As if their friends weren’t out fighting there against the League. Her friends, the ones he betrayed.

“You lied to me, you lied to all of us.” Her fingers tensed against her skin, eyes shutting tightly to refuse to look at him at all. “You even said you cared…all of it was a lie and I believed you. How can I even look at you when you’re letting the people who care about you be in danger?”

Protect Shinso

          “Midoriya.”

         It is that individual’s shout in the winds that draws forth a breath of worry from Shinso, head turning for his eyes to be reassured by the sight of the hero in the making, and as nice as it was to see the other, it was a careless mistake that he has done. Despite it being a cautious whisper, the reality of the brainwasher speaking injects a terrible amount of pressure to anyone, and so, a hand lashes out to the boy’s neck in a manner so similarly violent to a snake to its prey. It was a much taller and heavier being that has a hold of the child, a grasp that pins him on the floor. Without a voice, nobody had to worry about Shinso ascending into a human puppeteer.

The grip of the stranger’s hand on his throat was an uncomfortable sensation that he desperately wanted off; Shinso’s own hands attempt to fend the other’s, frantically clawing at it so much as to at least dislocate a finger, a finger that pressed itself the wrong way, a finger that somehow targeted the right spot to hitch his breathing. What Midoriya demanded from the attacker, to not touch Shinso, was the first thing they commit.

Michelle managed to escape her school when it was attacked by one of the akumaized villains. Apparently, the villain was throwing a powerful spell that turned everyone into mindless zombies. Well, not really zombies. But they were certainly acting like them. She ran into a closet to hide herself. Allowing her penguin kwami, Hanyuu to fly out of her purse.

“My lady! You need to transform now. Ladybug will need you.” Hanyuu spoke up with concern.

Michelle nodding, knowing she had a duty to do.

“Hanyuu! Feathers up!” She cried out before her kwami went into her gem necklace, allowing her to transform into Ice Maiden.

The one who had given his class over to the villains, triedto destroy all of them. It had been the boy she had felt moved her heart once,but had swallowed those emotions down. They were a distraction. A hindrance tobecoming a hero that could support the family she cherished.

But now he appeared for her and her heart thumped hardagainst her ribcage, aching her as she stared at him, her expression cold uponhim despite the cries from her mind and pulse. She wanted to embrace him, toconvince him that there should have been something there. That he could turn itall around.

Ochaco knew there was no future for them, even if he turnedhimself in. Not now.

“Don’t lie to me like that, Deku.” She spat out, taking onthe defensive stance that Gunhead had taught her. “Don’t tell me you miss it.You had your chance, and then…You did that! To all of us, to me.” The hurtpermeated her tone in a way she never wanted it to, and her fingers began toclose in close to each other, readying if she needed to move quickly.
