To everyone in the UK: today is the day to cast your votes, and I beg of you to all do so. As a young woman, people have fought and died for my right to vote. Women across the world still do not all have that right. To not vote would be a grave insult to them, and their plight. I read books to expand my knowledge; learn about other lives, worlds and people. I read to expand my compassion, and to be as loving and caring as best as I can be. The only option for me is to vote Labour. I want to live in a UK where I don't have to carry thousands of pounds of debt because I wanted to be educated, and I can be creative with access to libraries and theatres and museums. I want a life where discrimination is unacceptable, where opportunities are for the many, not the few. Vote for who you believe in, just please make sure that you VOTE!!!

‘Enough evidence’

Theresa May plans to change human rights laws, including restricting freedoms and movement where there is ‘enough evidence’ to believe someone is a  threat but not enough to go through court. I wonder if this will include someone who, for example:

-Attends worship with other believers at least once a week, if not more

-Believes the world would be a better place if everyone followed the true teachings

-Believes that many supposed followers of the faith are actually acting against it in their behaviour and beliefs

- Reads religious texts online on a daily basis

-Prays several times a day

-Occasionally preaches and is heavily involved in working with children and young people, encouraging them to join the faith

Just want to know because if so I should probably start cancelling my holiday plans. 

You know, because I assume law changes will apply to white, British, Christians too and won’t just be an excuse for an exercise in racial profiling.
