Today, I had a table of three who just didn't like me, or something. Straight off the back, they treated me and talked to me like I was stupid. They complained about everything, had me running back and forth, glared at me whenever I tried to talk to them. Despite them making me feel like I was a complete idiot and shit at my job, I was still very polite and served them with a smile and did everything they asked me, even though my section was full and I had a party of 8. I knew I wasn't going to get a tip. But they had the nerve to tell my manager that I was rude, and they hoped they'd get a better server next time. Okay. I can handle ignorant customers who treat me like scum, but tonight, them telling my manager I rude when i was trying so hard to make them happy with a smile on my face was too much. I cried for 20 minutes in the bathroom. I couldn't do it today.
