In 2023, anything that cost your peace is too expensive!! I can’t afford it. I am a HUGE energy person...and, this quote/thought has come across my social feeds, and in several recent conversations no less than 7 times within the past few weeks. So, I have taken heed of that, and have been in a state of deep reflection about it. Peace can be defined as: "freedom from disturbance; tranquility." And, it is often synonymous with things like: "calmness, serenity, restfulness, contentment, and harmony." Anyone that knows me (or, who has spent more than five minutes with me) knows that this is a huge value set of who I am, what I am constantly seeking, and what I aim to put out in the world. So, I believe that it was no small coincidence that this quote kept resonating with my spirit in a state of redundancy. Sometimes in life, one comes across situations or environments that can make them neglect, (or be less mindful) of the things that are important to them. One can get caught up in a rat race for things that they don't truly care about, chasing after other people's goals of "success," or even trying to force themselves to matter, or fit in with people who could really care less. This is why it is ALWAYS so important to sometimes take a step back, and be sure that you are truly tuned into your WHY. And, to tap into your soul, spirit, and purest intention...and, to make sure that you are in alignment with who you are at your core. In a world that wants to constantly tell you who to be, and how to be, you need to make sure that you are not losing who you are. That is where your magic is. That is where you find your peace. And that, my friends, is too expensive to lose. Here's to being open to redirection, chasing purpose, finding happiness, and staying in peace.
