COMMANDO GREGOR THEORY

I'm rewatching Bad Batch S1E14, and the way Commando Gregor is depicted irritates me for a number of reasons. 1) He's a Captain. RCs are not meant to get that rank.

2) He's a CC. Not an RC.

Therefore, my working assumption is that Gregor was not originally a Clone Commando, rather he was a 'meat-can' who was selected to become a commando, a bit like Corr.

CC' could mean he was a Captain promoted after the 4,982 commando losses at Geonosis (if we were to work on Legends logic here). 'CC-5576-39' shows he doesn't have a normal RC designation.

Plus, he was a part of the 212th, regular Commandos aren't attached to legions.

Do we like this working theory? '

Warmantle: What Did Tech Take From His Butt?

We were wondering what it was that Tech reached back for and showed to Gregor in "Warmantle." Edited, lightened, brightened, slowed down, etc. I need to get a life. 🤣

It's Gregor's tracking beacon, the thing he hid in the bushes at the beginning.

Omega finds it, hands it to Tech, he puts it in his butt (or near it), and then later at the cell door, that is what Tech produces to prove to Gregor that they are legit.

jason is beaming. he is, in one word. excited. finally, bruce is allowing him to spend time with the justice league, sure, he had seen them a couple of times. but he is there to aid them (even if it’s as cannon fodder, as a distraction in bright colors to the enemy, he doesn’t mind). “is donna around?” the boy lights up, interest peak at the sight of diana. sure, he knows that donna is busy elsewhere, being normal or helping the titans, but he likes the wonder girl. bruce would say he has a crush. he isn’t denying or confirming anything. “or maybe a new wonder girl? because that would be so cool. more people kickin’ criminals asses.” and jason is impacient, one could see in his eyes. when he wasn’t working, he was always like this, aching for a new mission, to do justice, to punish those wicked out of the streets.
