I fully headcanon that if martin went full web avatar he would be fucking terrifying. any other avatar that even BREATHED wrong near jon would be suffocated in web and bled dry. he'd be PROACTIVE. call that man gertrude 2.0 the way he's knocking out avatars left and right. Half of the thing about Web!Martin it's that a genuinely fascinating divergence from canon both as just generally I LOVE exploring things that almost but didn't quite happen in a story and there's a bunch of interestring themes with like agency and manipulation and just because you can see the cards doesn't always mean you can play them. The other half is that Web!Martin is BIG sexy.

This is a dream jon is having. Or rather a nightmare. Can't remember for the life of me who mentioned it, but I saw a post talking about how horribly tragic it would be if jon lost Martin to the web. The very first fear that set him down this path of pain and misery. To then be the same one to take away the last good thing in his life.

i looped not evil from the lego movie while drawing this. ANYWAYY its been a year since i started tma!!!!! my first rendered art of it was webmartin so i thought to celebrate i could remaster it :)

i love tma its held my hand through the last year of my life and i love it dearly !! ive rarely connected so much with a piece of media, especially one that i feel so seen in. thank u martin blackwood for being a fat depressed guy who is super yearned after .

i ALSO did make this a while ago for day 5 bc i thought about web!martin weaving jon a sweater out of spiderwebbing, however i also wanted to make that other drawing so have double the web for today lol
