Hello !! I'm challenging myself by making cookies out of random food/dishes for the fun and as I won't use those OCs I decided to sell them as adoptable :)

This cookie loves organizing events such as birthdays, weddings, etc, they're very joyful and think everyone deserve to have the spotlight, no one do parties like her. She's very optimistic and have a to-do list on everything, including trivial daily tasks !!

I have no idea of who can be interested by it but I had a lot of fun designing them and I hope they will find a new home !

"It's not morning yet. Go back to sleep." Their worlds never met, their problems and pains parted a long time ago, but Nikolai still cared for his wife and didn't want her to stay awake, just because of his insomnia.

He felt her long tired gaze on his back. Rarely did he appeared at home between missions and deployments. Even more rarely did he spent a whole night in their shared bed.

"You should too." Her voice was muffled, distant. Nikolai nodded, but by this time they both knew, he was most likely to watch the sunrise while sitting in the kitchen. It was ok though: he was keeping his problems away from her, and she payed him back in kind.

Nik considered himself lucky: while others struggled through personal dramas and tried to find the love of their life - he just married his best friend. She was everything, he could possibly wish for back then: she was calm about his jokes, did not fall into horror when she saw his wounds after another mission, and overall was quite an eye-catcher. Maybe there was no big feeling, but they both could skip all the pining, awkward courtship and go straight to a calm stable life, with no alarms and no surprises.

It all worked so good, until it didn't. One of these days, he came back home and found it empty. Her belongings were gone, there was a terrifying, almost medical cleanliness everywhere, their bed was made. Only a short note left on his desk: she couldn't live with a mere shadow of a husband, she needed someone, who will be actually there. Fair enough, Nikolai was always away: either risking his head with John Price, or even worse - risking everything alone.

And while he was absolutely understanding of her decision, something deep inside of him crushed to little pieces. Now, when he sat before his table and reread his soon-to-be-ex wifes note, her feelings and the reasoning behind it seemed crystal clear. He clearly wasn't enough from the very start: he didn't organize a beautiful wedding ceremony, he wasn't there, when she was down, wasn't anywhere near to celebrate her triumphs. But it wasn't where the roots of his sorrow were. What crushed this man at that moment was, that he never saw it coming, thinking, they both were equally ok with the situation.

Nikolai went radio silent for a few months after that. Nobody could find him: not John, not his many colleagues and associates. The only way, Price made sure, his friend is still alive is after reaching out to his wife - the only living soul, knowing where the man crawled.

Then Nik reappeared on the base, and it terrified everyone, how calm and seemingly happy he was. Price even tried to lock up with him and a bottle of scotch in his office, but it didn't help - Nikolai still wore an indifferent, calm mask.

"Can't believe, you guys really divorce." Prices voice was a tad crumbly and sore after a whole night of fruitless persuasions.

"Shit happens, Captain. By the way, you'd need an aspirin in an hour or so." Nik was smiling, as if he wasn't the one tortured with endless questions throughout the night.

"To hell your aspirin, I survived much wors-" Price was interrupted with a knock on his door.

"Come in!" Captain hid a bottle and two glasses just before the door opened.

Nikolai was too tired to pay attention to the woman who entered the office. She swept past him like a cold wind, left something on the captain's desk and took away several papers.

"Uh-uh, yes, Nikolai, this is Olga our newest member." Hearing Prices introduction, she automatically turned to Nik and reached out to shake his hand.

"Olga, this is Nikolai, my friend, a man of... many talents. By the way, you two are compatriots - Nik worked for FSB." As soon as these words were spoken, she pulled her hand away as quickly as if Nikolai had burned her. Turning around, she said goodbye to Price and left his office, ignoring Nik.

"Looks like our Sergeant major has a bad morning. Sorry for that," said Price after the door closed after her.

"Forget it, Captain. This little one not approving of me is my last problem right now."

Nikolai just let it slip and forgot about this wind breeze, entering his life, for a few years. They'd become invisible to each other, till Price didn't assign them on the same mission.

Only then, on the way to their destination town, he looked at her face for the first time. And something long forgotten woke up deep inside. Something, he felt long before his marriage. A need, an urge to keep this person safe and happy. He didn't even want her approval at first - just her smile. If it meant, he had to keep a distance - he'd gladly do it.

But in half a year she wakes up panting hard in his hands. Phantom pains. He knows, how it feels. Wounds long healed and forgotten seemed to reappear when he slept. It drove him crazy, it kept him awake many years ago, when he barely slept in a comfy bed with his ex-wife. And now all this was happening to Zhar.

A nervous shiver runs through her body, and she abruptly lifts her head from the pillow. Nikolai immediately wakes up and tries to press her tighter to his chest. Usually this calms her down and lulls her to sleep.

But this time she slips out of his arms and leaves the bedroom. He tries to fall asleep, to return to the sweet bliss in which he lost himself with her in the previous evening, but nothing works. Once again he sees the kitchen in his old apartment, where he suffers from insomnia, and his ex-wife goes to bed. And an invisible wall that is about to destroy their marriage is once again somewhere near. Nikolai feels his hands getting colder at the thought that he could lose Zhar too.

She goes downstairs and pours herself a glass of water. She drinks it greedily and presses her forehead against the cold glass. “No more, please, no more,” she hisses, begging her body to calm down.

"Shh, I'm here, I'm with you, moye nebo." His arms wrap around her, pressing her against his warm chest. She clenches her hands into fists, and he lowers his face to her neck. “I know, my treasure, I know everything. It hurts, it hurts a lot. But you have to go back to bed. I promise you, it will get better.”

He picks her up like she weighs nothing. "Nik, leave me, go to sleep."

"It's not morning yet, you need to rest too, and I'll do everything to make you fall asleep, don't worry." He begins to ascend to the second floor to the bedroom.

“If you want, I will stroke and kiss every centimeter of skin that hurts.” Nikolai lowers her onto the bed and hugs her carefully.

"Or I'll tell boring stories about Price until you fall asleep." He kisses her temples and lips.

“Or I’ll just make you so tired that you won’t be able to lift a finger, my treasure.”

Maybe one day, his quiet life had slipped through his fingers like sand. But Nikolai will not repeat this mistake - not now, not with the love of his life.
