Benes spent most of her life overweight. She was obese as a child, and by the time she was 25, Benes weighed in at 376 lbs.

Such a great book! I am about halfway into this amazing book and I can't recommend it enough! I won't go too much into it, as you need to read this book but @garyjohnbishop does a beautiful job of giving your head a shake with the words he uses and puts things into perspective.
