Mettiti alla prova! Le regole sono semplicissime: anche per quest’anno ti proponiamo una challenge nella challenge… Hai capito bene! Hai una doppia possibilità di partecipare alla gara di lettura. Puoi aderire alla challenge completa con tutte e 50 le voci individuate, oppure puoi scegliere la challenge mensile, più breve, con 12 voci tante quante sono i mesi dell’anno, disposte in modo casuale accanto ad alcune missioni della sfida. Come funziona? Innanzitutto, bisogna dichiarare il proprio intento all’inizio della challenge e non si può modificare in corso d’opera la propria decisione. Chi partecipa alla challenge “breve” non può aderire a quella classica, più lunga, mentre tale vincolo non vale per chi decide di partecipare alla challenge delle 50 voci, dovendo naturalmente coprirle tutte. Per la sfida breve e anche per quella lunga, inoltre, il libro deve essere letto necessariamente nel mese di riferimento.

Puoi leggere un libro di qualsiasi genere, edizione, formato (anche digitale) e lingua, purché soddisfi il compito assegnato. Iscriviti inoltrando una e-mail all'indirizzo info@bibliotecasanvalentino.it e com'è facile immaginare la #BiblioSanValeChallengeBook2024 avrà inizio a partire dal 1° gennaio 2024 e si concluderà il 31 dicembre 2024. Insomma, ci aspettano dodici mesi di letture, avventure, scoperte... in compagnia degli amici più fidati di sempre: i libri!

Ricorda: - ogni libro letto ricopre una sola spunta della challenge; - si può decidere liberamente se applicare una spunta a inizio o fine lettura (se in corso di lettura cambiate decisione sulla spunta effettuata è possibile modificarla); - non è possibile, invece, modificare le spunte già effettuate da tempo per ricoprire più categorie possibili; - ogni sfida è superata esclusivamente con un libro letto nel 2024.

❓What is a book you think about often? It's Friday, I don't do reviews on Fridays, mostly challenges and other fun stuff. Today I want to participate in #lastimpressionchallenge , @dustjacket_fullofmonsters did it before and I liked the idea.   📘A book you think about often: Beartown by Fredrik Backman. Such a deep story exploring so many important questions, all in one book. The second book in this series - Us Against You - also is really thought-provoking and I can't wait to read the final one this autumn.   📖A quote that stood out: Always this one - “The question,’ she replied, ‘is not whether you will love, hurt, dream, and die. It is what you will love, why you will hurt, when you will dream, and how you will die. This is your choice. You cannot pick the destination, only the path.”  ― Brandon Sanderson, Oathbringer   🎞A book that you want as a tv/film adaptation: Mistborn by Brandon Sanderson. The magic system in this series is so good for adaptation, it could look amazing on screen. I believe it can be a revolution and another fantasy breakthrough if it is done correctly.   📚A book you want to re-read: Oh, it's really my big problem, not only with books - I want to re-read the whole series. The realm of Elderlings, The Wheel of Time, The Chronicles of Amber are on top for me.   💡A book you want to read based on reviews: There are many of them on my TBR too. But The City of Brass and Jade City are stood out for me.
