Hehe some table headcanons mainly regarding Pennsylvania !! (Maybe with other states too)

Kinda some whack ass family tree but mainly it's based off of history

hc #1: PA was the middle child of New Jersey and New York—pretty much it's New York, Pennsylvania, New Jersey (oldest to youngest)

hc #2: Penn actually loved his son, Gov. But he didn't understand how to raise him like a *real* parent due to the fact he kinda "abandoned" Delaware (really he just left Delaware with Maryland) since he had no actual idea what to do and besides this was the very early 18th century. He wasn't abusive or anything—he just raised Gov like how he was raised but a little different plus he literally was young at the time, so he was trying his best.

hc #3: yes this correlates to hc #2 but Penn is the father of Delaware (based off of Delaware splitting from Pennsylvania in the 18th century) but he never really recognizes Delaware as his biological son—instead he just treats him like any other state.

hc #4: Pennsylvania is trans and intersex cuz I love sticking to that hc that ive had for years

hc #5: New York and Vermont are biologically related—father and son. (based off of how Vermont split off of New York)

hc #6: Pennsylvania has boatloads of trauma and I mean BOATLOADS (same with the other og 13)

hc #7: Penn has a shitload of scarring—and there's some scarring on his face that's actually radioactive burns (based off of the incident of Three Mile Island which was near the capital of Harrisburg) but he has long hair so it covers up most of the burns—and also about burns, he also has burn marks in general due to Centralia—not as bad as California's burns but Penn's burns do tend to worsen and sometimes more may come in since Centralia is *still* burning and it's burning 75 feet per year.

hc #8: PA has really bad asthma attacks cause of how he used to work in the anthracite mines

hc #9: Penn has a HUGE collection of miniature trains and he just loves visiting train museums. That's all.
