Random question but do you prefer to call idols by their stage name or their real name? Like haechan vs donghyuck etc. or does it change depending on who it is?

I think it really depends on who it is. With NCT I usually call Haechan that instead of Donghyuck tho, with Lucas I switch back and forth in my head and in fics with calling him Lucas Yukhei or Xuxi, and then like with WinWin sometimes I want to call him Sicheng other times just WinWin, and I stick to calling Ten just that. With Seventeen for example I usually use their real names because when I first got into them a lot of the people I was following would use their real names. With BTS I almost always called them by their real names. Funny enough with Pentagon it goes about 50/50 like I have never used Hui’s real name, but with Yeo One and Kino I often have found that I switch back and forth, and with E’Dawn/Dawn I tended to use his real name (Hyojong) more until he left the group and now I refer to him as Dawn more? 

And obviously if an idol has expressed that they would prefer to be called by a certain name rather than the other one, that’s the one that I usually call them by, like Day6′s Young K made it clear he didn’t like people calling him Brian, even though when I was first getting into Day6 that’s the name I knew him by because everyone called him that, but I went with Young K because that’s what he said he wanted

BRUH YOU DON’T EVEN KNOW! Mimi is a dream role for me tbh. Love Renee Elise Goldsberry to death. In my RENT!AU that I wrote last winter, I didn’t even include pentagon since I don’t know them too well. However, I know their voices pretty well since they’re really distinct. So most of my casting will rely on that aspect.

So for Mark, I’d probably go with Jinho since it’s one of the most major roles and he already has experience acting on stage. (I forget which productions tho) and has a unique charm that I think naturally shines on stage but it also his height/lack thereof helps to push more of that underdog aspect I see in Mark’s character.

Roger HAS to be Hui. The voice! The power. HE HAS THE RANGE, DARLING. And that’s kind of funny since in my AU, E’Dawn played that part. (Wild guess of whomst Mimi was) I don’t know if he can actually play guitar, but if so that’d be a great bonus! I also think his figure matches the character well.

Mimi if she were played by a PTG boy....(I get Kino and Hongseok mixed up so badly, help) I think it’s Kino I’m thinking of. IDK why, but has like this natural seductiveness about him even though he is one of the softer members at least to me which are key points in Mimi’s characterization. The ferocity of having to fend for herself in New York but the vulnerability she lets herself have when opening her heart up to Roger.

As for Tom Collins III, Wooseok. Why? Eyes. Eyes, eyes, eyes. There is so much power in his eyes. They’re naturally sad and are filled with so much love for his other members, so I think it’d come across well if he was playing the anarchist computer teacher. I easily imagine him crooning to “Santa Fe” on a subway.

Angel (ok lemme cry for a bit...ok we good) Hongseok...I think. I believe he’s gained a lot of confidence rather quickly and is very good at projecting that to the public when he needs to. Although I would love to see Yuto’s legs in a dress, I am looking more at androgeny and comfort in trying new things. Again, don’t know the boys too well, but this is what I’ve gathered from what I have seen.

Second for Angel is Yanan because I would die if he did that part. Face, voice, charm. All there. All Angel.

Benny? Yuto. He always seems so done with the other members imo and in concept pictures he has a condeided air about him? Idk if that’s just me, but even though I find him rather goofy, he could play the main yuppie of the musical rather well and naturally.

(DISCLAIMER: For these last two, I’m talking about members I REALLY don’t know, so pls cut me some slack. I know their music more than their personalities. 90% looks, 10% inferrencing from kprofile facts)

Now for our butch lesbian queen. Yeo One as Joanne. He seems sweet enough but also like he won’t put up with anyone’s shit. So, like Joanne, he can get along with just about anyone but will also be quick to speak up when he feels wronged. Has standards.

That leaves Shinwon as Maureen. So, I was gonna have him as Joanne, however. I read the following facts from kprofile and knew he would be a natural fit for this role out of the last two members.

Like, c’mon now. If that’s NOT Maureen, throw me into a well or something.

(Candy corn for Angel because her fave holiday is Halloween) That took forever to write because I kept second guessing myself on the members I didn’t know as well as Dawn, Hui, and Jinho and for the “twins” I hope I wasn’t too off base with some of my inferences and guesses. There’s loads of nice video guides out there that would do a way better jobs at descriptions than I would, so I’ll just keep mine short and simple!

First of all, very generally speaking, Pentagon is a group under Cube Entertainment and was formed as part of the show ‘Pentagon Maker’. In this survival style show, 10 talented boys trained to improve each facet of the pentagon chart. After some useless tomfoolery of eliminating members, all 10 of them debuted together in 2016.

Currently Pentagon has 9 members. I see that you’re already in the kpop community, so you might’ve heard about the Hyuna and Hyojong dating debacle already. Long story short; we love Hyojong and we miss him. (In this house we support Hyuna and Hyojong)

„Meeting Hyun-ah was an important event in my life.“- Bicksancho Korean producer

Kim Tae Ho ( known as BickSancho) is Korean producer and compositor. He made a lots of hit songs we enjoy and today.

He is part of TVXQ`s 15th special mini album NEW CHAPTER NO.2: The Truth of Love, with writing the song Morning Sun. In addition, he often shares his ideas with Hyuna and works together not only as colleagues but also as friends. Thus, in 2017 RetroFuture hit by Hyun-ah, Hui and E’Dawn, and their project was titled Triple H.

What Kim Tho Ho has told us about him and his work with the biggest stars in the Korean pop industry will find out below:

1.Firstly, please introduce yourself.

It is my honor to have an interview with you. My name is Bicksancho, K-pop producer. There are many other songs including <Hyunah – red>, <4Minute – Crazy> and <(G)IDLE – LATATA and HANN>.

2.Is it difficult to write songs? What inspires you?

It’s always hard to make songs. The more I depend on something to be inspired, the harder it becomes. So I’m usually inspired by artists and sometimes ideas just pop up during small talks with artists. Movies and dramas help me too.

3 When did you start to write songs and what was your dream as child? Is your dream true in nowdays?

The first time I wrote a song was in college. When I was a lil boy, my dream was to be a cartoonist.

However, when I turned to 15 years old and met bass guitar, I fell in love with music. I started to dream of becoming a producer and to some extent my dream became true. There’s still work to be done though.

4.We catched that you both with Hyuna are working at new Hyuna`s single. Can you share with us what to expect in the future ?

Working with Hyuna is less like work, and more like hanging out with friends.

e weren’t planning on specifically using this for an album; we were just having fun throwing ideas around. So we’ve made a few songs, but unfortunately I can’t say if or when they’ll be released and what kind of songs they are.

5. When did you came part of Ymmy Tone?

Yummytone is my new production team which I found after leaving Cube Entertainment in April 2018. It will be a year already in 3 months.

6. Is there a celebrity you want to work in the future?

Hong Jin Young. I’m a big fan. lol

7.What do you think is your greatest achievement?

LATATA has been my biggest achievement in recent activities. (G) IDLE won the rookie award at various awards. But meeting Hyun-ah was an important event in my life. She’s always a thankful artist to me.

8.You are a part of TVXQ 15th aniverssay  special mini album, right?  Please, share with us are there any difficults during the writing and progressing. How was the working with the members of TVXQ?

It was a great honor to write a song for TVXQ, the best idol. Especially, Yunho was the same age as me, so I felt something new.

They loved my songs so much.I was respectful and grateful to them for their best recording. It was very meaningful work. I want to work with them again.

9. As a compositor, which is your favourite song?

My tracks? I like CLC-Yaya the best of all my songs. I had so much fun working alone. But I like songs that I didn’t sell the most.Ha ha.

And among the K-pop I heard recently, I loved Jenny’s solo.

10.How do you spend your free time?

I enjoy fishing, playing video games, or watching Netflix. But what I love the most is to just lie down and relax.

11.In our country, Bulgaria, there are a lots of talanted people who show their dancing and singing skills on GO TO KOREA FESTIVAL every year. Last year our kpop dance cover boy group TOXIC won the competition and went to Korea. What would you wish to our Bulgarian young  people who want to conitue with music in their life?

I hope that you don’t give up and keep challenging yourselves. There are so many people who train or want to become idols. It’s cut-throat competition and requires constant practice, but so few actually debut. It’s definitely not easy. These days there are more opportunities through YouTube and social media, so if you enjoy it and work hard you can make your dreams come true. The most important thing is skill.

Was it really neccessary?

I... guess I will probably get a lot of hate but I just want to share my (unpopular) opinion... and that is: maybe it could have been better to not announce the relationship.

The thing is... I was really glad that Hyuna and E’Dawn decided to not hide their long relationship anymore. I admire them for gathering the courage to announce it. But my feelings were very bitter-sweet.

I knew that from that moment, things will fuck up a lot. Like... no one could think that nothing would happen, that they would live forever in love and happy without some shit happening around. I was afraid that things would go downfall and that they would have to leave. But thought that such scenario wouldn’t happen.

... and well. It did. One must have expect it, even tho the one would not want to believe it. First the reaction of fans, which were sometimes very bad. But well... that is how they see it there and I wish it would change (and I hope that after this whole thing maybe people would reflect on it a bit and that the public view on it can get better). Again... it was expected that fans would react like this. They always react like this, hating the person, wishing them to leave the company, wating from them apologize for basically living their life freely.

Then the thing Cube did... they definitely did it because of the fans’ pressure but that does not justify their dealing with the situation. Kicking them without discussing it first with the two of them. Like what they could expect from it? That everyone would love them for kicking out one of their very known female artist and the member of Pentagon who is, actually the main reason why people know about Pentagon? (note: I am not downgrading the rest of members, but I just know from all kinds of videos or from friends that despite not knowing Pentagon, they know that one small blonde - usually - rapper; his style and face was easy to memorize and he was many times the reason why people decided to stan Pentagon in the first place).

So it was definite that Hyuna would just leave on her own. I was not sure about E’Dawn. First they left him out from their latest promotions... I felt that something was wrong already. I did not have good feeling about it but thought that maybe they will discuss it through.

Anyway. As I said. The thing they decided to stand up for themselves and decide to announce their relationship... I cannot say I hate them for this. I am glad that they were this brave. But the rational side of me is stronger at this moment... wondering if it was worth it. I feel like they totally did not care about what would happen. They had Triple H... left Hui practically behind. Pentagon was getting more and more popular, they always looked like one big family... suddenly they lose one of their precious and important member...

... of course, I cannot see what was happening inside the Cube. So I am telling to myself that they discussed it with the rest of Pentagon before announcing it. That they wanted to know what is their point of view and if they would be okay, if worst case scenario happens and E’Dawn would have to leave... I really hope that sth like this happened. And that members are happy for them and told them to go on and announce it.

To wrap it up, I hope that they will still be in touch. That it maybe means that Pentagon will be now only 9 members group, but that in real life they will still be 10 as they were for past two years. And I also wish Hyuna’s and E’Dawn’s relationship to last long, so they do not feel bad about this whole thing that it wasn’t actually worth it. However, it won’t change my mind that they should probably keep it secret.

I decided to play more games with my mom. I originally only did the first one with her but kept thinking of funny questions, so I kept adding on lol. 10 reasons why you should stan Pentagon

1-Have you fucken heard their voices?

If heaven…or honey… or maybe even a sunset could have voices, I’m 101% sure it would sound exactly like Pentagon’s voices. I’m aware that if they are k-pop idols, they must have nice voices. But in the case of Pentagon… It’s as if God’s took the voices of a thousand angels and transferred those into Pentagon’s members throat. Am I exaggerating?  11/10 universe will agree.

2- Genius composers

Ok let’s be real. Every single one of their songs are bops, and some of them were written by Pentagon’s members. Hui, E’dawn and Wooseok are writers and composers that put their hearts and soul into their songs and it makes them even more touching. In their new EP (Ceremony), the song “To Universe” was written by Hui, E’dawn, Wooseok and Yuto. It makes it so genuinely pure-hearted that Pentagon are the one that wrote this special song to their Universe.

One of my personal favorite is “Thank you”. You know, those songs that you hear for the first time and you just cry? Or the songs that you share with all your friends because it is just, so beautifully executed. “Thank you” is one of them.

Can we also talk about this magnificent poem from Yan An, it’s truly wonderful. A work of art. Wisdom in its purest form. Enjoy.

4- The relationship between Hui and E’dawn

*I ain’t shipping anyone*

Hui and E’dawn have always been best friends and their relationship is definitely goals! I’m not lying, E’dawn even got Hui a friendship ring during pentagon maker. (The fact that it was saying “I love Dawn” made me choke on my coffee tbh). The chemistry can easily be sensed from thousand miles away. And that time when Hui had to choose between two groups, one with E’dawn as leader and one with Jinho as leader. He looked so torn apart by the decision! He still took part in E’dawn team (obviously).

Their time in Triple H surely made their bond stronger! They had loooooooooots of fluffy times together in the making of the “365 so fresh” MV!

5- They had the very first survival show that didn’t trigger me and made me want to throw myself from the 6th floor

Produce 101 who? No mercy who? MIX&MATCH WHO??? Never heard of those. My only religion is Pentagon Maker. Seriously though… *SPOILER ALERT* They started with 10 members “fighting” to earn their places in Pentagon and can debut and ALL 10 OF THEM WERE ABLE TO DEBUT! How super cool is that? The only thing I did watching this show is laugh, laugh and laugh again( and cry a bit lol)! I didn’t have to worry about Idol having their dream crushed in million pieces #fuckmnetamIright.

6- They have the prettiest and most genuine smiles.

8- Jinho is a level 1000 stealth master

They don’t call him “small hyung” for no reason! He is so small that during performences when he is in the back, we can barely see him. Even cameramen can’t seem to get accustomed to his stealth technics. Still, I’m probably 102% sure he doesn’t appreciate being call small and cute all the time since he is still a hyung. So, this morning I found out that I did not pass the test to enter University. There were 400 seats(?) and I was number 409. But I’m not too grumpy about it, because being number 409 out of 1703 is pretty good.

Anyway, to distract myself for a bit I’ve decided to start a series of posts I hope you will like.

Non-Kpop fans’ first impressions of K-pop songs

I asked some friends of mine (non-Kpop fans) to watch some videos and performances of K-pop idols and groups and to tell me their first impressions, because I love to hear the opinions of non-k-pop fans. How am I going to proceed? I’m going to translate my friends messages and put them here. Simple.

This series will start with my dear friend Angelica, the one who actually directed me towards K-pop 5 years ago. She was a k-pop fan back then so she is familiar with the genre, but isn't in the fandom anymore.

QUICK DISCLAIMER (I don’t know if it is needed, but I’ll write it anyway). Everyone has its taste and everyone’s tastes must be respected. So don’t feel attacked if the person who watched the videos did not like a song you love. I love all these songs and artists, so.

Triple H ~ “365 Fresh” • "The rhythm is really catchy, the girl is hot af and I guess all three of their names start with H, which makes their group name pretty cute. Surely the videos changed a lot since when I was in the fandom LoL. The fact that I do not understand the language kinda weirds me out, but it seems to me that the song doesn’t really get along with the meaning of the video... well, I don’t really know HAHAHAH. Plus, the blond one with the black shirt [she’s talking about E’Dawn] looks like Light Yagami (from Death Note) aw, hot patootie.”

CL ~ “Lifted” • “Okay. American style and it shows. She’s really cute, but I feel like she’s trying to be a Korean Nicki Minaj and idk, it looses something because it doesn’t seem like her style. I WANT THAT GUN HAIR CLIP. I don’t really like the song, it sound too repetitive for my taste.”

DEAN ft. Zico ~ “Pour Up” • “UH I LIKE THIS ONE. Nice suit + shoes [She’s referring to DEAN]. Nice start, even tho he switches from hot guy on the plane to Taylor Swift on Blank Space’s stairs LOL. The girl with the black and white dress reminds me of a deodorant commercial LMFAO. BTW the red suit is sooo nice, I really like it. I just noticed that this guy [always DEAN] makes me think about Malec’s son LMFAO [she’s talking about Shadowhunters], but the black hat does not suit him at all. I really like the song, I don’t understand the words obviously, but t’s really nice on the ears”

K.A.R.D ~ “Hola Hola” • “They couldn’t have done a video more American than this one. OMG THOSE GIRLS OMG THEY ARE SO BEAUTIFUL. I love the pairings Boy/Girl, but PLS we know you are all GAYFOREACHOTHER. The song is nice, but not one of those that make me say OMG I have to listen to it again. More like “meh, I’ll put it on my Ipod and if I listen to it it will be okay. P.S. Why do everyone look like Light Yagami?! [She was talking about J.Seph if I remember correctly]”

Heize ~ “Don’t know you” • “About this video I have to say that I’m against violence on teddy bears, because I’d love to stuff my bedroom of teddy bears. I don’t really like her, the way she speaks/raps makes me think about Manuel Agnelli [an Italian alternative rock musician] rapping and singing in Korean with autotune to have his voice more feminine. About the rest... I LOVE THE PINK OUTFIT.”

Jay Park ~ “Aquaman” [Let’s be real, I had her listen to this song because it makes me laugh so much] • "OMG the title already is cracking me up, more because you told me about the content of the song. Koreans speaking English remind me a lot of Spanish people speaking French lol. I too want the car with the pool. So comfy during Summer. I don’t know if the singer wants to be himself or a mix of Derulo, Pitbull and Bruno Mars (because of the height, he looks like a smurf near those super tall models). The girls are all so hot, but I don’t like the song. Sorry, but it’s not my genre.”

BIGBANG ~ “Fxxk It” She knew them already, she was a big fan back then, but hadn’t heard this song. • “OMG BABIES! WHAT HAPPENED?! This song was released in 2016, mh, I feel old [she’s a ‘97 liner like me]. GD I LOVE YOU. I’m so loving this song. I love BIGBANG, my beautiful babies. OMG TOP’S VOICE (and the pink hair, I loove it). I really really like it! Definitely the song I liked the best till now. And also, I love those outfits *^*”

EXO ~ “Power” • "The intro is so funny it makes me laugh, but the moment the song started I found myself bouncing my head. I love that Koreans never grow old, so lovely. But they’re super cute and the special effects make me laugh, this video brightened my mood. HOORAY FOR EXO.”

BLACKPINK ~ “Boombayah” • "I’m love. But why do I even tell you. These girls are sooooo hot. This song too is super catchy and the outfits are 100% on point. L O V E I T. And probably the chorus won’t leave my head for the next hundred of years LMFAO.”

kpop recs

okaaay so i was bored and wanted to procrastinate so i thought why not??? keep in mind that this list isn’t exhaustive and there are probably more recs out there but here are just some of my favorites + why i would rec them!! a lot of the recs are on the popular side of things too but i also tried putting in groups that not everyone know of / listen to already ( i put the more popular groups down the bottom btw ).

day6: day6!!!! day6!!! i got into them like over a year after their debut lmao so i was a lil late but damn am i glad that i started listening to them?? they’re more krock than kpop probably but honestly....pls listen to day6.... a lot of people have been saying that some of their songs feel like anime intros too and i would agree?? like some of their songs would fit v v well into shonen anime intros tbh esp probs like sports anime? ANYWAY, they have a variety of songs like they have different sounds for some of their things but i think they still have a v distinctive day6 feel it’s just a matter of preference which sort of sound you like better? honestly, i would rec all their songs but i think for the purpose of this list my rec for them would be letting go (놓아 놓아 놓아). even without context the music video feels so Raw and Deep too imo but...with context lmao they left a keyboard untouched whenever there are scenes of them playing as a band and that’s bc one of their members left and that always makes me emotional. also, congratulations was their debut and you were beautiful is a continuation of that mv wise which i think is cool af. personal rec though? both tracks from the every day6 march ( how can i say is the title track for that one ). 

dreamcatcher: ok so as i write this they’ve only debuted like a couple of months ago but goddamn i love their concept. here’s a fun fact: they debuted on friday the 13th with a song and mv bearing a horror concept which is??? sick af??? their debut mv chase me basically is about the girls as ghosts haunting this place and it is SO COOL. ofc tho, trigger warning for horror!! i believe that the mv is part of the trilogy, and here is the second part of it called good night. the chase me mv i think is the BEST but i really really love good night as a song too. also !! they have rock sounds which is really cool!! ( also, pls listen to yoohyeon, sua and siyeon covering winner’s really really. )

laboum: MY GIRLS WHO DESERVE SO MUCH. i....honestly don’t even know what to rec for this list just bc i like everything they’ve done?? some i do like more than others though, but i think it also kind of depends on your taste and what you like?? if you like kinda like that cute concept then i would def recommend shooting love?? honestly, i myself am kind of like...picky about cute ish concepts just bc a lot of them seem to blur together but i really like shooting love?? it’s such a fun mv and is such a bop. if you’re here for something slower, though, give fresh adventure a listen. and pls support their latest mv ( as i write this ) hwi hwi which is such a catchy song i’m crying.

loona: they’re doing this thing where they’re releasing info about a member every month this year and they’re letting their members come up with a debut song and mv one by one until all their members are out to public. i think it’s a really cool concept too and they seem really really promising. i would recommend watching each of their individual debut mvs ( hyunjin’s around you is my favorite, but watch them all tbh ) and i still can’t get over how much i love their mv ( not featuring all their members tho as not everyone is “released” yet ) love & live.

pentagon: i....love them??? HONESTLY i have no idea what it is about them that makes me love them so much?? sometimes i’m like pls @ them but i really love them and i think their debut was really Solid too?? it’s an mv called gorilla and it just....really impressed me for a debut mv?? their second title track is called can you feel it and they also they have a super cute mv called pretty pretty lmaooo. in their second ep though ( five senses, with can you feel it as title track ) i really like the song engine!! if you like slower and chiller songs, give beautiful a listen too. the mv isn’t like a Spectacular concept or anything but i just love these boys and how much of cute losers they are.

kard: as i’m writing this they have currently not yet debuted but !! they released three project singles that are all such BOPS HONESTLY. kard is a coed kpop group with some really cool sounds. i’m just gonna list all three project singles here because i def think you should listen to all of them esp bc they’re kind of a trilogy song wise?? their first one is oh nana, followed by don’t recall ( a personal fave ) and their most recent one is called rumor. there are v interesting fan theories about the mvs too, especially for don’t recall.

triple h: they’re a project unit featuring hyuna and pentagon’s hui & e’dawn and their debut is!! really something!! their debut mv is called 365 fresh and holy fuuuck. trigger warning for blood, bruises, violence, murder and suicide, though, so please keep that in mind if you plan on watching. if not, the song in itself is such a Fresh song. i love the entire vibe of their entire 199x ep too.

vixx: kings of dance and vocals, ngl. i swear that they just get better and better and better and every time they have a comeback ever since like chained up they just get even fucking better somehow??? fantasy i really really love too and for the longest time it was my favorite song of theirs but then they recently dropped shangri la which is honestly....quite Something Else. i have admittedly not listened to many of their non title tracks either but i really like black out!!

f(x): i’ll be honest and say that i haven’t really listened to much of f(x) other than their 4 walls era but i love that era?? i love the mv to 4 walls too and i would 10/10 rec it. though honestly pls give the entire album a listen and personally, my favorite song from the album is deja vu.

blackpink: goddamn these girls got popular real quick. honestly one of my fave girl groups though I LOVE THEM SO MUCH and though boombayah i think is officially their debut mv whistle is honestly such a bop and also has a bomb ass music video?? their other two mvs playing with fire and stay are also sick af i just really love them. they got the #aesthetic.

seventeen: i’m just gonna keep this short bc i don’t think i know nearly enough about svt just yet but mansae is suuuch a fun mv imo as a whole group that’s their best mv just because it was really fun?? the song is super catchy too. but give their hip hop unit’s check in a listen too bc it’s Iconic tbh.

bts: they honestly deserve the hype they get?? so much?? you’ve most likely already heard about them but if you’re not into them yet or have yet to listen to a song and don’t know where to start my number one rec is blood, sweat and tears — which is also what got me into them — ( and here’s the japanese ver but keep in mind there are triggers for blood, murder & allusions to drugs, i like to think that the japanese ver is an alternate universe/continuation of the korean one and there are lots of theories on this that you can read up ). althouuugh bst especially the mv would set your standards very high i think?? but honestly....that’s a Must Watch if ur getting into bts. i know that it’s already v popular but it really really deserves the attention it gets imo. BUT the entire wings era is worth listening to and also pls listen to all their solos in the wings album ( my personal favorite is rap monster’s reflection ).

red velvet: probably another name that pops up a lot too and they have a really interesting concept tbh?? they have like this duality where red is like a more playful and fun concept and velvet is more classy and elegant in a way?? dumb dumb is a really fun example of the red concept and be natural for velvet!! russian roulette seems like a hit or miss for people too but i think the song is really cute!!

exo: again, who hasn’t heard of them?? monster was a Hit and deservingly so too. i honestly really really love the entire lotto / ex’act album too and i especially really like can’t bring me down from the album. but honestly, as much as how big of a hit monster ( and some of their other mvs like overdose and call me baby, amongst many others are huge hits too ) was, i think my favorite mv they did was sing for you. boy that made me feel things?? many fans speculate that the mv was kind of a tribute to kris, luhan and tao ( three members who left ) too and that made me even more !!! about it. ALSO ALSO they have a sub unit called exo cbx and i just rec everything cbx does tbh but before they became an official sub unit they did this song as an ost for a kdrama and i LOVE it so much it’s called for you.

got7: another really popular group so imma try not talk too much about them but honestly...i think just right is p much an insight into got7′s personality LMAO aka adorable losers. everyone loves all three of their flight log trilogy eras too but my favorite is the flight log: turbulence era. hard carry is a masterpiece that i keep on coming back to and skyway is my other favorite song on the album, followed by boom x3.

bigbang: i’m not even gonna get into this one because chances are you’ve heard fantastic baby or bang bang bang. listen to anything in their made album, basically. but i’m just gonna leave last dance here it was a Masterpiece.

2ne1: a disbanded group, which is really sad lmao. you’ve probably heard i am the best too but i just wanna rec come back home and falling in love. 2ne1 was what got me into kpop in the first place too and i love them.

soloists: i’m too lazy to link all the mvs and all but look into seo inguk, kim chungha, lim kim, ailee, lee hi, park jimin ( of 15& ), amber liu, kisum, dean, heize and i’m probably missing a lot of people.
