Trying to spread some positivity in the OC community today, so: tell me ten random facts about Mira! Whatever fun little tidits you can think of, tell us about them!! <3

Oh yass, thank you for dropping this in my ask - I am so sorry that it took me 84 years to reply^^' 🥰

1. Mira's mum died a few days after giving birth to her daughter. It wasn't the easiest of births and by the time they finally made it to port there wasn't anything to be done for her anymore.

2. Her father never once considered letting Mira grow up anywhere other than on board the Oro Jackson, he even took a wet nurse on board to make sure she was cared for in the best possible way.

3. Roger found Shanks (and Buggy) shortly after learning that he was gonna be a father and all possible canon plot relations aside also loved the idea of his "little mate" growing up with friends "his own age" on board. Oh well... xD

4. Mira gets abducted when she is around 13-14 while she's on a secret unsupervised night out with Shanks and Buggy. Sick and tired of the whole crew watching her like hawks and treating her like some kind of precious cargo, she talked the boys into this. The guilt they carry over this - and the constant cycle of blaming each other for it - puts a strain on their friendship that might have ended up completely destroying it had Mira not returned.

5. The Mystical Zoan fruit wasn't actually part of the original plan Cipherpol had for Mira. It was only over the course of her imprisonment and (vaguely Red Room-esque) torture/training that someone thought it would add an excellent touch to what they were trying to turn her into.

6. She very probably inherited her father's Haki powers, but so far the combination with her devil fruit makes it so that they present in very distinctive ways (for example, the way her siren voice will make people bend to her will could be seen as being directly related to Haoshoku Haki).

7. Mira's mermaid scales are a mix of different shades of sea green and gold and her eyes take on a gold hue when she's using her power. She choses not to alter her appearance in her day to day life, but one thing she wasn't able to "turn off" ever since she came back is an iridescent sheen where the light hits her skin, which mimicks the sea green and gold hues of her scales.

8. Due to her devil fruit's paradox nature Mira would still drown in the ocean - honorig the more supersticious approach of the ocean rejecting those who ate a devil fruit - but in bodies of fresh water she can actually transform into full mermaid form, including gills to breathe underwater. (She hardly ever does this, as the full transformation is such a rush that she fears it might become addictive. It is however a sight to behold and when Shanks finally sees her like this, he understands why the sailors from the tales he grew up on would go to their certain deaths for a creature like this.)

9. I am still not 100% over the idea of a form of mermaid-y mating bond between her and Shanks, just because the obsessive, soulmatey, feral aspect of it makes me go... well, feral. I am however still not sure how I would wanna go about it, because a) she is not an actual mermaid and b) I am putting them through The Horrors™️ and those include a fecking long time of involuntary separation, which in like 97% of mating bond scenarios would mean near certain death where I just want maximum sadness ^^' (if you have ideas / suggestions feel free to hit me up, this is definitely not my usual trope and I have little to no idea what I am doing xD)

10. Mira gets Mihawk to take her to Shanks when their daughter goes missing.

BONUS - I am full on determined to make the timeline my bitch. I want Mira and Shanks to be older than they'd be in canon when Roger dies, but I also want their daughter to be around 18yrs old when she meets the straw hats. Yes, it doesn’t add up with the canon timeline and I am making a hellish effort to ignore this even though it kills me not to obsess over every little detail until it squashes all my passion 😬

Yay, I’m glad you’re feeling better!  I’ve still got some time before work, so have a few more thoughts.  :D

First, re: Laura’s age, I’m pretty sure that if she was allowed to legally take Derek (16 at best at the time) with her to NY (which I assume she was or I’m sure it would have been mentioned by either Stiles or Noah), she would have had to be at least 18, possibly 21 at the time (I think that might vary state to state, I know 18 is CA legal age for sex) that they left (and she wouldn’t have been able to access their money if she was wanted for kidnapping - leather jackets and Camaros don’t grow on trees).  Also, if there’s approx. 6 years between Cora and Derek, there’s no reason there couldn’t have been as many between Laura and Derek.  And even if she was young when they left, to leave him there alone for SIX YEARS?  Yeah, she’s definitely got some explaining to do.

And maybe the wolf only physically manifests when he’s by himself?  Or later on, only with pack mates he fully trusts?

And, omg, I LOVE the idea of the other dad being Noah this time (as long as Claudia was okay with it, though lbr, she probably actively encouraged it), if only for the look on Jackson’s face when he finds out both who his other parent is and who his half-sibling is.  XD

Not sure how I feel about Theo as a lost Hale.  I haven’t really seen any episodes with him, so most of what I know is through tumblr and fanfic.  The general impression I got was that in some ways he was the most genuinely amoral NE type character on the show (most of the others skewed much more chaotic to me), which could make for some REAL interesting drama.

Oh man, I can just see them all meeting up at like a library or maybe an empty classroom because they’ve been down to the vault, and they start talking about the evidence they have so far, and Peter just starts going off on a rant explaining everything he’s learned, and in the middle of it he notices that there’s a fish tank in the room and just grabs a fish out of it and swallows it whole mid-explanation.  Everyone is mildly freaked out and doesn’t quite know how to react until finally Noah and/or Chris go over to stand in front of the tank before he passes by again to keep him from reaching in again.  XD

18 seems to be the legal age for sibling guardianship in the US from what I could find in a quick Google search. So she would have to be at least that. Which would still make her a teenager herself but she could also have been older. I’m also not saying I agree with what Laura did just that I can see why, even if I think it’s shitty and that it’s absolutely cause for what Peter did in S1.

I honestly think that the only Hale that was acting out of malicious/ less than good intent was Talia herself and that the rest of the Hales were just unfortunate results of their circumstances. Laura abandoned her uncle to protect her brother and take him away, which is inexcusable but understandable in her situation, Derek had to go along with her because he was a minor. They also just both lost most of their family including both parents and (as far as they knew) their sister. Laura’s biggest flaw in this case was not returning to Beacon Hills for her Uncle when the situation was safe for her to do so. Which could have prevented a lot of blood shed. And honestly, I feel like she should atone for that. She messed up big time on that one.

I like the idea of the wolf only physically manifesting when Peter is alone, or later only around the rest of the pack. Bonus points if no one can figure out WHY it is happening. Was it the fire? Is it Peter’s way of becoming evolved? No one knows.

Jackson has a fucking aneurysm when he finds out. There’s a lot of yelling and bitching and whining and snapping. But eventually, when months pass and threats rise, Jackson is also the first to defend Stiles, Liam, and Noah whenever they’re threatened. Malia is far more the type of person to sit back and watch what happens and doesn’t really mind her newfound family too much. She’s still adjusting to not being a coyote.

Claudia definitely knew, actually, I like to think she was the one who pushed Noah to go ask that hot piece of ass out. And although she and Peter had no romantic feelings for one another their relationship eventually evolved into a more best friends with benefits territory where they’d keep each other warm in bed before Noah got home and took care of Stiles together after Stiles was born but they never dated or felt romantic love to one another. 

For this scenario I’m keeping Stiles’s canon birth date as April 8th and putting Jackson’s birthdate as Malia’s on Nov 28th. Because that way Peter got pregnant when Claudia was 8 months pregnant. By the time Peter found out he was pregnant six weeks would have passed, Stiles would have been born and not long after Peter would have been kept away by Talia. (How she kept him away I’m not sure yet, but I’m sure she broke Peter, Claudia, and Noah’s hearts in one fell swoop.)

I do have to admit that was more like an after thought, and I don’t have much with Theo other than; I like his visuals as in looks. So I just also might not do that and just keep it at that.

Honestly I just like writing family dramas with surprise kids, ahhahaha, idk why, it’s just my thing I guess.

Yes, he is your father, yes he gave birth to you, but that does not mean you should follow his example blindly.

“Hurry back or I’ll find another JinYoung to replace you,” you joked to your boyfriend on the last call you got to share together while he was in the middle of the tour, and he just laughed it off.

Whenever the boys went on tour, the final week was the hardest to bear with for you two since the anxiety to meet up again rose to the max. Part of JinYoung was sad that the concerts ended, but another was excited to be able to spend time together after not being able to text or call each other almost at all as he had been working on their next album with the rest of GOT7. That was exactly the reason why he was almost desperate to see you again as soon as they got back home, except he accidentally saw the texts Jackson and you were sending each other during their flight.

Jackson W: “So… how’s Junior doing?”

JinYoung frowned, for one, you both knew how over he was of that nickname, and two, why would Jackson be asking for him when they were a row of seats away from each other?

You: “Well… I hope JinYoung doesn’t find out about him yet. It’s awkward enough that they share the same name.”

Jackson: “I still think you should tell him the truth.”

“Are you reading Jackson’s chats?” JinYoung jumped up a bit, turning to look at JaeBeom. The leader arched a brow when the other half of JJ Project shook his head. JinYoung brushed him off with a shrug once he got a grip of himself, but his mind kept going on all the possible scenarios that included a man (named exactly like him) and you together and him not knowing.

He didn’t get to see you right when they landed, as they had to go back to the company for their closing meeting, giving and taking reports and tabs on everything from the tour. It was past midnight when he sent you a message asking if you could go meet him at the JYPE building since he was stuck working with JaeBeom on the last details for their comeback. An hour later, you were knocking on their studio with a bag of food in hand, well aware of how those two could forget to eat whenever they were focused on their music.

“Hey,” you peaked inside after softly knocking, your eyes warming up at the sight of JinYoung laying on the couch fast asleep. JaeBeom greeted you with a small smile, quickly snatching the bag from your hands. He left JinYoung’s portion on the small coffee table there, and excused himself out to give you some privacy.

You turned to look at your boyfriend, biting your bottom lip to hold back the emotions swirling inside for having missed him dreadfully. Taking a seat on the arm rest, you started combing your fingers through his hair, until he slowly blinked awake. His smile was dazzling, almost making your heart beat right out of your chest, and you leaned down to peck his lips. “Missed me much?”

“Mmh, I had a JinYoung that kept me company,” you teased him, but his expression changed drastically, taking you by surprise, “what?”

“You have another JinYoung in your life now?”

“It’s a long story…”

“Oh, I see, since I’ve been gone so long, you just went and found another JinYoung because there’s a lot of people named like that,” the situation was turning ridiculous, you just listened to him while biting back your smile. He wasn’t angry; he was just being dramatic, as always. “Hey, don’t roll your eyes at me!” he whined, but you just laughed.

“Is this JinYoung?” JaeBeom pursed his lips in order to keep himself from laughing, “Seriously?”

You held a small Pomeranian puppy in yours arms as you nodded, “Yep, isn’t he the cutest?” you pressed the puppy’s nose to yours, “I just love him.”

“Have you told JinYoung?” Jackson came in drinking some coffee, “Because he’s driving us insane.”

“Nope, I just think it’s fun having him think it's another JinYoung, as in a guy,” YuGyeom cackled from his place in the couch from their new practice room, “though I do know JinYoung from B1A4…”

“Don’t tell him that or he’s never going to stop complaining he’s not the only JinYoung in your life, please,” YoungJae begged as he looked at photos of Coco on his phone.

JinYoung had been checking a few scripts for possible upcoming dramas, so he was arriving late to practice, and didn’t know you went on a surprise visit with your new puppy named after your boyfriend just to tease him. He stood by the door at hearing your laughter, and didn’t mean to eavesdrop, but not really because he stood there watching your back as you spoke.

“It’s just that I couldn’t help it, I fell in love with him at first sight,” you explained whole-heartedly, “I knew I had to tell JinYoung, but I knew he’d be pissed that they even share the name.”

JinYoung almost kicked the door open, which scared the puppy who jumped out of your arms. You were so shocked that you could only call after him as he ran straight towards your boyfriend, “JINYOUNG!” both the dog and your boyfriend looked up at you; then, he looked back at the puppy. JinYoung took a minute to process the information before he picked the puppy up, “JinYoung?” he saw the dog turn to you too.

“IS THIS THE JINYOUNG YOU CHANGED ME FOR?!” You could only shrug with a smile while the puppy began to licked his cheek, slowly softening his expression, “… Well, he is cute.”

“Cuter than you.”

“Hey!” You just laughed before you came closer to kiss both of your JinYoungs’ cheeks.

You woke up hungrier than usual. 

It was always a pain to wake up hungry, but for some reason, your craving was off the chart tonight. You groaned in frustration, knowing you had no choice but to contact him. If you waited any longer to feed, things would get scary.

You quickly got dressed and grabbed a raw chicken drumstick from your freezer to tide you over for the time being. While you were gnawing, you got out your phone and sent him a message.

You almost let out a sigh of relief when you read his reply. If he hadn’t been working tonight, you don’t know what you would’ve done. So you grabbed your keys and headed out the door.

The drive to the hospital was rough; you were getting jittery, and you could feel yourself getting irritable. You knew your fangs were already out, so you were extra careful not to open your mouth or speak to anyone once you got there.

You silently made your way into the hospital, nodding at the receptionist. You usually smiled at her, but...You were pretty sure she just thought the doctor you were visiting was your boyfriend. Not your blood supplier.

Your heart thumped in your chest as you approached his office, and you prayed he would be in there rather than out helping a patient. You didn’t have the time or patience to go looking for him elsewhere.

When you opened his door, you murmured a ‘Thank god’ when you saw him sitting there.

Jaebum (well, Dr. Im, technically) was someone you knew from high school, and right now, he was the only one who knew about your condition. He had been with you the night it had happened, though only by sheer coincidence. You two hadn’t actually been friends in school, and you honestly had barely even talked to each other. You had just happened to be at the same movie showing that night, and Jaebum had parked next to you in the parking lot. He’d run to help you when he saw the stranger attack you, but he hadn’t been fast enough.

You’d been a vampire ever since.

Jaebum, obviously, felt guilty for not being able to save you, so he had volunteered to become your blood supplier. He worked at the hospital in the emergency room, mostly night shifts, so it worked out perfectly. He set aside two bags for you every week, and you... Well, the only thing he asked for in return was that you didn’t kill anyone. Especially him.

You had wanted to assure him you would be just as horrified if you did have the urge to bite his neck and feed from him, but you were dead. Not heartless.

Jaebum was and had always been a nerd. Nerds weren’t your thing. But now you were a vampire, you tried to let all of humanity not be your thing.

You saw him open a drawer in his desk and reach in, taking out two bags of blood and handing them to you.

“Thank you,” you breathed, grabbing them from him and opening one as quickly as possible. You put your lips to the opening, drinking desperately and feeling the sweet relief as soon as the warm liquid hit your tongue.

You drained that bag in less than a minute, gasping with satisfaction and letting yourself catch your breath before you started on the other one.

“Why are you so hungry tonight?” Jaebum asked curiously. He was a doctor, so he was always wanting to examine you to try and learn more about the vampire body. It was creepy.

“I don’t know,” you admitted, still a bit breathless. “I mean... I usually got my time of the month around... well, this time of the month. And I always ate more the week before. Maybe my body still operates kind of how it used to.”

“Hmm... interesting. Do you experience any other symptoms you used to before you got your period?”

“Jaebum, please,” you whined, your brow furrowed in disgust. He just said ‘period.’ And he meant your period. “I’m not your patient.”

“Well, you could be one day!”

Instead of answering, you opened the other bag and began drinking. About halfway through, you felt your fangs retract. You felt your anxiety alleviate and your urge to bite into someone’s flesh die down. As much as Jaebum annoyed you, you knew you would be much worse off without him.

“Better?” he asked once you’d squeezed every last drop out of the second bag.

“Much,” you sighed. “Thank you.”

“Now... do you mind if I run some tests?” he asked hopefully.

Every so often, Jaebum would ask to run some tests on you. For what reason, you had no idea, so you usually refused. But tonight, despite the awkward moment regarding Aunt Flo, you were feeling generous.

“Sure, let’s do it.”

Jaebum actually clapped with glee, causing you to roll your eyes as you followed him out of his office and toward the elevator. The lab was on another floor, apparently, so you stepped inside with him once the door opened. He pushed the button for the fifth floor, whistling as the doors closed and you began your journey upward.

Somewhere between the 3rd and 4th floors, however, the elevator just... stopped.

You let out a noise of confusion as you looked around. “Why... why did we stop?”

“Hmm. I don’t know.” Jaebum pressed the button for the fifth floor again, but nothing happened. Well, except the lights flickered, and the power went out. So that happened.

“What -- what’s going on?” you asked, pressing your back flat against the wall and trying not to panic.

“Looks like a power outage or something,” Jaebum replied calmly.

“We’re... I mean, we’re not stuck, right?”

“Well... it depends.”

“Depends on what?!”

“Depends on if we start moving again soon or not.”

“Oh, god.” You weren’t usually terrified of elevators, but you were terrified of enclosed, dark spaces. Which is why your heart was currently racing and your palms currently sweating.

“Are you all right?” Jaebum asked, taking a step toward you. You could see the outline of his figure, but you couldn’t quite make out his face yet.

“No, I’m not all right!” you spat. “I’m stuck in an elevator! We’re probably going to die in here!”

“Well, technically, you can’t die.”

“You know what I mean!”

Jaebum slipped his phone out of his pocket, turning on the flashlight and shining it momentarily in your eyes. “Oh, sorry,” he murmured, quickly moving it away. “There. Now we have some light.”

You slid down the wall, sitting on the ground and bending your knees so you could hug them. This was not good. Not good at all.

“Hey, it’ll be fine,” Jaebum assured you as he crouched down next to you. “We won’t be stuck in here forever.”

“But what if we are stuck in here for hours?!”

“We’ll still be fine.”

“But what if I get hungry?”

“You just ate.”

“But what if I get hungry?!” you cried, your eyes wide and pleading as you looked into his. “What if I get so hungry, and I can’t stop myself from --”

Jaebum reached out his free hand and placed it on the side of your head, smoothing your hair down. “You won’t.”

“But I might,” you replied, feeling your eyes fill with tears. “I don’t want -- I don’t want to hurt you.” Oh, wait, rewind! You had meant to say you didn’t want to hurt anyone!

“Hey, calm down,” Jaebum said softly. “Why are you so afraid you’ll hurt me? You haven’t before.”

“I -- I meant, I don’t want to hurt anyone.”

“It won’t come to this, but if you get hungry... I’ll let you --”

“No.”

“I trust you!”

“Why?!”

“Why what?”

“Why everything?! Why do you trust me, why are you helping me?!” Tears were streaming down your face now.

“Because I could’ve saved you, you know that.”

“That’s bullshit, we both know you couldn’t have saved me. Even if you had gotten there in time, he would’ve just turned you, too. So why?”

“Because I love you, okay?!”

...Oh.

You stared at him for a few seconds before you found your voice again. “What?”

“Because I love you. I always have, even in high school. You were the most beautiful girl in school. You’re still the most beautiful.”

“But... I’m not a girl anymore. I’m not even human.”

“That doesn’t matter to me. You’re still the same intelligent, sassy, kind-hearted being, no matter if your heart’s beating or not.”

You stared at him again, your own breathing the only noise breaking the silence.

And then you kissed him.

- Uuuuh I definitely want to see Johanne and Lucille do a girl’s night out!! Have them go out to Jo’s regular bar when Lucille is able to turn human so she can experience the night life. Don’t worry about the age check Johanne has you covered Lulu XD She’ll promise to take good care her for Jackson who’ll probably be worried even tho he knows big sis has it 

- I was reading through more of your muse list and lo and behold I completely forgot that Anzu wanted to be a dancer and guess who’s a dance instructor in New Yoooooork~? They would potentially run into each in a dance meet one way or another and bond over ballet since that used to be Johanne’s main style (neoclassical and contemporary) before she decided to focus on Contemporary and Jazz as that got her more working gigs that she felt more comfortable with. Jo would definitely take Anzu under her wing and help her out with her career, if she’ll let her. 

- Ok, so Jackson in his MH/A verse needs to get some info that could possibly involve OFA yeah? I can see two scenarios happening here, or combining the two with our darling Ochaco: 

1) He becomes a temporary tutor for Physics and English at UA through his step-sister, Valkyrie, by her referral, as the two of them are working together to investigate what happened to their father. Tutoring and student shenanigans ensue because Jackson was once a great prankster and knows how to wrangle them kids. He succeeds in getting his information but can’t find it in himself to leave UA, despite the many risks he’ll be taking the longer he stays.

2) While Ochaco, Tsuyu, Nejire, and Ryuku are on night patrol, they spot a scuffle between a big shady group of people and a vigilante. They help out the vigilante, since he’s by himself, but before they could question him about his business there he flees. After questioning some of the people they beat up, they find out that the LOV and OFA are involved and said vigilante is under suspicion. They continue to see him every other night and he seems to get away much faster the more they meet. 

3) To stitch the two, Jackson gets a broken rib and has Recovery Girl heal him early in the morning before he has to tutor Ochaco, who coincidentally has to take Deku to the infirmary as well because he did something again. It gets really awkward from there.

Scenario- Raising a child with Bambam after a one night stand. Requested by anon. Part 2 with Jackson will be posted soon!

Hey guys! So this is the very first scenario I am writing on this blog!. I am kind of scared to post it because I dont know if its good or not. But I hope its good enough and that you guys like it :) I tired to make it your liking anon! Enjoy XD

“BAMBAM!!!” you shouted at the top your lungs. He came running in the kitchen looking very frazzled. “Look what your son has done” you told him. As Bambam looked around his jaw dropped to the floor. There was glue and toilet paper all over the kitchen. “Not again” Bambam sighed. Bambam called out Cam, who came running out of his room. He was covered in glue and toilet paper as well. Bambam could not help but laugh at how cute his little champ looked. You cleared your throat and glared at him. Bambam got the message. He knelt down and faced your son. “Why did you do this?” he pointed to the mess. “Daddy!!! glue is so much fun! It feels so funny” y/s/n laughed, and ran away.

“Get back here” you shouted at him, but to no avail. “It’s okay baby. He is a kid let him do it” Bambam tried to calm you down and kissed your forehead. “Easy for you to say, you don’t have to clean up” you sighed as you got to cleaning. Bambam to your surprise also started to clean up the toilet paper. It took you about 4 hours to clean up all the glue, which had dried on the counters. By the end it of it you were so tired that you resigned to your bedroom to sleep. In the meanwhile Bambam took on the responsibility of cleaning up y/s/n.

“Do you know that mommy is very tired right now”? Bambam said while bathing y/s/n. He splashed some water on Bambam and shook his head. “Daddy, I made mommy angry right?” he asked. Bambam nodded “but we can make her happy again” he smiled. “But for now, it is time for your nap.” Bambam cleaned him up and tucked him into bed, and kissed his forehead lightly. He checked on you, and decided to do some work around the house.

“SHHH… mommy will wake up if she hears us” you could hear Bamie talking. In response laughter was heard. You woke up because you were curious as to what was going on. You crept down the stairs in order to make sure they weren’t aware of your presence. You entered the living room from where the kitchen was visible. You eyes started tearing up. Bambam and y/s/n were cooking together. They both had aprons on, and were busy making food. You knew it was for you. You took out your phone and took a picture. You made it your wallpaper unbeknownst to them both. 

“Mommy will be happy now daddy!” y/s/n shouted. Bambam nodded and ruffled his hair. You saw them gathering everything and putting it on a tray. They were headed in your direction so you thought it best to return to the room and pretend you don’t know. You quickly laid down in bed, and pretended to be asleep. You could sense light footsteps entering the room. They were whispering, so you shut your eyes even tighter. The bed dipped beside you, yet you kept up with the pretense. It was your son. You could feel his little hands ghosting above your eyes. As he got closer to you, you opened your eyes “BOO!” you scared him. He ran up to Bambam and jumped in his arms. He hid his face in Bambam’s neck. “Hey buddy its just mommy!” Bambam rubbed his back. He looked at you, scared for a second and then he smiled.

“Mommy! I made you a sowwy cake!” he said as he brought forward a little cake. It read I am sowwy mommmy. You feigned a surprised expression, but regardless your heart swelled up and you could feel tears pricking your eyes. You looked at Bambam and your son, and gave the brightest smile possible. Bambam sat next to you with your son in his lap. You gave your son a kiss on the cheek at which Bambam protested. “HEY! Where is my kiss?” he asked. “I am mommy’s favorite man daddy!” your son teased him. Bambam pretended to be hurt. “Oh right I have another child” you looked at Bambam lovingly and gave him a kiss. “You know I am glad for that night. If we hadn’t gotten drunk and things hadn’t gone the way they did, we would not be here. I am glad I am here with you and champ” Bambam smiled. You gave him another kiss. While you were talking with him, your son was already digging int the cake, and he managed to get cake all over his face. “Who knew raising kids could be this hard” you sighed as you wiped his little face with a tissue. Bambam just laughed in response. But no matter how hard it was, you would always be happy with the way things were.

A/N: **warning: long ass post coming your way. I got so carried away I’m so sorry TT.TT**

Mark: -sleep walking- He would realize that you aren’t in your bed when he reached out to cuddle you. Standing up groggily, he’d shuffle around the entire house until he finally found you standing by the dish washer, opening and closing the door without putting anything in it.

“Jagi...” He would say, gently putting his hands around your arm and steering you to your bedroom, not to wake you up. “This is sleeping time. We can do the dishes in the morning...” He’d laugh and add, “You’ll be more productive when you’re awake I think.”

Jaebum: -not moving at all while you sleep and breathing shallowly (that’s what I do xD)-

Shifting through the drawer on his bedside table he made sure to be as quiet as he possibly could in case you were actually asleep.

You looked like a stone statue laying on your back, your hands folded together in a snow white pose. “I wouldn’t have to do this if you didn’t look dead every time you feel asleep...” he whispered, finally finding and pulling out his hand mirror from the drawer.

Carefully he shifted over, his paranoia slightly taking over again as he imagined you not breathing. Finally when the mirror was close enough to your nose he craned his neck to see if fog marks appeared to show that you were breathing. He let out an aggravated sigh when he saw that you were, in fact, alive and not dead. He was silly for being scared, but you just looked so statuesque and that he couldn’t stop his mind from racing to the worst scenario. He rubbed his hand over his face and shifted again so that his arms were around you, so that he could feel your chest softly rise and fall.

This is how I’m always going to have to sleep from now on.

Jackson: -sleeping in weird positions- Your butt was up in the air, your neck at an impossibly sharp angle, your cheeks smushed against the bed sheets. You had even pushed your pillow off the bed.

*gif* How are they sleeping like that...?

Jackson pulled your left arm back onto the bed from over the edge and gently pulled you back down onto your side. You continued snoring since your cheek was still smashed against the covers. He put his arms around you to try and keep you in the position that was least likely to cause you to break your neck.

Jackson smiled and giggled at the thought of telling you about this in the morning. Even though you got super embarrassed about it, he thought it was the cutest thing he’d ever seen. He couldn’t wait to tease you about this in the morning.

Jinyoung: -having to sleep with your leg over him- Three seconds after he had climbed into your bed, exhausted from a long day of practice, you had flung your leg over his chest.

His chest.

He giggled as he tried moving your leg, freezing cold foot and all, back over to your side. He knew that you were going to fling your leg over him again, but hopefully not over his chest this time.

He shifted to face you and instead of waiting he grabbed your leg and placed it over his own, his arms snaking around your waist.

“Jinyoung?” Your eyes fluttered open lazily to look into the beautiful face of your boyfriend.

“Shh” he brushed a strand of hair out of your face, “sorry that I woke you up Jagi. Go back to sleep, everything’s fine.”

He kissed you softly and pulled you closer to him, loving you even more for your subconscious need to be so close to him even when sleeping. “Baby...” he whispered again before falling asleep. “I love you”

“I love you too”

Youngjae: -sleeping in weird positions- Both hands were over his mouth, Youngjae practically vibrating with suppressed laughter. He crouched by the bed to try and regain his composure before going to put his pajamas on and join you in bed. He had been late coming home from practice and came into your bedroom to see you like this...

You had one leg lying straight, the other one bent as you were leaning over, your face resting on your knees and soft snores escaping from your mouth along with a line of drool falling down your chin and onto your knees.

Youngjae had always known that you slept in weird positions seeing as the first time he met you, you had been sleeping upside-down halfway hanging off of a couch in the JYP lounge. This though...

He stood up with a smile still plastered to his face. No matter what, even asleep you made his day from the moment he laid his eyes on you. You were his adorable little ray of sunshine, and he couldn’t love you more than he did in that moment.

His love for you wouldn’t stop him from taking a ton of pictures of your newest sleeping position though. He also couldn’t wait to tease you endlessly about this and to show you those pictures, but that part could wait until the morning right?

Kunpimook: -moving around a lot when you sleep- “Damn it Y/n! Wake the hell up!”

You jolted awake at BamBam’s raised and frustrated voice, your heart skipping a beat at the sudden shock of it. “What the hell Kunpimook!? I was dead asleep and that’s how you woke me up?!”

“Dead asleep my ass! It’s like you were trying to wake me up. You practically rolled around the entire bed ten times over.”

“Shit...” You rubbed your temples in exasperation, “I’m sorry Bammy, I can’t believe that I was doing that again... I really don’t try to, I swear.”

One look at your tired, pouting face and he knew he shouldn’t have gotten so mad at you. He knew that you didn’t mean to do that, but when you slept soundly, he didn’t at all.

He lowered his voice in resignation. “Can we maybe just try cuddling? Maybe if we try with our legs entwined you can’t kick me off the bed again. And if that doesn’t work, then we’re seeing a sleep specialist. Got it?”

“Got it.” You nodded at him groggily once again and reached out to him. Hopefully this way you both could finally get some sleep.

Yugyeom: -sleep talking- “No way... and then what happened?” Yugyeom would get you to continue talking once you’ve started. He was having trouble sleeping anyway, might as well get to hear your voice to help lull him to sleep.

He’d end up giggling uncontrollably though when you incoherently mumbled something about wearing a banana hat for a fashion show. The next thing he knew, he had woke you up and had to explain why he was now laughing hysterically.

you: “Why would you do that to me Yugi?”

him: *laughing still* “Because you can’t control what you say and it’s freaking hilarious!”

So today’s moments of random thoughts (and attempts at including links) are brought to you by the fact that today they replaced the back office computer at work that controls the store’s music, so it was uncomfortably silent for several hours, meaning that my brain suddenly had to provide the soundtrack again, and that’s always a total craps shoot.  Will it be 48 hours straight of “Toss A Coin To Your Witcher”?  Will it be some surreal all day medley of AC/DC, Rihanna, and the South Park version of “Pokerface”?  Will it be a non-stop Disney sing-a-long?  Who knows?  Everyday is an adventure with an ADD brain jukebox. 

One of today’s tracks of choice was “Little Red Riding Hood” by Sam the Sham and the Pharaohs, a favorite since long before I was old enough to understand the implications or subtext.  And since you enjoyed the last terrible porn scenario so much, why not throw out another classic?  Because there is NO WAY they haven’t done this one.  Like.  Just no way.  Oh no, will the brave and daring young hunter woodsman manage to subdue the wily Alpha wolf, or will poor innocent Omega Riding Hood be devoured by the lustful lupine?  (I think the only correct answer here is yes to both.)  And because part of me wondered if such a thing even existed (I just had to know if I could bring in the plaid), I searched Google and found this (for a more casual approach) or this (for if they’re feeling fancy) for Noah, preferably paired with some tall black combat boots, perhaps (also, just saying, both would be a great option for a chase night).  For “Grandma”, I was thinking something along these lines (theoretically demure, yet also highlighting the collar bones, especially if unbuttoned slightly and allowed to slide off one shoulder.  Perhaps in the blue to bring out his eyes. XD ) because it comes across innocent in all the ways Peter would very much not be at that point.  All Chris would really need is his tightest jeans, deepest v’d henley, and maybe a nice denim or suede trucker jacket.  (Have I spent WAY too much time thinking about this?  Probably, but in my defense it kept me from snapping at all the idiots out without masks who refused to properly distance.  So.)  And because why the hell, not, I haven’t confused my Google search enough yet, here’s a couple of options for Chris that are a little more classy, as far as such a thing can apply to an outfit like this.  I mean if the other two are getting nice, quality outfits in that scenario, dammit he deserves the same.

Oh, and to briefly segue it back towards the more serious (and god, I really hope this comes out the way I mean it to, I am legit terrible at trying to word stuff like this), I would just like to say that frankly this version of how the physical/biological/however you want to phrase it aspects of the male/female vs alpha/omega spectrums play out makes so much more sense than a majority of the a/b/o I’ve seen.  I may not read it often, but I’ve been in fandom too long (and in a few too many small ones) not to have read a fair amount.  There have been a number of times where I just end up going “…his body has/did what now?…"  Whereas with yours it’s just like "oh, cool, that makes total sense”.  It’s natural, logical, and easy to understand, unlike my first few experiences back in the day when I kept having to Google the whole Omegaverse concept (a TERRIBLE idea, btw) to try and figure out how things worked.  So, yeah, I, at least, am a fan of this variation/interpretation/whatever.

Anyway…having hopefully managed to avoid cramming my whole entire foot into my mouth, would you care for some more assorted headcanons?  Maybe one day Stiles and Noah are in the attic working on sorting and organizing some things (Stiles is about 14 or 15 at this point), and after going through a couple boxes of Claudia’s sketchbooks, he finds one that contains a few mangled pairs of fishnets, a mesh shirt or two, maybe a pair of extremely short black cutoffs, some studded bracelets and collars, and he’s just like “man, Mom was a little more hardcore than I would have guessed."  After a couple moments of pointed silence, Noah finally offers ”…that’s not your Mom’s stuff, Stiles" while very determinedly not looking his son’s direction.  Cue a hysterical sequence of microexpressions of shock and horror contorting Stiles’ face, culminating in a brief full body flail and ending with him shaking his head with all the intense desperation of someone trying to clear an Etch-A-Sketch, before he just quietly goes back to sorting through the other boxes and they just never speak of it again.  Alternately, I would accept this same scenario for Chris and Allison (thinking the box had belonged to Kate), because I feel she would have the next best reaction faces to Stiles (less grimacing, but more internal screaming), with basically the same end result.  Or perhaps both had an incident like this, and they use it as some sort of bonding moment.  They’re an odd family after all.

 Don’t think I didn’t notice that the preview changed again.  Just going straight for the feels this time, huh?  God, poor Peter.  I feel so bad that he’s missing out on all the cuddles (familial and romantic), but I’m sure they’ll all be more than willing to make it up to him later.  Really hope he was doing that super speed thing on the way back to the hospital, or the Sheriff’s station might get some strange reports of a naked man running through neighborhoods.  

On the subject of the kids and education, I would vote BioChem for Allison.  It would be useful in learning about all the stuff hunters use, and figuring out ways to combat them, as well as potentially offering some overlap with Lydia’s degree.

I’d vote Criminal Law for Jackson.  It would be both a nod to his adoptive dad in the show having been the D.A. and offer a connection to the traditions of the family he’s just now learning about.  And I suspect that it’s entirely possible that if Stiles went after a Criminal Justice degree (or similar, I’m not entirely sure what it would be called), they’d likely have some overlapping classes, which would just piss Stiles all the hell off.  So win-win, really.

I think Malia could do really well with either type of Engineering.  I want to lean more towards Mechanical, particularly for the auto repair aspect, but part of me really wants Electrical for the Ant-Man connection (speaking of high Intelligence, low Wisdom…)  I think she would hate it while she was getting the degree (WHY DID NO ONE WARN ME THERE’D BE SO MUCH MATH???!!!), she’d be so proud once she’d graduated.  I feel like I could see Derek partnering with her on the shop (he’s working on a Master’s in Business.  Anything Law just felt too close to what he’d lost, but he also couldn’t bear to stray too far.  So, business.  Eventually I think he’d join in with the artsy side of the family and go after a degree in Design, so he could help build up the shop that way, as well.)

Totally agree on the other two.  I can also totally see Kira and Malia coaching some sort of intramural sport for kids one day.  Soccer (football), Little League, Lacrosse, doesn’t matter which.  They absolutely love it, and the kids love them (they totally get the smaller Pack kids involved, too).  Eventually they talk Isaac into creating a team for some of his kids that are looking to socialize more (they make sure that the experience is 100% positive for any of them that play.  They refuse to tolerate any bullying or poor sportsmanship of any kind.)

Hmm…not sure about the others, either, but I like the idea of Boyd ending up as a professor of Mythology and Folklore.  He was the one that actually thought about whether he wanted the bite, and whether it would be worth it in the long run.  He seemed the most interested in the reality of being a werewolf.  I can see him learning as much as he can about the supernatural from Peter and Noah (and some of the other side of things from Chris), and utilizing that in getting his degree (and eventual Doctorate).  And let’s face it, after dealing with the Pack’s shenanigans over the years, college kids aren’t intimidating in the slightest.

And before I forget, may I just say that “People buy it because it’s Tumblr, why wouldn’t two gay dads run a wolf rescue?” had me laughing so hard I started snorting.  Moving on; I know you recently shared a post that featured shots from the episode where Stiles gets his dad drunk to distract him from reopening the Hale case (I have Opinions about that black shirt, and how disappointed I was that it Never Showed Up Again, so I notice when it pops up in Tumblrs I check, okay?  Don’t judge me.), and some of the other blogs I try to keep up with have shared some pics of J.R. in glasses, and now I can’t help but wonder if that becomes like a Thing for Peter at some point.  Like, once they start to get a little older (once Chris has grown out his beard again, and maybe Noah has retired [my uncle was a cop and retired in like his mid-forties, I think] and started letting his hair get just a bit shaggy again) and his husbands start occasionally wearing glasses for reading, or fine detail work, etc.  (I would not judge him if it did, because, uh…, hard same.  I blame too many years of anime.)  Like, they slip them on and his brain just immediately starts going to more terrible porn scenarios.  Stern librarian, called to the principal/headmaster’s office, courtroom shenanigans.  Actually, if Peter is supposed to have been a lawyer they probably do that one anyway.  The Prosecution and the Defense take turns attempting to sway the Judge/Jury Foreman in their favor.  Who is who just depends on their mood at the time, and who feels willing to put on a suit (god help Peter if he gets both his mates in well cut suits and at their persuasive best.  He can barely keep it together long enough to stay halfway in character.  They are fully aware of their power, and file the information away for use in anniversary/graduation/other celebratory settings.)  Wow…that kinda got away from me.  Again.

Anyway, I tried to do the reader poll thing, hope my responses went through/made sense.  Hope the assorted links I’ve attempted work, I’ve never tried adding them to something before.  I probably still have the tabs open if I need to try again, unless my computer randomly decides to close them, which I have had it occasionally do.  Glad that you are feeling somewhat better, and that it doesn’t appear to be anything serious (and possibly even somewhat positive, in the long run, at least?  If it’s a sign of things trying to heal?)  Sorry in advance if some of this makes assisting customers difficult tomorrow.  XD  I feel like it should just be implicit, like my brain just compels it’s own warning in general.

I think I’ve read through this at least ten times because it’s just so good. I don’t really have the energy to reply to everything, but I do want to leave you with some headcanons of my own.

Peter definitely wears a pair of wolf ears during sex, although he’s a little sad that he can’t mark up Chris and Noah as he used to. He liked to bite hard and draw blood, but with him as an Alpha, that’s just not an option anymore. Although there are plenty of other ways he can mark them up and he enjoys finding new ways. Even if they’re not as visual and permanent.

Peter also makes time for each of his kids and enjoys being a father. He revels in the role and loves reading bedtime stories to his younger kids, PTA meetings (he rises to the top of the rank really quickly, starts a turf war with a Karen but gets backed up by Mack’s mom. So it’s all cool.) And With his older kids he finds new ways to guide them through life as young adults. He’s there for every homework assignment, every break-up, every report card, and all the little moments he’s had to miss out on.

Also when Noah is pregnant, he’s closely monitored by Melissa and his licensed midwife. (He’s given birth to Malia and Stiles at home, he’s planning to do it again. Chris too, only has had homebirths, although Ben had to be rushed to the hospital because the doofus swallowed amniotic fluid during birth and turned blue after ten minutes. (Which is based on a true story, my brother had that complication after homebirth. Homebirths are very common in my country which is why I put them in my fics.)) And Peter and Chris go into protective overdrive. He keeps working for as long as he can but at four months pregnant with twins, he has to take a step back and only work desk duty until he’s 7.5 months along. He takes some time off after that and gets time to recuperate and rest. 

Chris for his last pregnancy also chooses to have a homebirth, Julio comes to work for him to do his arms deals and meetups while Chris takes a step back and works from his office until the day he goes into labor. And even then he’s still trying to get this deal done while breathing through contractions.

Also, imagine Peter getting to experience both of his mates being pregnant again. I like to imagine the smile on his face when he hears the heartbeats for the first time, how he just knows when his mates are pregnant, he recognizes the scent change now. He knows Chris is pregnant before Chris does. With Noah it’s a bit more of a tie since Noah can pick up the twins’ energy signatures and heartbeat at 4-5 weeks. Which is when the scent change happens.

I imagine the three of them curled up together after the youngest has been born, all tuckered out and completely passed out. The new baby curled up in the cosleeper next to the bed. Malia sneaks in without waking her dad and starts snapping pictures for the family album. And at one point during the night, Ben and the youngest twins end up sleeping in their parents’ bed as well. It becomes a routine until Ben is ten and generally likes to sleep alone. (Unless he’s upset, then he comes running.)

Also, the mere image of Chris wearing glasses and Noah wearing his police sunglasses (or regular glasses), like yes, sign me up. Also, Peter shows solidarity and starts wearing glasses later in life too. Which doesn’t only do wonders for their sex life (though that was never bad, to begin with) but also every single parent at Ben’s high school and the twins’ elementary school suddenly have the hots for the three extremely hot dilfs.

It also helps with getting justice for Ben when his son is being bullied at school and Chris has to convince Peter not to kill anyone, Noah shows off the sheriff’s  badge and starts suggesting a few things, and Chris likes to remind people that his son (Jackson) is now the youngest DA in the country and works from Beacon Hills and his other son (Stiles) is now an FBI agent who certainly wouldn’t mind digging into the past of whoever is bullying his little brother. (Not that he ever has to get that far, usually he smiles warmly and charms the principal or the teacher with his trademark smile and within a day Ben’s bullies are disciplined by the school.)

I have no idea where I’m going anymore as I’m pretty tired at this point. But these were stuck in my head and I had to share.
