The first time you healed Izuku Midoriya, you thought he might never let you do it again.

He had been fresh out of a fight—battered, bruised, and bleeding—when you found him slumped against a crumbling wall in the middle of a mock battle during training. One arm hung limp at his side, twisted in a way that made your stomach churn. His lip was split, blood dripping onto his freckled skin, and his hero costume was in shreds.

“Izuku,” you breathed, kneeling beside him. Your hands hovered over his arm, eyes scanning his injuries. “That’s broken.”

Izuku let out a weak chuckle, shifting slightly and wincing. “Yeah. I, uh… I might’ve overdone it again.”

You sighed, placing a hand gently against his forearm. He tensed at your touch, his tired green eyes flickering up to meet yours. “I can fix this,” you assured him. “But you know how my quirk works, right?”

He blinked, caught off guard, before a sheepish chuckle escaped him. “I guess we’re alike in that way, huh?”

You gave him a lopsided grin. “Guess so.”

From that day on, Izuku refused to let you heal him without checking on you afterward. Whenever you used your quirk on him, he made sure you ate, rested, and drank plenty of water. He even started carrying extra snacks in his bag just for you—“for emergencies,” he claimed.

But he still hated watching you use it.

The worst time was during a particularly brutal villain attack. You had found him collapsed against a crumbling wall—again—with one of his legs mangled and bloodied. He had fought hard, that much was clear, but he hadn’t been able to walk by the time the fight ended.

You had rushed to his side, ignoring your own minor scrapes and bruises. “Izuku! Stay with me.”

He groaned, his fingers twitching as he tried to push himself up. “Y/N… you’re okay?”

“I should be asking you that,” you scolded, pressing your hands against his leg. “This is bad, Izuku. I need to heal you now.”

His hand shot out, gripping your wrist weakly. “You’ll feel it,” he rasped, his voice laced with pain. “Don’t—don’t do too much. Please.”

Your heart clenched. Even now, when he was the one bleeding out, he was worried about you.

You swallowed hard, nodding. “I’ll be fine. Just hold on.”

The moment your quirk activated, the pain slammed into you like a hammer. You bit back a gasp, your breath hitching as your muscles tensed. It felt like hot knives were stabbing into your leg, the sensation so vivid it nearly took your breath away.

Izuku’s eyes widened as he saw your face twist in pain. “Y/N!”

You clenched your jaw. “I said—I’m fine.”

Basically, like right after the climax of ID but before Keiran and Carmine go have a break, ornin SSD's case sometime after Peachy-runt is booted to the moon, Keiran's out sitting out in the Terrarium. Hes feeling guilty and selfshamey, dosnt really know what to do, is just wallowing.

By coincidence, Juliana is out in the Terarium conviniently nearby, probably having a picnic bc part of this idea relys on her pokemon being out, but she hasnt noticed Kerian presence yet. Idk, hes on the other side of a small hill, he foind a lil spot where its intentionally hard to see him, hes just not in Jules' eyeline, whateber reason, she dosnt see him from where shes making sandwiches. But one of her Pokemon dose see him.

Ogerpon.

Now, I may be projecting, but after what shes been through Id suspect Ogerpon is pretty good at reading someone's emotional state based off of body language. And she get to just stare at Keiran for a while, and is able to get a better read on the kid rather than 'lowkey obsessed guy who took the answer of No poorly'.

Keiran is spaced out, trying to process everything that happened, when he feels a gentle weight on his side. Ogerpon has come up, sat down, and is leaning against his shoulder bc she recognises that this kid needs to be grounded to help fight the thoughts. Even if shes still not a fan of him, she recognises that noone should fight those kinds of things alone. So she sits with him as he starts to shed tears.

That scene is the main bit of fluff i like to hc, but its could also continue to Jules' other pokemon take note that Ogerpon has wandered off, sees Keiran too. And they all make their way over one by one as Jules is still making sandwiches (either shes not getting the effect she wanted and starting over, she is meticulusly placing ingredients, or is actually making enough for all of her pokemon to have one)

By the time Jules is done with the sandwich, all of her pokemon are gone (except Koridon/Miridon bc they focused on Sammich), and she finally moves and sees them all huddled around something.

She approches and gets pulled into the cuddle pile on the other side of Keiran, who is now silently crying due to overwhelm, he did not expect this level of care from her pokemon and is able to get a bit of cathartic realease rather than bottling it all up.

Im imagaining it like an animation, and it closes out with Jules taking Keirans hand and squeezing it as she leans more into his shoulder, showing her own quiet support.

God this is some good fluff, projection or no. Immaculately good.

Katara would NOT let it slide lmao either that or she was forced into it which I fucking hope and pray aang wouldn’t force her into that im saying it’s just ass writing because I swear to god that better be I see people ship her and Zuko and I don’t really get it but like it definitely could happen it’s better then whateber is going on with Aang and katara over there personally I don’t want to see Katara have a romance but if she does she needs more time first like she needs a lot of screen time to unpack her stuff and fix and talk about her feelings and relationships first with everyone she needs to not be in a position where she’s forced in a motherly role cause the last thing we need is forced mom stereotype katara turning into forced wife stereotype katara ykwim so give her time first if you do ship give her a actual arc like what sokka got (HOW COME HES THE ONLY ONE WHO GETS A COOL UNLEARNING SEXUSM ARC???) there’s more I could say hmmm a lot more I wish the crushes were just crushes and not foreshadowing like they’re kids they’re allowed to crush and fantized but like it doesn’t mean they’ll end up with whoever I wish we had a dipper and Wendy situation that was handled wayyyyyy better it feels like Aang just got Katara cause he’s the avatar and that feels gross and it does a disservice to Katara because now that is all she’s boiled down to I liked her friendships with everyone I wish they were explored more plus what’s the hell was going on with her chores and how she was taking care of them should’ve been explored ONE arc about it please please please one arc about she was expected to do motherly chores or at least orginize the chores and how like she ends up still doing it but because she wants to instead because she’s expected to because when we stick to gender stereotypes even if people do them then it suddenly like deminisjesthe work they put into it because it’s no longer job they’ve chosen to do it’stead it’s now thing they’re expected to do because they’re woman or man 

last thing toph would never be a cop fuck that katara would because she gets caught up in the idea of helping people and keeping them safe until she realizes it’s about power and the station is corrupt and it’s not helping as much as it is enforcing then someone bullies her says something about like “I don’t care who you are this is how we do it around here little miss” her after she makes a sad comment about how it’s about power and she’s concerned because she didn’t actually get to help anyone like she wanted after she’s bullied she snaps out of it and yells that’s not fair and I didn’t do all of this to be ignored and talked down to then she immediately gets fired and then fights the cops kicks their asses cause she’s a water bending master calls them stupid and leaves when she’s back wherever she lives she’s going to sulk before starting some kind of soup kitchen/dojo where she feeds people teaches them how to heal and how to fight so they’re more safe and fed and she would eventually probably add a room with bedrolls for people who need places to sleep or something and she’d keep medicine there and slowly get volenteers to help take care of healing and food because her part would be teaching people to fight using waterbending  or at least waterbending fighting moves without the bending part for non benders :) also sokka might get in on at some point to help make weapons and teach people how to use them idk this needs to happen before any romance arc I think also toph does not go back home she gets her own place somewhere probably helps out and chills with Zuko as his lie detector like that one post said 

idk man shout out to Candace and Katara something about seeing teenage girls go through shit on screen and then being like ohhhhh…. my parents r wrong they’re just kids we should be nice they are going THROUGH it and you really never know what someone’s dealing with that includes girls so don’t ignore them just cause they’re upset and women besides being a teenager is hard and you shouldn’t be mean to girls anyway etc etc those cartoons helped me like piece it together yk when I was small and I didn’t know and of course nobody decided to step in and fill me in

this gets LONG so I’ll put like a thing here

it’s sad I used to hate those too so bad and avatar and Phineas and Ferb were shows I watched ever day when I was like real real little I hated Candace cause she was always trying to tell on her brothers and I hated Katara because she was a hypocrite about stealing and she was annoying

but Candace was seeing stuff happen that she knew wasn’t allowed and she was her brothers get away with it anyway so casually and absolutely no one even acknowledged that what they were doing wasn’t allowed when she talked to her brothers they didn’t seem to realize or take it seriously they had the paperwork so they thought it was fine and no adults did anything about it and when she told her mom usually her mom just straight up didn’t believe her and that must’ve been really frustrating no one was following the rules what had been set out as and specified as what wasn’t supposed to happen happened anyway and no one was even doing it maliciously her brothers were just having fun and they had contracts and safety regulations things were signed and built properly perfectly actually and they weren’t doing it to hurt her but still it technically wasn’t allowed by mom(not that the brothers even realized this) so to have her point like completely go falling through the cracks while her brothers striaght up didn’t get what the problem was her mom didn’t believe her and every other adult just let it happen and the kids didn’t have a problem with it that’s gotta be insanely frustrating and yeah sure she’s being petty sometimes and she gets dramatic but it’s about the concept of being so thoroughly like not ignored on purpose but on accident like the way no one even picks up on it the inventions or why the inventions aren’t allowed by mom no matter how loud or determined or insistent she is so she gets louder and more determined to make up for it and still nothing every day every single time like yeah that’s gotta suck plus it must me overwhelming she’s young and dealing with lots of emotions and she can’t like flat out hate the people doing this even if it’d be easier then having mixed feelings this is her family and they’re not doing this on purpose they love her and if they knew they’d at least address it but it’s still insulting to be brushed off especially when they treat her like “oh there goes Candace again” yk cause I feel like if she was actually hallucinating that frequently the parents should like actually do something take her to a doctor or something so the like lack of a reaction drives her up a wall also!! She’s a teenage girl!! She’s learning!! She’s having overwhelming amounts of emotion and she’s learning to deal with this level of intensity for the first time! That’s gotta be really hard! She’s allowed to like be upset and anxious and annoying about it it’s totally ok and she shouldn’t be treated like a burden or as if she’s incompetent or worthless or ridiculous or something she’s allowed to like idk just be besides she’s reacting completely normally for what she’s going through

next Katara there’s so much to say here for a good chunk of the show her brother is sexist he is in the process of unlearning it but she still has to deal with his sexism he assumes she’ll just take the motherly role now she’ll sew and do laundry and clean up after him he doesn’t really even realize how much work that is and that she didn’t even sign up for this she’s a child too and she shouldn’t have to take care of him sure chores are good but they should be balanced and he should at least be picking up his dirty socks and clothes if they do split chores and take care of each other like that it should be equal and something they both choose and agree on later on this gets better but in the very beginning it’s pretty bad and we don’t hear a lot about what everyone does for camp it doesn’t really tell us if this is still the role katara has cleaning up after everyone like this she’s the only girl for a while so if she’s stuck with everyone in this kind of way that would mean she’s taking care of sokka and aang and yeah aang isn’t sexist and he probably does clean up after himself more but he is a child he’s alot younger then katara and sokka and he probably needs more help or at least someone reminding him to take care of himself and clean up so I feel like Katara at the very least would end up leading or organizing what chores people do and at the worst she’s cleaning up mainly over people doing laundry and stuck with tidying up and keeping track of food and money we see her buying food when they reach different towns and when toph and her clash it’s about chores while Katara explains the line up of chores I think in that moment it’s like implied the chores are more even cause sokka had something aang had something katara had something and toph was supposed to do something but still Katara is picking up the slack and tidying up extra stuff when she shouldn’t have to and when things fall through the cracks she’s the one stuck with clean up the others more or less just expect her to do it Sokka because he’s still unlearning sexism Aang just is plain distracted plus I don’t think he really grasps or processes what Katara is dealing with he kind of just sees her as pretty friend who helps that he likes and he struggles noticing how she feels like in the scene where he’s staring and also in the scene where he kissed her he’s a kid with a crush and it blinds him to kataras emotions because he hasn’t really been told to stop take a second consider her emotions outside of the pretty girl he sees but instead as a person his friend and travel companion like the others and toph sees katara as annoying lady who helps aang with chores(a lot like I did when I was little) Katara is just stuffy and bossy to toph and toph doesn’t really care to see past that once katara is snapping and pushing toph around toph is done trying to be friends getting defensive and brushing her off due to how her parents treated her she probably sees katara as another person trying to control her

also aang is a child and before everything went wrong his needs were met(as they should be and all of those kids should’ve had) he’s never had to think about focusing on where food comes from or what chores need to be done he was always taken care of and provided for back in the air temple so he probably isn’t great with money or planning meals or assigning chores he just says something wise and philosophical and then runs off to play im not saying he isn’t wise I’m just saying he probably isn’t great with material worries things like money and food that need to be kept track of because he’s never needed to be he’s taught the material isn’t important and also he’s a child and his needs were always met so to him they never really we’re something to stress about so he can’t really organize this stuff himself also he’s younger so that responsibility wouldn’t fall on him anyway
