Esta es la historia de mi primera vez.

Tengo muchas amigas que dicen que puede ser estresante e incluso doloroso la primera vez, yo no sabría...aún; les dire el próximo viernes.

Tengo toda la NOCHE planeada, música que nos ponga en humor, aperitivos delicioso, un sofa muy comodo y mucho cafe... y por supuesto! mi DEBES-LEER pila de libros para mi PRIMERA VEZ DE ANFITRIONA EN UN CLUB DE LECTURA, por supuesto! Todo el tiempo hable sobre un Club de Lectura... no sobre otras actividades (que posiblemente estén en sus mentes).

De cualquier manera, he estado leyendo MUCHÍSIMO sobre la dinámica de un Club de Lectura, puede parecer algo bastante fácil de orquestar, pero tiene su cierto ritmo y aspectos que no debemos pasar por alto por el bien del grupo y mi sanidad mental también.

Miembros del Club de Lectura

Es muy importante pensar en quién invitar al Club, porque si lo que buscas es enriquecer tu Sesion con comentarios, ideas y diferentes puntos de vista les recomiendo AMPLIAMENTE considerar rangos de edades diferentes, etnicidades diferentes, diferentes géneros; esto hará de tu Club una #Chingonada a la hora de la Sesión de Análisis.

En mi caso, el #ClubdeLectura estará formado por mujeres de diferentes edades y etnicidades. 

Asi que... Aspectos sobre los Miembros... Listo!

Nombre del Club de Lectura

Esto es SUMAMENTE IMPORTANTE porque su ESENCIA. Una lluvia de ideas (en nuestro caso) es practico y facil, se pone a votación y voila! C’est le nom!. Si escoges este tipo de mecanica para tu selección de nombre, los miembros del Club se sentirán más parte de él, ya que formaron parte desde la selección del Nombre. En mi caso, busqué ideas en Pinterest y me resultaron varias opciones que les enlisto:

Fechas de Sesiones y Locación

Esto es en relación a la foto de arriba, organice 2 modalidades para el Club:

Cara-a-cara

Virtual

Cara-a-cara

En esta sesión los miembros asisten físicamente (valgame! la redundancia) en la locación organizada por el anfitrión (hablaremos de él en unos min)

Virtual

Lo GENIAL acerca de este club es que la localización física no limitara a nadie a unirse, esto significa que puede unirse aquel que se encuentre en una ciudad/país/continente diferente a través del Grupo en Facebook, Grupo en Whatsapp y este Blog. 

Fechas de Sesiones

Dependiendo del número de páginas del libro, el nivel del lector y la agenda de todos los miembros, se dará la frecuencia de las sesiones. En nuestro caso podríamos reunirnos cada mes o cada 20 dias. 

Anfitrion del Club de Lectura

Este lector es una #PiezaClave en el Club y puede ser alguno de los miembros o un tercero que se encargue de anfitrionar y guiar la Conversación. En nuestro caso, ya que me encuentro organizando EL PRIMER ENCUENTRO, yo seré la anfitriona en esta ocasion. La propuesta es que cada miembro (con excepción de los virtuales, por supuesto) sean anfitrión por lo menos 1 vez (anual), esto aligerara las responsabilidades del anfitrión anterior ya que se compartirán las responsabilidades con el siguiente y el escenario para las discusiones futuras serán distintas (más divertido!).

Se puede escoger entre el patio de tu casa, la sala de tu casa, una cafetería, el lobby de una librería, el parque, prácticamente en cualquier lugar (LIBRE DE SONIDOS FUERTES) para una mejor conversación.

Responsabilidades (no suena muy divertido pero si son)

Recordar a los miembros por medio de publicaciones la fecha, hora y locacion de la proxima sesion

Guiar la conversacion y discusion del libro durante la sesion

Elaborar/Buscar Juegos de Trivia y Cuestionarios

Hacer espacio para todos los comentarios (motivar a aquellos callados a compartir su parte)

Si la sesión es en su casa, preparar los aperitivos y el café (en caso de previa colecta/organización durante la sesión anterior)

Recopilar y Resumir lo que se vio durante la sesión, para posteriormente subirse el Grupo de FB y al Blog.

Dia de la Sesion

Simplemente diviertete! llevatela suave con los comentarios de todos los miembros, recuerda que asi como tu fuiste novato alguna vez cuando comenzaste a leer, puede haber nuevos lectores que leerán por primera vez un libro durante EL PRIMER ENCUENTRO, así que sé paciente, mantén la mente abierta y se buena onda.

The people of the city of Nesbit were being over taken by thugs and crime.The moral decay of their once safe city was in shambles.Enter the politicians in an election year who literally vomit ideas for the people.Telling them that they have a way in which by the end of the calendar year that crime will be basically non existent and that the can create a budget surplus by using drones instead of a human police force.The first year everything went just as the politicians and the media bobbleheads wanted.The politicians all got re-elected and there was a budget surplus by the end of the year. Mainly lets face it drones don't take vacations,sick days,FMLA,insurance or pensions.
