Personally I think the funniest thing about the dnd campaign I play in is that we have historical analogs for most things! Like you know, rephrasing idioms for the place and period, cursing by the stars instead of the gods cause the country my character is from doesn't have deities of that ilk, etc. But also HRT just exists. My wizard wrote his boss a prescription for testosterone. We don't call it anything else, it's just Hormones in game.
