Okay in watching Raeliana at Duke’s mansion ep 3 and i gotta say this is the ep i feel the worst about so far? In ep 1 and 2 Raeliana was thinking a lot rather than interacting with others so I hadn��t noticed as much that the animation lacks a lot of fluidity???? There’s too many still moments and frames in the middle of interactions, and not just when they are thinking or having internal monologues, is like mid conversations and even mid movements.

Also:

- instead of “say my name again” it was only once, “say it correctly” and then “that’ll do”. There’s something in the manhwa about Rae saying Noah correctly and then Noah saying “again” that makes it the sexual tension JUMP because there’s no reason other than for his own gratification. Him asking for her to say it correctly rather than again does make the tension weaker than originally in that scene.

- this is personal but I imagined Rae complaining to herself about Noah with a very like “im so done” voice whereas i think the voice acting pitches her voice going up and screaming in high pitch a lot. Makes her sound so much more whiny and idk she’s just not a whiny character? She’s a girl that takes action by herself it feels off to me? Ik thats a very personal preference though

- them not showing how much EASIER the math is takes some of the commentary about women at the time away tbh. Because is not just “i prep for college so i can do this”. The manhwa made a point that it was like middle school level math that was expected from women and that the men were IMPRESSED by her knowing that much, showing how little it was to be expected both from a woman and even from one who is not from the richest family (even though she’s still a noble and has more resources than most).

- last and this is nothing bad bc i expected it from an anime adaptation but shdjdjjd rip adam’s meme faces. Is just not the same without the ERROR showing up on his face when he can’t compute lmaoo

And im only halfway through the ep sufjdjd. Idk I genuinely had no critiques about the first 2 eps they were great!!! This one is just not to my expectations tbh

Huge shifts in Best Boy charts today! Aqua reaches number 1 for the first time after making several proactive moves to protect Akane in the last two episodes. Maru and Kiruko both continue to rise after one of the best episodes Tengoku Daimkayou has aired for the entire season. If Kiruko keeps up the momentum, it will be the first time in AT history for a transgender character to reach Number 1 (while not transgender by medical terms, Kiruko is plain and simple a boy inside a girl's body).

Gabimaru falls 3 spots due to his lack of appearance in Hell's Paradise, though surprisingly Tenza nor Shion enters top 10 despite their characters being well loved. Meanwhile, Ganta rises 4 spots, overtaking Shima, Akito, and Noah for the first time from our romcom anime. Guel re-enters but only at number 8.

Sousuke and Mitsumi are second as their anime start to climb, the insomniac pair is in third, and Aqua and Kana round off the top 4. Out of the Top 4, three of them come from romance-focused anime.

Nasa and Tsukasa, despite winning Couple of the Year, starts at a bigger disadvantage this season where many more interesting couples are currently airing. Sulemio, a seasonal best couple winner, is probably going to return next week, which will likely shake up the Top 10 results. Which of the Top 10 do you think shouldn't be here? Unfortunately, The Dangers in My Heart overtakes Skip and Loafer despite the former's repetitiveness and lack of production values. The charts is a marathon and not a sprint, so fans of their respective anime need to continue voting every week if we are to see any greens next week!
