Do you think Retsarra ever feels like he's absolutely punching above his weight with Eutrope? Literally and figuratively?

She's in Heavyweight division and he's one rung below. She's the one who's secure in regards to her life (owning a gym, being a fighter, even inspiring her younger sister to become a fighter too) whilst he doesn't seem to be content with his life unless he's in the ring. She's out there trying to cure Psychonekrosis and all he's doing is cling to his misguided selfish belief that he owes the president his life for giving him 'purpose'?

And despite all this she still wants to save HIM???

I think he's been way too passive in regards to taking control of his own life. If you remember him and Hector/Brute Bomber was given a lot of jobs (presumably by the government) but none of them sticks, and Retsarra even found them tedious and dreary. If you tell him that 'Exploring new lands' give your life meaning, he will retort that he struggles to imagine the joy of discovery. Fighting formidable foe is the only way he feels alive, but even then that wasn't by conscious choice—he was first given a job as a hunter in which he excelled at, before recruited by the President to become an AAC fighter. He's being reckless with his life because he thinks that's what he should do but he's still refusing to actually make a choice!

This guy desperately needs to have some sense knocked into him, and I'm glad that we did it. I'm fucking rooting for both him and Eutrope to find their happy ending!!!
