also I love the end when Cecil says how he wants the city council to make them illegal and shop owners to refuse service etc. it really shows how smart he is. Listening to his perfect Carlos on how violence is not the whole answer. How he can in fact take the back seat for a little while and how he knows things take time. Plans take time. Revenge takes time.
