We all know that Addie's mom was a rattlesnake royal that got jiggy with the burmese python royal courier. Although he looked pure burm, only his dad was pure burm and his mom was a ball python+green tree python hybrid, with visible hybridization so she stayed hidden.

Her parents consisted of a ball python mom and a visibly hybridized green tree python dad, whose parents had mixed rainbow boa parents. So on and so forth. The genealogy could go on but all in all there are at least 10-12 total snake species all intermingled in that fuckass line from decades of secret mixing... Addie's most prominent features are from those most recent family memebers but they also swim better than most snakes from having sea snake in them, and a good chunk of family that was just egg eaters for like 3 generations which is why that cropped up in them.

serious answer, you have to contend with the fact that even in a regular relationship there is literally no way to make your desires about someone known to them without *potentially* ruining your relationship with them. that's sorta just a fact of life.

you get stuck in that "but what if she says no and hates me?" period but in this case with the added malus of *gestures broadly at society and taboo and so forth*.

you can spend years weighing up your options and whether it'd be ok to ask, but you should probably know the answer is almost always going to be "probably not".

maybe just try building up a tender sibling relationship with her and get to the point you can cuddle and stuff (keep in mind this means she can say "ew no" to like regular sibling affection without making things actually for real weird) and then go from there.

that is my best advice, i know this was more of a vent than an actual ask for help but too bad lol.
